背景技术
人造草坪自90年代中期进入中国,其仿真性、运动性、舒适性越来越贴近于天然草。而且其克服了天然草季节性、植入性、难维护性等缺点,历经10多年的发展,迅速在国内得以推广和兴起。从1990年,我国只有近1万平米的人造草坪运动场,然而,从1997年到1999的两年间,应用面积迅速增长到50万平方,随着人们对人造草坪的认可和教育、体育等部门对人造草坪应用的支持,自2003年起,人造草坪得以呈基数级膨胀发展,其广泛应用于运动场地、休闲场所以及装饰景观等。
目前,人造草坪运动场地铺装基本采用在地基(水泥、沥青或三七灰)基础上,将人造草坪铺装,通过万能胶粘剂等胶粘方式,将人造草坪固定与地面上,然后进行草坪层填充。这种方式施工完成的人造草坪场地固定,单一,施工完成后无法进行收起和放下铺装;具有铺装完成后,应用专一性较强、定向专用的特定。
然而,随着人造草坪的高速蓬勃发展,其铺装占地面积越来越大,特别是一些运动类人造草坪场地,比如说足球场等,铺装完成后,应用专一性较强、定向专用特点,不能另作他用、满足多元化、综合性应用目的。而且,铺装投入费用较高,施工周期较长,不能短时间投入使用,特别是铺装完成后,不能实现收起、放下功能,不能满足对土地有效面积的综合利用。
发明内容
基于上述人造草坪场地存在问题,本发明提供一种即时收放实用的人造草坪自动收放系统,有效解决运动场地面积多元化、综合性利用以及人造草坪场地铺装投入时效长,费用高等问题。实现用时可即时放下铺装;闲置时可迅速收卷存放的功能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明的人造草坪自动收放系统,包括收卷装置和人造草坪场地;
收卷装置包括收卷电机、驱动钢轴、链条和机架;
贯穿机架长度方向安装驱动钢轴,机架上安装收卷电机,链条连接收卷电机轴和驱动钢轴,收卷电机通过链条驱动驱动钢轴转动;
人造草坪场地主要包括人造草坪和基布,人造草坪下粘接基布;

衔接组件包括用以嵌套人造草坪6的钢丝杆嵌套14和与钢丝杆嵌套14连接的刚性固定杆15,钢丝杆嵌套14沿人造草坪6边缘延伸,其截面一边开口,两个开口边设置若干上下对应的通孔16,开口处嵌入人造草坪场地,通孔16内安装螺栓固定;刚性固定杆15为“日”形,其中一个长边连接钢丝杆嵌套14,另一个长边连接钢丝绳12。“日”形加强结构,起到了大幅宽加强承重作用,便利于于牵引钢丝绳12相连。在钢丝杆嵌套14上均匀设置通孔16用以固定,平均受力固定草坪。
钢丝杆嵌套14截面为一边缺口的方形。
钢丝绳12和刚性固定杆15通过钢丝钩头连接。
所述驱动钢轴主要由若干个钢管衔接构成。对于驱动钢轴2长度限制通 过分段连接的方式解决,根据场地大小调整宽度。可实现较大规模场地的铺设,现已实现12米宽人造草坪场地铺设。
本发明的可即时收放的人造草坪自动收放系统,有效解决运动场地面积多元化、综合性利用以及人造草坪场地铺装投入时效长,费用高等问题。实现用时可即时放下铺装;闲置时可迅速收卷存放的功能。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种人造草坪自动收放系统,其特征在于:包括收卷装置和人造草坪场地;
    收卷装置包括收卷电机、驱动钢轴、链条和机架;
    贯穿机架长度方向安装驱动钢轴,机架上安装收卷电机,链条连接收卷电机轴和驱动钢轴,收卷电机通过链条驱动驱动钢轴转动;
    人造草坪场地主要包括人造草坪和基布,人造草坪下粘接基布;
    人造草坪场地一端固定在驱动钢轴上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的人造草坪自动收放系统,其特征在于:还包括牵引装置和衔接组件,用以铺设人造草坪场地,牵引装置包括牵引电机、减速机、胶辊、钢丝绳和拐角滑轮,钢丝绳一端连接人造草坪场地,另一端通过拐角滑轮连接在胶辊上,拐角滑轮固定安装,牵引电机通过减速机驱动胶辊转动;衔接组件连接人造草坪场地和钢丝绳。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的人造草坪自动收放系统,其特征在于:衔接组件包括用以嵌套人造草坪场地的钢丝杆嵌套和与钢丝杆嵌套连接的刚性固定杆,钢丝杆嵌套沿人造草坪边缘延伸,其截面一边开口,两个开口边设置若干上下对应的通孔,开口处嵌入人造草坪场地,通孔内安装螺栓固定;刚性固定杆为“日”形,其中一个长边连接钢丝杆嵌套,另一个长边连接钢丝绳。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的人造草坪自动收放系统,其特征在于:刚性固定杆截面为一边缺口的方形。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的人造草坪自动收放系统,其特征在于:所述驱动钢轴主要由若干个钢管衔接构成。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的人造草坪自动收放系统,其特征在于:钢丝 绳和刚性固定杆通过钢丝钩头连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或4或6所述的人造草坪自动收放系统,其特征在于:机架上设置保护罩。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2或4或6所述的人造草坪自动收放系统,其特征在于:所述链条安装在链条箱内。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的人造草坪自动收放系统,其特征在于:人造草坪场地边缘通过单面针刺边缘结构衔接,单面针刺边缘结构为截面为闭合形状,人造草坪穿过单面针刺边缘结构,固定栓穿过单面针刺边缘结构和人造草坪。
