现有的使用终端时判断用户视力疲劳的方法,利用距离获取模块在显示屏亮时,每间隔设定时间感应眼睛距离显示器的距离;具体包括:首先,利用人脸识别模块获取眼睛的位置;而后,利用距离传感器感应眼睛距离显示屏的距离;或者,所述距离获取模块包括信号发送器、信号接收器、距离传感器,用户眼睛的位置设有信号发送器,显示屏处设有信号接收器,通过信号接收器接收信号发送器发送的信号,从而获取眼睛的位置,进而利用距离传感器获取眼睛距离显示屏的距离;步骤S2、判断距离传感器感应的距离信息是否到达设定值,如果达到设定值则发出报警信息。这种判断用户视力疲劳的方法需要在终端上额外添加距离传感器,并且这种距离传感器不同于普通的近距离传感器,普通的近距离传感器只能感应3到6厘米的距离,不能满足护眼专利中的需要,因此需要特殊的距离传感器,进一步造成硬件成本的增加,并且一旦超过距离阈值,会频繁提醒,造成用户体验不好。
可见,现有的判断用户视力疲劳的方法不仅硬件成本高,而且用户体验不好,亟需一种不需要增加硬件成本的判断用户视力疲劳的方法。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例希望提供一种判断用户视力疲劳的方法及装置,至少解决了现有技术存在的问题,通过不增加特殊硬件的电子设备进 行眼睛保护。

本发明实施例的一种判断用户视力疲劳的方法,所述方法包括:
获取人眼图像;
对所述人眼图像进行分析,以确定所述人眼图像中的眼睛特征参数;
将所述眼睛特征参数与预设阈值进行匹配,根据所述匹配结果确定用户是否视力疲劳。
上述方案中,所述方法还包括,当屏幕的亮屏时长大于预设亮屏阈值时,通过摄像头获取所述人眼图像。
上述方案中,所述方法还包括,当接收到预设的用户操作时,开始监控屏幕的亮屏状态得到屏幕的亮屏时长。
上述方案中,将所述眼睛特征参数与预设阈值进行匹配包括:
将所述眼睛特征参数的统计量与眼睛特征参数的标准统计量进行比较,得出眼睛特征参数的统计量差值,将所述眼睛特征参数的统计量差值与所述预设的统计量差值阈值进行比较;或,
将所述眼睛特征参数的统计量直接与所述统计量阈值进行比较。
上述方案中,所述方法还包括:
获取标准人眼图像;
对所述标准人眼图像进行分析,确定所述标准人眼图像中的眼睛特征参数的标准统计量。

本发明实施例的一种判断用户视力疲劳的方法,获取人眼图像;对所 述人眼图像进行分析,以确定所述人眼图像中的眼睛特征参数;将所述眼睛特征参数与预设阈值进行匹配,根据所述匹配结果确定用户是否视力疲劳。采用本发明实施例,当用户使用没有增减特殊硬件的终端时,终端将获取人眼图像,对采集到的人眼图像进行分析后与预设阈值进行匹配后,根据匹配结果判断用户眼睛是否疲劳,从而直接通过摄像头进行眼睛是否疲劳的判断,进行护眼提醒或关屏处理,保护使用者眼睛,提高使用者的用户体验。

下面结合附图对技术方案的实施作进一步的详细描述。
实施例一
本发明实施例一提供一种判断用户视力疲劳的方法,如图1所示,该判断用户视力疲劳的方法包括:
S101、获取人眼图像;
在本实施例中,当用户在使用终端时进行阅读、浏览网页等操作时,终端通过摄像头采集图像数据,从而通过摄像头获取当前用户的人眼图像。
在获取人眼图像之前,可记录屏幕的亮屏时长,当屏幕的亮屏时长大于预设亮屏阈值时,通过摄像头获取人眼图像。当屏幕处于亮屏状态时的亮屏时间到达一定的时间阈值时,摄像头采集图像数据,将采集的图像数据中的人眼图像提取出来,对提取的人眼图像进行分析,避免终端的摄像头一直处于工作状态,减小终端的功耗。比如,将预设亮屏阈值设置为20分钟,当屏幕亮屏时间大于20分钟时,则可认为该用户处于一致观看屏幕的状态,且观看屏幕的时间较长,此时,通过摄像头获取用户的人眼图像,对采集的人眼图像进行分析。
