根据上述实施例提供的信息推送方法、装置及系统,通过实时获取移动终端指定的目标银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息,当移动终端与目标银行营业网点之间的距离小于预置距离时,将实时获取的可交易信息推送给移动终端。相较于现有技术,本发明由于可在用户到达银行营业网点附近时,将银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息推送给用户,从而帮助用户选择合适的金融自助设备,因此可提高银行金融业务办理的便捷性和效率,节约用户的时间。

为更进一步阐述本发明为实现预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明的具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
参见图1,本发明第一实施例提供的一种信息推送方法的流程图。以下是从服务器的角度对本发明提供的信息推送方法的说明,如图1所示,该方法具体主要可包括以下步骤S101-S103:
S101、服务器实时获取移动终端指定或匹配的目标银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息;
需要说明的是,服务器可以指单个服务器或多个服务器构成的服务器集群,其可以配置于银行系统中,也可以不配置于银行系统中,如:金融机具公司可以自己拥有自己的服务器,通过与各银行营业网点内的服务器对接,获取各银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息以及各银行营业网点的相关信息。或者,服务器可以是配置在银行系统内的由各银行营业网点所属服务器构成的服务器集群。各银行营业网点所属服务器之间通过P2P(Peer to Peer,对等网络)的方式组织成一个自组织网络,并与移动终端进行信息交互。或者,服务器也可以是配置在金融自助设备的一个功能模块,各金融自助设备之间通过P2P的方式组织成一个自组织网络,配置在各金融自助设备中的服务器模块,通过该自组织网络与移动终端进行信息交互。
其中,金融自助设备是可为用户提供自助金融服务的设备,如ATM机。各金融自助设备的可交易信息可以但不限于包括:金融自助设备是否可存款(对应于用户想存款的金额)、是否可取款(对应于用户想取款的金额)、是否可查询、是否可转账、是否部分损坏和全损坏等中的一种或者任意组合信息。进一步地,还包括存钞量。金融自助设备中自带各种传感器以获取自身的实时相关信息,并将获取的实时相关信息与自身的标识信息发送给服务器。金融自助设备可通过运行在金融自助设备上的客户端应用程序(简称ATMC)根据各种传感器获取的当前设备各个模块的状态以及插入卡片的信息综合判断出设备所能提供的服务信息。
各银行营业网点的相关信息可以但不限于包括:各银行营业网点的标识信息、地理位置信息、营业环境信息、提供的服务信息以及营业状态信息。其中,银行营业网点的营业环境信息可以但不限于包括:是否有空调、空调是否正常运行、是否有保安、保安是否在岗、附近是否有安全区域、是否有人工柜台等等。银行营业网点提供的服务信息可以但不限于包括:ATM机提供交易业务的类型以及人工服务提供的业务类型,如存款、取款、转账、贷款等等。银行营业网点的营业状态信息可以但不限于包括:当前是否营业、未营业的原因、停业时间等等。
若服务器配置于目标银行营业网点中,则通过该网点中各金融自助设备中安装的各种传感器,实时获取并更新各金融自助设备的可交易信息。
若服务器独立于银行系统,则通过目标银行业务网点中的服务器,实时获取并更新该网点中各金融自助设备的可交易信息。
各银行营业网点的相关信息可人工预置在服务器中,或者通过配置在各银行营业网点的感测器获取,并定期更新。如通过配置在银行营业网点的安保系统获取该银行营业网点是否具有保安以及保安是否在岗,通过配置在各银行营业网点的排队机的感测器感测排队情况等等。
移动终端可根据用户的指定确定目标银行营业网点,或根据用户自定义的条件,匹配符合该条件的银行网点作为目标银行网点,然后将目标用户网点的标识信息发送给服务器,以便服务器根据移动终端发送的标识信息通过目标银行营业网点的服务器或者直接从各金融自助设备获取目标银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息。
S102、接收移动终端实时发送的移动终端的地理位置信息,根据移动终端的地理位置信息以及目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息,比较移动终端与目标银行营业网点之间的距离是否小于预置距离;
可以理解地,如果服务器配置于目标银行营业网点中,则服务器的地理位置信息即 该目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息。若服务器独立于银行系统配置,则服务器在接收到移动终端在确定目标银行营业网点时发送的目标银行营业网点的标识信息,获取目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息。服务器中可预置有银行营业网点信息数据库,其中记录有各银行营业网点的标识信息及其对应的地理位置信息,或者记录有各银行营业网点的标识信息及其对应的各银行营业网点的服务器的通信地址。若银行营业网点信息数据库中记录的是各银行营业网点的标识信息及其对应的地理位置信息,则服务器根据移动终端发送的目标银行营业网点的标识信息,查询该数据库得到对应的地理位置信息。若银行营业网点信息数据库中记录的是各银行营业网点的标识信息及其对应的各银行营业网点的服务器的通信地址,则服务器根据移动终端发送的目标银行营业网点的标识信息,查询该数据库得到对应服务器的通信地址,根据该通信地址从对应的服务器取得目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息。
