本发明提供了一种图像采集方法及装置,用于移动终端,且移动终端的浏览器软件中安装有能够调用摄像头工作的插件;当接收到图像采集的指令后,调用摄像头进行图像扫描,并判断摄像头扫描的图像是否为人物头像,若图像为人物头像,调用摄像头对该图像进行拍照,之后获取摄像头拍摄的图像,将人物头像以图片形式进行保存并发送至服务器端。无需安装专门的视频处理客户端软件来调用摄像头进行扫描、拍照、摄像等操作,只需通过移动终端的浏览器软件来响应用户的采集图像的指令,调用 摄像头进行相应操作,减少了安装于移动终端的客户端软件的数量,降低了移动终端软、硬件的负荷,提高了响应速度。并且当判断摄像头扫描的图像是人物头像后才会调用摄像头对图像进行拍照,将人物头像以图片形式进行保存并发送至服务器端,避免了线程的频繁调用以及对移动终端内存过多占用的情况,也有利于提高响应速度。
本发明所述图像采集方法及装置,每隔预设时间间隔就会调用摄像头进行一次图像扫描,在判断摄像头扫描的图像为人物头像后,调用摄像头对图像进行拍照,将新获取的人物头像以图片形式进行保存并发送至服务器端。能够使服务器端及时获取到更新后的人物头像进而能够据此分析出用户最新的表情属性,以对推送给用户的信息及时进行调整和更新,为服务器端推送出与用户需求相匹配的信息提供了数据支持。
本发明还提供了一种信息推送方法及装置,接收人物头像图片后,根据人物头像图片获取与图片对应的用户的表情属性;将与用户的表情属性相匹配的信息推送至移动终端。能够根据用户当前的表情属性向用户推送与其表情属性相匹配的信息,与用户当前的情绪相匹配,符合用户的真实需求,能够提升用户对推送信息的关注度,达到一个好的推送效果。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种图像采集方法,用于移动终端,该移动终端的浏览器软件中安装有能够调用摄像头进行工作的插件。具体地,移动终端包括但不限于手机、个人数字助理(PDA)、掌上电脑或者平板电脑等。移动终端可以安装支持htm15的浏览器软件,并在该浏览器软件中安装扫描插件、拍照插件等能够调用摄像头进行扫描、拍照等操作的插件。安装上述插件后,可以在浏览器上设置能够触发上述插件的菜单项按钮作为触发上述插件的接口。用户在点开浏览器浏览的同时,就会在浏览界面看到能够触发上述操作的菜单项按钮。除了可以用文字对上述菜单项按钮进行标识外,为了更加形象生动,也可以设计小图像来对菜单项按钮进行标识,如图1所示,可以用一个小相机来对能够触发扫描插件的菜单项按钮a进行标识。用户通过浏览器浏览信息时,点击浏览器显示的上述菜单项按钮,就可以调用摄像头工作了,非常便捷。
如图2所示,图像采集方法包括如下步骤:
S11.当接收到图像采集的指令后,调用摄像头进行图像扫描。优选地,图像采集的指令来自用户点击浏览器中的预设按钮所产生的触发信息。一般情况下将能够触发扫描插件的菜单项按钮作为预设按钮,接收到点击该预设按钮所产生的触发信息,就可以调用摄像头进行图像扫描了。具体地,如果移动终端包括多个摄像头,可以优先调用预先设置好的摄像头或者根据用户的选择调用相应的摄像头。比如手机,有的包括前置摄像头和后置摄像头,一般优先调用前置摄像头进行图像扫描,这样在用户使用浏览器进行网页浏览的过程中点击浏览器显示的预设按钮就能调用前置摄像头对用户的面部进行图像扫描了,不会中断用户的浏览过程,体验度更高。
S12.判断摄像头扫描的图像是否为人物头像。具体地,在图像扫描的过程中,通过移动终端本地所保存的Facial Recognition(面部识别)算法,就可以确定暂时缓存于移动终端本地的摄像头扫描的图像是否为人物头像了。
S13.若图像为人物头像,调用摄像头对该图像进行拍照。具体地,在确定图像为人物头像后,就可以通过内部线程自动调用摄像头对该图像进行拍照了,无需用户进行额外的操作。
S14.获取摄像头拍摄的图像,将人物头像以图片形式进行保存并发送至服务器端。
本实施例中的图像采集方法,无需安装专门的视频处理客户端软件来调用摄像头进行扫描、拍照、摄像等操作,只需通过移动终端的浏览器软件来响应用户的采集图像的指令,调用摄像头进行相应操作,减少了安装于移动终端的客户端软件的数量,降低了移动终端软、硬件的负荷,提高了响应速度。并且当判断摄像头扫描的图像是人物头像后才会调用摄像头对图像进行拍照,将人物头像以图片形式进行保存并发送至服务器端,避 免了线程的频繁调用以及对移动终端内存过多占用的情况,也有利于提高响应速度。
