背景技术
随着智能电视越来越普及,用户如果想通过电视观看更多的高清影视内容或者在线玩大型游戏时,一般都是通过在智能电视上安装应用程序(app)、或购买智能机顶盒实现的。
现有技术在一定程度上满足了用户的需求;然而,现有技术存在如下缺陷:
1)一个app只限于观看一家服务商提供的影视片源服务,如果想要观看不同服务商提供的服务则需要安装多个app,且每个app本身还存在着需要版本升级及兼容性等问题,而这就造成了操作非常不便;
2)智能机顶盒需要用户自行额外购买,智能机顶盒的使用需要额外电源,而这增加了用户的使用成本;
3)普通的智能电视/智能机顶盒存在中央处理器(CPU)性能低、内存配置低的性能瓶颈,难以满足用户对高画质音质的追求和体验,而高配置智能电视/智能机顶盒的价格高昂,这会增加用户的使用成本;
如此,现有技术会影响用户体验。

本发明实施例提供的数据信息共享方法可以应用于智能家居系统中,利用家庭无线或有线局域网能提供高速数据信号传输的优势,实现智能电视和家用电脑的数据信息共享;所述方法的执行主体可以为数据信息共享客户端,所述数据信息共享客户端可以设置于显示设备内部,也可以独立于所述显示设备单独配置;这里,所述显示设备可以是所述智能电视;所述网络接入设备可以是电脑、平板电脑(PAD)、智能手机等具备网络接入功能的用户计算设备;所述智能家居系统包括数据信息共享客户端、数据信息共享服务器,所述数据信息共享服务器可以设置于网络接入设备内部,也可以独立于网络接入设备单独配置;这里,所述显示设备与所述网络接入设备通过家庭无线或有线局域网实现通信。

这里,以智能电视为例进行说明,在智能电视的显示器上显示网络接入设备的虚拟操作系统的控制桌面,用户通过智能电视的输入设备,例如电视遥控器向显示在显示器上的控制桌面发送操作指令;所述数据信息共享客户端接收到所述输入设备转发的所述操作指令后,将所述操作指令发送至所述网络接入设备;所述网络接入设备根据所述操作指令获取所述操作指令对应的多媒体信息,及将对应的多媒体信息通过局域网发送至智能电视,实现了显示设备和网络接入设备的数据信息共享,即双向数据互通;在本发明实施例中,用户对显示设备上显示的网络接入设备的虚拟操作系统的控制桌面进行的操作并不会影响网络接入设备的当前其它用户的使用;用户也可以通过网络接入设备监控和操作显示设备的显示,因此,显示设备和网络接入设备能够互不影响地各自独立工作。

