The present invention relates to a laundry sheet and a method of manufacturing the same. In particular, the present invention relates to a laundry sheet and a method of manufacturing the same, which can further enhance and stabilize the effects of the ingredients included in the laundry sheet.
Currently, the polymer film is widely used not only in industrial fields such as fine chemicals and electronic materials, but also in household goods such as personal care products such as pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, and household goods. Examples of the use of a polymer film in medicine or cosmetics include a poultice sheet or an adhesive skin-coated sheet, in which a drug is laminated together with a water-insoluble polymer film on a substrate, wherein the polymer film forms a matrix. Sustained release properties. In addition, in the household goods, the polymer film is generally used as a packaging material to facilitate packaging by fractional packaging of specific substances and active ingredients. For example, a polymer film is used as a material for fractionally packaging a detergent composition such as powdery detergent and liquid detergent. In Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-1999-0030414, the standard amount of polyvinyl alcohol film, gelatin film, starch film, and cellulose film with excellent water solubility is used to protect the water quality by preventing scattering of powder detergent and inducing proper use amount. I use it as a bag. U.S. Patent No. 4,605,509, Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 58-135794, and Korean Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 10-2004-0676668 disclose techniques for packaging liquid detergents and fabric softeners with water-soluble films.
However, in case of fractional packaging using water-soluble polymer films, the sealing is broken during storage or transportation of the fractionated product, and the leakage of contents occurs, and the storage stability of the product is very deteriorated. It became. In addition, the water-soluble film used as a packaging material is designed to have stability against the moisture in the air and durability of the contents, but it takes a considerable time from the low temperature to dissolution, so that the residue of the film is not completely dissolved. The phenomenon occurred.
In order to solve this problem, Korean Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 10-2013-0124261 provides a laundry sheet in which a film is formed after incorporating an active ingredient for washing such as a detergent into a water-soluble polymer film-forming composition. However, when the solvent is solidified by removing the solvent from a solution containing a film-forming water-soluble polymer, an active ingredient for washing and water, the enzyme or bleach component among the active ingredients included in the laundry sheet is activated in water during manufacture. There is a problem that the stability is lowered and the phenomenon that does not express the washing power effectively occurred.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the laundry sheet may be manufactured so that three films (or laundry films) are stacked and granular components are present in an undissolved form between the film and the film. For example, it may be provided in the form of a laundry sheet shown in FIG.
Preferably, the manufacturing method may include a drying step, the reaction conditions of the drying step depends on the process conditions, the temperature of the drying furnace is 40 to 120 ℃, the drying time is 5 to 30 minutes, the drying speed is 1 to 10 m It may be / min, preferably the temperature of the drying furnace is 60 to 110 ℃, drying time is 5 to 20 minutes, drying rate may be 1 to 10 m / min.
Preferably, in the present invention, when at least one component selected from the group consisting of builders, enzymes, bleaches and bleach activators is added to granules, the film (or laundry film) may not be dissolved in the film (or laundry film). It is necessary to limit the water content of the film) to a predetermined level or less.
The moisture content is not limited thereto, but may preferably be 30% by weight or less based on the total weight of the film (or laundry film).
Thus, any one or more components selected from the group consisting of builders, enzymes, bleaches and bleach activators are added as granules, which granules are not dissolved after preparation of the film (or laundry film) before drying, during drying or It can be added at all stages after drying.
The film-forming water-soluble polymer used in the laundry sheet according to the present invention may be selected from one or more of natural, semi-synthetic, synthetic polymers.
천연 고분자로는 젤라틴, 펙틴, 덱스트란(Dextran), 히알루론산 또는 이의 염, 콜라겐, 한천, 아라비아 고무, 잔사 고무, 아카시아 고무, 카라야 고무, 토라간 고무, 구아 고무와 같은 검류, 카라긴산, 알긴산, 알긴산나트륨 등이 사용될 수 있다.Natural polymers include gelatin, pectin, dextran, hyaluronic acid or salts thereof, collagen, agar, gum arabic, residue rubber, acacia rubber, gums such as karaya rubber, toragan rubber, guar rubber, carrageic acid, Alginic acid, sodium alginate and the like can be used.
In addition, the semisynthetic polymer may be methyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, soluble starch, dextrin, Dextrine), Carboxy methyl starch, Dialdehyde starch and the like can be used.
