화장품 용기용 메쉬망 조립체 및 이를 구비한 화장품 용기
본 발명은 화장품 용기용 메쉬망 조립체 및 이를 구비한 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 특히 콤택트 형태의 화장품 용기용 메쉬망 조립체 및 이를 구비한 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 화장에 사용되는 화장품은 다양하게 개시되어 있으나, 크게 기초 화장품, 메이크업(make-up) 화장품이 주종을 이루고 있고 그 용도에 대해서는 널리 알려져 있다.
특히, 가장 널리 사용되는 화장품으로는 메이크업 화장품으로서 베이스 메이크업 화장품과 포인트 메이크업 화장품으로 구분될 수 있다.
베이스 메이크업 화장품은 분 형태의 파운데이션이 있으며 일반적으로 볼 터치 등에 사용된다. 포인트 메이크업 화장품으로는 마스카라, 아이라인, 립스틱 등이 있다. 이들 화장품들 중 소모성이 가장 많은 화장품으로는 파운데이션을 들 수 있다.
이러한 파운데이션은 색조가 있는 분말 원료에 고착제, 유화제와 같은 성분을 혼합하고 일정의 온도에서 용융, 냉각시킨 다음 고형화된 파우더를 화장품 용기 내에 수납하고, 사용 시에 내부에 수용된 화장 용구인 퍼프를 이용하여 파우더를 묻혀 얼굴에 바르도록 되어 있다.
그런데 최근에는 고형의 파우더가 갖고 있는 사용상의 불편함으로 인해 수분이 함유된 액상으로 개량하여 얼굴 화장의 용이성은 물론 화장에 따른 피부에 뭉침이 없이 골고루 펴서 밀착감이 있게 화장을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 콤팩트가 개발 되어 사용되고 있다.
이와 같은 콤팩트, 즉 화장품 용기는 도시하지는 않았지만, 액상 파우더(화장료)가 함침된 함침재가 보관되는 내부 케이스와, 함침재 상부에 배치되는 메쉬망, 내부 케이스를 외측에서 둘러싸는 외부 케이스와, 외부 케이스에 힌지 결합되며 외부 케이스를 완전히 닫는 화장품 용기 뚜껑을 포함할 수 있다.
여기서, 메쉬망은 함침재의 화장료를 균일하게 토출되도록 도와주는 것으로서, 일반적으로 상부 고정링, 하부 고정링 사이에 고정되어 있다.
이러한 구성에 의해서, 화장품 용기 뚜껑을 연 후, 퍼프를 이용해 메쉬망을 눌러 함침재를 가압하고, 함침재로부터 토출되는 화장료를 퍼프가 흡인하게 되면 퍼프에 흡인된 화장료를 얼굴에 발라 화장을 수행할 수 있다.
그런데, 상기 화장 과정이 반복적으로 수행되는 경우, 상부 고정링, 하부 고정링 사이에 고정되어 있는 메쉬망이 처지거나 이탈되는 등의 문제점이 있었다.
이에 본 발명은 상기한 사정을 감안하여 안출된 것으로, 메쉬망의 처짐 및 이탈 등을 방지하는 화장품 용기용 메쉬망 조립체 및 이를 구비한 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 화장품 용기용 메쉬망 조립체는 내주면에 복수의 돌기가 형성되는 외측 고정링; 상기 외측 고정링의 내주면에 외주면이 밀착되게 형성되는 내측 고정링; 및 상기 외측 고정링과 상기 내측 고정링 사이에 삽입 고정되는 메쉬망;을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 복수의 돌기는 주돌기 및 보조돌기를 포함하며, 상기 주돌기 및 상기 보조돌기는 서로 다른 길이를 가질 수 있다.
상기 외측 고정링은, 상부가 하부보다 직경이 작을 수 있다.
상기 내측 고정링은, 상기 외측 고정링보다 수직 방향 길이가 짧을 수 있다.
상기 내측 고정링은 연질 성분을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 메쉬망은, 이종 재질을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 메쉬망 조립체를 구비한 화장품 용기는 메쉬망 조립체; 및 화장료가 수용되는 소정 공간을 가지는 화장품 용기 본체;를 포함하며, 상기 메쉬망 조립체는 상기 소정 공간을 형성하는 상기 화장품 용기 본체 내측면에 맞닿도록 배치될 수 있다.
상기 화장품 용기 본체의 소정 공간에는, 화장료가 함침되는 함침재가 수용될 수 있다.
상기 함침재는 탄성 복원력을 가질 수 있다.
상기 화장품 용기 본체에는 단턱부가 형성되며, 상기 메쉬망 조립체는, 상기 함침재를 가압하고 나서 상기 함침재의 탄성 복원력에 의해 상기 단턱부에 걸리게 되어 상승 거리가 제한될 수 있다.
따라서, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 화장품 용기용 메쉬망 조립체 및 이를 구비한 화장품 용기에 의하면, 새로운 구조 적용을 통해 메쉬망을 종래 보다 더욱 단단히 고정 시킴으로써, 메쉬망에 외부 힘이 반복적으로 가해지더라도 메쉬망의 처짐 및 이탈 등을 방지할 수 있다.

