所述云端服务器,用于将同一用户的所有手机的本机通讯录存储在云端的同一存储空间内;
所述每部手机,用于根据用户输入的全选群发指令,将本机通讯录以及本机通讯录在云端的存储空间地址发送至智能电视;以及接收智能终端发送的每一组第一通讯录,并在接收到每一组第一通讯录后,将待发信息发送至对应组的第一通讯录中的每个联系人;
所述智能电视,用于根据手机发送的本机通讯录以及本机通讯录在云端的存储空间地址,获取云端所述存储空间地址中所有通讯录,计算所述本机通讯录对应的联系人数N,以及所述所有通讯录对应的总联系人数M;比较N与M大小,当M大于N,则对总联系人进行分组,分成多组第一通讯录,依次向所述手机发送每一组第一通讯录。
优选地,所述的信息发送的系统中,所述手机具体还用于向云端服务器发送携带机主信息、本机通讯录的通讯录存储请求;
所述云端服务器,具体还用于根据所述通讯录存储请求,判断云端是否存在所述机主通讯录存储空间;若是,则将所述本机通讯录存储至与所述机主信息对应的机主通讯录存储空间;若否,则在云端为所述机主分配机主通讯录存储空间,并将所述本机通讯录存储至所述机主通讯录存储空间。
优选地,所述的信息发送的系统中,所述全选群发指令携带有所述手机标识;
所述智能电视,还用于在对总联系人进行分组,分成多组第一通讯录之后备份分组数据,为所述分组数据添加所述手机标识,将添加所述手机标识的所述分组数据存储至云端中所述手机对应的机主通讯录存储空间。
优选地,所述的信息发送的系统中,所述智能电视还用于在接收手机发送的本机通讯录以及本机通讯录在云端的存储空间地址后,判断云端所述存储空间地址中是否存在添加有所述手机标识的分组数据;若是,则获取所述分组数据,并依次向所述手机发送所述分组数据中每一组第一通讯录;若否,则执行根据手机发送的本机通讯录以及本机通讯录在云端的存储空间地址,获取云端所述存储空间地址中所有通讯录,计算所述本机通讯录对应的联系人数N,以及所述所有通讯录对应的总联系人数M;比较N与M大小,当M大于N,则对总联系人进行分组,分成多组第一通讯录,依次向所述手机发送每一组第一通讯录的操作。
优选地,所述的信息发送的系统中,所述智能电视还用于在向手机发送每一组第一通讯录时,同步显示当前发送的第一通讯录,以及该组第一通讯录在分组中的排序。
优选地,所述的信息发送的系统中,所述智能电视具体还用于以每组第一通讯录对应的联系人数为N进行分组,分成M/N组第一通讯录。
本发明所提供的信息发送的方法和系统,通过将同一用户的所有手机的通讯录存储在云端的同一存储空间内;手机根据用户输入的全选群发指令,将本机通讯录以及本机通讯录在云端的存储空间地址发送至智能电视;智能电视获取云端所述存储空间地址中所有通讯录,计算所述本机通讯录对应的联系人数N,以及所述所有通讯录对应的总联系人数M;比较N与M大小,当M大于N,则对总联系人进行分组,分成多组第一通讯录,依次向所述手机发送每一组第一通讯录;手机接收到每一组第一通讯录后,将待发信息发送至对应组的第一通讯录中的每个联系人的方式,用户只需通过其所属的任何一部可用手机触发全选群发指令,即可实现向用户所有手机的通讯录中的每个联系人发送信息,无需考虑其他手机是否处于可用状态,相比传统的信息发送方式,大大简化了信息发送处理的流程,给用户带来了极大的便利,用户使用体验效果好。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明,并且在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
本发明提供一种信息发送的方法。参照图1,图1为本发明的信息发送的方法一实施例的流程示意图。在本实施例中,同一用户的所有手机的通讯录存储在云端的同一存储空间内。所述信息发送的方法包括:
步骤S10、手机根据用户输入的全选群发指令,将本机通讯录以及本机通讯录在云端的存储空间地址发送至智能电视。
本步骤S10中所述的全选群发指令是指用户选择对手机本机通讯录所有的联系人发送待发信息的指令。
步骤S20、智能电视获取云端所述存储空间地址中所有通讯录,计算所述本机通讯录对应的联系人数N,以及所述所有通讯录对应的总联系人数M。
本实施例中由于同一用户的所有手机的通讯录存储在云端的同一存储空间内,因此本步骤S20中智能电视获取的所述所有通讯录包括所述用户的所有手机的本机通讯录。
步骤S30、比较N与M大小,当M大于N,则对总联系人进行分组,分成多组第一通讯录,依次向所述手机发送每一组第一通讯录。
