一种容器(100),包括光源(22)及容腔(10),其中,还包括:控制组件及设置于容腔(10)易于把握位置上的触控板(30),控制组件电连接光源(22)及触控板(30),控制组件根据触控板(30)感测的外界触摸信号控制光源(22)发光。容器(100)采用触控板(30)作为感应开关,用户在用手接触到容器(100)侧面之后控制组件即点亮光源(22)发光,用户手指从容器(100)上拿开之后控制组件控制光源(22)熄灭。由此,容器(100)的点亮与熄灭可在用户拿起或放下容器(100)的时候同时完成,而不需要用户做额外的开关动作,从而可提升容器(100)的用户体验。另外,用户可通过手指的滑动调节容器(100)的明亮程度及颜色变化,从而使用户体验更佳。

容器 技术领域
本发明涉及电子设备领域,尤其涉及一种容器。
背景技术
杯子作为日常生活用的必备品,逐渐被集成了越来越多的功能以方便人们使用。比如,为了提高杯子的观赏性,杯子内部被集成光源,通过光源的照射使杯子发光。
现有的发光杯通常是在杯子的底部设置开关,通过开关来控制光源的开关。当用户需要点亮杯子时,首先将杯子翻转,然后再按下开关,使光源通电发光。然而,此种发光杯的点亮方式较为繁琐。并且,由于开关设置在杯子的底部,用户在翻转之后需要寻找开关的位置,如果周围的光线不好,开关将变得难以辨认。综上种种,现有的发光杯的用户体验并不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种提高用户体验的容器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种容器,包括光源及容腔,其中,还包括:
控制组件及设置于容腔易于把握位置上的触控板,控制组件电连接光源及触控板,控制组件根据触控板感测的外界触摸信号控制光源发光。
本发明的容器采用触控板作为感应开关,用户在用手接触到容器上的触控板之后控制组件即点亮光源发光,用户手指从容器上拿开之后控制组件控制光源熄灭。由此,容器的点亮与熄灭可在用户拿起或放下容器的时候同时完成,而不需要用户做额外的开关动作,从而可提升容器的用户体验。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1,本发明的一实施例提供了一种包括容腔的容器。本实施例中,容器为杯子100。本实施例中,容腔为导光杯体10,其包括顶部11、相对顶部11的底部12及位于二者之间的中部。顶部11开设有第一收容腔111,第一收容腔111开口方向与朝底部12的方向反向设置。第一收容腔111用以盛装物体。杯子100还包括固定于底部12的光源组件20,光源组件20可发光照亮导光杯体10。杯子100还包括固定于导光杯体10周侧的触控板30及固定于底部12的控制组件(未示出)。控制组件电连接触控板30和光源组件20,控制组件20用以接收触控板30的触控信号,并根据触控信号控制光源组件20发光,以及控制光源组件20的发光强度及颜色。
通过光源组件20可发光照亮导光杯体10,而触控板30在用户的触摸下,向控制组件20发送触控信息,从而控制光源组件20发光或熄灭,以及控制光源组件20的发光强度,使得杯子10用户体验较佳。
本实施方式中,导光杯体10呈圆筒状,导光杯体10采用透明亚克力胶一体成型制成。第一收容腔111的开口开设于顶部11的端面上。在其他实施方式中,导光杯体还可以是呈方柱体,导光杯体10还可以采用其它导光材料制成。
请参阅图3,进一步地,导光杯体10的延伸方向(本实施例导光杯体10的延伸方向即为其长度方向)与竖直方向呈夹角,第一收容腔111开口方向平 行于导光杯体10的延伸方向。导光杯体10相对竖直方向倾斜,第一收容腔111的开口方向相对竖直方向倾斜,方便向第一收容腔111内添加液体,从而增加杯子100的便捷性。第一收容腔111的开口为圆形,从而方便导光杯体10的加工。在其他实施方式中,杯子10的延伸方向还可以是沿折弯曲线延伸,第一收容腔111的开口还可以是方形。
进一步地,底部12设有第二收容腔121,第二收容腔121开口方向与第一收容腔111开口方向反向设置,光源组件20和控制组件均固定于第二收容腔121内。底部12的底面开设一缺口。
本实施方式中,第二收容腔121的开口呈椭圆。第二收容腔121与第一收容腔111通过一隔板13相隔离,从而使得第二收容腔121可以对光源组件20和控制组件进行保护。第一收容腔111的体积大于第二收容腔121的体积。第一收容腔111的内径大于第二收容腔121的内径,从而使导光杯体10的侧壁14的厚度不同。具体而言,导光杯体10的侧壁14在对应第一收容腔111的位置的厚度小于对应第二收容腔121的位置的厚度。换句话说,导光杯体10的侧壁14厚度是以隔板13作为分界的,以图3中所示的杯子100为参考,隔板13上方的侧壁14厚度小于隔板13下方的侧壁14厚度。隔板13垂直于导光杯体10的侧壁14,其顶面131为垂直于侧壁14的平面,底面132为朝向顶面131凹陷的凹面。隔板13的凹面可将光源模组20从第二收容腔121发出的光线扩散至第一收容腔111,从而使光线更加均匀。光源组件20和控制组件可以是固定于第二收容腔121的内侧壁,也可以是通过支撑板固定于第二收容腔121的开口处,从而方便对光源组件20和控制组件的拆卸或维护。在其他实施方式中,光源组件20和控制组件还可以是镶嵌于底部12。
