Abstract

Description

灯具 技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光装置,并且特别涉及一种灯具。
背景技术
因响应市场的需求,灯具的变化越来越多元化。有一种吊挂式的透明灯具可以同时产生照明和美观的效果。
然而,一般的吊挂式灯具大多使用电缆作为电源连接,外露的电缆不但在组装上较为复杂,并且成本较高,还会导致空间产生凌乱的视觉效果。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种灯具,该灯具使用具有电连接功能的整合件来将电源、光源与导光板整合成结构简单并且可快速组装的灯具。
根据本发明的上述目的,提出一种灯具。该灯具包括框体、导光板和多个光源。框体具有安装空间。其中,框体包括至少一个整合件和多个侧盖,并且整合件包括导片组。导光板设置在该安装空间中。多个光源分别设置在侧盖中,并且邻近导光板的侧边设置。其中,导片组设置在整合件的靠近导光板的一侧,并且导片组可以与光源形成通电回路。
根据本发明的实施例,上述灯具还包括电源。电源包括第一电源端子和第二电源端子。整合件还包括本体和多个电连接件。导片组还包括第一导片、第二导片和第三导片。第一导片设置在本体上,并且与第一电源端子电连接。第二导片设置在本体上。第三导片设置在本体上,并且与第二电源端子电连接。其中,第一导片、第二导片和第三导片之间具有间距。并且,第一导片与第二导片之间以多个电连接件中的一部分形成电连接, 第二导片与第三导片之间以多个电连接件中的另一部分形成电连接。
根据本发明另一个实施例,上述导光板具有第一入光面和第二入光面。光源包括第一光源和第二光源。第一光源邻近第一入光面设置,并且电连接在第一导片与第二导片之间。第二光源邻近第二入光面设置,并且电连接在第二导片与第三导片之间。
根据本发明的又一个实施例,上述电连接件包括第一导柱、第二导柱、第三导柱和第四导柱。其中,第一导柱与第一导片电连接,第二导柱和第三导柱与第二导片电连接,第四导柱与第三导片电连接。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,上述第一光源包括第一输入端子和第一输出端子。其中,第一输入端子与第一导柱电连接,并且第一输出端子与第二导柱电连接。第二光源包括第二输入端子和第二输出端子。其中,第二输入端子与第三导柱电连接,并且第二输出端子与第四导柱电连接。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,上述整合件还包括第一连接座和第二连接座。第一连接座设置在本体上,并且第一导片的一部分嵌入在第一连接座中。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,上述灯具还包括第一带电缆线和第二带电缆线。第一带电缆线的一端连接到电源的第一电源端子,另一端固定到第一连接座并与第一导片电连接。第二带电缆线的一端连接到电源的第二电源端子,另一端固定到第二连接座并与第三导片电连接。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,上述第一带电缆线的另一端通过第一导电接座固定到第一连接座,并且第二带电缆线的另一端通过第二导电接座固定到第二连接座。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,上述灯具还包括第一空压管和第二空压管。第一空压管连接到第一连接座的第一穿孔,第一带电缆线的另一端穿过第一穿孔并延伸到第一空压管中。第二空压管连接到第二连接座的第二穿孔,第二带电缆线的另一端穿过第二穿孔并延伸到第二空压管中。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,上述整合件的本体为绝缘本体。并且,第一导片、第二导片和第三导片中的每一者的一部分嵌入在本体中,第一导片、第二导片和第三导片中的每一者的另一部分露出到本体之外。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,上述整合件还包括补强钢片。补强钢片嵌入在本体中,并且不与第一导片、第二导片和第三导片相接触。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,上述框体还包括装配架。其中,导光板的一侧设置在整合件上,导光板的相对的另一侧设置在装配架上。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,上述装配架具有第一装配座和第二装配座。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,上述灯具还包括第一不带电缆线和第二不带电缆线。第一不带电缆线的一端固定到第一装配座,另一端延伸到第一装配座之外。第二不带电缆线的一端固定到第二装配座,另一端延伸到第二装配座之外。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,上述第一不带电缆线的一端通过第一不导电接座固定到第一装配座。第二不带电缆线的一端通过第二不导电接座固定到第二装配座。