当接收到预设的用户操作时,进入护眼模式,开始监控屏幕的亮屏状态得到屏幕的亮屏时长,将得到的亮屏时长与预设亮屏阈值进行比较。终端根据预设的用户操作进入护眼模式,该预设的用户操作可为预设的手势操作、预设的语音指令、预设的按键指令等各种形式的预设操作,本发明对此不做限制。
S102、对所述人眼图像进行分析,以确定所述人眼图像中的眼睛特征参数;
对获取的人眼图像进行分析,通过眼纹识别或图像识别检测人眼图像中的眼白充血度或眼白占比等眼睛特征参数的统计量,其中,眼白充血度为眼白部分的红色素的占比,眼白占比为眼部部分的白色素的占比。当使用者长期观看显示屏而眼睛劳累时,其眼睛中眼白部分的红血丝增加,从而将导致眼白部分的红色素的占比增加,此时,摄像头采集到的图像数据中人眼图像数据的眼白充血度变大或眼白占比变小,如图2所示,图中眼睛的空白部分为眼白,阴影部分为红血丝部分,根据阴影部分确定眼白充血度,a图为处于疲劳状态的眼睛,眼白部分具有阴影部分,b图为状态好 眼睛,眼白部分可能不存在红血丝,因而,不具有阴影部分。
S103:将所述眼睛特征参数与预设阈值进行匹配,根据所述匹配结果确定用户是否视力疲劳。
这里,将所述眼睛特征参数与预设阈值进行匹配包括以下两种方式:
方式1,将所述眼睛特征参数的统计量与眼睛特征参数的标准统计量进行比较,得出眼睛特征参数的统计量差值,将所述眼睛特征参数的统计量差值与所述预设的统计量差值阈值进行比较;方式2,将所述眼睛特征参数的统计量直接与所述预设的统计量阈值进行比较。
对于方式1,得出眼睛特征参数的统计量差值后,将得到的眼睛特征参数的统计量差值与第一差值阈值比较,当眼睛特征参数的统计量差值大于或第一差值阈值时,确定用户视力疲劳。
在本实施例中,眼睛特征参数统计量差值阈值可包括第一差值阈值和大于第一差值阈值的第二差值阈值;当所述眼睛特征参数的统计量差值大于或等于所述第一差值阈值且小于所述第二差值阈值时,进行护眼提示;可通过振动、声音、屏幕闪烁等方式进行提示,提示用户当前眼睛比较疲劳;当所述眼睛特征参数的统计量差值大于或等于所述第二差值阈值时,进行灭屏处理,可进行待机或关机等灭屏处理,强制用户无法继续观看屏幕,使得眼睛得到休息。通过第一差值阈值和第二差值阈值与眼睛特征参数的统计量差值的比较,根据眼睛特征参数的统计量差值阈值的不同,将用户当前眼睛的疲劳程度分为不同的等级,从而进行不同的保护眼睛的操作。
其中,标准统计量可由拍摄的健康人眼图像获得,具体的,获取标准人眼图像;对所述标准人眼图像进行分析,确定所述标准人眼图像中的眼睛特征参数的标准统计量。
这里,眼睛特征参数的标准统计量为健康眼睛的眼睛特征参数的统计 值,该统计值的大小可在终端中默认设置,也可由摄像头采集一张健康眼睛的图像即标准人眼图像进行分析而得到,具体的不进行限制。
对于方式2,将所述眼睛特征参数的统计量直接与所述预设的统计量阈值进行比较;当所述眼睛特征参数的统计量大于或等于第一统计量阈值时,确定用户视力疲劳。
在本发明实施例中,统计量阈值可包括第一统计量阈值和第二统计量阈,当所述眼睛特征参数的统计量大于或等于所述第一统计量阈值且小于所述第二统计量阈值时,进入护眼提示模式,进行提示,可通过振动、声音、屏幕闪烁、调节屏幕亮度等方式进行提示,提示用户当前眼睛比较疲劳;当所述眼睛特征参数的统计量大于或等于所述第二统计量阈值时,进行灭屏处理,可进行待机或关机等灭屏处理,强制用户无法继续观看屏幕,使得眼睛得到休息。
在本实施例中,分别将统计量阈值分为第一统计量阈值、第二统计量阈值,将差值阈值分为第一差值阈值、第二差值阈值两个疲劳等级,在实际应用中,与统计量或统计量差值进行比较的对应的统计量阈值、差值阈值可为一个,也可为多个;当为一个时,直接进行提醒,当统计量阈值、差值阈值为多个时,将统计量阈值分为更多个等级、差值阈值划分为更多个等级,从而进行等级更精确的保护眼睛的操作,在本发明实施例中以两个进行说明。