优选地,S15.每隔预设时间间隔调用摄像头进行一次图像扫描,之后返回步骤S12。
具体地,从第一次发送人物头像图片至服务器时起算,每隔预设时间间隔,比如每隔30s,就会调用摄像头进行一次图像扫描,在判断摄像头扫描的图像为人物头像后,调用摄像头对图像进行拍照,将新获取的人物头像以图片形式进行保存并发送至服务器端。能够使服务器端及时获取到更新后的人物头像进而能够据此分析出用户最新的表情属性,以对推送给用户的信息及时进行调整和更新,为服务器端推送出与用户当前需求相匹配的信息提供了数据支持。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种信息推送方法,用于服务器端,服务器端可以为云服务器,运算速度快,能够及时响应用户的需求。如图3所示,本实施例中的信息推送方法包括如下步骤:
S21.接收人物头像图片。
S22.根据人物头像图片获取与该图片对应的用户的表情属性。具体地,用户的表情属性可以分为高兴、愤怒、悲伤、平静、惊奇这五类,能够反映用户当前的情绪。
优选地,如图4所示,步骤S22包括:
S221.获取人物头像图片中与用户的表情属性相关的多个用户特征点信息。具体地,服务器端在接收到移动终端发送的人物头像图片后,可以通过face++的脸部识别算法获取人物头像图片中与用户的表情属性相关的多个用户特征点信息,例如眉毛、眼睛、鼻子和嘴等脸部相应部位的特征 点信息,通过上述用户特征点信息,就能够对用户当前的面部表情进行全面的表述,为后期分析获取准确的用户表情属性奠定了基础。
S222.将用户特征点信息与人脸数据库中每个表情属性对应的标准特征点信息进行比对,得到匹配的表情属性。
S223.将匹配的表情属性作为与该图片对应的用户的表情属性。
优选地,可以将所有表情属性中标准特征点信息与用户特征点信息相同或相近的数目最多的表情属性作为匹配的表情属性。具体地,通过将用户特征点信息与人脸数据库中每个表情属性对应的标准特征点信息进行比对,就能获取到每个表情属性中的标准特征点信息与用户特征点信息相同或相近的数目,数目越多,则说明用户的表情属性与人脸数据库中的该表情属性越贴近,比如悲伤这个表情属性中的标准特征点信息与用户特征点信息相同或相近的数目最多,则可以判断用户的表情属性为悲伤。通过将所有表情属性中标准特征点信息与用户特征点信息相同或相近的数目最多的表情属性确定为匹配的表情属性,并将匹配的表情属性作为与该图片对应的用户的表情属性,能够对用户的表情属性进行准确划分。
S23.将与用户的表情属性相匹配的信息推送至移动终端。具体地,比如经判断用户的表情属性为悲伤,可以给用户推送一些能够缓解其悲伤情绪的信息,尽可能与用户当前的需求相匹配。
优选地,如图5所示,步骤S23包括:
S231.根据表情属性对信息进行分类。具体地,比如表情属性分为高兴、愤怒、悲伤、平静、惊奇这五类时,按照这五类表情属性对信息进行划分,也即划分为表情属性为高兴时适合推送的信息、为愤怒时适合推送的信息、为悲伤时适合推送的信息、为平静时适合推送的信息、为惊奇时适合推送的信息等等,当然也可以根据实际的推送效果对信息的划分进行适应性调整以更符合用户的需求。
S232.建立各个表情属性与其对应的分类信息间的链接。具体地,各个表情属性可以对应不同的标签(ID),将划分后的信息分别链接到其表情属性对应的标签(ID)中,就可以建立起各个表情属性与其对应的分类信息间的链接了。
S233.将用户的表情属性链接对应的分类信息推送至移动终端。能够向用户推送与其需求相匹配的信息。
本实施例中的信息推送方法,接收人物头像图片后,根据人物头像图片获取用户的表情属性;将与用户的表情属性相匹配的信息推送至移动终端。能够根据用户当前的表情属性向用户推送与其表情属性相匹配的信息,与用户当前的情绪相匹配,符合用户的真实需求,能够提升用户对推送信息的关注度,达到一个好的推送效果。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种图像采集装置,用于移动终端,其中移动终端的浏览器软件中安装有能够调用摄像头工作的插件。