根据本发明的再一个实施例,上述灯具还包括第一空压管及第二空压管。第一空压管连接到第一装配座的第一穿孔,第一不带电缆线的一端穿过第一穿孔并延伸到第一空压管中。第二空压管连接到第二装配座的第二穿孔,第二不带电缆线的一端穿过第二穿孔并延伸到第二空压管中。
由上述可知,本发明通过整合件来整合并简化灯具内部中的通电回路,并且整合件中的导片组可以使电源和光源在不需要使用电线的条件下形成电连接,由此可以简化整体灯具的结构,并且可以缩短灯具的组装时间,降低制造成本。

具体实施方式
为了让本发明的上述特征和优点能够更加地明显易懂,下文特别举出实施例,并且配合附图做出如下详细说明。请同时参照图1A、图1B和图2A,其中图1A和图1B分别示出根据本发明的一个实施方式的一种灯具的立体示意图和立体分解图,图2A示出图1B的A部分的放大示意图。本实施方式的灯具100主要包括框体120、导光板150和多个光源(即第一光源161和第二光源162)。如图1B和图2A所示,框体120包括至少一个整合件130和多个侧盖140,并且整合件130和侧盖140用来夹持并固定导光板150。另外,请一并参照图1B、图2A、图2B和图3A,其中图2B示出导光板固定在侧盖上的示意图,图3A示出根据本发明的一个实施方式的一种整合件的局部立体示意图。如图1B至图2B所示,侧盖140具有安装空间140a。如图3A所示,整合件130具有安装空间130a。在本实施例中,导光板150的边缘部分固定在安装空间130a和140a中。
请继续参照图1B、图2A和图2B,在一些实施例中,侧盖140可以为散热件。在本实施例中,侧盖140的数量可以为2个,并且设置在导光板150的相对的两侧。在本实施例中,第一光源161和第二光源162分别设置在相对的两个侧盖140的安装空间140a中,较佳地,第一光源161和 第二光源162设置成沿着第一方向D1延伸。此外,导光板150具有相对的第一入光面151和第二入光面153,并且导光板150的靠近第一入光面151和第二入光面153的部分分别位于相对的两个侧盖140的安装空间140a中。由此,第一光源161和第二光源162所产生的光线可以分别从第一入光面151和第二入光面153进入导光板150。
请同时参照图1B至图3A,整合件130包括本体131、导片组132和电连接件133。较佳地,整合件130设置成沿着不同于第一方向D1的第二方向D2延伸,其中,导片组132与电源200电连接。电连接件133则连通导片组132、第一光源161和第二光源162,从而形成通电回路。也就是说,电源200所提供的电力可以经由设置成沿着第二方向D2延伸的整合件130,通过导片组132和电连接件133传输到设置成沿着第一方向D1延伸的第一光源161和第二光源162中。
请同时参照图3A至图3C,其中图3B示出图3A的A部分的局部剖面示意图,图3C示出图3A的主视角度的示意图。在一个实施例中,导片组132嵌入在本体131中。并且,导片组132包括第一导片132a、第二导片132b和第三导片132c。在一些示例中,整合件130的本体131为绝缘本体,并且第一导片132a、第二导片132b和第三导片132c中的每一者的一部分嵌入在本体131中,另一部分则露出到本体131之外。在本实施例中,第一导片132a和第三导片132c分别设置在本体131的两端,而第二导片132b则位于第一导片132a与第三导片132c之间,并且第一导片132a、第二导片132b和第三导片132c彼此不互相接触。在一个示例中,本体131可以通过塑料注塑的方式形成,并且在塑料注塑的过程中包覆导片组132,以使导片组132嵌入在本体131中。如图3A所示,整合件130包括补强钢片131a。补强钢片131a嵌入在本体131中,并且不与第一导片132a、第二导片132b和第三导片132c接触。补强钢片131a主要是可用来补强本体131的整体结构强度。
