一种强效散热的旋转LED路灯,包括立杆(11)、横向连接杆(12)以及路灯本体,路灯本体与横向连接杆(12)之间设有连接器(22),连接器(22)通过转轴(21)与横梁连接杆(12)连接,路灯本体包括外壳(30)、灯罩(40)以及设于灯罩(40)和外壳(30)围成的空腔,空腔内设有电路板(60),电路板(60)一侧连接固定板(70),固定板(70)上设有若干LED灯珠(80),LED灯珠(80)通过灯珠散热胶(41)固定在固定板(70)上,电路板(60)的另一侧设有散热器(50),散热器(50)的另一侧设有散热翅(51),散热翅(51)上设有若干横向的散热孔(52)。该路灯维修方便,不同的散热结构使得散热更加彻底,减少了两者互相接触而产生的大量的热量,保护了LED灯珠,减少其因温度过高而减少寿命的风险。

Description

一种强效散热的旋转LED路灯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种路灯,具体的说,是涉及一种强效散热的旋转LED路灯。
背景技术
道路照明是城市照明的重要组成部分,传统的路灯常采用高压钠灯360度发光,光损失大的缺点造成了能源的巨大浪费。因此,开发新型高效、节能、寿命长、显色指数高、环保的LED路灯对城市照明节能具有十分重要的意义。
在设计LED路灯时,需要考虑其散热问题,目前,一般使用厚铜板作为导热板,或者加装散热片来散热,但是重量太大;亦或者是加装风扇、热管和回路热管散热等,但是其成本高,对流效果差。总的来说,现有的LED路灯散热装置散热器效果差,LED路灯因工作温度过高而使用寿命明显缩短,并且现有的LED路灯散热器厚重、不方便,生产成本高。
在LED路灯维修过程中,由于路灯设置角度的问题使得对应面的路灯维修非常不方便,不能根据具体需要进行旋转维修。
上述缺陷,值得解决。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本发明提供一种强效散热的旋转LED路灯。
本发明技术方案如下所述:
一种强效散热的旋转LED路灯,包括立杆、与所述立杆连接的横向连接杆以及与所述横向连接杆连接的路灯本体,其特征在于,所述路灯本体与所述横向连接杆之间设有连接器,所述连接器通过转轴与所述横梁连接杆连接,
所述路灯本体包括外壳、与所述外壳连接的灯罩以及设于所述灯罩和所述外 壳围成的空腔,所述空腔内设有电路板,所述电路板一侧连接固定板,所述固定板上设有若干LED灯珠,所述LED灯珠通过灯珠散热胶固定在所述固定板上,所述LED灯珠穿过所述固定板与所述电路板电连接,所述电路板的另一侧设有散热器,所述散热器的另一侧设有散热翅,所述散热翅上设有若干横向的散热孔。
进一步的,所述电路板、所述固定板为同心设置的圆盘形状。
更进一步的,所述散热翅中的每个翅片均为圆柱形,且该圆柱形的上方沿径向向外倾斜。
进一步的,所述灯罩和所述外壳的连接处设有散热胶。
更进一步的,所述散热胶为透明的、高折射率的胶体。
根据上述方案的本发明,其有益效果在于,本发明维修方便,可根据维修的角度旋转路灯本体;本发明分别针对灯珠、电路板以及灯罩设置不同的散热结构,使得散热更加彻底;灯珠固定在固定板上而与电路板隔离,减少了两者互相接触而产生的大量的热量,保护了LED灯珠,减少其因温度过高而减少寿命的风险。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及实施方式对本发明进行进一步的描述:
如图1-2所示,一种强效散热的旋转LED路灯,包括立杆11、与立杆11连 接的横向连接杆12以及与横向连接杆12连接的路灯本体,路灯本体与横向连接杆12之间设有连接器22,连接器22通过转轴21与横梁连接杆12连接。
路灯本体包括外壳30、与外壳30连接的灯罩40以及设于灯罩40和外壳30围成的空腔。空腔内设有电路板60,电路板60一侧连接固定板70,固定板70上设有若干LED灯珠80,LED灯珠80通过灯珠散热胶81固定在固定板70上,LED灯珠80穿过固定板70与电路板60电连接,电路板60、固定板70为同心设置的圆盘形状。
电路板60的另一侧设有散热器50,散热器50的另一侧设有散热翅51,散热翅51上设有若干横向的散热孔52。散热翅51中的每个翅片均为圆柱形,且该圆柱形的上方沿径向向外倾斜。
优选的,灯罩40和外壳30的连接处设有散热胶41,且散热胶41为透明的、高折射率的胶体。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

  1. 一种强效散热的旋转LED路灯,包括立杆、与所述立杆连接的横向连接杆以及与所述横向连接杆连接的路灯本体,其特征在于,所述路灯本体与所述横向连接杆之间设有连接器,所述连接器通过转轴与所述横梁连接杆连接,
    所述路灯本体包括外壳、与所述外壳连接的灯罩以及设于所述灯罩和所述外壳围成的空腔,所述空腔内设有电路板,所述电路板一侧连接固定板,所述固定板上设有若干LED灯珠,所述LED灯珠通过灯珠散热胶固定在所述固定板上,所述LED灯珠穿过所述固定板与所述电路板电连接,所述电路板的另一侧设有散热器,所述散热器的另一侧设有散热翅,所述散热翅上设有若干横向的散热孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的强效散热的旋转LED路灯,其特征在于,所述电路板、所述固定板为同心设置的圆盘形状。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的强效散热的旋转LED路灯,其特征在于,所述散热翅中的每个翅片均为圆柱形,且该圆柱形的上方沿径向向外倾斜。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的强效散热的旋转LED路灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩和所述外壳的连接处设有散热胶。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的强效散热的旋转LED路灯,其特征在于,所述散热胶为透明的、高折射率的胶体。
