背景技术
目前,在积木玩具的塑料件中,现有的圆柱轴和两端均设置有倒扣结构的圆柱销无法单点固定,容易产生转动,而在实际积木搭建过程中,有些位置需要稳固固定,单独使用现有的圆柱轴和圆柱销则无法实现牢固固定的目的,通用性差,这就需要额外借助其他固定连接件才能实现,操作不便,结构复杂,装配成本高。
为了防止现有的圆柱轴和圆柱销在使用过程中发生转动,牢固地固定圆柱轴和圆柱销,于是,生产者将圆柱轴和圆柱销的外周壁均设计成具有至少一个沿轴向方向设置的平面和圆弧面的结构,如此改进后的轴和销分别与相配合的各连接件可实现牢固装配。
连接件起到一定的连接和延长作用,但是,在现有的连接件中,连接销和轴的连接件为两个独立的连接件,当共同连接销和轴时,就需要采用至少两个连接件分别连接销和轴,如此使用的连接件数量多,结构复杂,占用空间大,生产成本高,通用性差。

发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提出一种连接件,该连接件解决当共同连接销和轴时,现有技术存在的使用连接件数量多,结构复杂,占用空间大,生产成本高及通用性差的问题。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出一种包括上述连接件的积木玩具。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:

优选实施例一
本实施例提出一种连接件,其包括本体,本体上设置有供销和轴穿设的轴孔,轴孔的内壁具有至少一个圆弧面和至少一个平面,本体的外壁上设置有至少一个开口结构,开口结构与轴孔相连通,用于容纳销的倒扣结构。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种连接件,包括本体(1),所述本体(1)上设置有供销和轴穿设的轴孔(2),所述轴孔(2)的内壁具有至少一个圆弧面(21)和至少一个平面(22),其特征在于,所述本体(1)的外壁上设置有至少一个开口结构(3),所述开口结构(3)与所述轴孔(2)相连通,用于容纳所述销的倒扣结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于,当所述开口结构(3)为多个时,所述开口结构(3)成对设置,当所述开口结构(3)为多对时,多对所述开口结构(3)均匀分布在所述本体(1)的外壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述本体(1)包括至少两个对接部(11),所述至少两个对接部(11)相互成角度设置,每个对接部(11)上均设置有轴孔(2),所述至少一个对接部(11)的外壁上设置有开口结构(3);所述角度为0-180°。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的连接件,其特征在于,当所述对接部(11)为两个时,两个所述对接部(11)同轴设置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的连接件,其特征在于,当所述对接部(11)为两个时,两个所述对接部(11)垂直设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述轴孔(2)的内壁设置有限位结构,用于限制轴的伸入深度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述限位结构为沿径向方向凸出设置在所述轴孔内壁上的凸台(4)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于,当所述轴孔(2)内壁的平面(22)为多个时,所述轴孔(2)内壁的圆弧面(21)与平面(22)间隔均布。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述本体(1)的外壁具有至少一个圆弧面和至少一个平面。
  10. 一种积木玩具,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述的连接件。