请继续参照图3A至图3C,整合件130的两端设有第一连接座134和第二连接座135。在一个实施例中,如图3A和图3B所示,第一导片132a为L形结构,并且第一导片132a的一部分嵌入在第一连接座134中,另 一部分则位于本体131上。第三导片132c同样为L形结构,并且第三导片132c的一部分嵌入在第二连接座135中,另一部分则位于本体131上。
又如图3A和图3C所示,电连接件133包括第一导柱133a、第二导柱133b、第三导柱133c和第四导柱133d。其中,第一导柱133a设置在第一导片132a上,并且与第一导片132a电连接。第二导柱133b和第三导柱133c分别设置在第二导片132b的两端,并且与第二导片132b电连接。第四导柱133d设置在第三导片132c上,并且与第三导片132c电连接。在本实施例中,第一导柱133a和第二导柱133b设置在第一连接座134的外侧,第三导柱133c和第四导柱133d则位于第二连接座135的外侧。
请参照图1B、图2A、图3A和图4,其中图4示出根据本发明的一个实施方式的一种灯具的电路布局示意图。第一光源161具有第一输入端子161a和第一输出端子161b,并且第一导柱133a和第二导柱133b分别插入在第一输入端子161a和第一输出端子161b中。同样地,第二光源162具有第二输入端子162a和第二输出端子162b,并且第三导柱133c和第四导柱133d分别插入在第二输入端子162a和第二输出端子162b中。在本实施例中,第一导片132a与电源200的第一电源端子201电连接,第三导片132c则与电源200的第二电源端子203电连接。因此,如图4所示,从电源200的第一电源端子201所流出的电流,可以经由第一导片132a从第一输入端子161a输入到第一光源161中,并从第一输出端子161b输出。从第一输出端子161b输出的电流则从第二导柱133b流至第二导片132b上的第三导柱133c中,并从第二输入端子162a流入到第二光源162中,再从第二输出端子162b经由第二电源端子203流回至电源200。
另外,请同时参照图1B和图5,其中图5示出图1B的B部分的放大示意图。在本实施例中,第一光源161的数量为2个,并且第一光源161通过连接件170来互相串联。在其它的实施例中,第一光源161的数量不限于2个,并且第一光源161的数量可以根据侧盖140的长度来确定。同样地,在其它的实施例中,第二光源162的数量也可以根据侧盖140的长度来确定。
请一并参照图3A、图6和图7,其中图6示出根据本发明的一个实施 方式的一种灯具的局部分解示意图,图7示出图6的A部分的放大示意图。在一个实施例中,第一连接座134的顶面与侧面分别设有穿孔134a和134b。其中,穿孔134a与穿孔134b相连通。在本实施例中,穿孔134a主要用来设置第一导电接座181。如图3A、图6和图7所示,侧盖140可以为中空管件设计,侧盖的一端套在第一底座134上,并且第一导电接座181穿过侧盖140的穿孔141和第一导片132a,固定在第一连接座134的穿孔134a中,并与第一导片132a相接触。
请再次参照图1B、图3A和图7,在本实施例中,第一导电接座181可以用来固定第一带电缆线301,并且使第一带电缆线301连接到电源200的第一电源端子201。在一个实施例中,第一带电缆线301的一端连接电源200的第一电源端子201,另一端则固定到第一连接座134并与第一导片132a电连接。如图1B和图3A所示,在一些实施例中,灯具100还包括第一空压管191。第一空压管191连接到第一连接座134的穿孔134b。当其中一个侧盖140的一端套在第一连接座134上时,第一空压管191位于侧盖140中。因此,如图7所示,第一带电缆线301的一端可以从第一导电接座181穿过第一连接座134的穿孔134a和穿孔134b,并延伸到第一空压管191中,以使第一带电缆线301的一部分可隐藏在第一空压管191和侧盖140中。
请参照图1B、图3A和图6,在一个实施例中,第二连接座135的顶面与侧面分别设有穿孔135a和135b。其中,穿孔135a与穿孔135b相连通。在本实施例中,穿孔135a主要用来设置第二导电接座182。如图6所示,侧盖140的一端套在第二连接座135上,并且第二导电接座182穿过侧盖140的穿孔141和第三导片132c,固定在第二连接座135的穿孔135a中,并与第三导片132c相接触。