步骤1:用户首先需要配置与智能电视相关的数据信息共享客户端,配置为管理智能电视、连接数据信息共享服务器、接收用户的输入和输出指令。
步骤2:配置与家用电脑相关的数据信息共享服务器,配置为接收和处理用户的命令、并将视频音频等数据通过RJ45网络接口并经由路由器/交换机传送给智能电视,或者将数据通过无线接口发送给智能电视;若智能电视没有WIFI接口和RJ45接口,则可以在智能电视安装RJ45接口和HDMI的转换器,所述转换器用以实现智能电视和路由器/交换机的信息传送。
步骤3:在智能电视启动数据信息共享客户端,选择有线或无线方式连 接,并配置IP、PORT、用户名和密码,数据信息共享客户端能够根据用户配置检查在智能电视上采用无线模块、RJ45接口或HDMI接口与数据信息共享服务器进行通信,并通过用户配置的IP和PORT与服务端建立连接。
步骤4:数据信息共享服务器接收数据信息共享客户端的连接请求,校验用户名和密码后在家用电脑的操作系统中虚拟出一个虚拟电脑系统,通过如远程桌面协议(RDP,Remote Desktop Protocol)将虚拟操作系统的控制桌面通过智能电视呈现给用户,用户在发送播放视频文件的指令后,可以控制电脑上的视频数据通过局域网传送给智能电视的HDMI接口,进行视频的播放。
图6为本发明实施例提供的智能电视的结构图;如图6所示,所述智能电视包括:数据信息共享客户端61、HDMI接口62、RJ45接口63、WIFI接口64;在一实施例中,所述智能电视还可以包括RJ45/HDMI接口转换器65;
这里,所述数据信息共享客户端61包括:网络配置模块611、输入控制模块612、主控逻辑模块613、输出控制模块614,其中,
网络配置模块611根据用户配置确定数据信息共享服务器的IP、PORT、用户名和密码以及数据信息共享客户端与数据信息共享服务器的数据传输通道(HDMI、RJ45、WIFI);
输入控制模块612能够通过蓝牙、红外等方式接收用户的无线输入;
主控逻辑模块613是数据信息共享客户端的核心,控制各模块实现数据信息共享客户端与数据信息共享服务器的信息的传输,控制输入输出通道,控制信息的展示等;
输出控制模块614控制根据网络配置模块611的配置信息实现物理传输通道HDMI、RJ45、WIFI的数据传输,负责将视频信息智能电视的HDMI高清数字信号接口将接收的视频数据等通过显示屏呈现给用户;
HDMI接口62是智能电视的高清数字信号接口,负责把高清视频等信号传输给显示屏,及负责与数据信息共享服务器的通信;
RJ4接口63作为网络接口负责与数据信息共享服务器的通信;
WIFI接口64作为无线网络接口负责与数据信息共享服务器的通信;
RJ45/HDMI接口转换器65配置为在智能电视的RJ45接口63和WIFI接口64失效时,将从路由器/交换机传送的RJ45信号转换为HDMI信号。
图7为本发明实施例提供的家用电脑的结构图;如图7所示,所述家用电脑包括:数据信息共享服务器71、RJ45接口72、WIFI接口73;
这里,所述数据信息共享服务器71包括:网络配置模块711、主控逻辑模块712、虚拟系统模块713、输出控制模块714,其中,
网络配置模块711负责IP、PORT等网络信息的配置;
主控逻辑模块712负责整个数据信息共享服务器的控制;
虚拟系统模块713实现在操作系统中虚拟出数据信息共享客户端呈现给用户操作的系统桌面,比如可以考虑实现RDP协议等实现。在用户选择播放视频时可以控制输出控制模块204把RJ45接口72或WIFI接口73视为目的输出终端,此时的智能电视相当于是家用电脑的直接显示器;
输出控制模块714控制RJ45接口72和WIFI接口73的信号输入输出;
RJ45接口72负责与智能家居用户端的通信;
WIFI接口73负责与智能家居用户端的通信。
图8为本发明实施例提供的智能家居系统的结构图;如图8所示,所述智能家居系统包括:智能电视81、家用电脑82、路由器/交换机83;
这里,所述智能电视81包括数据信息共享客户端811;所述家用电脑82包括数据信息共享服务器821;所述路由器/交换机83包括无线或有线模块831;
数据信息共享客户端811配置为控制信号的输入输出、实现与智能家 居服务器端的通信、控制高清数字信号在智能电视81的显示屏上的显示、控制与路由器/交换机83的无线或有线模块的数据传输;
路由器/交换机83实现把智能电视81与家用电脑82的网络数据双向传输。数据信息共享服务器821实现在家用电脑82上虚拟操作系统,接收处理从智能电视81传输的控制信号,负责把高清数字信号通过路由器/交换机83传输给数据信息共享客户端811实现音视频信息的显示。
用户开启智能电视、家用电脑、路由器,配置数据信息共享客户端的IP、端口、用户名、密码等,配置数据信息共享服务器的端口等信息,就可以实现智能电视和家用电脑的信息互通,并且能够通过智能电视控制家用电脑而不影响电脑当前用户的使用,通过电脑又能监控和操作智能电视的显示,智能电视和电脑能够又能够独立工作,实现智能电视和电脑的虚拟一体化,从而充分利用智能电视的大屏和高清显示效果以及电脑的高性能处理效果,实现自由娱乐自由视频的终极体验。

本发明是参照根据本发明实施例的方法、设备(系统)、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计算机、嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功 能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
基于此,本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质包括一组指令,当执行所述指令时,引起至少一个处理器执行上述图1所示的数据信息共享方法或者执行上述图2所示的数据信息共享方法。

