Description
本申请要求于2015年12月14日提交中国专利局、申请号为2015109273899、发明名称为“屏幕亮度调节方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及屏幕控制技术领域,特别是指一种屏幕亮度调节方法及装置。
随着智能终端在人类生活中的广泛普及,大多数现代人在一天中使用智能终端的时间至少超过10小时。在使用智能终端时,环境光对观看屏幕的影响很大,在环境光过亮而屏幕光过暗时,将很难看清屏幕显示的内容,而当环境光过暗而屏幕光过亮时,会对眼睛造成强烈的刺激感。
目前市面上的智能手机,通常具备根据环境光自动调节屏幕亮度的功能;但是,在使用自动调节亮度功能时,用户只能忍受厂家预先设置的算法,对于不同环境光的光感值(lux),屏幕亮度设置有与其对应的亮度值;由于每个用户的习惯、视力等的不同,对于预设的屏幕亮度值,有些用户可能觉得此时的亮度过高或过低,只能关闭自动调节模式转而进行手动调节亮度;但是,手动调节的亮度将会维持在该特定值,若环境光发生变化,还需要再进行二次手动调节,或者再次打开自动亮度调节模式,使用起来十分不便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提出一种屏幕亮度调节方法及装置,能够根据不同用户需要来进行自动亮度调节,以满足特定用户的亮度需求。
基于上述目的本发明提供的屏幕亮度调节方法,包括:
接收亮度调节指令并调节屏幕亮度值;
将调节完成的屏幕亮度值和当前环境光的光感值作为新的亮度调节参量,结合在先构建的亮度自动调节函数的在先亮度调节参量数组,构成新的亮度调节参
量数组;
利用新的亮度调节参量数组,重构新的亮度自动调节函数;
当环境光的光感值发生变化时,根据新的亮度自动调节函数,自动调节屏幕亮度。
在一些实施方式中,所述接收亮度调节指令并调节屏幕亮度值的步骤之后还包括:
判断调节完成的屏幕亮度值是否超出与当前环境光的光感值相关联的第一预设屏幕亮度值范围;
若否,则保持所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值;
若是,则发出已超出第一预设屏幕亮度值范围的提示,并判断是否接收到确定改变亮度值指令;
若接收到确定改变亮度值指令,则保持所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值。
在一些实施方式中,所述判断是否接收到确定改变亮度值指令的步骤之后还包括:
若接收到不改变亮度值指令,则返回在先的自动调节屏幕亮度值并保持;
或者,若接收到不改变亮度值指令,且调节完成的屏幕亮度值大于第一预设屏幕亮度值范围的最大值,则将屏幕亮度值调节为第一预设屏幕亮度值范围的最大值;
若接收到不改变亮度值指令,且调节完成的屏幕亮度值小于第一预设屏幕亮度值范围的最小值,则将屏幕亮度值调节为第一预设屏幕亮度值范围的最小值。
在一些实施方式中,所述构成新的亮度调节参量数组的步骤之前还包括:
判断所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值是否低于在先亮度调节参量数组中光感值低于当前环境光的光感值的在先亮度调节参量所对应的屏幕亮度值;
若是,则将在先亮度调节参量数组中光感值低于当前环境光的光感值且屏幕亮度值高于调节完成的屏幕亮度值的所有在先亮度调节参量所对应的屏幕亮度值均修改为所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值;
若否,则直接将调节完成的屏幕亮度值和当前环境光的光感值作为新的亮度
调节参量添加到在先亮度调节参量数组中,构成新的亮度调节参量数组;
和/或,判断所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值是否高于在先亮度调节参量数组中光感值高于当前环境光的光感值的在先亮度调节参量所对应的屏幕亮度值;

若否,则直接将调节完成的屏幕亮度值和当前环境光的光感值作为新的亮度调节参量添加到在先亮度调节参量数组中,构成新的亮度调节参量数组。
在一些实施方式中,所述构成新的亮度调节参量数组的步骤之前还包括:
判断所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值是否超出与当前环境光的光感值相关联的第二预设屏幕亮度值范围;
若是,则判定调节完成的屏幕亮度值为伪数据,将其排除在新的亮度调节参量数组之外,并返回在先的自动调节屏幕亮度值并保持;