本步骤S30中所述对总联系人进行分组,分成多组第一通讯录具体包括:以每组第一通讯录对应的联系人数为N进行分组,分成M/N组第一通讯录。例如M为1000,N为50,则以每组第一通讯录对应的联系人数为50进行分组,分成20(1000/50=20)组第一通讯录。当M/N有余数,则以余数对应的联系人数目作为最后一组第一通讯录的联系人数目,例如M为930,N为50,M/N=18余30,则分成19组,其中前18组每组第一通讯录对应的联系人数目为50,第19组第一通讯录对应的联系人数目为30。
本步骤S30中所述智能电视在向手机发送每一组第一通讯录时,还同步显示当前发送的第一通讯录,以及该组第一通讯录在分组中的排序。使得用户能够及时知晓信息发送的状态和进展。
本发明中,当M不大于N,则智能电视向对应的手机反馈分组失败信息,并结束流程。手机接收到分组失败信息,则按照传统模式,将待发信息发送给本机通讯录所对应的每个联系人。
步骤S40、手机接收到每一组第一通讯录后,将待发信息发送至对应组的第一通讯录中的每个联系人。
本步骤S40中,手机接收到每一组第一通讯录后,首先将对应组的第一通讯录所有的联系人号码或联系人名称添加到待发信息的收件人输入框内,然后根据用户输入的发送指令,将预先编辑好的待发信息发送到所述收件人输入框内的联系人号码或者联系人名称对应的联系人号码中。所述的待发信息为:短信、彩信、音频信息、或视频信息。所述联系人名称可以是联系人的姓名、也可以是联系人的昵称。所述联系人号码可以是手机号码、QQ账号、或者微信账号。
上述方法实施例中所述步骤S10之前还包括手机将本机通讯录存储至云端的步骤。参见图2,图2为本发明的手机将本机通讯录存储至云端的步骤具体细化流程示意图。所述手机将本机通讯录存储至云端的步骤具体包括:
步骤S101、手机向云端服务器发送携带机主信息、本机通讯录的通讯录存储请求。
步骤S102、云端服务器根据所述通讯录存储请求,判断云端是否存在与所述机主信息对应的机主通讯录存储空间;若是,则转入步骤S103;若否,则转入步骤S104。
步骤S103、将所述本机通讯录存储至所述机主通讯录存储空间。
步骤S104、在云端为所述机主分配机主通讯录存储空间,并将所述本机通讯录存储至所述机主通讯录存储空间。
本实施例中,所述机主信息可以是机主名称、机主账号、或者机主头像等。其中,本发明所述的同一用户是指同一机主信息。如多部手机的对应的机主名称相同均为小明,则认为该多部手机属于同一用户小明的。
上述实施例中,所述全选群发指令携带有所述手机标识。其中所述智能电视对总联系人进行分组,分成多组第一通讯录之后还包括如下处理:所述智能电视备份分组数据,为所述分组数据添加所述手机标识,将添加所述手机标识的所述分组数据存储至云端中所述手机对应的机主通讯录存储空间。
上述实施例中,在步骤S10之后还包括如下处理:智能电视判断云端所述存储空间地址中是否存在添加有所述手机标识的分组数据;若是,则智能电视获取所述分组数据,并依次向所述手机发送所述分组数据中每一组第一通讯录;若否,则智能电视执行上述步骤S20和步骤S30。本发明中所述分组数据可以重复使用,大大简化了信息发送处理的流程,降低了系统资源开支。

本发明进一步提供一种信息发送的系统。参照图3,图3为本发明的信息发送的系统一实施例的结构示意图。在一实施例中,所述信息发送的系统100包括:云端服务器110、同一用户的多部手机120、智能电视130。其中所述云端服务器110,用于将同一用户的所有手机的本机通讯录存储在云端的同一存储空间内。所述每部手机,用于根据用户输入的全选群发指令,将本机通讯录以及本机通讯录在云端的存储空间地址发送至智能电视;以及接收智能终端发送的每一组第一通讯录,并在接收到每一组第一通讯录后,将待发信息发送至对应组的第一通讯录中的每个联系人。所述智能电视130,用于根据手机发送的本机通讯录以及本机通讯录在云端的存储空间地址,获取云端所述存储空间地址中所有通讯录,计算所述本机通讯录对应的联系人数N,以及所述所有通讯录对应的总联系人数M;比较N与M大小,当M大于N,则对总联系人进行分组,分成多组第一通讯录,依次向所述手机发送每一组第一通讯录。
本实施例中所述的全选群发指令是指用户选择对手机本机通讯录所有的联系人发送待发信息的指令。
本实施例中由于同一用户的所有手机的通讯录存储在云端的同一存储空间内,因此本实施例中所述智能电视获取的所述所有通讯录包括所述用户的所有手机的本机通讯录。
本发明中,当M不大于N,则智能电视向对应的手机反馈分组失败信息,并结束流程。手机接收到分组失败信息,则按照传统模式,将待发信息发送给本机通讯录所对应的每个联系人。
