本发明涉及电子现金领域,尤其涉及一种脱机消费的方法及装置。
背景技术
电子现金卡上存储有可用于脱机消费的现金余额,能够满足某些行业(例如公交、出租、铁路、地铁等)应用的需要。基于电子现金的脱机消费方式将逐步成为在人们日常小额消费中的常用支付方式。当电子现金卡账户没有足够的金额时,需要对其进行圈存。圈存是指将持卡人的银行卡账户(例如与电子现金卡关联的信用卡)上的部分资金扣除,扣除的金额被储存在电子现金卡上的过程,从而避免了携带现金带来的找零、遗失、伪钞等弊端。
然而,现有的电子现金脱机消费存在圈存金额的限制,不能转入过多的金额,因而持卡人需要频繁地从银行卡账户往电子现金卡圈存。且现有的电子现金圈存终端设备配置有限,使得持卡人无法随时随地进行圈存。此外,在电子现金使用过程中由于通讯错误及数据验证问题,容易导致的闪卡现象,从而造成电子现金金额被扣但消费失败的严重问题。因而,降低了电子现金的用户体验,不利于电子现金的推广。
综上所述,现有的电子现金脱机消费过程中存在需要进行频繁圈存、圈存不方便以及闪卡等问题,导致用户需求匹配度较低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种脱机消费的方法及装置,用以解决现有技术中电子现金 脱机消费过程需要进行的频繁圈存、圈存不方便的问题。
本发明实施例提供一种脱机消费的方法,包括:
终端接收电子现金卡信息,根据所述电子现金卡信息获取与所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额;
若所述授权金额大于脱机消费金额,则所述终端在所述授权金额中扣除所述脱机消费金额。

图1所示为本发明实施例提供的一种脱机消费系统结构示意图。本发明实施例提供的脱机消费的方法可基于如图1所示的脱机消费系统,包括:收单机构服务器101、发卡机构服务器102和多个终端103。具体地,终端103为消费服务终端,例如POS终端;收单机构服务器101为消费服务终端对应的服务器,例如POS终端服务器;发卡机构服务器102为银行卡账户对应的发卡银行的服务器。
在本发明实施例中,收单机构服务器101接收用户发起的电子现金卡绑定银行卡账户授权请求信息,将银行卡账户授权请求信息发送给发卡机构服务器102,发卡机构服务器102根据银行卡账户授权请求信息确认电子现金卡信息和银行卡账户信息,在确认后发送银行卡账户授权确认信息至收单机构服务器101。
收单机构服务器101将银行卡账户绑定电子现金卡,在第一预设时间将预授权请求信息发送给发卡机构服务器102,发卡机构服务器102根据预授权 请求信息确认银行卡账户信息和预设金额信息,在确认后发送预授权确认信息至收单机构服务器101。
在两次授权申请和确认授权流程之后,收单机构服务器101可以存储电子现金卡与银行卡账户的绑定关系以及银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系至绑定关系数据库,或者在第二预设时间将电子现金卡与银行卡账户的绑定关系以及银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系或者绑定关系数据库发送至收单机构服务器101下的所有终端103,即终端1 1031、终端2 1032和终端n 1033。
在脱机消费时,例如用户将电子现金卡插入终端1 1031,则终端1 1031接收电子现金卡信息,根据电子现金卡信息获取与电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及银行卡账户对应的授权金额,若授权金额大于脱机消费金额,则终端在授权金额中直接扣除脱机消费金额。在脱机消费之后,终端1 1031将银行卡账户信息和脱机消费金额发送至收单机构服务器101,收单机构服务器101更新银行卡账户对应的授权金额,并将更新后的银行卡账户对应的授权金额发送至收单机构服务器101下的所有终端103,即终端1 1031、终端2 1032和终端n 1033,以使所有终端103根据更新后的授权金额进行脱机消费。
本发明实施例提供一种脱机消费方法,对应的执行主体为终端,具体可以为POS终端。如图2所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种脱机消费方法流程示意图,包括:
步骤201:终端接收电子现金卡信息,根据电子现金卡信息获取与电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及银行卡账户对应的授权金额。
步骤202:若授权金额大于脱机消费金额,则终端在授权金额中扣除脱机消费金额。
在本发明实施例中,电子现金卡与银行卡账户的绑定关系以及银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系存储在绑定关系数据库中,绑定关系数据库可以直接存储在终端中,也可以存储在收单机构服务器中。
在步骤201之前,若终端存储了绑定关系数据库,则终端在预设签到时间,例如开机上线时间获取电子现金卡与银行卡账户的绑定关系及银行卡账 户对应的授权金额,并更新绑定关系数据库。