通过本发明实施例提供的判断用户视力疲劳的方法,终端通过摄像头采集使用的图像数据,将采集的图像数据中的眼睛特征参数与预设阈值进行匹配,根据匹配结果决策用户眼睛是否处于视力疲劳状态,并在确定示例疲劳状态时,根据疲劳状态的不同进入护眼提示模式或灭屏状态以进行眼睛保护操作,从而在不增加任何硬件成本的基础上,通过普通终端实现用户视力疲劳的判断,进一步的通过与不同的统计量阈值或差值阈值的比 较之后的不同的匹配结果进行提示或灭屏操作,进行眼睛保护,在对用户提示后,用户继续观看屏幕且眼睛疲劳程度增加时进行灭屏处理,提高该终端的用户体验。
实施例二
实施例二提供了一种判断用户视力疲劳的方法,如图3所示,包括:
S201、监测亮屏时长;
当该终端接收到预设的用户操作时,护眼模式打开时,终端启动定时器,监测屏幕的亮屏时长,将检测的亮屏时长与预设的亮屏阈值进行比较,当亮屏时长小于亮屏阈值后,继续执行S201监测亮屏时长;当亮屏时长大于亮屏阈值时,执行S202。
其中,终端的护眼模式可根据用户预设的操作来触发,比如:通过语音、按键等方式触发。例如,当终端接收到用户的语音信息“开启护眼”时,进入护眼模式。
S202、采集人眼图像;
当终端的亮屏时间长大于亮屏阈值时,通过摄像头采集人眼图像,这里,为了采集人眼图像,启动终端的前置摄像头采集当前观看屏幕的使用者的人脸图像数据,分析前摄像头采集的人脸图像数据,根据脸部特征提取原则,将眼部图像分割出来得到人眼图像提取出人眼图像。
S203、对采集的人眼图像进行分析确定所述人眼图像中的眼白充血度的统计量;
然后采用图像识别方法,检测人眼图像的眼白充血度;具体的,采用图像分割的方法,将眼白部分提取,计算颜色分布直方图,统计其中红色素的占比,得到眼白充血度的统计量。
S204、分别将眼白充血度的统计量与第一统计量阈值、第二统计量阈值进行比较;
这里,将眼白充血度的统计量分别与第一统计量阈值、第二统计量阈值进行比较,第一种情况,当眼白充血度的统计量小于第一统计量阈值时,进入S202,重新采集当前图像数据,这里,可以一定的采集周期周期性的采集人眼图像;第二种情况,当眼白充血度的统计量大于或等于第一统计量阈值,且小于第二统计量阈值时,执行S205;第三种情况,当眼白充血度的统计量大于或等于第二统计量阈值时,执行S206;
比如,第一统计量阈值为10%,第二统计量阈值为15%,当眼白充血度的统计量为5%时,表明用户此时眼睛状态比较好,进入S202,继续采集用户的图像数据;当眼白充血度的统计量为13%时,表明用户此时眼睛状态比较疲劳,进入S205;当眼白充血度的统计量为17%时,表明用户此时眼睛状态非常疲劳,进入S206。
S205、提示用户眼睛保护;
确定当用户的眼睛比较疲劳时,进入护眼提示模式,通过提示的方式提醒用户当前眼睛比较疲劳,需要注意眼睛休息,具体的提示方式可包括:振动提示、语音提示、消息提示,屏幕亮度调节等提示方式,告知用户眼睛已经有红血丝,请注意用眼保护。
S206、灭屏操作;
此时,确定用户的眼睛处于非常疲劳时,则给予严重警告提示并进行待机或关机等灭屏操作,强制性的使得用户无法再继续浏览屏幕,使得用户的眼睛得到休息。
在该实施例中,以眼睛特征参数为眼白充血度对本发明实施例提供的判断用户视力疲劳的方法进行举例说明,通过采集的图像中的眼白充血度的统计值直接与预设的统计量阈值进行比较确定眼睛是否处于疲劳状态,并进行对应的眼睛保护操作。
在实际应用中,在S205中提示后继续执行S202,并根据再次采集到的 人眼图像的眼白充血度确定当前的眼白充血度是否在曾加,并是否达到大于或等于第二统计量阈值,当大于或等于第二统计量阈值时,执行S206。
实施例三
