本发明的基本思想是: 移动终端接收对与该移动终端匹配的网络播放 设备的控制指令, 并通过无线方式发送所述控制指令给电视数据卡; 电视 数据卡根据接收到的控制指令, 对自身存储的与移动终端匹配的网络播放 设备的状态信息进行修改; 当网络播放设备确定自身状态信息发生变化时, 根据当前状态信息向电视数据卡发送进行相应操作的请求。
本发明公开了网络多媒体业务遥控方法的第一实施例, 如图 1 所示, 所述方法包括:
步驟 101 ,移动终端通过无线方式发送对与自身匹配的网络播放设备的 控制指令给电视数据卡。
具体的, 移动终端连接电视数据卡后, 电视数据卡根据用户输入的选 择移动终端为控制器的指令确定移动终端为控制器设备类型, 并根据该类 型控制移动终端显示多媒体业务指南信息网页供用户进行操作, 根据用户 的操作指令, 移动终端通过无线方式发送对与自身匹配的网络播放设备的 控制指令给电视数据卡。 用户在该多媒体业务指南信息网页的操作不会启 动移动终端内的播放器进行多媒体业务。
所述无线方式可以为无线相容性认证 ( Wireless Fidelity, Wi-Fi )方式 或红外线方式。 所述移动终端可以是具有 Wi-Fi功能或红外线功能的手机。
步驟 102 , 电视数据卡根据所述控制指令,对自身存储的与移动终端匹 配的网络播放设备的状态信息进行修改。
所述电视数据卡和网络播放设备可以通过 Wi-Fi无线方式连接,也可以 通过通用串行总线 (Universal Serial BUS, USB )或高清晰度多媒体接口 ( High Definition Multimedia Interface, HDMI )等有线方式连接。
电视数据卡内存储与自身连接的网络播放设备的状态信息, 如关机、 播放的频道等状态信息。 例如, 可以将关机修改为开机, 将播放的频道 1 修改为频道 8。
步驟 103 ,网络播放设备定期查询电视数据卡内存储的网络播放设备的 状态信息。
例如, 可以设定每 5秒钟网络播放设备的网页后台查询一次电视数据 卡内存储的网络播放设备的状态信息。
步驟 104, 当所述状态信息发生变化时, 网络播放设备根据当前查询到 的状态信息向电视数据卡发出进行相应操作的请求。
本例中, 原状态信息为关机, 当前状态信息为开机, 则网络播放设备 根据 "开机,, 的状态信息向电视数据卡发出开机的请求。 当然, 也可以是 原状态信息中的频道信息为 1 , 当前状态信息中的频道信息为 8, 则网络播 放设备根据频道 "8" 向电视数据卡发出将频道转换为频道 8的请求。 具体的, 网络播放设备连接电视数据卡后, 电视数据卡根据用户输入 的选择网络播放设备为播放器的指令确定网络播放设备为播放器设备类 型, 并根据该类型控制网络播放设备显示多媒体业务指南信息网页, 网络 播放设备根据当前查询到的状态信息 "开机", 模拟用户点击了该网络播放 设备显示的多媒体业务指南信息网页上的开机选项, 由此, 网络播放设备 向电视数据卡发出开机的请求。
需要指出的是, 控制器设备类型对应的多媒体业务指南信息网页和播 放器设备类型对应的多媒体业务指南信息网页所显示的内容是相同的, 都 是业务指南信息, 但是它们对操作的响应是不同的, 对控制器设备类型对 应的多媒体业务指南信息网页的操作并不会启动该控制器即移动终端中的 播放器进行多媒体业务播放, 而只会以操作指令的形式发送给电视数据卡; 而对播放器设备类型对应的多媒体业务指南信息网页的操作会启动相关的 多媒体业务。
步驟 105 , 电视数据卡根据所述请求进行相应的操作。
本例中, 电视数据卡根据开机请求开机, 这样, 网络播放设备就能接 收到电视数据卡的信号。 同理, 电视数据卡可以根据换台请求换台, 这样, 网络播放设备就能接收到电视数据卡发送的该频道的音视频信号。 例如, 原状态信息中的频道信息为 1 , 当前状态信息中的频道信息为 8, 则网络播 放设备根据频道 "8" 向电视数据卡发出将频道转换为频道 8的请求。
由上可知, 上述技术方案能够实现通过具有无线联网功能的移动终端 对网络多媒体业务进行远程控制操作。
本发明公开了网络多媒体业务遥控方法的第二实施例, 如图 2所示, 所述方法包括:
步驟 201 ,所述电视数据卡将与自身连接的网络播放设备和移动终端进 行匹配。 步驟 202 ,移动终端通过无线方式发送对与自身匹配的网络播放设备的 控制指令给电视数据卡。