从上面所述可以看出,本发明提供的屏幕亮度调节方法及装置,通过将用户自己进行手动调节的屏幕亮度值以及当前环境光的光感值作为新的亮度调节参量,并将其与在先的亮度调节参量数组一起构成新的亮度调节参量数组,用于构建新的亮度自动调节函数,从而在下一次环境光的光感值发生变化时,能够根据重构的亮度自动调节函数自动调节屏幕亮度值,而该自动调节的屏幕亮度值,因为是根据重构的亮度自动调节函数得到的,从而能够更加贴近用户的使用习惯,用户则无需再重新对屏幕亮度值进行调节。采用这种方式进行屏幕亮度调节,使得每个用户所使用的智能终端都能根据用户的使用习惯、对光线的敏感度等方面来设置亮度自动调节函数,而不用每个用户都使用同一种智能终端初始预设的亮度自动调节函数,使用户在新的自动调节亮度模式下使用智能终端能更加舒服。

本发明的第一个方面提供了一种能够根据不同用户需要来进行自动亮度调节的屏幕亮度调节方法,如图1所示,为本发明提供的屏幕亮度调节方法的一个实施例的流程示意图。
所述屏幕亮度调节方法,包括:
步骤101:接收亮度调节指令并调节屏幕亮度值;所述亮度调节指令可以是用户通过按压亮度调节按键发出的,或者通过在触摸屏上进行触摸滑动等手势来发出的,接收该亮度调节指令的部件则相应的可以是智能终端的亮度调节按键或触摸屏;

可选的,所述亮度自动调节函数可采用sp line函数进行构建。
sp line函数,是指一类分段(片)光滑、并且在各段交接处也有一定光滑性的函数,也称样条函数。样条一词来源于工程绘图人员为了将一些指定点连接成一条光顺曲线所使用的工具,即富有弹性的细木条或薄钢条。由这样的样条形成的曲线在连接点处具有连续的坡度与曲率。分段低次多项式、在分段处具有一定光滑性的函数插值就是模拟以上原理发展起来的,它克服了高次多项式插值可能出现的振荡现象,具有较好的数值稳定性和收敛性,由这种插值过程产生的函数就是多项式样条函数。
sp line函数的构建方法可以根据现有技术来完成,在此不再赘述。
进一步的,在一些实施方式中,所述接收亮度调节指令并调节屏幕亮度值的步骤101之后还包括:
判断调节完成的屏幕亮度值是否超出与当前环境光的光感值相关联的第一预设屏幕亮度值范围;这里,所述的第一预设屏幕亮度值范围是预先设定的,针对每一个光感值设置的一个屏幕亮度值的合理调节范围,该第一预设屏幕亮度值范围内的所有屏幕亮度值被认为是在当前环境光的光感值下的较好的屏幕亮度值,其确定的依据可以是对于视力的保护,或者对于屏幕显示效果的考量;
若否,即认为该调节完成的屏幕亮度值合理,则保持所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值;
若是,即认为该调节完成的屏幕亮度值不合理,则发出已超出第一预设屏幕亮度值范围的提示,用于提醒用户该屏幕调节值已超过了合理范围,并可给出是否确定改变亮度值的提示,接着判断是否接收到确定改变亮度值指令;
若接收到确定改变亮度值指令,表示用户认为该屏幕亮度值确实是自己需要调节的屏幕亮度值,则保持所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值。
通过上述实施例的设计,使得当用户将屏幕亮度值调节到不合理的范围时,提示用户该屏幕亮度值不合理,从而起到警示作用,也是基于对用户视力或体验方面的考量,若用户坚持该屏幕亮度值,则尊重用户意愿,以该屏幕亮度值作为用户希望使用的屏幕亮度值。
在上述实施例的基础之上,更进一步的,所述判断是否接收到确定改变亮度
值指令的步骤之后还包括:
若接收到不改变亮度值指令,表示用户不想使用系统认为不合理的屏幕亮度值,则返回在先的自动调节屏幕亮度值并保持;