如图6所示,本实施例中的图像采集装置包括:
扫描单元11,用于在接收到图像采集的指令后,调用摄像头进行图像扫描。优选地,扫描单元11接收的图像采集的指令来自用户点击浏览器中的预设按钮所产生的触发信息。
人物头像识别单元12,用于判断摄像头扫描的图像是否为人物头像。
拍照单元13,用于在图像为人物头像时,调用摄像头对该图像进行拍照。
发送单元14,用于获取摄像头拍摄的图像,将人物头像以图片形式进行保存并发送至服务器端。
本实施例中的图像采集装置,无需安装专门的视频处理客户端软件来调用摄像头进行扫描、拍照、摄像等操作,只需通过移动终端的浏览器软件来响应用户的采集图像的指令,调用摄像头进行相应操作,减少了安装于移动终端的客户端软件的数量,降低了移动终端软、硬件的负荷,提高了响应速度。并且当判断摄像头扫描的图像是人物头像后才会调用摄像头对图像进行拍照,将人物头像以图片形式进行保存并发送至服务器端,避免了线程的频繁调用以及对移动终端内存过多占用的情况,也有利于提高响应速度。
优选地,本实施例中的图像采集方法,还包括:
更新单元15,用于每隔预设时间间隔启动扫描单元11调用摄像头进行一次图像扫描,之后启动人物头像识别单元12。
本实施例中的图像采集装置,能够使服务器端及时获取到更新后的人物头像进而能够据此分析出用户最新的表情属性,以对推送给用户的信息及时进行调整和更新,为服务器端推送出与用户当前需求相匹配的信息提供了数据支持。

本实施例提供了一种信息推送装置,用于服务器端,如图7所示,包括;
接收单元21,用于接收人物头像图片。
表情属性获取单元22,用于根据人物头像图片获取与该图片对应的用户的表情属性。

本实施例提供了一种手机,包括实施例3中的图像采集装置。无需安装专门的视频处理客户端软件来调用摄像头进行扫描、拍照、摄像等操作, 只需通过移动终端的浏览器软件来响应用户的采集图像的指令,调用摄像头进行相应操作,减少了安装于移动终端的客户端软件的数量,降低了移动终端软、硬件的负荷,提高了响应速度。并且当判断摄像头扫描的图像是人物头像后才会调用摄像头对图像进行拍照,将人物头像以图片形式进行保存并发送至服务器端,避免了线程的频繁调用以及对移动终端内存过多占用的情况,也有利于提高响应速度。
实施例6
本发明又公开了一种图像采集装置,用于移动终端,其中:一个或者多个处理器200;存储器100;一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器100中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器200执行时,进行如下操作:所述移动终端的浏览器软件中安装有能够调用摄像头工作的插件;所述图像采集方法包括如下步骤:S11.当接收到图像采集的指令后,调用摄像头进行图像扫描;S12.判断摄像头扫描的图像是否为人物头像;S13.若所述图像为人物头像,调用摄像头对该图像进行拍照;S14.获取所述摄像头拍摄的图像,将所述人物头像以图片形式进行保存并发送至服务器端。具体为如图8所示可以包括一个处理器200,如图9所示可以包括二个处理器200。

本发明还公开了一种信息推送装置,用于服务器端,其中,包括;一个或者多个处理器400;存储器300;一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器300中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器400执行时,进行如下操作:S21.接收人物头像图片;S22.根据所述人物头像图片获取与所述图片对应的用户的表情属性;S23.将与所述用户的表情属性相匹配 的信息推送至移动终端。具体为如图11所示可以包括一个处理器400,如图12所示可以包括二个处理器400。

    所述图像采集方法包括如下步骤:
    S11.当接收到图像采集的指令后,调用摄像头进行图像扫描;
    S12.判断摄像头扫描的图像是否为人物头像;
    S13.若所述图像为人物头像,调用摄像头对该图像进行拍照;
