进一步地,折叠装置包括用于固定连接自拍杆的伸缩杆活动端的连接头,连接头上固定有一销轴,夹持装置包括有基板及固定于基板下部的下夹板,下夹板底面设有供销轴贯通的连接圆筒,连接头的销轴与连接头本体之间设有用于在夹持装置绕销轴翻转时供下夹板通过的通道。
进一步地,夹持装置还包括可相对于基板移动的上夹臂,上夹臂设在基板的上部。
进一步地,上夹臂设有对称的两部分,两部分之间形成用于在折叠时容纳伸缩杆的容纳槽。
进一步地,连接头上设有两个对称设置的挂耳,销轴贯穿两个挂耳,通道由两个挂耳、销轴以及连接头本体所围成。
进一步地,销轴的其中一个端头横截面为正五边形,挂耳上设有用于套入销轴的正五边形端头的正五边形通孔。
进一步地,折叠装置还包括螺纹柱及带有内螺纹孔的螺纹筒,螺纹柱前端带有外螺纹,螺纹柱后端套入销轴中;对夹持装置锁紧时,螺纹柱的外螺纹与螺纹筒的内螺纹孔螺纹连接,螺纹筒的筒口与连接圆筒外壁相互抵顶,在螺纹筒的推力作用下连接圆筒内壁与销轴产生相互压紧力以实现锁紧。
进一步地,连接圆筒沿销轴轴向分为相同大小的两部分,两部分之间留有供螺纹柱贯穿的、允许螺纹柱绕销轴中轴旋转的间隙。
进一步地,基板的下部中间位置设有用于容纳连线插头的插槽。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的有益效果是:本实用新型用一个筒形壳体将伸缩杆和夹持装置包围起来,这样夹持装置便不会有突出的部位,在收起自拍杆时,自拍杆就是一个完整的长筒形,整体性非常好,外观效果得到极大提升,并且在放入手提袋/包里面不会划伤,使用方便性和用户体验得到提高。

具体实施方式
为了更充分理解本实用新型的技术内容,下面结合具体实施例对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步介绍和说明。
本实用新型实施例的具体结构如图1至图10所示。
如图1至图3所示,本实施例自拍杆包括长筒形手柄壳体40、固定在手柄壳体40内的伸缩杆30、可相对于伸缩杆30折叠的夹持装置10以及用于连接伸缩杆30活动端与夹持装置10的折叠装置20。
如图1所示,本实施例中的手柄壳体40的截面是方形,其他实施例中,手柄壳体的截面也可以是圆形、正多边形等。如图2所示,手柄壳体40包括内壳42及透明的外壳41,内壳42固定于外壳41内部,伸缩杆30固定在内壳42中。如图1和图2所示,手柄壳体40外壁设有装饰环44,手柄壳体40外壁对应装饰环44的位置上设有用于安装按键的凹槽411(图2)。
如图2所示,手柄壳体40的内壳42内壁与伸缩杆30的外壁之间留有用于容纳夹持装置10的空腔43。内壳42内还设有用于固定伸缩杆30的固定套筒45。如图1所示,自拍杆处于完全展开的状态时,伸缩杆30的活动端伸出,夹持装置10从伸缩杆30上旋转打开。而需要将自拍杆收起时,先将夹持装置10向伸缩杆30折叠,然后将伸缩杆30的活动端往手柄壳体40推入。到最后自拍杆处于完全收起状态时,夹持装置10折叠于伸缩杆30上,伸缩杆30的活动端缩回至手柄壳体40内,夹持装置10置于空腔43内,即如图2示。
在其他实施例中,手柄壳体上设有可旋转开合或者可拆卸的顶盖,在自拍杆处于完全收起状态时,顶盖盖合在手柄壳体上以罩住折叠装置和夹持装置。而本实施例中,如图2和图3所示,折叠装置20上设有上盖26起到了保护和防尘的作用。
如图4和图5所示,夹持装置10包括有基板14、固定于基板14下部的下夹板12以及上夹臂13。上夹臂13设在基板14的上部。上夹臂13与下夹板12用于夹持手机或平板电脑等便携拍摄设备的两侧。上夹臂13可相对于基板14移动,使得上夹臂13与下夹板12之间的间距可调节,以适应不同宽度的便携拍摄设备。其中,上夹臂13可相对于基板14移动,而下夹板12与基板14相对固定。上夹臂13可相对于基板14移动的具体结构属于现有技术,在此处不再赘述。
自拍杆可以通过线控来实现控制拍摄设备,那么必然会带有连线以及连线插头,为了使得连线插头不会随意晃动,在基板14的下部中间位置设有用于容纳连线插头的插槽141,如图4和图5所示。
如图4和图5所示,上夹臂13设有对称的两部分,两部分之间形成用于在折叠时容纳伸缩杆的容纳槽130。
如图4和图5所示,折叠装置20包括用于固定连接伸缩杆活动端的连接头24。连接头24包括本体240以及两个对称设置的挂耳241。连接头24上固定有销轴25,销轴25贯穿两个挂耳241。下夹板12底面设有供销轴25贯通的连接圆筒11。连接头24的销轴25与连接头24本体240之间设有用于在夹持装置10绕销轴25翻转时供下夹板12通过的通道243,通道243由两个挂耳241、销轴25以及连接头24本体240所围成。当夹持装置10沿图4方向E折叠直至夹持装置10完全折叠时(即如图10所示上夹臂13的容纳槽130套在伸缩杆30上),下夹板12置于通道243内,因此可以极大地减少了折叠体积。
销轴25的轴向旋转自由度为零。如图4和图5所示,销轴25的端头251横截面为正五边形,挂耳241上设有用于套入销轴25正五边形端头251的正五边形通孔242。销轴25端头251插入挂耳241的通孔242后,销轴25便不可以相对于挂耳241旋转。当然,在其他实施例中,销轴的两个端头均可以做成正五边形的。
如图6和图7所示,本实施例的折叠装置20还包括螺纹柱21及带有内螺纹孔的螺纹筒22。
如图6至图9所示,螺纹柱21前端带有外螺纹,螺纹柱21后端套入销轴25中,并且螺纹柱21可以绕销轴25中心轴转动。螺纹筒22内螺纹孔是与螺纹柱21的外螺纹相配的,即螺纹柱21的外螺纹与螺纹筒22的内螺纹孔是螺纹连接,因此螺纹柱21可以旋入或旋出螺纹筒22的内螺纹孔。
如图7至图9所示,螺纹筒22的外端固定有把手23,可以改善拧螺纹筒22或者拉螺纹筒22时候的使用体验,也可以改善外观效果。
如图6和图7所示,夹持装置10末端设有供销轴25贯通的连接圆筒11。连接圆筒11沿销轴25轴向分为相同大小的两部分,两部分之间留有供螺纹柱21贯穿的、允许螺纹柱21绕销轴25中轴旋转的间隙12。
锁紧和解锁过程:
1)对夹持装置10锁紧时,通过扭转把手23将螺纹筒22顺时针(图6方向A)旋入,旋至螺纹筒22的筒口与连接圆筒11外壁相互抵顶并且螺纹筒22不能旋入为止;此时,螺纹筒22对连接圆筒11产生推力(图9方向C),而螺纹柱21对固定不动的销轴25产生拉力(图9方向D),连接圆筒11内壁与销轴25外壁之间会产生相互压紧力,导致需要克服两者之间的较大摩擦力才能够翻转夹持装置10,因此夹持装置10被锁紧,不能翻转。
2)对夹持装置10解锁时,通过扭转把手23将螺纹筒22逆时针(图6方向B)旋出,连接圆筒11内壁与销轴25外壁之间的压紧力逐渐变小,两者之间的摩擦力也会逐渐变小,到摩擦力变为零的时候,夹持装置10便已完全解锁,不受约束,可以轻易绕销轴25翻转。

