背景技术
随着电子产品的逐渐发展,电视等显示设备的功能也越来越多样化。一些智能电视的与其配套的遥控器上具有触摸、滑动控制的功能。例如,电视遥控器上设置有一个触摸板,用户可以通过在触摸板上滑动以对电视做出指示。

本发明的较佳实施方式
下面将参照附图更详细地描述本公开的示例性实施例。虽然附图中显示了本公开的示例性实施例,然而应当理解,可以以各种形式实现本公开而不应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。相反,提供这些实施例是为了能够更透彻地理解本公开,并且能够将本公开的范围完整的传达给本领域的技术人员。
本发明提供了一种用于显示遥控器的操作轨迹的方法,如图1所示,该方法包括:步骤1、遥控器采集操作轨迹;步骤2、根据操作轨迹生成轨迹数据,以供发送;步骤3、显示终端接收所述轨迹数据,根据所述轨迹数据生成包含操作轨迹的图层数据,并将所述图层数据插入原始画面数据;步骤4、显示由原始画面数据和图层数据生成的画面,以显示操作轨迹图像。
提供手势、滑动操作指示功能的遥控器上通常都设置有可以感应上述动作的传感器,本发明的步骤1是先采集到用户做出的控制动作,形成操作轨迹。在所述步骤2中,根据所述操作轨迹生成轨迹数据,所述轨迹数据记录了用户的滑动、手势的轨迹,可用于发送至电视等显示终端。在所述步骤3中,显示终端可以接收到从遥控器发出的轨迹数据,并根据所述轨迹数据还原出用户做出的操作、控制动作的轨迹。显示终端可以根据所述轨迹数据单独形成一个图层数据,所述图层数据中记录有用户操作的轨迹特征。之后,将这个图层数据插入到原始画面数据中,作为显示画面的一部分。在所述步骤4中,电视、显示器可以根据原始画面数据以及图层数据生成画面,从显示屏中播出。这样,就可以将用户在遥控器上滑动、操作的轨迹显示在显示终端上。
本发明的发明人发现,对于这种使用触控滑动或手势的遥控操作功能, 背景技术中描述的用户操作成功率不高、使用不便的问题在很多情况下并非遥控器的传感或电视的响应存在问题,而是常常因为用户的操纵指示不规范而造成电视无法识别该指示。例如,用户希望由左向右滑动以实现翻页,但是实际上,由于手握遥控器的姿势、手指的活动习惯等因素,用户实际上做出的动作可能是由左下滑动到右上,形成一道斜线的操作指示,从而使电视无法识别用户的指示。本发明通过将用户的滑动操作显示在显示终端上,从而能够让用户直观的看到自己做出的操作轨迹是怎样的。如果出现上述误操作,用户自己就能够很清楚的辨认出来,从而调整自己的动作,做出规范的操作指示。本发明通过在显示终端上显示操作轨迹,从而提高用户发出操作指示的成功率,进而提高便捷程度,改善使用感受。
在所述步骤1中,采集所述操作轨迹的方法可以有很多形式,在本发明的一种实施方式中,可选地,可以以固定的频率对用户的触摸点进行采集,之后,再将这些触摸点按照时间顺序连接起来,形成一道操作轨迹。本发明并不限制必须要这种采集方式采集操作轨迹,这种采集方式适合触摸板等装置。在本发明的其它实施例中,本领域技术人员还可以采用其它方式,例如红外传感等方式采集用户的滑动、手势操作轨迹。
优选地,在所述步骤2和步骤3中,可以通过2.4G传输协议生成、发送、接收所述轨迹数据。2.4G传输协议的抗干扰能力强,且具有传输距离远、损耗低、传输速率高等特点,适合作为例如电视、家用游戏机等电子设备的遥控信号传输。在所述步骤2中,可以根据操作轨迹生成符合2.4G传输协议的轨迹数据,并将轨迹数据发送给显示终端。在所述步骤3中,显示终端则通过2.4G传输协议接收所述轨迹数据。本发明并不限制只能采用2.4G传输协议传输信号,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况选择使用其它的无线信号传输协议。
特别地,当在显示终端上显示操作轨迹图像时,有可能会影响到用户正常观看原始画面。所以,优选地,在所述步骤4中,所述操作轨迹图像可以只占据原始画面的一部分空间,例如,可以将操作轨迹图像形成在原始画面的右上角部分,避免原始画面的主要部分被所述操作轨迹图像挡住。在本发明的其它实施例中,本领域技术人员还可以采用将原始画面适当缩小,空出 显示终端屏幕的一部分侧边供操作轨迹图像显示的方法,避免操作轨迹图像遮挡原始画面。进一步地,在所述步骤4中,所述操作轨迹图像可以以半透明的形式显示在原始画面上,避免所述操作轨迹图像完全遮挡住原始画面。更优地,本领域技术人员可以将半透明的操作轨迹图像与上述操作轨迹图像只占据部分空间的两个技术手段结合使用,能够获得更好的显示效果。
根据本发明实施例提供的用于显示遥控器的操作轨迹的方法,采集用户的操作轨迹,生成轨迹数据。根据轨迹数据,生成包含操作轨迹的图层数据,并将图层数据插入原始画面数据。在显示终端上显示由原始画面数据和图层数据生成的画面,可以方便用户根据画面自行修正操作动作,提高了滑动、手势等操作的使用便捷程度,改善了使用体验。
另一方面,本发明还提供了可以实现上述方法的遥控器和显示终端。
所述遥控器如图2所示,可以包括采集模块、数据生成模块以及发送模块。所述采集模块可以用于采集用户的滑动、手势等动作指示的操作轨迹。所述数据生成模块则用于根据所述操作轨迹生成轨迹数据,所述轨迹数据中记录了操作轨迹的特征。所述发送模块用于发送所述轨迹数据。
可选地,例如,在本发明的一种实施例中,所述采集模块可以包括触摸板和轨迹处理单元。所述触摸板通常根据电容、电阻的变化对用户的触碰进行感应,所述触摸板可以设置成以固定频率感应用户的触摸点,所述轨迹处理单元则可以将触摸板感应到的触摸点根据时间顺序连接成所述操作轨迹。本发明并不限制必须使用这种方式采集操作轨迹,在本发明的其它实施例中,也可以采用连续的感应设备采集操作轨迹,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要进行选择。
优选地,所述数据生成模块可以根据所述操作轨迹生成符合2.4G传输协议的所述轨迹数据,而所述发送模块则通过2.4G传输协议发送所述轨迹数据。