步驟 203 , 电视数据卡根据所述控制指令,对自身存储的与移动终端匹 配的网络播放设备的状态信息进行修改。
步驟 204,网络播放设备定期查询电视数据卡内存储的网络播放设备的 状态信息。
步驟 205 , 当所述状态信息发生变化时, 网络播放设备根据当前查询到 的状态信息向电视数据卡发出进行相应的操作请求。
步驟 206, 电视数据卡根据所述操作请求进行相应的操作。
本发明公开了网络多媒体业务遥控方法的第三实施例, 如图 3 所示, 所述方法包括:
步驟 301 ,电视数据卡分别记录与自身连接的网络播放设备和移动终端 的标识。
网络播放设备和移动终端分别与电视数据卡连接, 电视数据卡分别记 录与自身连接的网络播放设备和移动终端的标识。
所述标识可以是网络播放设备和移动终端登录电视数据卡的登录名, 也可以是网络播放设备和移动终端的网络协议 ( Internet Protocol, IP )地址。
步驟 302 ,所述电视数据卡通过将网络播放设备和移动终端的标识进行 匹配, 将与自身连接的网络播放设备和移动终端进行匹配。
步驟 303 ,移动终端通过无线方式发送对与自身匹配的网络播放设备的 控制指令给电视数据卡。
步驟 304, 电视数据卡根据所述控制指令,对自身存储的与移动终端匹 配的网络播放设备的状态信息进行修改。
可选的, 电视数据卡在对状态信息进行修改之前, 判断是否存在与所 述移动终端相匹配的网络播放设备, 如果存在与所述移动终端相匹配的网 络播放设备则执行步驟 304 的操作; 如果不存在与所述移动终端相匹配的 网络播放设备, 结束本次流程。
步驟 305,网络播放设备定期查询电视数据卡内存储的网络播放设备的 状态信息。
步驟 306, 当所述状态信息发生变化时, 网络播放设备根据当前查询到 的状态信息向电视数据卡发出进行相应的操作请求。
步驟 307, 电视数据卡根据所述操作请求进行相应的操作。
本发明公开了一种移动终端, 所述移动终端用于接收对与该移动终端 匹配的网络播放设备的控制指令, 并通过无线方式发送所述控制指令给电 视数据卡。
本发明公开了一种电视数据卡, 如图 4所示, 所述电视数据卡包括: 状态信息修改单元, 用于根据移动终端通过无线方式发送过来的控制 指令, 对自身存储的与移动终端匹配的网络播放设备的状态信息进行修改。
存储单元, 用于存储网络播放设备的状态信息。
所述电视数据卡还包括: 匹配单元, 用于将与电视数据卡连接的网络 播放设备和移动终端进行匹配。
所述电视数据卡还包括: 标识记录单元, 用于分别记录与自身连接的 网络播放设备和移动终端的标识;
相应的, 匹配单元, 具体用于通过将网络播放设备和移动终端的标识 进行匹配, 将与自身连接的网络播放设备和移动终端进行匹配。
所述电视数据卡还包括: 操作单元, 用于根据网络播放设备发送过来 的操作请求进行相应的操作。
本发明公开了一种网络播放设备, 所述网络播放设备包括:
查询单元, 用于定期查询电视数据卡内存储的网络播放设备的状态信 息; 请求发送单元, 用于当查询单元内的状态信息发生变化时, 根据当前 查询到的状态信息向电视数据卡发送进行相应操作的请求。
图 5 为本发明网络多媒体业务遥控系统的实施例, 如图所示, 所述系 统包括移动终端、 电视数据卡和网络播放设备:
移动终端, 用于接收对与该移动终端匹配的网络播放设备的控制指令; 用于通过无线方式发送所述控制指令给电视数据卡;
电视数据卡, 用于根据移动终端发送过来的控制指令, 对自身存储的 与移动终端匹配的网络播放设备的状态信息进行修改; 用于存储网络播放 设备的状态信息;
网络播放设备, 用于定期查询电视数据卡内存储的网络播放设备的状 态信息; 用于当查询单元内的状态信息发生变化时, 根据当前查询到的状 态信息向电视数据卡发送进行相应操作的请求。
所述移动终端包括: 接收单元, 用于接收对与该移动终端匹配的网络 播放设备的控制指令; 无线通信单元, 用于通过无线方式发送所述控制指 令给电视数据卡。
所述电视数据卡包括: 状态信息修改单元, 用于根据移动终端通过无 线方式发送过来的控制指令, 对自身存储的与移动终端匹配的网络播放设 备的状态信息进行修改; 存储单元, 用于存储网络播放设备的状态信息; 操作单元, 用于根据网络播放设备发送过来的操作请求进行相应的操作。