请再次参照图1B、图3A和图6,在本实施例中,第二导电接座182可以用来固定第二带电缆线303,并且使第二带电缆线303连接到电源200的第二电源端子203。在一个实施例中,第二带电缆线303的一端连接电源200的第二电源端子203,另一端则固定到第二连接座135并与第三导片132c电连接。如图1B和图3A所示,在一些实施例中,灯具100 还包括第二空压管192。第二空压管192连接到第二连接座135的穿孔135b。当另一个侧盖140的一端套在第二连接座135上时,第二空压管192位于侧盖140中。因此,如图7所示,第二带电缆线303的一端可以从第二导电接座182穿过第二连接座135的穿孔135a和穿孔135b,并延伸到第二空压管192,以使第二带电缆线303的一部分可隐藏在第二空压管192和侧盖140中。
由此可知,电源200所提供的电力可以从第一电源端子201经由第一带电缆线301而从第一导片132a上的第一导柱133a流入到第一光源161中,再从第二导柱133b流出。从第二导柱133b流出的电流可以经由第二导片132b而从第三导柱133c流入到第二光源162中,再从第四导柱133d经由第二电源端子203流回到电源200中。
请再次参照图1B,在一些实施例中,框体120还包括装配架400。装配架400和整合件130分别设置在导光板150的相对两侧。装配架400的结构形状与整合件130大致相同,区别在于装配架400并不会与第一光源161、第二光源162或电源200形成通电回路。如图1B所示,装配架400具有第一装配座401和第二装配座403。因此,在本实施例中,其中一个侧盖140的一端可以套在整合件130的第一连接座134上,另一端可以套在装配架400的第一装配座401上。另一个侧盖140的一端则可以套在整合件130的第二连接座135上,另一端可以套在装配架400的第二装配座403上。
请继续参照图1B,第一不导电接座405和第二不导电接座407可以分别设置在第一装配座401和第二装配座403上。而且,第一不带电缆线409和第二不带电缆线411分别通过第一不导电接座405和第二不导电接座407固定在第一装配座401和第二装配座403上。
另外,请同时参照图8和图9,其中图8示出根据本发明的一个实施方式的一种灯具的局部示意图,图9示出根据本发明的一个实施方式的多个灯具拼接时的状态示意图。如图8和图9所示,相邻的两个灯具100之间可以通过固定件500相互拼接。在一些实施例中,整合件130的本体131上具有多个固定孔131b(如图8所示),装配架400上同样具有多个 固定孔400a(如图9所示)。由此,如图9所示,通过将固定件500穿过并固定在灯具100的装配架400上的固定孔400a和另一个相邻的灯具100的整合件130的固定孔131b中,可实现将两个相邻的灯具100相互拼接的目的。需要说明的是,本实施方式的固定孔131b的位置位于嵌入在本体131中的导片组132的上方,并与导片组132具有间隔。此外,本体131是一种电绝缘材料。因此,当固定件500固定在整合件130中时,并不会与导片组132接触而导电。
由上述本发明的实施方式可知,本发明通过整合件来整合并简化灯具内部中的通电回路,并且整合件中的导片组可以使电源和光源在不需要使用电线的条件下形成电连接,由此可以简化整体灯具的结构,缩短灯具的组装时间,并且降低制造成本。
虽然本发明已经以实施例进行如上公开,然而其并非用来限定本发明,本领域的技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内应当可以做出一些更动与润饰,所以本发明的保护范围应当根据所附权利要求所界定的范围为准。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种灯具,其包括:
    框体,其具有安装空间,其中所述框体包括至少一个整合件和多个侧盖,其中所述至少一个整合件包括导片组;
    导光板,其设置在所述安装空间中;
    多个光源,其分别设置在所述多个侧盖中,并且邻近所述导光板的侧边设置;
    其中所述导片组设置在所述至少一个整合件的靠近所述导光板的一侧,并且所述导片组能够与所述多个光源形成通电回路。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,还包括电源,所述电源包括第一电源端子和第二电源端子;其中
    所述整合件还包括本体和多个电连接件;并且
    所述导片组还包括:
    第一导片,其设置在所述本体上,并且与所述第一电源端子电连接;
    第二导片,其设置在所述本体上;
    第三导片,其设置在所述本体上,并且与所述第二电源端子电连接;并且
