如图1所示,本实施例的榨油机的过滤机构包括设置在榨油机榨膛的出油口下方的滤油机构1,滤油机构1包括:油盒11、细滤盒12、粗滤盒13和细滤网14,油盒11的顶部具有开口,用于收集过滤后的油;细滤盒设置在油盒的顶部,细滤盒12的顶部敞口、底部均匀设置有若干个透油口;细滤网14平铺在细滤盒12内的盒底;粗滤盒13设置在细滤盒12的顶部,粗滤盒13包括上下具有开口的盒体131和固接在盒体内的粗滤网132,盒体131与细滤盒12可拆卸的连接,且盒体的底端间接压在细滤网14上。
本发明的过滤机构利用粗滤盒和细滤盒两级过滤,粗滤盒和细滤盒拆装方便,细滤盒和油盒之间拆装便捷,过滤机构整体结构简单,拆装简易且过滤精度高。粗滤盒和细滤盒的可拆卸连接优选卡扣连接,此外还可采用螺纹连接、插拔连接等其他连接方式。
为了使粗滤盒和细滤盒之间更便捷的连接,如图2所示,细滤盒12的盒体的侧壁的顶部附近形成二阶台阶状结构,且在高阶和低阶之间的侧壁上设置有支点孔121;粗滤盒13的盒体的顶部具有沿周向向外延伸的边沿部133,并在边沿部的底端处向外延伸出与支点孔对应的支点134;粗滤盒的盒体的边沿部抵靠在细滤盒的二阶台阶状结构的高阶处,支点134插入支点孔121内,细滤盒外对应的低阶端上靠近外侧的部分压在油盒上。
粗滤盒13的边沿部上靠近外侧的底端处向下延伸出一支撑部135,支点设置在支撑部的外侧并向外延伸出边沿部的外侧,支撑部135的底端抵靠在低阶处,位于支撑部外的边沿部压在高阶处;细滤盒的顶端和粗滤盒的边沿部的顶端齐平。
为了知道榨油机机体2和滤油机构1配合完成,如图3所示,在榨油机机体1上放置滤油机构2的容纳腔的靠近入口处的底端上设置有标记部3,滤油机构与榨油机机体配合完成后,标记部3抵靠在油盒的外侧。
为了使粗滤盒和细滤盒之间稳定的连接,在粗滤盒和细滤盒上设置有固定压盖17。如图4所示,固定压盖17包括一侧具有开口端的盖体171,盖体上位于开口端两侧的内侧壁上具有卡位凸台172,盖体171上相应于卡位凸台处设置有通槽173;卡位凸台与细滤盒的外侧壁上靠近顶端的内凹处配合,将粗滤盒和细滤盒压紧。
为了使滤油机构快速的滤油,在榨油机2的机体内设置有真空泵,油盒11的外侧壁上设置有连通油盒内外侧的内吸嘴18,真空泵的抽气口与一外吸嘴19的一端连通,外吸嘴19的另一端在滤油过程中与内吸嘴18密封接触且连通,外吸嘴19和内吸嘴18可分离。
为了进一步提高滤油速度和滤油效果,在油盒11顶部开口的内壁和细滤盒12的外壁之间设置有第一密封圈15,细滤盒内底部四周和粗滤盒的盒体的底端间设置有第二密封圈16,这样当细滤网上积存一定量的粗滤后的油液时,细滤盒和油盒之间便会形成密封效果,此时,用真空泵借助外吸嘴和内吸嘴从油盒内抽气时,油盒内便能很好地形成负压,细滤网在上下较大压差的作用下,便能更好地滤油。
如图2所示,为了使油盒顶部开口侧壁和细滤盒之间达到更好的密封效果,在细滤盒外位于低阶端的下方周向设置有卡槽4,第一密封圈15设置在卡槽4内,且第一密封圈的外侧紧贴在油盒的内侧。
如图5所示,为了使细滤盒的内底端与粗滤盒的盒体的底端达到更好的密封效果,第二密封圈16包括:呈框形的硅胶垫主体161;从硅胶垫主体的外周沿垂向延伸的凸缘162;以及从硅胶垫主体的内周沿垂向延伸的若干个彼此间隔的凸沿163,该凸沿的高度与凸缘齐平,且凸沿的内侧与硅胶垫主体的内周齐平;粗滤盒的盒体的底端卡在凸缘和若干个凸沿之间,并与硅胶垫主体的上侧接触,且硅胶垫主体的下侧压在细滤网上。
为了使内吸嘴和真空泵之间密封连接,内吸嘴18呈同心管状,外吸嘴19包括吸嘴头191、密封套192和定位环193,密封套193呈阶梯形管状,密封套 192的细管段穿入定位环193,密封套的粗管段紧密地夹在吸嘴头和定位环之间,吸嘴头、密封套和定位环连接为一体,且密封套与吸嘴头连通,在滤油过程中密封套和定位环均与内吸嘴接触,且密封套与内吸嘴密封接触并连通,密封套及定位环与内吸嘴可分离。