    S14.获取所述摄像头拍摄的图像,将所述人物头像以图片形式进行保存并发送至服务器端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的图像采集方法,其特征在于,所述图像采集的指令来自用户点击浏览器中的预设按钮所产生的触发信息。

  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的信息推送方法,其特征在于,将与所述用户的表情属性相匹配的信息推送至移动终端的步骤包括:
    S231.根据表情属性对信息进行分类;
    S232.建立各个表情属性与其对应的分类信息间的链接;
    S233.将用户的表情属性链接对应的分类信息推送至移动终端。
  7. 一种图像采集装置,用于移动终端,其特征在于:
    所述移动终端的浏览器软件中安装有能够调用摄像头工作的插件;
    所述图像采集装置包括:
    扫描单元(11),用于在接收到图像采集的指令后,调用摄像头进行图像扫描;
    人物头像识别单元(12),用于判断摄像头扫描的图像是否为人物头像;
    拍照单元(13),用于在所述图像为人物头像时,调用摄像头对该图像进行拍照;
    发送单元(14),用于获取所述摄像头拍摄的图像,将所述人物头像以图片形式进行保存并发送至服务器端。
  8. 一种信息推送装置,用于服务器端,其特征在于,包括;
    接收单元(21),用于接收人物头像图片;
    表情属性获取单元(22),用于根据所述人物头像图片获取与所述图片对应的用户的表情属性;
    信息推送单元(23),用于将与所述用户的表情属性相匹配的信息推送至移动终端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的信息推送装置,其特征在于,所述表情属性获取单元(22)包括:
    用户特征点信息获取子单元(221),用于获取所述人物头像图片中与用户的表情属性相关的多个用户特征点信息;
    比对子单元(222),用于将所述用户特征点信息与人脸数据库中每个表情属性对应的标准特征点信息进行比对,得到匹配的表情属性;
    表情属性确定子单元(223),用于将所述匹配的表情属性作为与所述图片对应的用户的表情属性。
  10. 一种手机,其特征在于,包括权利要求7所述的图像采集装置。
  11. 一种图像采集装置,用于移动终端,其特征在于:
    一个或者多个处理器;
    存储器;
    一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时,进行如下操作:
    所述移动终端的浏览器软件中安装有能够调用摄像头工作的插件;
    所述图像采集方法包括如下步骤:
    S11.当接收到图像采集的指令后,调用摄像头进行图像扫描;
    S12.判断摄像头扫描的图像是否为人物头像;
    S13.若所述图像为人物头像,调用摄像头对该图像进行拍照;
    S14.获取所述摄像头拍摄的图像,将所述人物头像以图片形式进行保存并发送至服务器端。
  12. 一种信息推送装置,用于服务器端,其特征在于,包括;
    一个或者多个处理器;
    存储器;
    一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时,进行如下操作:
    S21.接收人物头像图片;
    S22.根据所述人物头像图片获取与所述图片对应的用户的表情属性;
    S23.将与所述用户的表情属性相匹配的信息推送至移动终端。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的信息推送装置,其特征在于,所述根据所述人物头像图片获取与所述图片对应的用户的表情属性的步骤包括:
    S221.获取所述人物头像图片中与用户的表情属性相关的多个用户特征点信息;
    S222.将所述用户特征点信息与人脸数据库中每个表情属性对应的标准特征点信息进行比对,得到匹配的表情属性;
    S223.将所述匹配的表情属性作为与所述图片对应的用户的表情属性。