本实施方式中,光源组件20可以是LED模组,光源组件20向导光杯体10发光,从而使得导光杯体10被点亮,从而方便杯子100在黑暗环境中使用。光源组件20接收控制组件的控制指令,可以处于发光或熄灭状态,还可以根据控制组件的控制指令改变发光光强,还可以根据控制组件的控制指令改变光照颜色。在其他实施方式中,光源组件20还可以是多个LED灯珠阵列设置。
本实施方式中,触控板30为透明的柔性触控板。触控板30围合于导光杯体10周侧,并贴合于导光杯体10的外侧壁面。触控板30可以感应用户的触 摸信号,以及感应用户的触摸力度的大小。具体的,当用户的手指触摸触控板30时,触控板30感应到用户的触摸信号,进而将触摸信号发送至控制组件,控制组件进而根据触摸信号控制光源组件20发光,进而点亮导光杯体10;当用户的手指离开触控板30,触控板30没有感应到用户的触摸信号,从而触控板30停止向控制组件发送触控信号,从而控制组件控制光源组件20熄灭;当用户触摸触控板30的力度增大,控制组件控制光源组件20增大光强;当用户触摸触控板30的力度减小,控制组件控制光源组件20减小光强。触控板30还可以根据用户触摸的位置变换,进而向控制组件发送变换的触控信号,从而使得控制组件控制光源组件20改变颜色。在其他实施方式中,触控板30感应用户的手指温度,从而根据温度信息,改变光源组件20的光照颜色。当然,控制组件还可设定为一旦接受到触控板30的控制信号,就自动持续变换光源组件20的颜色,而不需要用户的手指变换位置,即用户在用手触摸触控板30之后,即使手指保持不动,控制组件也会控制光源组件20持续变色,直至用户的手指离开触控板30为止。另外,控制组件还可设定为在触控板30感测到用户的手指沿导光杯体10的延伸方向滑动时,调节光源组件20的亮度。比如当用户的手指在触控板30上向上滑动时,增大光源组件20的亮度;当用户的手指在触控板30上向下滑动时,减小光源组件20的亮度。需要指出的是,沿导光杯体10的延伸方向滑动并不限于需与导光杯体10的延伸方向保持完全一致,偏离一定角度亦可,只要滑动的动作在导光杯体10的延伸方向上产生一个位移即可。
控制组件可以是设置于主板上的控制电路或者是中央处理器。控制组件接收触控板30的电信号,并向光源组件发送电信号指令,以控制光源组件20运行。
进一步地,杯子100还包括内盖50,内盖50收容于第二收容腔内121,内盖50的外侧壁面与第二收容腔121的内侧壁面相配合,光源组件20和控制组件均固定于内盖50上。
本实施方式中,内盖50包括椭圆形内盖板51和围合于内盖板51周侧的内盖边52,内盖边52与内盖板51一体设置。内盖边52与第二收容腔121的开口内侧相配合,即内盖边52呈圆形边框,从而方便内盖50在第二收容腔 121内定位,防止内盖50在第二收容腔121内晃动。内盖板51与第二收容腔121开口呈夹角,从而方便内盖板51封盖第二收容腔121的开口内侧。本实施例中,内盖板51为水平设置,其所在平面与第二收容腔121的开口所在平面成30度的夹角。当然,此夹角也可根据实际需求变化,但范围优选为10至60度之间。内盖板51朝向第二收容腔121一侧固定光源组件20和控制组件,从而在从第二收容腔121内拆卸内盖50时,可以一同将光源组件20和控制组件50取出第二收容腔121,进而方便对光源组件20和控制组件进行维护。在其他实施方式中,若导光杯体10为矩形柱体,则内盖50还可以是矩形盖板。
进一步地,第二收容腔121内侧壁面设有台阶122,内盖51的周缘设有多个等距排列的固定部53,固定部53通过螺丝等工具固定于台阶122上。
本实施方式中,台阶122设置于第二收容腔121的开口内侧,台阶122沿第二收容腔121的内侧周向延伸。台阶122沿周向设置多个等距排列的螺钉孔(未标示),每一固定部53与每一螺钉孔对应。固定部53为螺钉柱。固定部53可拆卸连接于台阶122上,从而方便对内盖50进行拆卸维护。在其他实施方式中,固定部53还可以是销钉,台阶122上还可以对应设置销钉孔。
进一步地,光源组件20包括固定于内盖50上的电路板21和固定于电路板21上的光源22,光源22电连接于电路板21,控制组件固定于电路板21上,并电连接电路板21。