    其中所述第一导片、所述第二导片和所述第三导片之间具有间距,所述第一导片与所述第二导片之间以所述多个电连接件的其中一部分来形成电连接,所述第二导片与所述第三导片之间以所述多个电连接件的另一部分来形成电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中:
    所述导光板具有第一入光面和第二入光面;并且
    所述多个光源包括:
    第一光源,其邻近所述第一入光面设置,且电连接在所述第一导片与所述第二导片之间;以及
    第二光源,其邻近所述第二入光面设置,且电连接在所述第二导片与所述第三导片之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的灯具,其中所述多个电连接件包括第一导柱、第二导柱、第三导柱和第四导柱,其中所述第一导柱与所述第一导片电连接,所述第二导柱和所述第三导柱与所述第二导片电连接,所述第四导柱与所述第三导片电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的灯具,其中
    所述第一光源包括:
    第一输入端子,其与所述第一导柱电连接;以及
    第一输出端子,其与所述第二导柱电连接;并且
    所述第二光源包括:
    第二输入端子,其与所述第三导柱电连接;以及
    第二输出端子,其与所述第四导柱电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的灯具,其中所述至少一个整合件还包括:
    第一连接座,其设置在所述本体上,其中所述第一导片的一部分嵌入在所述第一连接座中;以及
    第二连接座,其设置在所述本体上,其中所述第三导片的一部分嵌入在所述第二连接座中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的灯具,还包括:
    第一带电缆线,其一端与所述电源的所述第一电源端子连接,另一端固定到所述第一连接座并与所述第一导片电连接;以及
    第二带电缆线,其一端与所述电源的所述第二电源端子连接,另一端固定到所述第二连接座并与所述第三导片电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的灯具,其中
    所述第一带电缆线的所述另一端通过第一导电接座固定到所述第一连接座;并且
    所述第二带电缆线的所述另一端通过第二导电接座固定到所述第二连接座。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的灯具,还包括第一空压管和第二空压管,其中
    所述第一空压管连接到所述第一连接座的第一穿孔,所述第一带电缆 线的所述另一端穿过所述第一穿孔并延伸到所述第一空压管中;并且
    所述第二空压管连接到所述第二连接座的第二穿孔,所述第二带电缆线的所述另一端穿过所述第二穿孔并延伸到所述第二空压管中。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的灯具,其中所述整合件的所述本体为绝缘本体,并且所述第一导片、所述第二导片和所述第三导片中的每一者的一部分嵌入在所述本体中,所述第一导片、所述第二导片和所述第三导片中的每一者的另一部分露出到所述本体之外。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的灯具,其中所述整合件还包括补强钢片,所述补强钢片嵌入在所述本体中,并且不与所述第一导片、所述第二导片和所述第三导片相接触。

  14. 根据权利要求13所述的灯具,还包括:
    第一不带电缆线,其一端固定到所述第一装配座,另一端延伸到所述第一装配座之外;以及
    第二不带电缆线,其一端固定到所述第二装配座,另一端延伸到所述第二装配座之外。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的灯具,其中
    所述第一不带电缆线的所述一端通过第一不导电接座固定到所述第一装配座;并且
    所述第二不带电缆线的所述一端通过第二不导电接座固定到所述第二装配座。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的灯具,还包括第一空压管和第二空压管,其中
    所述第一空压管连接到所述第一装配座的第一穿孔,所述第一不带电缆线的所述一端穿过所述第一穿孔并延伸到所述第一空压管中;并且
    所述第二空压管连接到所述第二装配座的第二穿孔,所述第二不带电缆线的所述一端穿过所述第二穿孔并延伸到所述第二空压管中。