步骤201中,若终端存储了绑定关系数据库,则终端根据绑定关系数据库中的电子现金卡与银行卡账户的绑定关系,获取与电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户,并根据绑定关系数据库中的银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系,确定对应的授权金额。

例如,用户消费金额为300元,在脱机消费时将电子现金卡1插入POS终端1,POS终端1根据电子现金卡1的信息,在本地的绑定关系数据库中查找电子现金卡与银行卡账户的绑定关系,获取该电子现金卡1绑定的银行卡账户1,并根据绑定关系数据库中的银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系,确定对应的授权金额,例如为500,则POS终端1在授权金额500元中扣除脱机消费金额300元。
在步骤202中,若授权金额小于脱机消费金额,则终端向收单机构服务器发送预授权请求信息,以使收单机构服务器向发卡机构服务器发送预授权请求信息,预授权请求信息包括银行卡账户信息和授权金额信息。
若终端存储了绑定关系数据库,则终端根据收单机构服务器发送的更新后的银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系,确定更新后的授权金额,在更新后的授权金额中扣除脱机消费金额。
若终端未存储绑定关系数据库,则终端在预设更新时间例如发送预授权请求信息之后的每秒钟,将电子现金卡信息发送至收单机构服务器,接收收单机构服务器发送的电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及银行卡账户对应的更新后的授权金额,在更新后的授权金额中扣除脱机消费金额。
例如,若用户的脱机消费金额为800,则POS终端1扣除授权金额例如为500元之后,则POS终端1向收单机构服务器发送预授权请求信息,以使收单机构服务器向发卡机构服务器发送预授权请求信息,预授权请求信息包 括银行卡账户信息1和授权金额信息,例如为500元。
若POS终端1存储了绑定关系数据库,则POS终端1根据收单机构服务器发送的更新后的银行卡账户1和授权金额的绑定关系,确定更新后的授权金额为500元,在更新后的授权金额中500元扣除剩余脱机消费金额300元。
若POS终端1未存储绑定关系数据库,则POS终端1在预设更新时间例如发送预授权请求信息之后的每秒钟,将电子现金卡信息1发送至收单机构服务器,接收收单机构服务器发送的电子现金卡1绑定的银行卡账户信息1及银行卡账户对应的更新后的授权金额500元,在更新后的授权金额500原中扣除剩余脱机消费金额300元。
在步骤202之后,若终端存储了绑定关系数据库,则终端将银行卡账户信息和脱机消费金额发送至收单机构服务器,并接收收单机构服务器发送的更新后的银行卡账户对应的授权金额。若终端未存储绑定关系数据库,则终端将银行卡账户信息和脱机消费金额发送至收单机构服务器。
例如,POS终端1将银行卡账户1和消费金额300元发送至收单机构服务器,收单机构服务器更新银行卡账户1对应的授权金额,得到更新后的银行卡账户1对应的授权金额为200元。若终端存储了绑定关系数据库,则将更新后的银行卡账户1对应的授权金额为200元发送给收单机构服务器下的所有POS终端。

步骤301:收单机构服务器接收终端发送的电子现金卡信息,根据电子现金卡与银行卡账户的绑定关系,获取与电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户,并根据银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系,确定对应的授权金额。
步骤302:收单机构服务器将电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及银行卡账户对应的授权金额发送至终端,以使电子现金卡根据电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及银行卡账户对应的授权金额在终端进行脱机消费。
步骤301之前,收单机构服务器还需要与发卡机构服务器进行两次授权请求与授权确认的交互。
第一次授权交互过程:收单机构服务器接收用户发起的电子现金卡对应的银行卡账户授权请求信息,将银行卡账户授权请求信息发送给发卡机构服务器,银行卡账户授权请求信息包括银行卡账户信息和电子现金卡信息。收单机构服务器在确认接收到发卡机构服务器发送的银行卡账户授权确认信息后,将银行卡账户绑定电子现金卡。
第二次授权交互过程:发卡机构服务器在预设授权时间,例如每天的零点向发卡机构服务器发送预授权请求信息,预授权请求信息包括银行卡账户信息和授权金额信息。收单机构服务器在确认接收到发卡机构服务器发送的预授权确认信息后,更新银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系。
例如:收单机构服务器接收用户发起的电子现金卡1对应的银行卡账户1授权请求信息,将银行卡账户1授权请求信息发送给发卡机构服务器,银行卡账户1授权请求信息包括银行卡账户1信息和电子现金卡1信息。收单机构服务器在确认接收到发卡机构服务器发送的银行卡账户1授权确认信息后,将银行卡账户1绑定电子现金卡1。
