Abstract

一种曲面电视（10）及其固定底座（12），固定底座（12）包含：一底壁（14）及二侧壁（16,18）。底壁（14）具有相同于曲面电视（10）的一曲率。二侧壁（16，18）分别从底壁（14）的相对二旁侧朝上延伸，二侧壁（16，18）与底壁（14）共同形成一凹槽以容置曲面电视（10）的基座（22），以达到可以依照用户的需求改变曲面电视的位置的效果。

Description

曲面电视及其固定底座 技术领域
本发明是有关于一种固定底座，特别是有关于一种曲面电视的固定底座。
 背景技术
近年来由于电子产品的进步，越来越多产品开始采用曲面或弧形的结构，例如曲面电视。为了提升观赏质量，用户一般需要位于曲面电视的曲率中心处。由于现有的曲面电视的基座都是固定的，所以不仅限制用户的观看位置与视角，且也无法提高移动调整曲面电视的使用便利性。
故，有必要提供一种曲面电视的固定底座，以解决现有技术所存在的问题。
 技术问题
有鉴于此，本发明提供一种曲面电视及其固定底座，以解决现有的曲面电视限制用户的观看位置与视角且也无法提高移动调整电视的使用便利性等问题。
 技术解决方案
为达成本发明的前述目的，本发明一实施例提供一种曲面电视的固定底座，其中所述曲面电视的固定底座包含:一底座及二侧壁。所述底壁具有相同于一曲面电视的一曲率。所述二侧壁分别从所述底壁的相对二旁侧朝上延伸，其中所述二侧壁与所述底壁共同形成一凹槽以便可活动的容置所述曲面电视的一基座，其中所述底壁还具有二滑轨，所述基座对应每一所述滑轨分别设置有至少二滑轮；及所述基座松配合的容置于所述凹槽中。
在本发明的一实施例中，所述底壁的长度相等于所述基座的长度。
在本发明的一实施例中，所述底壁的长度大于所述基座的长度。
在本发明的一实施例中，所述凹槽为一平直凹槽，所述基座为与所述平直凹槽互补的一平直凸条。
在本发明的一实施例中，所述凹槽为一鸠尾状凹槽，所述基座为与所述鸠尾状凹槽互补的一楔形凸条。
为达成本发明的前述目的，本发明另一实施例提供一种曲面电视的固定底座，其中所述曲面电视的固定底座包含:一底座及二侧壁。所述底壁具有相同于一曲面电视的一曲率。所述二侧壁分别从所述底壁的相对二旁侧朝上延伸，其中所述二侧壁与所述底壁共同形成一凹槽以便可活动的容置所述曲面电视的一基座。
在本发明的一实施例中，所述底壁的长度相等于所述基座的长度。
在本发明的一实施例中，所述底壁的长度大于所述基座的长度。
在本发明的一实施例中，所述凹槽为一平直凹槽，所述基座为与所述平直凹槽互补的一平直凸条。
在本发明的一实施例中，所述凹槽为一鸠尾状凹槽，所述基座为与所述鸠尾状凹槽互补的一楔形凸条。
在本发明的一实施例中，所述底壁还具有二滑轨，所述基座对应每一所述滑轨分别设置有至少二滑轮。
在本发明的一实施例中，所述基座松配合的容置于所述凹槽中。
再者，本发明一实施例提供一种曲面电视，其中所述曲面电视包含：一基座；及一固定底座，具有：一底壁，具有相同于所述曲面电视的一曲率；及二侧壁，分别从所述底壁的相对二旁侧朝上延伸，其中所述二侧壁与所述底壁共同形成一凹槽以便可活动的容置所述曲面电视的基座。
在本发明的一实施例中，所述凹槽为一平直凹槽，所述基座为与所述平直凹槽互补的一平直凸条。
在本发明的一实施例中，所述底壁还具有二滑轨，所述基座对应每一所述滑轨分别设置有至少二滑轮。
在本发明的一实施例中，所述底壁的长度相等于所述基座的长度。
在本发明的一实施例中，所述底壁的长度大于所述基座的长度。
在本发明的一实施例中，所述凹槽为一鸠尾状凹槽，所述基座为与所述鸠尾状凹槽互补的一楔形凸条。

 有益效果
与现有技术相比较，本发明的曲面电视的固定底座，通过所述底壁及所述二侧壁所形成的所述凹槽来活动式容置所述曲面电视的基座，以达到可以依照用户的需求改变曲面电视的位置的效果，解决现有的曲面电视限制用户的观看位置与视角且也无法提高移动调整电视的使用便利性等问题。