本发明的第二个方面提供了一种屏幕亮度调节装置,如图3所示,为本发明提供的屏幕亮度调节装置实施例的模块结构示意图。

其中,调节完成的屏幕亮度值是指,当用户停止调节亮度的动作后,此时的屏幕亮度值,判断用户停止调节亮度的方法可以是通过判断接收亮度调节指令的部件(按键、触摸屏等)是否在预设时长(例如2s~5s)内接收到新的亮度调节指令,若没有接收到,则判定为调节完成;所述当前环境光的光感值可以通过设置在智能终端的适当位置或设置在智能终端周围的适当位置的能够采集环境光亮度的器件来采集,例如设置在智能手机上的光传感器;
亮度自动调节函数重构模块304,用于利用新的亮度调节参量数组,重构新的亮度自动调节函数;
亮度自动调节模块305,当环境光的光感值发生变化时,用于根据新的亮度自动调节函数,自动调节屏幕亮度。

Claims (11)
- 一种屏幕亮度调节方法,其特征在于,包括:接收亮度调节指令并调节屏幕亮度值;将调节完成的屏幕亮度值和当前环境光的光感值作为新的亮度调节参量,结合在先构建的亮度自动调节函数的在先亮度调节参量数组,构成新的亮度调节参量数组;利用新的亮度调节参量数组,重构新的亮度自动调节函数;当环境光的光感值发生变化时,根据新的亮度自动调节函数,自动调节屏幕亮度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收亮度调节指令并调节屏幕亮度值的步骤之后还包括:判断调节完成的屏幕亮度值是否超出与当前环境光的光感值相关联的第一预设屏幕亮度值范围;若否,则保持所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值;若是,则发出已超出第一预设屏幕亮度值范围的提示,并判断是否接收到确定改变亮度值指令;若接收到确定改变亮度值指令,则保持所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断是否接收到确定改变亮度值指令的步骤之后还包括:若接收到不改变亮度值指令,则返回在先的自动调节屏幕亮度值并保持;或者,若接收到不改变亮度值指令,且调节完成的屏幕亮度值大于第一预设屏幕亮度值范围的最大值,则将屏幕亮度值调节为第一预设屏幕亮度值范围的最大值;若接收到不改变亮度值指令,且调节完成的屏幕亮度值小于第一预设屏幕亮度值范围的最小值,则将屏幕亮度值调节为第一预设屏幕亮度值范围的最小值。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述构成新的亮度 调节参量数组的步骤之前还包括:判断所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值是否低于在先亮度调节参量数组中光感值低于当前环境光的光感值的在先亮度调节参量所对应的屏幕亮度值;若是,则将在先亮度调节参量数组中光感值低于当前环境光的光感值且屏幕亮度值高于调节完成的屏幕亮度值的所有在先亮度调节参量所对应的屏幕亮度值均修改为所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值;若否,则直接将调节完成的屏幕亮度值和当前环境光的光感值作为新的亮度调节参量添加到在先亮度调节参量数组中,构成新的亮度调节参量数组;和/或,判断所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值是否高于在先亮度调节参量数组中光感值高于当前环境光的光感值的在先亮度调节参量所对应的屏幕亮度值;若是,则将在先亮度调节参量数组中光感值高于当前环境光的光感值且屏幕亮度值低于调节完成的屏幕亮度值的所有在先亮度调节参量所对应的屏幕亮度值均修改为所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值;若否,则直接将调节完成的屏幕亮度值和当前环境光的光感值作为新的亮度调节参量添加到在先亮度调节参量数组中,构成新的亮度调节参量数组。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述构成新的亮度调节参量数组的步骤之前还包括:判断所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值是否超出与当前环境光的光感值相关联的第二预设屏幕亮度值范围;若是,则判定调节完成的屏幕亮度值为伪数据,将其排除在新的亮度调节参量数组之外,并返回在先的自动调节屏幕亮度值并保持;若否,则直接将调节完成的屏幕亮度值和当前环境光的光感值作为新的亮度调节参量添加到在先亮度调节参量数组中,构成新的亮度调节参量数组。