发卡机构服务器在预设授权时间,例如每天的零点向发卡机构服务器发送预授权请求信息,预授权请求信息包括银行卡账户1信息和授权金额信息,例如为500元。收单机构服务器在确认接收到发卡机构服务器发送的预授权确认信息后,更新银行卡账户1和授权金额的绑定关系,即银行卡账户1的可授权金额为500元。
步骤302之后,收单机构服务器还可以根据终端发送的银行卡账户信息和脱机消费金额,更新银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系。
例如:收单机构服务器还根据POS终端1发送的银行卡账户1和消费金额300元更新银行卡账户1对应的授权金额,得到更新后的银行卡账户1对应的授权金额为200元,即更新绑定关系数据库。若终端存储了绑定关系数据库,则收单机构服务器将更新后的银行卡账户1对应的授权金额为200元发送给收单机构服务器下的所有POS终端。
步骤302之后,收单机构服务器还可以根据终端发送的发送预授权请求信息,向发卡机构服务器发送预授权请求信息,预授权请求信息包括银行卡账户信息和授权金额信息;收单机构服务器在确认接收到发卡机构服务器发送的预授权确认信息后,更新银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系。
例如:若用户的脱机消费金额为800,则POS终端1扣除授权金额500元之后,收单机构服务器接收到POS终端1发送的预授权请求信息,根据预授权请求信息中的银行卡账户1信息和授权金额信息例如为500元,向发卡机构服务器发送预授权请求信息,收单机构服务器在确认接收到发卡机构服务器发送的预授权确认信息后,更新银行卡账户1和授权金额的绑定关系,即银行卡账户1的可授权金额重新设置为500元。
在本发明实施例中,收单机构服务器根据终端在设定时长内例如24小时内发送的银行卡账户信息和脱机消费金额,统计脱机消费总金额,在预设扣款时间例如每天的24点将银行卡账户信息和脱机消费总金额发送至发卡机构服务器,以使发卡机构服务器根据脱机消费总金额对银行卡账户进行真实扣款。
例如,收单机构服务器根据所有POS终端在24小时内发送的银行卡账户信息1和脱机消费金额,统计脱机消费总金额例如为2000元,在每天的24点将银行卡账户信息1和脱机消费总金额2000元发送至发卡机构服务器,以使发卡机构服务器根据脱机消费总金额2000元对银行卡账户1进行真实扣款。
本发明实施例提供的脱机消费的方法,收单机构服务器接收终端发送的 电子现金卡信息,根据电子现金卡与银行卡账户的绑定关系,获取与电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户,并根据银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系,确定对应的授权金额。将电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及银行卡账户对应的授权金额发送至终端,以使电子现金卡根据电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及银行卡账户对应的授权金额在终端进行脱机消费。本发明实施例提供的脱机消费的方法,终端可以根据电子现金卡对应的授权金额直接进行脱机消费金额的扣除,用户不再需要对电子现金卡进行圈存,提高了系统效率和用户需求匹配度。

步骤401:发卡机构服务器接收收单机构服务器发送的银行卡账户授权请求信息,银行卡账户授权请求信息包括银行卡账户信息和电子现金卡信息。发卡机构服务器在确认银行卡账户信息后发送银行卡账户授权确认信息至收单机构服务器,以使收单机构服务器将银行卡账户绑定电子现金卡。
步骤402:发卡机构服务器在预设授权时间接收收单机构服务器发送的预授权请求信息,预授权请求信息包括银行卡账户信息和授权金额信息。发卡机构服务器在确认授权金额信息后发送预授权确认信息至收单机构服务器,以使电子现金卡根据电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及银行卡账户对应的授权金额在终端进行脱机消费。
具体地,在脱机消费之前,发卡机构服务器需要与收单机构服务器进行两次授权交互过程。

第二次授权交互过程:发卡机构服务器在预设授权时间例如每天的零点接收收单机构服务器发送的预授权请求信息,预授权请求信息包括银行卡账户信息和授权金额信息。发卡机构服务器确认银行卡账户的账户金额是否大于或等于授权金额,若是,则发送预授权确认信息至收单机构服务器,以使电子现金卡根据电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及银行卡账户对应的授权金额在终端进行脱机消费;否则发送送预授权确认失败信息至收单机构服务器。