以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式，用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。再者，本发明所提到的方向用语，例如上、下、顶、底、前、后、左、右、内、外、侧面、周围、中央、水平、横向、垂直、纵向、轴向、径向、最上层或最下层等，仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此，使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明，而非用以限制本发明。
请参照图1A至2B所示，图1A是本发明一实施例的曲面电视10的固定底座12的立体示意图；图1B是本发明一实施例的曲面电视10的固定底座12的下侧示意图；图2A是本发明另一实施例的曲面电视10的固定底座12的立体示意图；及图2B是本发明另一实施例的曲面电视10的固定底座12的下侧示意图，其中为了附图的简洁，二滑轨24与26及至少二滑轮28与30未绘示在图1A及2A中。所述固定底座12用于活动式固定所述曲面电视10，以使所述曲面电视10保持站立状态。所述曲面电视10具有一液晶面板及其相关机构(如背光模块及外壳等)，及另具有一基座22。所述固定底座12包含一底壁14及二侧壁16与18。所述底壁14具有相同于所述曲面电视10的一曲率，所述曲率指的是以俯视角度观看所述曲面电视10时，所述曲面电视10的液晶面板弯曲的曲率，且所述固定底座12弯曲的曲率大致相同于所述液晶面板的曲率。所述二侧壁16与18分别从所述底壁14的相对二旁侧朝上延伸，其中所述二侧壁16与18与所述底壁14共同形成一凹槽20以便可活动的容置所述曲面电视10的基座22。在一实施例中，所述曲面电视10通过所述基座22活动式设于所述凹槽20，从而调整所述曲面电视10的位置。
在一实施例中，参照图1A及1B所示，所述固定底座12的底壁14的长度相等于所述曲面电视10的基座22的长度。换言之，当所述曲面电视10的基座22的整体恰好容置于所述凹槽20内，增加美观性且减少使用空间。在另一实施例中，参照图2A及2B所示，所述底壁14的长度大于所述基座22的长度，以使所述曲面电视10具有较大的活动范围。惟，不论所述底壁14的长度等于或大于所述基座22的长度，必要时，所述曲面电视10的基座22的左端(或右端)也可以选择突出到所述固定底座12的底壁14的左端(或右端)之外，以加大调整所述曲面电视10相对于使用者的摆放位置及视角。
在一实施例中，参照图1A及1B所示，所述凹槽20为一平直凹槽，所述基座22为与所述平直凹槽互补的一平直凸条。因为所述基座22可以直接从所述凹槽20的上方或两侧开口插入，所以具有容易把所述基座22设置于所述凹槽20内的优点。在另一实施例中，参照图2A及2B所示，所述凹槽20为一鸠尾状凹槽，所述基座22为与所述鸠尾状凹槽互补的一楔形凸条。因为所述基座22只能从所述凹槽20的两侧开口插入，所以所述曲面电视10不易从所述凹槽20脱离，具有较好的固定效果。
在一实施例中，参照图1B及2B所示，所述底壁14还具有二滑轨24与26，且所述基座22对应所述二滑轨24与26的每一个分别设置有至少二滑轮28与30。所述至少二滑轮28与30滑设于所述二滑轨24与26上，提高所述基座22在所述凹槽20内的活动性。在另一实施例中，所述基座22松配合的容置于所述凹槽20中，以提高所述基座22在所述凹槽20内的活动性。
在一实施例中，不论所述曲面电视的尺寸规格为何，例如55吋以下的曲面电视，只要所述曲面电视10的曲率与所述底壁14相同或接近，所述曲面电视10就能使用本发明实施例的所述固定底座12来达到活动式固定的效果，也因此本发明的固定底座12具有较佳的通用性。
综上所述，本发明实施例的固定底座通过所述底壁及所述二侧壁所形成的所述凹槽来活动式容置所述曲面电视的基座，以达到可以依照用户的需求改变曲面电视的位置的效果，解决现有的曲面电视限制用户的观看位置与视角且也无法提高移动调整电视的使用便利性等问题。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种曲面电视的固定底座，其包含：
    一底壁，具有相同于一曲面电视的一曲率；及
    二侧壁，分别从所述底壁的相对二旁侧朝上延伸，其中所述二侧壁与所述底壁共同形成一凹槽以便可活动的容置所述曲面电视的一基座，
    其中所述底壁还具有二滑轨，所述基座对应每一所述滑轨分别设置有至少二滑轮；及
    所述基座松配合的容置于所述凹槽中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的固定底座，其中所述底壁的长度相等于所述基座的长度。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的固定底座，其中所述底壁的长度大于所述基座的长度。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的固定底座，其中所述凹槽为一平直凹槽，所述基座为与所述平直凹槽互补的一平直凸条。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的固定底座，其中所述凹槽为一鸠尾状凹槽，所述基座为与所述鸠尾状凹槽互补的一楔形凸条。
  6. 一种曲面电视的固定底座，其包含：
    一底壁，具有相同于一曲面电视的一曲率；及
    二侧壁，分别从所述底壁的相对二旁侧朝上延伸，其中所述二侧壁与所述底壁共同形成一凹槽以便可活动的容置所述曲面电视的一基座。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的固定底座，其中所述底壁的长度相等于所述基座的长度。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的固定底座，其中所述底壁的长度大于所述基座的长度。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的固定底座，其中所述凹槽为一平直凹槽，所述基座为与所述平直凹槽互补的一平直凸条。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的固定底座，其中所述凹槽为一鸠尾状凹槽，所述基座为与所述鸠尾状凹槽互补的一楔形凸条。
  11. 如权利要求6所述的固定底座，其中所述底壁还具有二滑轨，所述基座对应每一所述滑轨分别设置有至少二滑轮。
  12. 如权利要求6所述的固定底座，其中所述基座松配合的容置于所述凹槽中。
  13. 一种曲面电视，其包含：
    一基座；及
    一固定底座，具有：
    一底壁，具有相同于所述曲面电视的一曲率；及
    二侧壁，分别从所述底壁的相对二旁侧朝上延伸，其中所述二侧壁与所述底壁共同形成一凹槽以便可活动的容置所述曲面电视的基座。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的曲面电视，其中所述凹槽为一平直凹槽，所述基座为与所述平直凹槽互补的一平直凸条。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的曲面电视，其中所述底壁还具有二滑轨，所述基座对应每一所述滑轨分别设置有至少二滑轮。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的曲面电视，其中所述底壁的长度相等于所述基座的长度。
  17. 如权利要求13所述的曲面电视，其中所述底壁的长度大于所述基座的长度。
  18. 如权利要求13所述的曲面电视，其中所述凹槽为一鸠尾状凹槽，所述基座为与所述鸠尾状凹槽互补的一楔形凸条。