라디칼 중합성 모노머로 합성된 고분자는 이온성 모노머 및 비이온성 모노머의 단일 중합체를 사용할 수 있으며, 경우에 따라서 이들의 공중합체를 사용할 수 있다.Synthetic polymers include polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, polyvinyl methacrylate, poly acrylic acid and salts thereof, polyethylene oxide, Well-known general purpose synthetic polymers such as carboxyl-containing acrylic resins, carboxyl-containing polyester resins, water-soluble polyamides, water-soluble polyurethanes and maltodextrins, and polydextrose The water-soluble synthetic polymer produced using the radical polymerizable monomer can be selected. As the polymer synthesized from the radical polymerizable monomer, a single polymer of an ionic monomer and a nonionic monomer may be used, and a copolymer thereof may be used in some cases.
Preferred examples of the film-forming water-soluble polymer are polyvinyl alcohol (Polyvinyl alcohol, PVA), polyvinyl alcohol has a saponification degree of 75 to 95% to ensure solubility, it is preferable that the average degree of polymerization is 100 to 3000. If the saponification degree is less than 75% or more than 95%, the solubility is low so that it is insoluble in water. In addition, when the average degree of polymerization is less than 100, the molecular weight is too low, film formation is not easy, and physical properties such as tensile strength of the film is not good. If the average polymerization degree is more than 3000, the molecular weight is too high, solubility in water after film formation is poor.
The film-forming water-soluble polymer may be included in 5 to 80% by weight relative to the total weight of the film (or laundry film) after drying, preferably 10 to 60% by weight, more preferably 20 to 50% by weight. When the content of the water-soluble polymer is lower than 5% by weight, the tensile strength of the laundry sheet is too weak to form a film (or laundry film), and when the content of the water-soluble polymer is higher than 80% by weight, the content of the active ingredient is relatively low. There is a problem that the function is degraded, or the amount of water-soluble polymer used for the use of a certain amount of the active ingredient increases the economic cost increases.
On the other hand, the 'water solubility' of the film-forming water-soluble polymer in the laundry sheet according to the present invention can be defined by the following measurement conditions.
An amount of film (5 g) made of a film-forming polymer was added to 500 mL of water, stirred on a magnetic stirrer set at a speed of 500 rpm for 10 minutes, and the prepared film solution was filtered through a 10 μm maximum pore filter paper. Dry the water from the collected filtrate to determine the weight of the residual material. At this time, when the weight is 70% or more, preferably 80% or more, more preferably 90% or more with respect to the weight of the initial film is defined as a film-forming water-soluble polymer.
Film forming water dispersible polymers also belong to the category of film forming water soluble polymers in the present invention.
The meaning of the term 'water dispersibility' in the present specification is as follows. An amount of film (5 g) was added to 500 mL of water, stirred on a magnetic stirrer set at a speed of 500 rpm for 10 minutes, the film solution was filtered through a filter of 100 μm pores, and then the filtered filter was dried, followed by weight change. Measure At this time, when the weight change is 30% or less, preferably 20% or less, and more preferably 10% or less with respect to the weight of the initial film, it is defined as a water dispersible film forming polymer.
In addition, although the film-forming water-soluble polymer used in the present invention has a film-forming property that can form a film matrix, the entangled polymer chains of the film-forming water-soluble polymer in the washing sheet are loosened again by a solvent during washing. do. That is, the film-forming water-soluble polymer is in the form of a polymer chain, and when solidified, the polymer chains are entangled and aggregated, and when dissolved in a solvent, the polymer chain is released and third materials are inserted between the polymer chains.
The solvent used in the manufacture of the laundry sheet according to the present invention may use water to dissolve the water-soluble polymer. Alcohols and the like, which are hydrophilic solvents, may be used, but water is preferably used due to the decrease in the solubility of the water-soluble polymer.

It provides a laundry sheet, characterized in that the addition is made to.
Preferably, in the present invention, when one or more components selected from the group consisting of builders, enzymes, bleaches and bleach activators are added and prepared as granules, the film (or laundry film) may not be dissolved in the film (or laundry film). If the moisture content of the laundry film) is below a certain level, it should be added so that the components do not dissolve and may not be activated before washing. The moisture content is not limited thereto, but preferably 30% by weight or less based on the total weight of the film.
The inventors of the present invention, when the ingredients are mixed with a water-soluble polymer solution in the manufacture of a laundry sheet, the activity is expressed in the manufacturing process of the laundry sheet, so that the performance is not exerted when the actual product is used, the components for the laundry sheet And / or have been found to be able to exert the full performance of the components when added separately in an undissolved form to the composition for preparing a laundry sheet, thereby completing the present invention.
In the present invention, the granules are not limited to any form, that is, they are not limited to any form unless the components are dissolved in the manufactured laundry sheet, and there is no particular limitation on the size thereof. That is, the granule is a term that includes all those having an irregular shape and size, commonly called particles, powders, granules and the like.