例如:发卡机构服务器接收收单机构服务器发送的电子现金卡1对应的银行卡账户1授权请求信息,银行卡账户1授权请求信息包括银行卡账户1信息和电子现金卡1信息。发卡机构服务对银行卡账户1信息进行确认,若银行卡账户1信息正确,则发卡机构服务器发送银行卡账户1授权确认信息至收单机构服务器,以使发卡机构服务器将银行卡账户1绑定电子现金卡1。发卡机构服务器在每天的零点接收收单机构服务器发送的预授权请求信息,预授权请求信息包括银行卡账户1信息和授权金额信息,例如为500元。发卡机构服务器确认银行卡账户1的账户金额是否大于或等于授权金额500元,若是,则发送预授权确认信息至收单机构服务器,以使电子现金卡1根据电子现金卡1绑定的银行卡账户1信息及银行卡账户1对应的授权金额500元在POS终端进行脱机消费。
在步骤402之后,发卡机构服务器还可以在预设扣款时间例如每天的24点接收收单机构服务器发送的银行卡账户信息和脱机消费总金额,根据脱机消费总金额对银行卡账户进行真实扣款,脱机消费总金额由收单机构服务器根据终端发送的银行卡账户信息和脱机消费金额进行统计确定。
例如,发卡机构服务器还可以在24点接收收单机构服务器发送的银行卡账户1信息和脱机消费总金额例如为2000元,根据脱机消费总金额2000元对银行卡账户1进行真实扣款,例如银行卡账户1账户金额为3000元,则扣 除当天脱机消费金额后,更新账户金额,即为1000元。

  1. 一种脱机消费的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    终端接收电子现金卡信息,根据所述电子现金卡信息获取与所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额;
    若所述授权金额大于脱机消费金额,则所述终端在所述授权金额中扣除所述脱机消费金额。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端根据所述电子现金卡信息,获取所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额,包括:
    若所述终端存储绑定关系数据库,则所述终端根据所述绑定关系数据库中的电子现金卡与银行卡账户的绑定关系,获取与所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户,并根据所述绑定关系数据库中的银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系,确定对应的授权金额;或,
    若所述终端未存储所述绑定关系数据库,则所述终端将所述电子现金卡信息发送至收单机构服务器,接收所述收单机构服务器发送的所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端在所述授权金额中扣除所述脱机消费金额之后,还包括:
    若所述终端存储所述绑定关系数据库,则所述终端将所述银行卡账户信息和脱机消费金额发送至所述收单机构服务器,接收所述收单机构服务器发送的更新后的所述银行卡账户对应的所述授权金额;
    若所述终端未存储所述绑定关系数据库,则所述终端将所述银行卡账户信息和脱机消费金额发送至所述收单机构服务器。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端接收电子现金卡信息,根据所述电子现金卡信息获取所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额之前,还包括:
    若所述终端存储所述绑定关系数据库,则所述终端在预设签到时间获取所述电子现金卡与所述银行卡账户的绑定关系及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额,并更新所述绑定关系数据库。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    若所述授权金额小于所述脱机消费金额,则所述终端向所述收单机构服务器发送预授权请求信息,以使所述收单机构服务器向所述发卡机构服务器发送所述预授权请求信息,所述预授权请求信息包括所述银行卡账户信息和授权金额信息;
    若所述终端存储所述绑定关系数据库,则所述终端根据所述收单机构服务器发送的更新后的所述银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系,确定更新后的授权金额,在所述更新后的授权金额中扣除所述脱机消费金额;或,
    若所述终端未存储所述绑定关系数据库,则所述终端在预设更新时间将所述电子现金卡信息发送至所述收单机构服务器,接收所述收单机构服务器发送的与所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的更新后的授权金额,在所述更新后的授权金额中扣除所述脱机消费金额。
  6. 一种脱机消费的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    收单机构服务器接收终端发送的电子现金卡信息,根据电子现金卡与银行卡账户的绑定关系,获取与所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户,并根据银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系,确定对应的授权金额;