本发明的过滤机构利用粗滤盒和细滤盒两级过滤,粗滤盒和细滤盒拆装方便,细滤盒和油盒之间拆装便捷,过滤机构整体结构简单,拆装简易且过滤精度高、过滤效果好,解决了现有家用榨油机的过滤机构的结构复杂,拆装麻烦,且过滤效果较差的问题。进一步地,用真空泵借助外吸嘴和内吸嘴从油盒内抽气时,油盒内能很好地形成负压,细滤网在上下较大压差的作用下,便能更好地滤油。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种榨油机的过滤机构,包括设置在榨油机榨膛的出油口下方的滤油机构,其特征在于,所述滤油机构包括:油盒、细滤盒、细滤网和粗滤盒,所述油盒的顶部具有开口;所述细滤盒设置在油盒的顶部,且细滤盒的顶部敞口、底部均匀设置有若干个透油口;所述细滤网平铺在所述细滤盒内的盒底;所述粗滤盒设置在细滤盒的顶部,其中,所述粗滤盒包括上下具有开口的盒体和固接在盒体内的粗滤网,所述盒体与细滤盒可拆卸的连接,且盒体的底端直接或间接地压在所述细滤网上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的榨油机的过滤机构,其特征在于,所述细滤盒的盒体的侧壁的顶部附近形成二阶台阶状结构,且在高阶和低阶之间的侧壁上设置有支点孔;所述粗滤盒的盒体的顶部具有沿周向向外延伸的边沿部,并在边沿部的底端处向外延伸出与支点孔对应的支点;所述边沿部抵靠在所述高阶处,所述支点插入所述支点孔内,所述细滤盒外对应的低阶端上靠近外侧的部分压在所述油盒上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的榨油机的过滤机构,其特征在于,所述榨油机的机体内设置有真空泵,所述油盒的外侧壁上设置有连通油盒内外侧的内吸嘴,所述真空泵的抽气口与一外吸嘴的一端连通,外吸嘴的另一端在滤油过程中与所述内吸嘴密封接触且连通,所述外吸嘴和内吸嘴可分离。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的榨油机的过滤机构,其特征在于,所述榨油机机体上放置所述滤油机构的容纳腔的靠近入口处的底端上设置有标记部,所述滤油机构与所述榨油机机体配合完成后,所述标记部抵靠在所述油盒的外侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的榨油机的过滤机构,其特征在于,还包括固定压盖,所述固定压盖包括一侧具有开口端的盖体,所述盖体上位于开口端两侧的内侧壁上具有卡位凸台,且所述盖体上相应于卡位凸台处设置有通槽;所述卡位凸台与所述细滤盒的外侧壁上靠近顶端的内凹处配合,将所述粗滤盒和细滤盒压紧。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的榨油机的过滤机构,其特征在于,所述粗滤盒的边沿部上靠近外侧的底端处向下延伸出一支撑部,所述支点设置在所述支撑部的外侧并向外延伸出边沿部的外侧,所述支撑部的底端抵靠在所述低阶处,位 于所述支撑部外的边沿部压在高阶处;所述细滤盒的顶端和所述粗滤盒的边沿部的顶端齐平。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的榨油机的过滤机构,其特征在于,所述油盒顶部开口的内壁和所述细滤盒的外壁间设置有第一密封圈;所述细滤盒内的底部四周和所述粗滤盒的盒体的底端间设置有第二密封圈。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的榨油机的过滤机构,其特征在于,所述内吸嘴呈同心管状,所述外吸嘴包括吸嘴头、密封套和定位环,所述密封套呈阶梯形管状,密封套的细管段穿入定位环,密封套的粗管段紧密地夹在吸嘴头和定位环之间,所述吸嘴头、密封套和定位环连接为一体,且密封套与吸嘴头连通,在滤油过程中所述密封套和定位环均与内吸嘴接触,且密封套与内吸嘴密封接触并连通,所述密封套及定位环与内吸嘴可分离。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的榨油机的过滤机构,其特征在于,所述第二密封圈与所述粗滤盒的盒体的底端相匹配,所述第二密封圈包括:呈框形的硅胶垫主体;从硅胶垫主体的外周沿垂向延伸的凸缘;以及从硅胶垫主体的内周沿垂向延伸的若干个彼此间隔的凸沿,该凸沿的高度与凸缘齐平,且凸沿的内侧与硅胶垫主体的内周齐平;所述粗滤盒的盒体的底端卡在所述凸缘和若干个凸沿之间,并与硅胶垫主体的上侧接触,且所述硅胶垫主体的下侧压在所述细滤网上。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的榨油机的过滤机构,其特征在于,所述细滤盒的外壁上周向设置有卡槽;所述第一密封圈设置在所述卡槽内,且第一密封圈的外侧紧贴在所述油盒的内侧。