In the present invention, the granules are a collection of amorphous particles in which a specific form does not exist, and in this specification, numerous granules having different sizes are represented as average particle diameters.
In the present invention, the form of the granules is not limited thereto, and for example, a sphere, a cylinder, a splinter, or a mixture of two or more thereof may be included.
It is apparent to those skilled in the art that the term 'spherical' is also a term including a form that is not a perfect sphere. That is, the spherical cross section and / or longitudinal section includes ellipses rather than perfect circles, and also includes regular or irregularly rugged shapes, not smooth curved surfaces.
As used herein, the term "average particle diameter" means particle size measured using a laser particle size analyzer. For reference, when measuring the particle size distribution, the diameter of the particle is a virtual equivalent diameter. When one of the measured physical properties of the particle is similar to that of a fuselage sphere with a certain diameter, this diameter is called the equivalent diameter of the measured particle. Laser particle size analyzers use scattering properties to make equivalent contrasts, and the measured diameter is the equivalent scattering diameter. In other words, the diameter of the fuselage sphere with scattering properties equal to the measured diameter is used to represent the actual particle size.
In the present invention, the average particle diameter of the granules may be 0.1 to 5 mm, preferably 0.3 to 3 mm, and more preferably 0.5 to 2 mm.
Components that can be applied in the form of granules in the present invention may include, but are not limited to, builders, enzymes, bleaches, bleach activators, bactericidal / disinfectants, fragrances, and the like.
As used herein, the term "builder" means a hard water softener. The builder is not limited thereto, but refers to a substance that precipitates calcium or magnesium in hard water, removes them by ion exchange, or forms a chelate to block the action as ions. That is, the builder reacts with water to activate it to express the effect.
또한, 시트 제형성이 우수하고 표면에 빌더가 묻어나지 않는다는 것을 하기 실시예에서 확인할 수 있다(하기 표 2 참조).In general, when the builder is added to the water-soluble polymer solution in powder form during the manufacturing process of the laundry sheet, the builder is activated by the water contained in the water-soluble polymer solution during the sheet manufacturing process to exert an intact effect during the actual washing. In the case of PVA, it is difficult to formulate the sheet due to the gelation or salting phenomenon by the reaction, and the solubility may be deteriorated. In order to solve this problem, the present invention, when the builder is added to the laundry sheet in an undissolved form, the cleaning power is remarkably excellent compared to the case where most of the added builders are activated during the actual washing and added to the aqueous polymer solution. As can be seen from (see Table 3 below). In addition, it can be seen in the examples below that the sheet formulation is excellent and no builders appear on the surface (see Table 2 below).
Builders usable in the present invention may preferably be alkali builders, but are not limited to sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium metasilicate, sodium silicate, sodium neutral silicate, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate , Sodium borate, zeolite (sodium aluminosilicate), sodium sesquitanes, MEA (monoethanolamine, monoethanolamine) and TEA (triethanolamine, triethanolamine) may be any one or a mixture of two or more thereof.
As used herein, the term "enzyme" means a non-limiting enzyme that can be used as a laundry enzyme, for example, proteolytic enzymes (eg, proteases, etc.), lipolytic enzymes (eg, lipases, etc.), carbohydrates. Any one selected from the group consisting of degrading enzymes (e.g., amylase, etc.), cellulose degrading enzymes (e.g., cellulase, etc.), met degrading enzymes (e.g., mannaase), and pectin degrading enzymes (e.g., pectinase) It may be a mixture of two or more of them.
In general, when the enzyme is added to the water-soluble polymer solution in powder form during the manufacturing process of the laundry sheet, the denaturation of the enzyme contained in the sheet due to the high temperature drying process, which is essential during the manufacturing process of the laundry sheet, As a result, the activity of the enzyme is weakened, which may cause a problem that the washing power of the laundry sheet, in particular, the washing power by the enzyme is reduced.
또한, 시트 제형성이 우수하고 표면에 효소가 묻어나지 않는다는 것을 하기 실시예에서 확인할 수 있다(하기 표 2 참조).In order to solve the problem, the present invention does not weaken the activity of the enzyme when the sheet is used, even if the enzyme is produced in granular form and subjected to a high temperature drying process for a certain time, which can be confirmed in the following examples. 3). In addition, it can be confirmed in the following examples that the sheet formulation is excellent and the enzyme does not adhere to the surface (see Table 2 below).
In the present invention, "bleach" may use a bleach which may be generally used in washing, but is not limited thereto, and as an inorganic bleach, perborate, percarbonate (for example, soda percarbonate), superphosphate, persulfate, and over Perhydrate salts including silicates and the like, organic peroxide acids including diacyl, tetraacylperoxide and the like can be used as the organic bleach.