所述网络播放设备包括: 查询单元, 用于定期查询电视数据卡内存储 的网络播放设备的状态信息; 请求发送单元, 用于当查询单元内的状态信 息发生变化时, 根据当前查询到的状态信息向电视数据卡发送进行相应操 作的请求。

权利要求书
1、 一种网络多媒体业务遥控方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 移动终端接收对与该移动终端匹配的网络播放设备的控制指令, 并通 过无线方式发送所述控制指令给电视数据卡;
电视数据卡根据接收到的控制指令, 对自身存储的与移动终端匹配的 网络播放设备的状态信息进行修改;
当网络播放设备确定自身状态信息发生变化时, 根据当前状态信息向 电视数据卡发送进行相应操作的请求。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端发送对与 自身匹配的网络播放设备的控制指令给电视数据卡之前, 所述方法还包括: 所述电视数据卡将与自身连接的网络播放设备和移动终端进行匹配。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述电视数据卡将与自 身连接的网络播放设备和移动终端进行匹配之前, 所述方法还包括:
电视数据卡分别记录与自身连接的网络播放设备和移动终端的标识; 相应的, 所述电视数据卡将与自身连接的网络播放设备和移动终端进 行匹配为:

4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络播放设备根据 当前查询到的状态信息向电视数据卡发出进行相应操作的请求之后, 所述 方法还包括:
电视数据卡根据所述请求进行相应的操作。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述无线方式为无线相 容性认证 Wi-Fi方式。
6、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端包括:
接收单元, 用于接收对与该移动终端匹配的网络播放设备的控制指令; 无线通信单元, 用于通过无线方式发送所述控制指令给电视数据卡。
7、 一种电视数据卡, 其特征在于, 所述电视数据卡包括:
状态信息修改单元, 用于根据移动终端通过无线方式发送过来的控制 指令, 对自身存储的与移动终端匹配的网络播放设备的状态信息进行修改; 存储单元, 用于存储网络播放设备的状态信息。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的电视数据卡, 其特征在于, 所述电视数据卡 还包括: 匹配单元, 用于将与电视数据卡连接的网络播放设备和移动终端 进行匹配。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的电视数据卡, 其特征在于, 所述电视数据卡 还包括: 标识记录单元, 用于分别记录与自身连接的网络播放设备和移动 终端的标识;
相应的, 匹配单元, 具体用于通过将网络播放设备和移动终端的标识 进行匹配, 将与自身连接的网络播放设备和移动终端进行匹配。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的电视数据卡, 其特征在于, 所述电视数据 卡还包括: 操作单元, 用于根据网络播放设备发送过来的操作请求进行相 应的操作。
11、 一种网络播放设备, 其特征在于, 所述网络播放设备包括: 查询单元, 用于定期查询电视数据卡内存储的网络播放设备的状态信 请求发送单元, 用于当查询单元内的状态信息发生变化时, 根据当前 查询到的状态信息向电视数据卡发送进行相应操作的请求。
12、 一种网络多媒体业务遥控系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括: 移 动终端、 电视数据卡和网络播放设备; 其中, 所述移动终端, 用于接收对与该移动终端匹配的网络播放设备的控制 指令; 用于通过无线方式发送所述控制指令给电视数据卡;
所述电视数据卡, 用于根据移动终端发送过来的控制指令, 对自身存 储的与移动终端匹配的网络播放设备的状态信息进行修改; 用于存储网络 播放设备的状态信息;
所述网络播放设备, 用于定期查询电视数据卡内存储的网络播放设备 的状态信息; 用于当查询单元内的状态信息发生变化时, 根据当前查询到 的状态信息向电视数据卡发送进行相应操作的请求。