도 1을 참고하면, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 화장품 용기용 메쉬망 조립체(100)는 외측 고정링(110), 내측 고정링(120) 및 메쉬망(130)을 포함하며, 외측 고정링(110)의 내주면에 복수의 돌기가 형성됨으로써, 외측 고정링(110) 내부에 메쉬망(130)이 위치한 상태에서 외측 고정링(110)에 내측 고정링(120)이 결합되고, 메쉬망(130)이 외측 고정링(110)과 내측 고정링(120) 사이에 삽입 고정되면, 메쉬망(130)이 더욱 단단히 고정된 상태로 제공될 수 있으며, 이를 통해 메쉬망(130)의 처짐 및 이탈 등이 방지될 수 있다.
도 1 및 도 2를 참고하면, 외측 고정링(110)은 소정면적의 내주면과 외주면을 가지는 링형상의 부재이다. 외측 고정링(110)은 형태 변형이 일어나지 않도록 경질 성분을 포함하여 형성될 수 있다. 외측 고정링(110)은 내주면에 복수의 돌기가 형성될 수 있다. 여기서, 복수의 돌기는 주돌기(mp) 및 보조돌기(sp)를 포함할 수 있다.

내부 케이스(210) 안쪽에는 화장료가 수용될 수 있다. 화장료는 사용자 피부 미용에 이용되는 것으로, 필요에 따라 함침재(Imp)에 함침될 수 있다. 이런 경우에는 함침재(Imp)가 내부 케이스(210)에 수용될 수도 있다. 함침재(Imp)는 탄성 복원력을 가지는 것으로서, 예컨대 스펀지일 수 있다.
메쉬망 조립체(100)는 화장료 상부 및 내부 케이스(210) 내주면에 맞닿도록 배치될 수 있다.
한편, 내부 케이스(210)에 함침재(Imp)가 수용되는 경우에는 내부 케이스(210) 상단(도 4 기준)에 단턱부(211)가 형성될 수 있다. 메쉬망 조립체(100)는, 사용자의 퍼프(300)에 의해 눌러져 함침재(Imp)를 가압하고 나서, 사용자 힘이 사라질 때 함침재(Imp)의 탄성 복원력에 의해 상부 방향으로 상승하게 되는데, 이때 단턱부(211)에 걸리게 되어 상승 거리가 제한될 수 있다.
내부 케이스(210)는 외부 케이스(220)의 내측에 형성되고, 외부 케이스(220)에는 화장품 용기 뚜껑(230)이 회전 가능하게 힌지 결합될 수 있다.
화장품 용기 뚜껑(230)은, 외부 케이스(220)를 덮은 상태일 때 퍼프(300)를 수용할 정도의 공간이 형성될 수 있다.
따라서, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 화장품 용기(10)는 사용자 퍼프(300)에 의해 메쉬망 조립체(100)가 눌러져 화장료를 가압할 때, 화장료를 토출시켜 메쉬망 조립체(100)를 지나 사용자 퍼프(300)에 제공할 수 있으며, 상기한 동작이 반복적으로 수행되더라도 메쉬망 조립체(100)의 메쉬망(130)이 처지거나 이탈되는 현상이 일어나지 않도록 할 수 있다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 수정, 변경 및 치환이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시 예 및 첨부된 도면들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시 예 및 첨부된 도면에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다.

Claims (10)

  1. 내주면에 복수의 돌기가 형성되는 외측 고정링;
    상기 외측 고정링의 내주면에 외주면이 밀착되게 형성되는 내측 고정링; 및
    상기 외측 고정링과 상기 내측 고정링 사이에 삽입 고정되는 메쉬망;
    을 포함하는 화장품 용기용 메쉬망 조립체.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 돌기는 주돌기 및 보조돌기를 포함하며,
    상기 주돌기 및 상기 보조돌기는 서로 다른 길이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 메쉬망 조립체.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 외측 고정링은, 상부가 하부보다 직경이 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 메쉬망 조립체.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 내측 고정링은, 상기 외측 고정링보다 수직 방향 길이가 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 메쉬망 조립체.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 내측 고정링은 연질 성분을 포함하는 메쉬망 조립체.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 메쉬망은, 이종 재질을 포함하는 메쉬망 조립체.
  7. 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 메쉬망 조립체; 및
    화장료가 수용되는 소정 공간을 가지는 화장품 용기 본체;를 포함하며,
    상기 메쉬망 조립체는 상기 소정 공간을 형성하는 상기 화장품 용기 본체 내측면에 맞닿도록 배치되는 것인 메쉬망 조립체를 구비한 화장품 용기.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 화장품 용기 본체의 소정 공간에는,
    상기 화장료가 함침되는 함침재가 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 메쉬망 조립체를 구비한 화장품 용기.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 함침재는 탄성 복원력을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 메쉬망 조립체를 구비한 화장품 용기.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서,
    상기 화장품 용기 본체에는 단턱부가 형성되며,
    상기 메쉬망 조립체는, 상기 함침재를 가압하고 나서 상기 함침재의 탄성 복원력에 의해 상기 단턱부에 걸리게 되어 상승 거리가 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 메쉬망 조립체를 구비한 화장품 용기.