    所述收单机构服务器将所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额发送至所述终端,以使所述电子现金卡根据所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额在所述终端进行脱机消费。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述收单机构服务器将所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额发送至所述终端之后,还包括:
    所述收单机构服务器根据所述终端发送的银行卡账户信息和脱机消费金 额,更新所述银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述收单机构服务器将所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额发送至所述终端之后,还包括:
    所述收单机构服务器根据所述终端发送的发送预授权请求信息,向发卡机构服务器发送预授权请求信息,所述预授权请求信息包括所述银行卡账户信息和授权金额信息;
    所述收单机构服务器在确认接收到所述发卡机构服务器发送的预授权确认信息后,更新所述银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述收单机构服务器将所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额发送至所述终端之后,还包括:
    所述收单机构服务器根据终端在设定时长内发送的所述银行卡账户信息和脱机消费金额,统计脱机消费总金额,在预设扣款时间将所述银行卡账户信息和所述脱机消费总金额发送至发卡机构服务器,以使所述发卡机构服务器根据所述脱机消费总金额对所述银行卡账户进行扣款。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述收单机构服务器接收终端发送的电子现金卡信息之前,还包括:
    所述收单机构服务器接收银行卡账户授权请求信息,将所述银行卡账户授权请求信息发送给发卡机构服务器,所述银行卡账户授权请求信息包括所述银行卡账户信息和电子现金卡信息;
    所述收单机构服务器在确认接收到所述发卡机构服务器发送的银行卡账户授权确认信息后,将所述银行卡账户绑定所述电子现金卡,在预设授权时间向所述发卡机构服务器发送预授权请求信息,所述预授权请求信息包括所述银行卡账户信息和授权金额信息;
    所述收单机构服务器在确认接收到所述发卡机构服务器发送的预授权确认信息后,更新所述银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系。
  11. 一种脱机消费的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    发卡机构服务器接收收单机构服务器发送的银行卡账户授权请求信息,所述银行卡账户授权请求信息包括银行卡账户信息和电子现金卡信息;
    所述发卡机构服务器在确认所述银行卡账户信息后发送银行卡账户授权确认信息至所述收单机构服务器,以使所述收单机构服务器将所述银行卡账户绑定所述电子现金卡;
    所述发卡机构服务器在预设授权时间接收所述收单机构服务器发送的预授权请求信息,所述预授权请求信息包括所述银行卡账户信息和授权金额信息;
    所述发卡机构服务器在确认所述授权金额信息后发送预授权确认信息至所述收单机构服务器,以使所述电子现金卡根据所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额在终端进行脱机消费。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述发卡机构服务器在确认所述授权金额信息后发送预授权确认信息至所述收单机构服务器之后,还包括:
    所述发卡机构服务器在预设扣款时间接收所述收单机构服务器发送的所述银行卡账户信息和脱机消费总金额,根据所述脱机消费总金额对所述银行卡账户进行扣款,所述脱机消费总金额由所述收单机构服务器根据所述终端发送的银行卡账户信息和脱机消费金额进行统计确定。
  13. 一种脱机消费的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    终端接收单元:用于接收电子现金卡信息,根据所述电子现金卡信息获取与所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额;
    终端执行单元:用于若所述授权金额大于脱机消费金额,则在所述授权金额中扣除所述脱机消费金额。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述终端接收单元,还用于:
