[0038] 如图 4和图 5所示, 第二锁体 4包括锁母片, 锁母片上设有一个下沉的圆形凹槽 , 圆形凹槽朝锁杆 32方向下沉, 在圆形凹槽底面设有跑道型的锁孔 41, 锁孔 41 的整体略大于锁杆 32锁紧端 322的横截面外形轮廓, 并且锁孔 41的宽小于锁紧端 322的长, 使得锁紧端 322可穿过锁孔 41后, 再旋转角度后锁紧端 322卡在锁孔的 另一端达到锁紧效果。 圆形凹槽被锁孔 41分隔成两侧, 两侧凹槽的深度沿中心 旋转方向从一端到另一端由浅变深, 锁紧吋, 锁紧端 322从凹槽的最深处端向浅 处端旋转, 凹槽的坡度使得锁紧端 322向左移动一定距离, 即锁杆 32向左移动, 而弹簧 34具有向右的拉力, 使得锁杆 32与锁母片直接配合更加紧密, 锁紧更牢 固。

[权利要求 1] 一种 LED显示屏, 其特征在于, 包括至少两个左右拼接第一单元箱体 和第二单元箱体, 所述第一单元箱体和第二单元箱体上分别设有第一 锁体和第二锁体; 所述第一锁体包括把手和锁杆, 所述锁杆为圆柱型 杆, 所述锁杆可旋转地安装在第一单元箱体上, 所述锁杆一端伸出于 所述第一单元箱体的侧面, 所述锁杆伸出端设有环形凹槽, 所述锁杆 被所述环形凹槽分隔的端部为锁紧端, 所述锁紧端的两侧具有轴向的 切面; 所述把手固定在所述锁杆上, 所述第一单元箱体上设有限位块 , 所述限位块位于所述把手下侧; 所述第二锁体包括锁母片, 所述锁 母片安装在第二单元箱体上, 且与位于所述第一单元箱体上的锁杆位 置对应; 所述锁母片具有锁孔, 所述锁孔与所述锁紧端截面形状一致 , 所述锁孔的整体比所述锁紧端的截面大, 且所述锁孔的宽小于所述 锁紧端的长。

[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 2或 4所述的 LED显示屏, 其特征在于, 所述把手通过螺钉 固定在所述锁杆的端面上; 所述锁杆靠近环形凹槽的位置设有环形凸 起, 所述第一单元箱体上设有安装座, 所述安装座设有通孔, 所述锁 杆可转动地安装在所述安装座的通孔内, 且所述锁杆通过环形凸起与 安装部上的把手卡接所述安装座上。
[权利要求 6] 如权利要求 5所述的 LED显示屏, 其特征在于, 所述限位块为所述安 装座的凸起, 所述限位块位于所述把手与锁杆安装的端部下侧。

[权利要求 9] 如权利要求 8所述的 LED显示屏, 其特征在于, 所述圆形凹槽被所述 锁孔分隔成两侧, 两侧凹槽的深度沿中心旋转方向从一端到另一端由 浅变深。