实施例三提供了一种判断用户视力疲劳的方法,在该方法中,将用户开始看屏幕时刻的眼睛中的眼白充血度的统计量为眼睛特征参数的标准统计量对本发明实施例提供的判断用户视力疲劳的方法进行说明,如图4所示,包括:
S301、获取标准人眼图像的眼睛特征参数的标准统计量;
当终端的护眼模式开启时,终端通过摄像头采集用户开始看屏幕时候的人眼图像,以此时的人眼图像作为标准人眼图像,此人眼图像的作用是作为健康标本。此时,用户还未长时间看屏幕,眼睛的状态比较好,将此时的人眼图像中的眼白充血度的统计量作为标准统计量。
其中,终端的护眼模式可根据用户预设的操作来触发,比如:通过语音、按键等方式触发。例如,当终端接收到用户的语音信息“开启护眼”时,进入护眼模式。
S302、监测亮屏时长;
当该终端的护眼模式打开时,终端启动定时器,监测屏幕的亮屏时长,将检测的亮屏时长与预设的亮屏阈值进行比较,当亮屏时长小于亮屏阈值时,继续执行S201监测亮屏时间;当亮屏时长大于亮屏阈值时,执行S303。
S303、采集人眼图像;
当终端的亮屏时间大于亮屏阈值时,通过摄像头采集人眼图像,这里,为了采集人眼图像,启动终端的前置摄像头采集当前观看屏幕的使用者的人脸图像数据。
S304、对采集的人眼图像进行分析确定所述人眼图像中的眼白充血度的统计量;
分析前摄像头采集的人脸图像,根据脸部特征提取原则,将眼部图像分割出来得到人眼图像。然后采用图像识别方法,检测眼白充血度;具体的,采用图像分割的方法,将眼白部分提取,计算颜色分布直方图,统计其中红色素的占比,得到眼白充血度的统计量。
S305、计算眼白充血度统计量差值;
将S304中的眼白充血度统计量与S301中的眼白充血度的标准统计量进行比较,得到眼白充血度的统计量差值,
当眼白充血度的标准统计量为2%,S305中的眼白充血度统计量为5%时,眼白充血度的统计量差值为3%;当眼白充血度的标准统计量为2%,S305中的眼白充血度统计量为10%时,眼白充血度的统计量差值为8%;当眼白充血度的标准统计量为2%,S305中的眼白充血度统计量为15%时,眼白充血度的统计量差值为13%。差值统计量阈值进行比较;
S306、分别将眼白充血度的统计量差值分别与第一差值阈值、第二差值阈值比较;
这里,将眼白充血度的统计量差值分别与第一差值阈值、第二差值阈值进行比较,比较结果包括一下三种情况,第一种情况,当眼白充血度的统计量差值小于第一差值阈值时,进入S303,重新采集当前图像数据,这里,可以一定的采集周期周期性的采集图像数据;第二种情况,当眼白充血度的统计量差值大于或等于第一差值阈值,且小于第二差值阈值时,执行S307;第三种情况,当眼白充血度的统计量差值大于或等于第二差值阈值时,执行S308;
比如,第一差值阈值为5%,第二差值阈值为10%,当眼白充血度的统计量为3%时,表明用户此时眼睛状态比较好,进入S303,继续采集用户的图像数据;当眼白充血度的统计量为8%时,表明用户此时眼睛状态比较疲劳,进入S307;当眼白充血度的统计量为13%时,表明用户此时眼睛状态 非常疲劳,进入S308。
S307、提示用户眼睛保护;
确定当用户的眼睛比较疲劳时,通过提示的方式提醒用户当前眼睛比较疲劳,需要注意眼睛休息,具体的提示方式可包括:振动提示、语音提示、消息提示,屏幕亮度调节等提示方式,告知用户眼睛已经有红血丝,请注意用眼保护。
S308、灭屏操作;
此时,确定用户的眼睛处于非常疲劳时,则给予严重警告提示并进行待机或关机等灭屏操作,强制性的使得用户无法再继续浏览屏幕,使得用户的眼睛得到休息。
在该实施例中,以眼睛特征参数为眼白充血度对本发明实施例提供的判断用户视力疲劳的方法进行举例说明,通过采集的人眼图像中的眼白充血度的统计值与眼白充血度的标准统计量进行比较,将比较得到的差值再与预设的差值阈值比较来确定眼睛是否处于疲劳状态,并进行对应的眼睛保护操作。