    若存储绑定关系数据库,则根据所述绑定关系数据库中的电子现金卡与银行卡账户的绑定关系,获取与所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户,并根据所述绑定关系数据库中的银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系,确定对应的授权金额;或,
    若未存储所述绑定关系数据库,则将所述电子现金卡信息发送至收单机构服务器,接收所述收单机构服务器发送的所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述终端执行单元,还用于:
    若存储所述绑定关系数据库,则将所述银行卡账户信息和脱机消费金额发送至所述收单机构服务器,接收所述收单机构服务器发送的更新后的所述银行卡账户对应的所述授权金额;
    若未存储所述绑定关系数据库,则将所述银行卡账户信息和脱机消费金额发送至所述收单机构服务器。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述终端接收单元,还用于:
    若存储所述绑定关系数据库,则在预设签到时间获取所述电子现金卡与所述银行卡账户的绑定关系及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额,并更新所述绑定关系数据库。
  17. 如权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述终端执行单元,还用于:
    若所述授权金额小于所述脱机消费金额,则向所述收单机构服务器发送预授权请求信息,以使所述收单机构服务器向所述发卡机构服务器发送所述预授权请求信息,所述预授权请求信息包括所述银行卡账户信息和授权金额信息;
    若存储所述绑定关系数据库,则根据所述收单机构服务器发送的更新后的所述银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系,确定更新后的授权金额,在所述 更新后的授权金额中扣除所述脱机消费金额;或,
    若未存储所述绑定关系数据库,则在预设更新时间将所述电子现金卡信息发送至所述收单机构服务器,接收所述收单机构服务器发送的与所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的更新后的授权金额,在所述更新后的授权金额中扣除所述脱机消费金额。
  18. 一种脱机消费的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    收单机构接收单元:用于接收终端发送的电子现金卡信息,根据电子现金卡与银行卡账户的绑定关系,获取与所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户,并根据银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系,确定对应的授权金额;
    收单机构发送单元:用于将所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额发送至所述终端,以使所述电子现金卡根据所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额在所述终端进行脱机消费。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述收单机构发送单元,还用于:

    根据所述终端发送的发送预授权请求信息,向发卡机构服务器发送预授权请求信息,所述预授权请求信息包括所述银行卡账户信息和授权金额信息;
    在确认接收到所述发卡机构服务器发送的预授权确认信息后,更新所述银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系。
  21. 如权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述收单机构发送单元,还用于:
    根据终端在设定时长内发送的所述银行卡账户信息和脱机消费金额,统计脱机消费总金额,在预设扣款时间将所述银行卡账户信息和所述脱机消费 总金额发送至发卡机构服务器,以使所述发卡机构服务器根据所述脱机消费总金额对所述银行卡账户进行扣款。
  22. 如权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述收单机构接收单元,还用于:
    接收银行卡账户授权请求信息,将所述银行卡账户授权请求信息发送给发卡机构服务器,所述银行卡账户授权请求信息包括所述银行卡账户信息和电子现金卡信息;
    在确认接收到所述发卡机构服务器发送的银行卡账户授权确认信息后,将所述银行卡账户绑定所述电子现金卡,在预设授权时间向所述发卡机构服务器发送预授权请求信息,所述预授权请求信息包括所述银行卡账户信息和授权金额信息;
    在确认接收到所述发卡机构服务器发送的预授权确认信息后,更新所述银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系。