根据本发明实施例提供的遥控器,可以采集操作轨迹,生成并发送轨迹数据。通过轨迹数据的采集,进一步得到用户的操作动作。将相关的轨迹数据发送给如显示终端,通过显示终端显示相应的用户的操作动作,可以方便用户自行修正操作动作,提高了滑动、手势等操作的使用便捷程度,改善使 用体验。
所述显示终端如图3所示,可以是显示器或电视,所述显示终端中可以包括接收模块、显示处理模块以及显示器件。所述接收模块用于接收轨迹数据,所述显示处理模块则根据所述轨迹数据生成包含操作轨迹的图层数据。所述显示处理模块通常还会处理原本需要播出的画面的数据,即原始画面数据。所以,所述显示处理模块可以将所述图层数据插入到所述原始画面数据上。进一步地,所述显示器件则根据所述原始画面数据和图层数据生成画面,画面中显示有操作轨迹图像。所述显示器件可以是显像管装置、液晶显示装置等设备,本发明对此不进行限制。
优选地,所述接收模块也可以通过2.4G传输协议接收所述轨迹数据,利用2.4G传输协议的高效、可靠等特点,实现稳定的显示操作轨迹图像的功能。
根据本发明实施例提供的显示终端,将轨迹数据显示在显示终端上,以使用户能够自行修正操作动作,提高了滑动、手势等操作的使用便捷程度,改善了使用体验。
在此提供的算法和显示不与任何特定计算机、虚拟系统或者其它设备固有相关。各种通用系统也可以与基于在此的示教一起使用。根据上面的描述,构造这类系统所要求的结构是显而易见的。此外,本发明也不针对任何特定编程语言。应当明白,可以利用各种编程语言实现在此描述的本发明的内容,并且上面对特定语言所做的描述是为了披露本发明的最佳实施方式。
在此处所提供的说明书中,说明了大量具体细节。然而,能够理解,本发明的实施例可以在没有这些具体细节的情况下实践。在一些实例中,并未详细示出公知的方法、结构和技术,以便不模糊对本说明书的理解。

应该注意的是上述实施例对本发明进行说明而不是对本发明进行限制,并且本领域技术人员在不脱离所附权利要求的范围的情况下可设计出替换实施例。在权利要求中,不应将位于括号之间的任何参考符号构造成对权利要求的限制。单词“包含”不排除存在未列在权利要求中的元件或步骤。位于元件之前的单词“一”或“一个”不排除存在多个这样的元件。本发明可以借助于包括有若干不同元件的硬件以及借助于适当编程的计算机来实现。在列举了若干装置的单元权利要求中,这些装置中的若干个可以是通过同一个硬件项来具体体现。单词第一、第二、以及第三等的使用不表示任何顺序。可将这些单词解释为名称。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种用于显示遥控器的操作轨迹的方法,包括:
    步骤1、遥控器采集操作轨迹;
    步骤2、根据操作轨迹生成轨迹数据,以供发送;
    步骤3、显示终端接收所述轨迹数据,根据所述轨迹数据生成包含操作轨迹的图层数据,并将所述图层数据插入原始画面数据;
    步骤4、显示由原始画面数据和图层数据生成的画面,以显示操作轨迹图像。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于显示遥控器的操作轨迹的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤1中,以固定频率采集触摸点,将所述触摸点按时间顺序连接,形成所述操作轨迹。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于显示遥控器的操作轨迹的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤2中,所述轨迹数据符合2.4G传输协议,在所述步骤3中,显示终端通过2.4G传输协议接收所述轨迹数据。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于显示遥控器的操作轨迹的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤4中,所述操作轨迹图像占据原始画面的部分空间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于显示遥控器的操作轨迹的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤4中,所述操作轨迹图像以半透明的形式显示在原始画面上。
  6. 一种遥控器,其特征在于,包括:
    采集模块,所述采集模块用于采集操作轨迹;
    数据生成模块,所述数据生成模块用于根据所述操作轨迹生成轨迹数据;
    发送模块,所述发送模块用于发送所述轨迹数据。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的遥控器,其特征在于,所述采集模块包括触摸板和轨迹处理单元,所述触摸板用于以固定频率感应用户的触摸点,所述轨迹处理单元用于将所述触摸点按照时间顺序连接成操作轨迹。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的遥控器,其特征在于,所述发送模块通过2.4G传输协议发送所述轨迹数据。
  9. 一种显示终端,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,所述接收模块接收轨迹数据;
    显示处理模块,所述显示处理模块根据所述轨迹数据生成包含操作轨迹的图层数据,并将所述图层数据插入原始画面数据上;
    显示器件,所述显示器件显示由原始画面数据和图层数据生成的画面,以显示操作轨迹图像。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示终端,其特征在于,所述接收模块通过2.4G传输协议接收所述轨迹数据。
  11. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在计算设备上运行时,导致所述计算设备执行根据权利要求1-5中的任一项所述的用于显示遥控器的操作轨迹的方法。
  12. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求11所述的计算机程序。