工业实用性
接收到用户发送的操作指令后,将所述操作指令发送至数据信息共享服务器,使数据信息共享服务器控制所述操作指令对应的多媒体信息显示给用户;本发明实施例在显示设备和网络接入设备之间实现双向数据互通,保证显示设备和网络接入设备互不影响地独立工作,充分利用了显示设备的大屏高清显示效果、网络接入设备的多用户系统及对多媒体数据的高性能处理能力,如此,能不受限于智能设备自身的性能瓶颈,实现用户对海量高清多媒体信息处理的需求,降低用户的使用成本,进而可改善用户体验。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种数据信息共享方法,所述方法包括:
    接收用户发送的操作指令;
    将所述操作指令发送至数据信息共享服务器,所述操作指令用于使所述数据信息共享服务器控制所述操作指令对应的多媒体信息显示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述接收用户发送的操作指令之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述数据信息共享服务器发送的网络接入设备的虚拟操作系统的控制桌面信息;
    根据所述控制桌面信息,在显示设备上显示所述网络接入设备的虚拟操作系统的控制桌面。
  3. 一种数据信息共享方法,所述方法包括:
    根据接收的操作指令获取所述操作指令对应的多媒体信息;
    控制所述多媒体信息显示。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述根据接收的操作指令获取所述操作指令对应的多媒体信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    在网络接入设备的操作系统中生成虚拟操作系统;
    将所述虚拟操作系统的控制桌面信息发送至数据信息共享客户端。
  5. 一种数据信息共享方法,所述方法包括:
    数据信息共享客户端接收用户发送的操作指令;
    所述数据信息共享客户端将所述操作指令发送至数据信息共享服务器;
    所述数据信息共享服务器根据接收的操作指令获取所述操作指令对应的多媒体信息;
    所述数据信息共享服务器控制所述多媒体信息显示。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述数据信息共享客户端接收用户发送的操作指令之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述数据信息共享服务器在网络接入设备的操作系统中生成虚拟操作系统;
    所述数据信息共享服务器将所述虚拟操作系统的控制桌面信息发送至所述数据信息共享客户端;
    所述数据信息共享客户端根据所述控制桌面信息,在显示设备上显示所述网络接入设备的虚拟操作系统的控制桌面。
  7. 一种数据信息共享客户端,所述客户端包括:
    接收模块,配置为接收用户发送的操作指令;
    第一发送模块,配置为将所述操作指令发送至数据信息共享服务器,所述操作指令用于使所述数据信息共享服务器控制所述操作指令对应的多媒体信息显示。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的客户端,其中,
    所述接收模块,还配置为接收所述数据信息共享服务器发送的网络接入设备的虚拟操作系统的控制桌面信息;
    所述客户端还包括控制模块,配置为根据所述控制桌面信息,在显示设备上显示所述网络接入设备的虚拟操作系统的控制桌面。
  9. 一种数据信息共享服务器,所述服务器包括:
    获取模块,配置为根据接收的操作指令获取所述操作指令对应的多媒体信息;
    第二发送模块,配置为控制所述多媒体信息显示。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的服务器,其中,
    所述获取模块,还配置为在网络接入设备的操作系统中生成虚拟操作系统;
    所述第二发送模块,还配置为将所述虚拟操作系统的控制桌面信息发送至数据信息共享客户端。
  11. 一种数据信息共享系统,所述系统包括:
    数据信息共享客户端,配置为接收用户发送的操作指令;并将所述操作指令发送至数据信息共享服务器;
    数据信息共享服务器,配置为根据接收的操作指令获取所述操作指令对应的多媒体信息;并控制所述多媒体信息显示。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的系统,其中,
    所述数据信息共享服务器,还配置为在网络接入设备的操作系统中生成虚拟操作系统;将所述虚拟操作系统的控制桌面信息发送至所述数据信息共享客户端;
    所述数据信息共享客户端,还配置为根据所述控制桌面信息,在显示设备上显示所述网络接入设备的虚拟操作系统的控制桌面。
  13. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质包括一组指令,当执行所述指令时,引起至少一个处理器执行如权利要求1或2所述的数据信息共享方法或者执行如权利要求3或4所述的数据信息共享方法。