在实际应用中,在S307中提示后继续执行S303,并根据再次采集到的图像数据的眼白充血度确定当前的眼白充血度是否在曾加,并是否达到大于或等于第二差值阈值,当大于或等于第二差值阈值时,执行S308。
实施例四
为实现上述判断用户视力疲劳的方法,本发明实施例还提供一种保护眼睛的装置,如图5所示,所述装置包括:获取模块401,分析模块402以及匹配模块403,其中,
获取模块401,配置为获取人眼图像;
分析模块402,配置为对所述人眼图像进行分析,以确定所述人眼图像数据中的眼睛特征参数;
匹配模块403,配置为将所述眼睛特征参数的与预设阈值进行匹配,根据所述匹配结果确定用户是否视力疲劳;
其中,获取模块401,还配置为当屏幕的亮屏时长大于预设亮屏阈值时,通过摄像头获取所述人眼图像。
如图6所示,所述装置还包括,监控模块404,配置为当接收到预设的用户操作时,开始监控屏幕的亮屏状态得到屏幕的亮屏时长。
如图6所示,匹配模块403包括:差值子模块4031或统计量子模块4032,其中,
差值子模块4031,配置为将所述眼睛特征参数的统计量与眼睛特征参数的标准统计量进行比较,得出眼睛特征参数的统计量差值,将所述眼睛特征参数的统计量差值与所述预设的统计量差值阈值进行比较;当所述眼睛特征参数的统计量差值大于或等于第一差值阈值时,确定用户视力疲劳。此时,获取模块401,还配置为获取标准人眼图像;分析模块402,还配置为对所述标准人眼图像进行分析,确定所述标准人眼图像中的眼睛特征参数的标准统计量。
统计量子模块4032,配置为将所述眼睛特征参数的统计量直接与所述预设的统计量阈值进行比较;当所述眼睛特征参数的统计量大于或等于第一统计量阈值时,确定用户视力疲劳。

本发明实施例的一种判断用户视力疲劳的方法,获取人眼图像;对所述人眼图像进行分析,以确定所述人眼图像中的眼睛特征参数;将所述眼睛特征参数与预设阈值进行匹配,根据所述匹配结果确定用户是否视力疲劳。采用本发明实施例,当用户使用没有增减特殊硬件的终端时,终端将获取人眼图像,对采集到的人眼图像进行分析后与预设阈值进行匹配后,根据匹配结果判断用户眼睛是否疲劳,从而直接通过摄像头进行眼睛是否疲劳的判断,进行护眼提醒或关屏处理,保护使用者眼睛,提高使用者的用户体验。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种判断用户视力疲劳的方法,所述方法包括:
    获取人眼图像;
    对所述人眼图像进行分析,以确定所述人眼图像中的眼睛特征参数;
    将所述眼睛特征参数与预设阈值进行匹配,根据所述匹配结果确定用户是否视力疲劳。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括,当屏幕的亮屏时长大于预设亮屏阈值时,通过摄像头获取所述人眼图像。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括,当接收到预设的用户操作时,开始监控屏幕的亮屏状态得到屏幕的亮屏时长。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,将所述眼睛特征参数与预设阈值进行匹配包括:
    将所述眼睛特征参数的统计量与眼睛特征参数的标准统计量进行比较,得出眼睛特征参数的统计量差值,将所述眼睛特征参数的统计量差值与所述预设的统计量差值阈值进行比较;或,
    将所述眼睛特征参数的统计量直接与所述统计量阈值进行比较。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    获取标准人眼图像;