  23. 一种脱机消费的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    发卡机构接收单元:用于接收收单机构服务器发送的银行卡账户授权请求信息,所述银行卡账户授权请求信息包括银行卡账户信息和电子现金卡信息;
    发卡机构绑定单元:用于在确认所述银行卡账户信息后发送银行卡账户授权确认信息至所述收单机构服务器,以使所述收单机构服务器将所述银行卡账户绑定所述电子现金卡;
    发卡机构授权单元:用于在预设授权时间接收所述收单机构服务器发送的预授权请求信息,所述预授权请求信息包括所述银行卡账户信息和授权金额信息;
    发卡机构发送单元:用于在确认所述授权金额信息后发送预授权确认信息至所述收单机构服务器,以使所述电子现金卡根据所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额在终端进行脱机消费。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发卡机构发送单元, 还用于:
    所述在预设扣款时间接收所述收单机构服务器发送的所述银行卡账户信息和脱机消费总金额,根据所述脱机消费总金额对所述银行卡账户进行扣款,所述脱机消费总金额由所述收单机构服务器根据所述终端发送的银行卡账户信息和脱机消费金额进行统计确定。
  25. 一种POS终端,其特征在于,包括:收发机、处理器、存储器、总线接口,其中处理器、存储器与收发机之间通过总线接口连接;
    所述收发机,用于在所述处理器的控制下接收电子现金卡信息;
    所述存储器,用于存储一个或多个可执行程序,可以存储所述处理器在执行操作时所使用的数据;
    所述处理器,用于读取所述存储器中的程序,执行下列方法:根据所述电子现金卡信息获取与所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额;若所述授权金额大于脱机消费金额,则在所述授权金额中扣除所述脱机消费金额;
    所述总线接口,用于提供接口。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的POS终端,其特征在于,所述处理器,具体用于:
    若所述存储器存储绑定关系数据库,则根据所述绑定关系数据库中的电子现金卡与银行卡账户的绑定关系,获取与所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户,并根据所述绑定关系数据库中的银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系,确定对应的授权金额;或,
    若所述存储器未存储所述绑定关系数据库,则通过所述收发机将所述电子现金卡信息发送至收单机构服务器,并通过所述收发机接收所述收单机构服务器发送的所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的POS终端,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于:
    若所述存储器存储所述绑定关系数据库,则通过所述收发机将所述银行 卡账户信息和脱机消费金额发送至所述收单机构服务器,并通过所述收发机接收所述收单机构服务器发送的更新后的所述银行卡账户对应的所述授权金额;
    若所述存储器未存储所述绑定关系数据库,则通过所述收发机将所述银行卡账户信息和脱机消费金额发送至所述收单机构服务器。
  28. 如权利要求26所述的POS终端,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于:
    若所述存储器存储所述绑定关系数据库,则在预设签到时间获取所述电子现金卡与所述银行卡账户的绑定关系及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额,并更新所述绑定关系数据库。
  29. 如权利要求25所述的POS终端,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于:
    若所述授权金额小于所述脱机消费金额,则通过所述收发机向所述收单机构服务器发送预授权请求信息,以使所述收单机构服务器向所述发卡机构服务器发送所述预授权请求信息,所述预授权请求信息包括所述银行卡账户信息和授权金额信息;
    若所述存储器存储所述绑定关系数据库,则根据通过所述收发机接收到的所述收单机构服务器发送的更新后的所述银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系,确定更新后的授权金额,在所述更新后的授权金额中扣除所述脱机消费金额;或,
    若所述存储器未存储所述绑定关系数据库,则在预设更新时间通过所述收发机将所述电子现金卡信息发送至所述收单机构服务器,并通过所述收发机接收所述收单机构服务器发送的与所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的更新后的授权金额,在所述更新后的授权金额中扣除所述脱机消费金额。