本实施例中,手机接收到每一组第一通讯录后,首先将对应组的第一通讯录所有的联系人号码或联系人名称添加到待发信息的收件人输入框内,然后根据用户输入的发送指令,将预先编辑好的待发信息发送到所述收件人输入框内的联系人号码或者联系人名称对应的联系人号码中。所述的待发信息为:短信、彩信、音频信息、或视频信息。所述联系人名称可以是联系人的姓名、也可以是联系人的昵称。所述联系人号码可以是手机号码、QQ账号、或者微信账号。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种信息发送的方法,其特征在于,同一用户的所有手机的通讯录存储在云端的同一存储空间内,所述信息发送的方法包括:
    步骤一、手机根据用户输入的全选群发指令,将本机通讯录以及本机通讯录在云端的存储空间地址发送至智能电视;
    步骤二、智能电视获取云端所述存储空间地址中所有通讯录,计算所述本机通讯录对应的联系人数N,以及所述所有通讯录对应的总联系人数M;
    步骤三、比较N与M大小,当M大于N,则对总联系人进行分组,分成多组第一通讯录,依次向所述手机发送每一组第一通讯录,并同步显示当前发送的第一通讯录,以及该组第一通讯录在分组中的排序;
    步骤四、手机接收到每一组第一通讯录后,将待发信息发送至对应组的第一通讯录中的每个联系人;其中,在骤一之前还包括:
    所述手机向云端服务器发送携带机主信息、本机通讯录的通讯录存储请求;
    所述云端服务器根据所述通讯录存储请求,判断云端是否存在与所述机主信息对应的机主通讯录存储空间;
    若是,则将所述本机通讯录存储至所述机主通讯录存储空间;
    若否,则在云端为所述机主分配机主通讯录存储空间,并将所述本机通讯录存储至所述机主通讯录存储空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的信息发送的方法,其特征在于,所述全选群发指令携带有所述手机标识;
    所述智能电视对总联系人进行分组,分成多组第一通讯录之后还包括:
    所述智能电视备份分组数据,为所述分组数据添加所述手机标识,将添加所述手机标识的所述分组数据存储至云端中所述手机对应的机主通讯录存储空间。
  3. 据权利要求2所述的信息发送的方法,其特征在于,所述手机根据用户输入的全选群发指令,将本机通讯录以及本机通讯录在云端的存储空间地址发送至智能电视之后还包括:
    所述智能电视判断云端所述存储空间地址中是否存在添加有所述手机标识的分组数据;
    若是,则所述智能电视获取所述分组数据,并依次向所述手机发送所述分组数据中每一组第一通讯录;
    若否,则所述智能电视执行上述步骤二和步骤三。
  4. 据权利要求1所述的信息发送的方法,其特征在于,所述对总联系人进行分组,分成多组第一通讯录具体包括:
    以每组第一通讯录对应的联系人数为N进行分组,分成M/N组第一通讯录。

    步骤四、手机接收到每一组第一通讯录后,将待发信息发送至对应组的第一通讯录中的每个联系人。
  6. 据权利要求5所述的信息发送的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一之前还包括手机将本机通讯录存储至云端的步骤;
    所述手机将本机通讯录存储至云端的步骤包括:
    所述手机向云端服务器发送携带机主信息、本机通讯录的通讯录存储请求;
    所述云端服务器根据所述通讯录存储请求,判断云端是否存在与所述机主信息对应的机主通讯录存储空间;
    若是,则将所述本机通讯录存储至所述机主通讯录存储空间;
    若否,则在云端为所述机主分配机主通讯录存储空间,并将所述本机通讯录存储至所述机主通讯录存储空间。
  7. 据权利要求6所述的信息发送的方法,其特征在于,所述全选群发指令携带有所述手机标识;
    所述智能电视对总联系人进行分组,分成多组第一通讯录之后还包括:
    所述智能电视备份分组数据,为所述分组数据添加所述手机标识,将添加所述手机标识的所述分组数据存储至云端中所述手机对应的机主通讯录存储空间。
  8. 据权利要求7所述的信息发送的方法,其特征在于,所述手机根据用户输入的全选群发指令,将本机通讯录以及本机通讯录在云端的存储空间地址发送至智能电视之后还包括:

    若是,则所述智能电视获取所述分组数据,并依次向所述手机发送所述分组数据中每一组第一通讯录;
    若否,则所述智能电视执行上述步骤二和步骤三。