本实施方式中,电路板21可以是辅助LED发光的铝基板,光源22可以是LED灯珠。电路板21为圆形板件。电路板21与内盖板51呈夹角,并与第二收容腔121的开口所在平面平行。光源22与控制组件可以是经电路板21上的电路进行电连接,控制组件可以是设置于电路板21上的控制电路或者是中央处理器。电路板21螺钉连接于内盖板51上。具体的,内盖板51朝向第二收容腔121底端一侧设有多个螺钉柱,电路板21螺接于多个螺钉柱上,电路板21与内盖板51之间存在间距。光源22焊接于电路板21背离内盖板51一侧。控制组件焊接于电路板21靠近内盖板51一侧。在其他实施方式中,电路板21还可以是粘接于内盖板51上。电路板21的外侧面被第二收容腔121的内侧壁面所环绕,内盖50的内盖边52的顶面与第二收容腔121的台阶122底面抵接。
进一步地,电路板21上设有电池(未标示)和电连接于电池(未标示)的连接器(未标示),电池电连接触控板30和光源22,用以向触控板30和光源22供电,连接器用以连接外界电源线,以使电池充电,内盖50开设有与连接器相对应的连接端口50a。
本实施方式中,电池和连接器均设置于电路板21靠近内盖板51一侧。连接器可以USB插座,也可以是USB插头,还可以是通用电源插座或者是通用电源插头。连接端口50a可以允许外界电源插入,从而使得电池接收外界电能,以方便为杯子100进行储存电能,从而增加杯子100体验性。在其他实施方式中,连接端口50a还可以是设于底部12的侧壁。
进一步地,内盖50朝向隔板13设有凸台54,凸台54抵靠于连接器,连接端口50a开设于凸台54上。
本实施方式中,凸台54沿平行于导光杯体10长度方向朝电路板21延伸。凸台54抵靠于连接器,一方面,对连接器进行支撑,增加杯子100的结构稳固性,另一方面,方便外界电源线经连接端口50a连接连接器。内盖板51背离凸台54一侧与凸台54相对应的位置还设有凹槽55,凹槽55的底端朝凸台54的顶端延伸,从而方便内盖板51加工。并且减小连接端口50a的深度,从而方便外界电源线插接连接器。在其他实施方式中,若电路板21贴合于内盖板51,则在内盖板51上还可以设有收容连接器的凹槽。
进一步地,电路板21上还设有按键211,按键211电连接控制组件,用以向控制组件发送开启指令或关闭指令,内盖50设有供按键211穿过的第一通孔56。
本实施方式中,按键211固定于电路板21靠近内盖板51一侧。第一通孔56开设于内盖板51上,按键211穿过内盖板51。当用户按压按键211时,按键211向控制组件发出关闭指令,从而断开电池与光源组件20和触控板30,从而使得杯子100开启节能状态。当用户再次按压按键211,按键211向控制组件发送开启指令,从而接通电池与光源组件20和触控板30,从而使得杯子100开启智能状态。在其他实施方式中,按键211的数目还可以是多个。
进一步地,内盖50靠近电路板21一侧还设有套设于按键211周侧套筒57,第一通孔56贯通套筒57内侧。具体的,套筒57设置于内盖板51靠近电 路板21一侧。套筒57的长度方向平行于导光杯体10的长度方向,该套筒57的长度方向即为套筒57的几何中心轴线方向,从而在安装内盖50时,方便按键211塞入套筒57,方便利用套筒57对按键211进行保护,以及方便对按键211进行按压导向。
进一步地,杯子100还包括外盖60,外盖60封盖第二收容腔121的开口,外盖60设有与第一通孔56相通的第二通孔61,以及设有与连接端口50a相通的第三通孔62,按键211穿过第二通孔61。
本实施方式中,外盖60套设于底部12。外盖60包括外盖板60a和外盖边60b,外盖板60a抵靠于内盖板51底面,外盖边60b围合于底部12周侧。外盖边60b的内侧壁面与底部12的外侧壁面相贴合,从而保护导光杯体10的底部12,从而增加杯子100的使用寿命。内盖边52的外侧壁面也与外盖边60b的内侧壁面贴合。更进一步地,外盖60的外盖边60b的顶面与触控板30的底面贴合,由此封闭整个导光杯体10的外侧壁面。并且,外盖边60b的外侧壁面与触控板30的外侧壁面齐平,从而实现统一的视觉效果,并防止割手的情况发生。外盖60采用金属材质。外盖边60b与外盖板60a一体设置。第二通孔61供按键211穿过,从而方便按压按键211,第三通孔62可以供外界电源线穿过,从而方便外界电源线连接连接器。在其他实施方式中,外盖60还可以是塑胶材质。
进一步地,杯子100还包括底盖70,底盖70贴合于外盖60背离内盖50一侧,底盖70设有于扇形槽孔71,扇形槽孔71与第三通孔62相对设置。槽孔71包括呈直线状的第一边缘711和呈半圆弧装的第二边缘712。第一边缘711转动连接有挡板72,挡板72相对槽孔71翻转,挡板72形状与槽孔71形状相同。挡板72用以遮盖或开启槽孔71。从而方便在杯子100不需要充电时,挡板72遮盖第三通孔62,从而实现对连接器进行保护。更为具体的,挡板72靠近槽孔71一侧设凸起721,凸起721与第三通孔62相配合,即挡板72遮盖第三通孔62时,凸起721塞入第三通孔62内,实现完全密封第三通孔62,从而增强连接器的保护。
