美甲彩绘机是一种利用喷墨打印技术、电脑软硬件技术和机电控制技术将任意色彩、形状的图案彩绘到人的指甲面或人造甲片上的设备。美甲与美容、美发同属美丽行业,深受爱美女性喜爱,尤其是在小小的指甲表面绘制精美的图案。由于美甲师不但需要耗费大量的时间和金钱学习和练习手工绘画,还需要有一定的设计天赋,大大的影响了美甲彩绘的更广泛应用,美甲彩绘机就是在这样的需求和背景下产生的。开发商鉴于美甲彩绘机的巨大市场需求,不断开发具有更高技术和更方便使用的美甲彩绘机。
目前,市面上的美甲彩绘机多为一台电脑通过USB线连接一台喷墨打印机,以及用于观察指甲面的摄像头和用于机电控制的电路都需要通过USB线分别与电脑连接,致使美甲彩绘系统不得不以一体机方式整体构造;或将喷墨打印机、机电控制电路、摄像头组成一体机,但仍需要通过USB线与外置电脑或平板电脑连接成系统,从而造成机体过大、过重或占用使用空间和操作使用上的不便,尤其不利于实现美甲彩绘机的便携化,以及互联网模式下的移动式应用。
发明内容
为了克服现有美甲彩绘系统有线控制技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种通过移动智能控制终端无线控制美甲彩绘机工作,具有更广泛适应性的便携化和可移动操作无线控制的美甲彩绘系统。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:包括有用于将图案彩绘到指甲面或人造甲片上的美甲彩绘机,所述美甲彩绘机主要包括有:摄像单元、打印控制单元;其特征在于:所述系统还包括无线通信单元、用于无线控制所述美甲彩绘机完成选图打印的移动智能控制终端;所述无线通信单元安装于美甲彩绘机中;所述摄像单元、打印控制单元分别与无线通信单元连接,无线通信单元与移动智能控制终端进行数据交互传输。

本实用新型的有益效果是,利用移动智能控制终端作为美甲彩绘系统的核心,通过美甲彩绘机内置的无线通信单元,实现了美甲彩绘机的无线控制,使美甲彩绘机结构简单、体积小、重量轻,成本低、使用方便、可移动操作,具有更广泛的适应性。

具体实施方式
图1中,移动智能控制终端101通过WIFI信号与美甲彩绘机102中设置的无线通信单元103进行双向数据交互传输。移动智能控制终端包括CPU、WIFI模块、存储美甲图案和操作程序的存储器、彩色液晶触摸显示屏、显示在屏幕上的多功能操作按钮和影像观察窗。上述无线通信单元可以采用WIFI无线传输电路。
图1中的摄像单元104,该摄像单元104将采集到的摄像头影像数据传输给无线通信单元103,再经无线通信单元103以WIFI信号传输至移动智能控制终端101用于实时显示和观察摄像头影像状况。

  1. 一种无线控制的美甲彩绘系统,包括有用于将图案彩绘到指甲面或人造甲片上的美甲彩绘机,所述美甲彩绘机主要包括有:摄像单元、打印控制单元;其特征在于:所述系统还包括无线通信单元、用于无线控制所述美甲彩绘机完成选图打印的移动智能控制终端;所述无线通信单元安装于美甲彩绘机中;所述摄像单元、打印控制单元分别与无线通信单元连接,无线通信单元与移动智能控制终端进行数据交互传输。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无线控制美甲彩绘系统,其特征在于:所述摄像单元与无线通信单元连接,将摄像单元的实时视频影像无线传输至移动智能控制终端显示。