    对所述标准人眼图像进行分析,确定所述标准人眼图像中的眼睛特征参数的标准统计量。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,根据所述匹配结果确定用户是否视力疲劳包括:
    当所述眼睛特征参数的统计量差值大于或等于第一差值阈值时,确定用户视力疲劳;或,
    所述眼睛特征参数的统计量大于或等于第一统计量阈值时,确定用户 视力疲劳。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    当所述眼睛特征参数的统计量差值大于或等于所述第一差值阈值且小于所述第二差值阈值时,进行护眼提示;
    当所述眼睛特征参数的统计量差值大于或等于所述第二差值阈值时,进行灭屏处理。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    当所述眼睛特征参数的统计量大于或等于所述第一统计量阈值且小于所述第二统计量阈值时,进行护眼提示;
    当所述眼睛特征参数的统计量大于或等于所述第二统计量阈值时,进行灭屏处理。
  9. 一种判断用户视力疲劳的装置,所述装置包括:获取模块,分析模块以及匹配模块,其中,
    所述获取模块,配置为获取人眼图像;
    所述分析模块,配置为对所述人眼图像进行分析,以确定所述人眼图像中的眼睛特征参数;
    所述匹配模块,配置为将所述眼睛特征参数与预设阈值进行匹配,根据所述匹配结果确定用户是否视力疲劳。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块,还配置为当屏幕的亮屏时长大于预设亮屏阈值时,通过摄像头获取所述人眼图像。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括,监控模块,配置为当接收到预设的用户操作时,开始监控屏幕的亮屏状态得到屏幕的亮屏时长。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述匹配模块,包括:差值子模块或统计量子模块,其中,
    所述差值子模块,配置为将所述眼睛特征参数的统计量与眼睛特征参数的标准统计量进行比较,得出眼睛特征参数的统计量差值,将所述眼睛特征参数的统计量差值与所述预设的统计量差值阈值进行比较;
    所述统计量子模块,配置为将所述眼睛特征参数的统计量直接与所述预设的统计量阈值进行比较。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块,还配置为获取标准人眼图像;
    所述分析模块,还配置为对所述标准人眼图像进行分析,确定所述标准人眼图像中的眼睛特征参数的标准统计量。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述差值子模块,还配置为当所述眼睛特征参数的统计量差值大于或等于第一差值阈值时,确定用户视力疲劳;
    所述统计量子模块,还配置为当所述眼睛特征参数的统计量大于或等于第一统计量阈值时,确定用户视力疲劳。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述差值子模块,还配置为:
    当所述眼睛特征参数的统计量差值大于或等于所述第一差值阈值且小于所述第二差值阈值时,进行护眼提示;
    当所述眼睛特征参数的统计量差值大于或等于所述第二差值阈值时,进行灭屏处理。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述统计量子模块,还配置为:
    当所述眼睛特征参数的统计量大于或等于所述第一统计量阈值且小于所述第二统计量阈值时,进行护眼提示;
    当所述眼睛特征参数的统计量大于或等于所述第二统计量阈值时,进行灭屏处理。