  30. 一种收单机构服务器,其特征在于,包括:收发机、处理器、存储器、总线接口,其中处理器、存储器与收发机之间通过总线接口连接;
    所述存储器,用于存储一个或多个可执行程序,可以存储所述处理器在执行操作时所使用的数据;
    所述处理器,用于读取所述存储器中的程序,执行下列方法:根据电子现金卡与银行卡账户的绑定关系,获取与所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户,并根据银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系,确定对应的授权金额;
    所述收发机,用于在所述处理器的控制下接收POS终端发送的电子现金卡信息;并将所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额发送至所述POS终端,以使所述电子现金卡根据所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额在所述POS终端进行脱机消费;
    所述总线接口,用于提供接口。
  31. 如权利要求30所述的收单机构服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于:
    根据通过所述收发机接收到的所述POS终端发送的银行卡账户信息和脱机消费金额,更新所述银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系。
  32. 如权利要求30所述的收单机构服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于:
    根据所述POS终端发送的发送预授权请求信息,通过所述收发机向发卡机构服务器发送预授权请求信息,所述预授权请求信息包括所述银行卡账户信息和授权金额信息;
    在确认接收到所述发卡机构服务器发送的预授权确认信息后,更新所述银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系。
  33. 如权利要求30所述的收单机构服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于:
    根据所述POS终端在设定时长内发送的所述银行卡账户信息和脱机消费金额,统计脱机消费总金额,在预设扣款时间通过所述收发机将所述银行卡账户信息和所述脱机消费总金额发送至发卡机构服务器,以使所述发卡机构服务器根据所述脱机消费总金额对所述银行卡账户进行扣款。
  34. 如权利要求30所述的收单机构服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器, 还用于:
    通过所述收发机接收银行卡账户授权请求信息,通过所述收发机将所述银行卡账户授权请求信息发送给发卡机构服务器,所述银行卡账户授权请求信息包括所述银行卡账户信息和电子现金卡信息;
    在确认接收到所述发卡机构服务器发送的银行卡账户授权确认信息后,将所述银行卡账户绑定所述电子现金卡,在预设授权时间通过所述收发机向所述发卡机构服务器发送预授权请求信息,所述预授权请求信息包括所述银行卡账户信息和授权金额信息;
    在确认接收到所述发卡机构服务器发送的预授权确认信息后,更新所述银行卡账户和授权金额的绑定关系。
  35. 一种发卡机构服务器,其特征在于,包括:收发机、处理器、存储器、总线接口,其中处理器、存储器与收发机之间通过总线接口连接;
    所述存储器,用于存储一个或多个可执行程序,可以存储所述处理器在执行操作时所使用的数据;
    所述收发机,用于在所述处理器的控制下接收收单机构服务器发送的银行卡账户授权请求信息,所述银行卡账户授权请求信息包括银行卡账户信息和电子现金卡信息;以及,在预设授权时间接收所述收单机构服务器发送的预授权请求信息,所述预授权请求信息包括所述银行卡账户信息和授权金额信息;
    所述处理器,用于读取所述存储器中的程序,执行下列方法:在确认所述银行卡账户信息后通过所述收发机发送银行卡账户授权确认信息至所述收单机构服务器,以使所述收单机构服务器将所述银行卡账户绑定所述电子现金卡;以及,在确认所述授权金额信息后通过所述收发机发送预授权确认信息至所述收单机构服务器,以使所述电子现金卡根据所述电子现金卡绑定的银行卡账户信息及所述银行卡账户对应的授权金额在POS终端进行脱机消费;
    所述总线接口,用于提供接口。
  36. 如权利要求35所述的发卡机构服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器, 还用于:
    所述在预设扣款时间通过所述收发机接收所述收单机构服务器发送的所述银行卡账户信息和脱机消费总金额,根据所述脱机消费总金额对所述银行卡账户进行扣款,所述脱机消费总金额由所述收单机构服务器根据所述POS终端发送的银行卡账户信息和脱机消费金额进行统计确定。