进一步地,底盖70贴合外盖板60a一侧设有定位部73,定位部73为凹槽,定位部73与按键211相配合,从而方便底盖70在外盖板60a上定位,并 且方便底盖70将用户的按压力传递至按键211,从而方便按压按键211。更为具体的底盖70采用柔性材质,或者仅在对应按压按键的211位置处采用柔性材质,底盖70背离外盖板60a一侧对应定位部73设有按键标识74,从而方便用户按压按键211,从而实现杯子100的节能状态或智能状态的转换。挡板72背离凸起721一侧对应凸起721设有充电标识75,从而方便用户翻开挡板72为杯子100充电,从而提高杯子100的体验性。
本发明的杯子通过光源组件20可发光照亮导光杯体10,而触控板30在用户的触摸下,向控制组件发送触控信息,从而控制组件根据触控信息的变化,控制光源组件20发光或熄灭,以及控制光源组件20的发光强度。
本发明的杯子100采用触控板30作为感应开关,用户在用手接触到杯子100侧面之后控制组件即点亮杯子100发光,用户手指从杯子100上拿开之后控制组件控制光源22熄灭。由此,杯子100的点亮与熄灭可在用户拿起或放下杯子100的时候同时完成,而不需要用户做额外的开关动作,从而可提升杯子100的用户体验。另外,用户可通过手指的滑动调节杯子100的明亮程度及颜色变化,从而使用户体验更佳。
另外,上述实施例均是以杯子100进行举例,可以理解地,其他类型的容器,如罐子、壶、瓶子等都可适用于本发明,且触控板30优选贴在用户易于把握的位置,如壶的把手上、罐子的提手上、瓶子的外侧面上等等。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种容器,包括光源及容腔,其特征在于,还包括控制组件及设置于所述容腔易于把握位置上的触控板,所述控制组件电连接所述光源和所述触控板,所述控制组件根据所述触控板感测的外界触摸信号控制所述光源发光。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容腔包括导光杯体,所述光源发出的光线穿过所述导光杯体向外出射。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的容器,其特征在于,所述触控板包括环绕贴设于所述导光杯体外侧面的透明柔性触控板。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的容器,其特征在于,所述导光杯体包括第一收容腔及与第一收容腔开口方向相反的第二收容腔,所述光源发出的光线从第二收容腔进入所述第一收容腔内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的容器,其特征在于,所述第一收容腔与所述第二收容腔隔绝,所述光源及所述控制组件设置于所述第二收容腔内。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的容器,其特征在于,所述杯子还包括内盖,所述内盖至少部分收容于所述第二收容腔内,所述内盖与所述导光杯体的底部抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的容器,其特征在于,所述第二收容腔内侧壁面设有台阶,所述内盖朝向台阶设有固定部,所述固定部固定于所述台阶上。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器还还包括收容于第二收容腔内的电路板,所述光源及所述控制组件均固定于所述电路板上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器还包括电池及电连接于所述电池的连接器,所述连接器设于电路板的一侧,所述光源设于电路板相反的一侧。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器还包括外盖,所述外盖包括与所述内盖底部抵接的外盖板及从所述外盖板周缘延伸的外盖边,所述外盖边套设于所述内盖及所述导光杯体外周。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的容器,其特征在于,所述外盖边的外侧壁面 与所述触控板的外侧壁面齐平,所述外盖边的顶部与所述触控板的底部抵接。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器还包括穿设所述外盖及所述内盖的按键,所述按键与所述控制组件电连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器还包括底盖,所述底盖贴合于所述外盖底部,所述底盖抵接所述按键并在对应所述按键的位置形成柔性区域。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的容器,其特征在于,所述底盖开设槽孔,并在对应所述槽孔的位置形成挡板,所述挡板转动连接于所述槽孔边缘。