In addition, the "bleach activator" in the present invention may use a bleach activator which can be generally used in the laundry, but is not limited thereto, tetraacetylethylenediamine (TAED), benzoylcaprolactam (BzCL), 4-nitro Benzoylcaprolactam, 3-chlorobenzoylcaprolactam, benzoyloxybenzenesulfonate (BOBS), nonanoyloxybenzenesulfonate (NOBS), phenyl benzoate (PhBz), decanoyloxybenzenesulfonate (C 10 -OBS) , Benzoylvalerolactam (BZVL), octanoyloxybenzenesulfonate (C 8 -OBS) and perhydrolysable esters can be used, or any one or a mixture of two or more thereof.
또한, 시트 제형성이 우수하고 표면에 표백 성분이 묻어나지 않는다는 것을 하기 실시예에서 확인할 수 있다(하기 표 2 참조).In general, when the bleach and / or the bleach activator are added to the water-soluble polymer solution in powder form during the manufacturing process of the laundry sheet, they are activated during the manufacturing process of the sheet by water contained in the water-soluble polymer solution. It is difficult to exert full effect. To solve this problem, according to the present invention, when the bleach and / or the bleach activator is added in an undissolved form, the bleaching power is increased compared to the case where most of the bleach and / or the bleach activator are actually activated during washing and added to the water-soluble polymer solution. Remarkably excellent, as can be seen in the following examples (see Table 3 below). In addition, it can be confirmed in the following examples that the sheet formulation property is excellent and the surface does not have a bleach component (see Table 2 below).
In the present invention, "sterilization / disinfectant" may use components that can be generally used for washing, but is not limited thereto, sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide, urea peroxide, sodium isocyanate dichloride (NaCl 3 (CON) 3 ) , Potassium sulfate ((KHSO 5 ) 2 KHSO 4 K 2 SO 4 ), calcium peroxide, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, and the like.
When the component is prepared in the form of granules, a single component or a mixture of two or more components may be prepared in the form of granules.
In addition, the laundry sheet according to the present invention may further include a fabric softener, a dispersant, an emulsifier and the like in addition to the above components.

The content of the emulsifier may be 0 to 40% by weight relative to the total weight of the film after drying, preferably 1 to 20% by weight, more preferably 1 to 10% by weight. When the content of the emulsifier exceeds 40% by weight, the amount of the fabric softener and the like adsorbed on the garment may be significantly lowered, thereby lowering the flexibility.

If the laundry sheet is lower than 0.5 kgf / cm 2 , there may be difficulty in distribution and use due to being easily torn during distribution or during use, and when higher than 15 kgf / cm 2 , there is a concern that the fast solubility is deteriorated. have.
It is preferable that it is 1 micrometer-1 cm, and, as for the washing sheet thickness which concerns on this invention, it is more preferable that it is 5 micrometers-0.5 cm. If the thickness of the dried laundry sheet is less than 1 μm, the loading of the active ingredient is insufficient, the strength of the film is weak, the desired performance is difficult to be obtained, and if the thickness of the dried laundry sheet is more than 1 cm, quick disintegration and fast dissolving property. This is not good and it is difficult to obtain a water-soluble film of uniform properties.
The laundry sheet according to the present invention is completely dissolved in water after use, and does not require a separate process of removing the laundry sheet.
Washing power was evaluated using the washing machine under the same conditions, at this time, the general water was used as the washing water. In addition, the temperature of the washing used cold water the same as the conditions used in normal households, and the contaminated cloth used for evaluating the washing power is the artificial wet contaminated cloth, the protein contaminated cloth EMPA 116 and bleaching power manufactured by the Japan Laundry Science Association. The secondary contaminant BC3 was used. In addition, the soil cloth was evaluated by attaching to the actual cotton t-shirt. In addition, 16 contaminated cloths of 5 cm × 5 cm size were used for comparative evaluation. At this time, the WB value which is the value which shows the whiteness of the contaminated cloth was measured using the color difference meter before and after washing. The laundry sheet prepared in the above example was cut to a size of 20 cm x 15 cm, and two pieces of the detergent thus cut were used. In the initial stage of washing, the washing sheet and detergent were put together with the contaminated cloth, and the washing conditions were performed at the medium water level in the standard course of the washing machine (20 minutes of washing and two rinsing cycles), and the dehydrated contaminated cloth was placed in a constant temperature and humidity room (25 ° C). , 20% RH) was dried for 1 day, and ironed to measure the WB value using the same colorimeter. The obtained result was substituted into the Kubelka Munch equation represented by Equation 1 to calculate the washing power, and the results are shown in Table 3 below.
