所述内门玻璃窗3的外轮廓为半圆形，中部向箱体内凸出，下部圆弧段的边缘设有翻边，所述翻边夹持在内门内框、内门外框之间，上部为“[”形折边。所述内门玻璃窗3为半圆形透明盆体去掉平面的侧面，弧面的侧面的端部设有翻边，所述翻边夹持在内门内框和内门外框之间实现固定，所述去掉平面的侧面后，该面为“[”形折边，便于在上面设置密封结构12。
如图7所示，所述外门2包括外门内框9、外门外框10、外门玻璃窗4，所述外门内框9、外门外框10为环状框体，所述外门玻璃窗4覆盖住外门内框9、外门外框10的内环围成的区域的上部，所述外门玻璃窗4设置在外门内框9和外门外框10之间，所述外门内框9和所述外门外框10卡接在一起或者所述外门内框9和所述外门外框10通过螺钉固定在一起后将外门玻璃窗4的边缘夹持在中间，实现三者之间的固定连接，优选所述外门还包括外门窗屏11。所述外门的外侧设有外门窗屏11，与外门玻璃窗连接，用于覆盖外门玻璃窗4和内门玻璃窗3。所述外门玻璃窗4为半圆形的透明盆体，端部设有半圆形的开口，所述开口朝向外门外框10或外门窗屏11，下部圆弧段的边缘设有翻边，所述翻边夹持在外门内框、外门外框之间。所述外门玻璃窗封住内门上部的开口，所述外门窗屏能够封住外门玻璃窗外端的开口，同时所述外门窗屏也能够封住内门玻璃窗外端的敞口。
如图6、图8所示，所述内门内框6与洗衣机箱体之间设有密封圈，所述外门内框和内门外框之间设有密封圈，所述内门玻璃窗3和外门玻璃窗4之间设有密封结构12，所述内门玻璃窗3的上部折边处设有密封结构12，所述密封结构包括包裹在内门玻璃窗的上部折边的扣槽型的安装座13和安装座13上部与安装座上面成一定角度的弹性的密封边14。所述密封结构为与内门玻璃窗上部相对应的条状结构，所述安装座14为扣槽结构，扣在所述内门玻璃窗的上部折边上，所述密封边14为与安装座13一体设置的软 质密封边，所述密封边与安装座的上表面成一定角度，优选垂直，外门关闭时，外门玻璃窗向内运动，碰到密封边后，密封边被压倒，直至外门完全关闭时，密封边被挤在外门玻璃窗与安装座之间形成密封，外门打开后，密封边恢复原位，所述安装座为较硬材质做成的，所述密封边为软质材料做成，安装座和密封边一体成型，可以采用软硬共挤技术加工或二次成型技术加工。
所述内门内框6、内门外框7之间对应内门玻璃窗处设有挡板(图中未画出)，所述挡板和所述内门玻璃窗凸出的部分形成容纳腔。所述挡板为透明结构，打开外门后可向可以盛放衣物、洗涤剂等，充分利用内门玻璃处的空间。
优选所述内门玻璃窗3大于半圆面，所述外门玻璃窗4小于半圆面。内门的开口能放入单件的衣服就可，避免打开外门时会有水溅出。
所述内门、箱体的铰接处位于箱体的一侧，所述内门、外门的铰接处位于箱体的另一侧，如内门连同外门能够向左打开，外门能够向右打开，或者所述内门、箱体的铰接处与所述内门、外门的铰接处在箱体的同侧，如内门连同外门能够向左打开，外门能够向左打开，或者所述内门、箱体的铰接处位于箱体的一侧，所述内门、外门的铰接处位于箱体的下侧，如内门连同外门能够向左打开，外门能够向下打开，提供多种可开门的方式的选择。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，在不脱离本发明原理前提下，还可以做出多种变形和改进，这也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滚筒洗衣机，滚筒洗衣机前部开口设有门体，门体的一侧与洗衣机的箱体铰接，其特征在于，所述门体为内、外双层结构，包括内门、外门，内门与洗衣机箱体铰接，用以部分的打开/关闭所述箱体的前部开口，内门上部设有缺口，外门与内门铰接，用以打开/关闭所述内门上的缺口，所述内门和外门配合用以全部的打开/关闭所述箱体的前部开口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滚筒洗衣机，其特征在于：所述内门下部设有内门玻璃窗，上部设有缺口，外门上部设有外门玻璃窗，用于打开/关闭内门上部的缺口，内门玻璃窗和外门玻璃窗配合形成观察窗。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种滚筒洗衣机，其特征在于：所述外门的外侧设有外门窗屏，与外门玻璃窗连接，用于覆盖外门玻璃窗和内门玻璃窗。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机，其特征在于：所述内门和外门之间设有门锁结构，所述门锁结构可将外门与内门锁定为一体。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种滚筒洗衣机，其特征在于：所述内门包括内门内框、内门外框和内门玻璃窗，所述内框和外框为环状框体，所述内门玻璃窗至少覆盖住内门内框、内门外框的内环围成的区域的下半部分，上部为缺口，优选所述内门玻璃窗的外轮廓为半圆形，中部向箱体内凸出，下部圆弧段的边缘设有翻边，所述翻边夹持在内门内框、内门外框之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机，其特征在于：所述外门包括外门内框、外门外框、外门玻璃窗和外门窗屏，所述外门内框、外门外框为环状框体，所述外门玻璃窗覆盖住外门内框、外门外框的内环围成的区域的上部，优选所述外门玻璃窗为半圆形的透明盆体，端部设有半圆形的开口，所述开口朝向外门外框或外门窗屏，下部圆弧段的边缘设有翻边，所述翻边夹持在外门内框、外门外框之间，外门窗屏和外门外框连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机，其特征在于：所述内门玻璃窗的上部折边处设有密封结构，所述密封结构包括包裹在内门玻璃窗的上部折边的扣槽型的安装座和安装座上部与安装座项面成一定角度的弹性的密封边。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机，其特征在于：所述内门内框、 内门外框之间对应内门玻璃窗处设有挡板，所述挡板和所述内门玻璃窗凸出的部分形成容纳腔。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机，其特征在于：所述内门玻璃大于半圆面，所述外门玻璃小于半圆面。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机，其特征在于：所述内门、箱体的铰接处位于箱体的一侧，所述内门、外门的铰接处位于箱体的另一侧，或者所述内门、箱体的铰接处与所述内门、外门的铰接处在箱体的同侧，或者所述内门、箱体的铰接处位于箱体的一侧，所述内门、外门的铰接处位于箱体的下侧。