- 一种屏幕亮度调节装置,其特征在于,包括:指令接收模块,用于接收亮度调节指令;亮度调节模块,用于根据亮度调节指令,调节屏幕亮度值;亮度调节参量数组构成模块,用于将调节完成的屏幕亮度值和当前环境光的光感值作为新的亮度调节参量,结合在先构建的亮度自动调节函数的在先亮度调节参量数组,构成新的亮度调节参量数组;亮度自动调节函数重构模块,用于利用新的亮度调节参量数组,重构新的亮度自动调节函数;亮度自动调节模块,当环境光的光感值发生变化时,用于根据新的亮度自动调节函数,自动调节屏幕亮度。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括超限判断模块和提示模块;所述超限判断模块,用于判断调节完成的屏幕亮度值是否超出与当前环境光的光感值相关联的第一预设屏幕亮度值范围;若否,则所述亮度调节模块还用于保持所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值;若是,则所述提示模块用于发出已超出第一预设屏幕亮度值范围的提示,且所述指令接收模块还用于判断是否接收到确定改变亮度值指令;若接收到确定改变亮度值指令,则所述亮度调节模块还用于保持所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,若所述指令接收模块接收到不改变亮度值指令,则所述亮度调节模块还用于返回在先的自动调节屏幕亮度值并保持;或者,若所述指令接收模块接收到不改变亮度值指令,且调节完成的屏幕亮度值大于第一预设屏幕亮度值范围的最大值,则所述亮度调节模块还用于将屏幕亮度值调节为第一预设屏幕亮度值范围的最大值;若所述指令接收模块接收到不改变亮度值指令,且调节完成的屏幕亮度值小于第一预设屏幕亮度值范围的最小值,则所述亮度调节模块还用于将屏幕亮度值调节为第一预设屏幕亮度值范围的最小值。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述亮度调节参量数组构成模块,还用于:判断所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值是否低于在先亮度调节参量数组中光感值低于当前环境光的光感值的在先亮度调节参量所对应的屏幕亮度值;若是,则将在先亮度调节参量数组中光感值低于当前环境光的光感值且屏幕亮度值高于调节完成的屏幕亮度值的所有在先亮度调节参量所对应的屏幕亮度值均修改为所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值;若否,则直接将调节完成的屏幕亮度值和当前环境光的光感值作为新的亮度调节参量添加到在先亮度调节参量数组中,构成新的亮度调节参量数组;和/或,判断所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值是否高于在先亮度调节参量数组中光感值高于当前环境光的光感值的在先亮度调节参量所对应的屏幕亮度值;若是,则将在先亮度调节参量数组中光感值高于当前环境光的光感值且屏幕亮度值低于调节完成的屏幕亮度值的所有在先亮度调节参量所对应的屏幕亮度值均修改为所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值;若否,则直接将调节完成的屏幕亮度值和当前环境光的光感值作为新的亮度调节参量添加到在先亮度调节参量数组中,构成新的亮度调节参量数组。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括超限判断模块,用于判断所述调节完成的屏幕亮度值是否超出与当前环境光的光感值相关联的第二预设屏幕亮度值范围;若是,则所述亮度调节参量数组构成模块还用于判定调节完成的屏幕亮度值为伪数据,并将其排除在新的亮度调节参量数组之外,且所述亮度调节模块还用于返回在先的自动调节屏幕亮度值并保持;若否,则所述亮度调节参量数组构成模块还用于直接将调节完成的屏幕亮度值和当前环境光的光感值作为新的亮度调节参量添加到在先亮度调节参量数组中,构成新的亮度调节参量数组。
- 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求6-10任一项所述的一种屏幕亮度调节装置。