Claims (11)

  1. 一体式自拍杆,其特征在于,其包括长筒形手柄壳体、固定在手柄壳体内的伸缩杆、可相对于伸缩杆折叠的夹持装置以及用于连接伸缩杆活动端与夹持装置的折叠装置,所述手柄壳体内壁与伸缩杆的外壁之间留有用于容纳夹持装置的空腔;所述自拍杆处于收起状态时,所述夹持装置折叠于伸缩杆上,所述伸缩杆的活动端缩回至手柄壳体内,所述夹持装置置于所述空腔内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一体式自拍杆,其特征在于,所述手柄壳体包括内壳及透明的外壳,所述内壳固定于外壳内部,所述伸缩杆固定在内壳中,所述空腔处于内壳内壁与伸缩杆外壁之间。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一体式自拍杆,其特征在于,所述手柄壳体外壁设有装饰环,所述手柄壳体外壁对应装饰环的位置上设有用于安装按键的凹槽。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一体式自拍杆,其特征在于,所述手柄壳体上设有可旋转开合或者可拆卸的顶盖,所述自拍杆处于收起状态时,所述顶盖盖合在手柄壳体上。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一体式自拍杆,其特征在于,所述折叠装置包括用于固定连接自拍杆的伸缩杆活动端的连接头,所述连接头上固定有一销轴,所述夹持装置包括有基板及固定于基板下部的下夹板,所述下夹板底面设有供所述销轴贯通的连接圆筒,所述连接头的销轴与连接头本体之间设有用于在夹持装置绕销轴翻转时供下夹板通过的通道。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一体式自拍杆,其特征在于,所述夹持装置还包括可相对于基板移动的上夹臂,所述上夹臂设在基板的上部。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一体式自拍杆,其特征在于,所述上夹臂设有对称的两部分,两部分之间形成用于在折叠时容纳伸缩杆的容纳槽。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的一体式自拍杆,其特征在于,所述连接头上设 有两个对称设置的挂耳,所述销轴贯穿两个所述挂耳,所述通道由两个所述挂耳、销轴以及连接头本体所围成。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一体式自拍杆,其特征在于,所述销轴的其中一个端头横截面为正五边形,所述挂耳上设有用于套入销轴的正五边形端头的正五边形通孔。
  10. 如权利要求5至9任一项所述的一体式自拍杆,其特征在于,所述折叠装置还包括螺纹柱及带有内螺纹孔的螺纹筒,所述螺纹柱前端带有外螺纹,所述螺纹柱后端套入所述销轴中;对所述夹持装置锁紧时,所述螺纹柱的外螺纹与螺纹筒的内螺纹孔螺纹连接,所述螺纹筒的筒口与连接圆筒外壁相互抵顶,在螺纹筒的推力作用下连接圆筒内壁与销轴产生相互压紧力以实现锁紧。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的一体式自拍杆,其特征在于,所述连接圆筒沿销轴轴向分为相同大小的两部分,两部分之间留有供螺纹柱贯穿的、允许螺纹柱绕销轴中轴旋转的间隙。