移动终端实时获取用户的地理位置信息,也即移动终端的地理位置信息,并发送给服务器。
服务器根据接收的移动终端的地理位置信息以及目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息,比较移动终端与目标银行营业网点之间的距离是否小于预置距离,例如是否小于10米,以判断该移动终端的用户是否即将到达目标银行营业网点,是否需要向移动终端推送相关信息。
进一步地,服务器可根据移动终端的地理位置信息,检测移动终端周围预置范围内是否存在与查询条件相匹配的银行营业网点,若存在,则向移动终端推送提示信息,以提示移动终端附近有符合查询条件的银行营业网点。
具体地,服务器接收移动终端实时发送的该移动终端的地理位置信息,将该移动终端的地理位置信息逐一与各备选银行营业网点的地理位置信息进行比较,得到该移动终端与各备选银行营业网点之间的直线距离或行进距离,根据得到的直线距离或行进距离,检测移动终端周围预置范围内(如:300米内)是否存在与查询条件相匹配的银行营业网点。如果移动终端周围预置范围内存在与查询条件相匹配的银行营业网点,则将向移动终端推送提示信息,该提示信息中可以只包含符合查询条件的银行营业网点的标识信息,也可包含符合查询条件的银行营业网点的所有相关信息,使得移动终端根据该提示信息提醒用户可前往该营业网点获取银行服务,避免用户错过获取银行服务的最佳时机。
可以理解地,提示信息涉及的与查询条件相匹配的银行营业网点不限于用户选定的目标银行营业网点,如此可帮助用户就近获取银行业务,进一步提高银行金融业务办理的便捷性和效率,节约用户的时间。
S103、若移动终端与目标银行营业网点之间的距离小于预置距离,则将实时获取的目标银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息推送给移动终端。
若移动终端与目标银行营业网点之间的直线距离或行进距离小于预置距离,则服务器将实时获取的目标银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息推送给移动终端,以便移动终端的用户根据推送的可交易信息了解营业网点内各金融自助设备的状态,例如:有哪些ATM设备,哪些ATM设备可以使用,哪台ATM设备中有钱可取,每一台ATM设备当前可提供哪些银行业务等等,帮助用户快速确定合适自己的金融自助设备。
进一步地,作为本发明的一个实施例,服务器还可根据实时获取的目标银行营业网 点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息,定期持续向移动终端推送各金融自助设备的可交易信息的更新信息,以便移动终端的用户根据更新信息确定是否需要更换排队对象,例如用户可根据更新信息中的金融自助设备的存钞量,判断正在排队的金融自助设备的存钞量是否足够自己取用。可以理解地,服务器可根据移动终端发送的停止推送的指令,停止上述更新信息的推送。通过根据移动终端发送的查询条件,将符合该查询条件的备选银行营业网点的相关信息,可以进一步帮助用户更方便地找到符合自己需求的银行营业网点。
作为本发明一个实施例,在步骤S101之前,还可包括以下步骤S201-S204:
S201、接收移动终端发送的包含查询条件的银行营业网点信息查询请求;
服务器还可提供银行营业网点的查询功能,查询条件可以由用户在移动终端中输入,或者在移动终端中根据预置的选项选定。该查询条件可以但不限于包括:银行名称、地理位置、是否有保安、是否需要人工、提供的服务类型、是否有空调等等。例如:用户可将{交通银行、福田区、有保安、不需要人工、转账业务}作为查询条件。
S202、获取与查询条件相匹配的备选银行营业网点的相关信息,相关信息包括:备选银行营业网点的地理位置信息、营业环境信息、提供的服务信息以及营业状态信息;
服务器获取各银行营业网点的相关信息,并将各银行营业网点的相关信息与查询条件一一进行匹配,根据匹配结果,得到与查询条件相匹配的备选银行营业网点的相关信息。
可以理解地,如果服务器是配置在银行系统的各银行营业网点所属的服务器集群,接收得到该查询条件的服务器,也可以把该查询条件转发给其他P2P网络中的服务器,各服务器将各自所属的银行营业网点的相关信息与该查询条件进行匹配,并将匹配结果统一汇总到最初接收到该查询条件的服务器,由该服务器根据汇总的匹配结果确定与查询条件相匹配的备选银行营业网点的相关信息。
如果服务器独立于银行系统配置,则服务器中可配置有数据库,该数据库中记录有通过各银行营业网点所属服务器获取的各银行营业网点的相关信息,当接收到移动终端发送的查询条件时,通过查询该数据库,得到与查询条件相匹配的备选银行营业网点的相关信息。
S203、根据各备选银行营业网点的地理位置信息和移动终端的地理位置信息,规划从移动终端的地理位置前往各备选银行营业网点的最佳路径;
服务器中可配置有电子地图,根据该电子地图以及预置的路径规划规则,规划出采用各种预置的交通方式从移动终端的地理位置前往各备选银行营业网点的最佳路径,例如从移动终端的当前位置到备选银行1如果驾车的话,行车距离最短的路径。
可以理解地,电子地图也可配置于路线规划服务器中,服务器通过路线规划服务器进行路线规划,获取最佳路径。
S204、将各备选银行营业网点的相关信息以及最佳路径发送给移动终端,使得移动终端根据备选营业网点的相关信息以及最佳路径确定目标银行营业网点。
服务器将根据查询条件得到的各备选银行营业网点的相关信息以及规划出的前往各备选银行营业网点的最佳路径发送给移动终端,移动终端将接收的信息进行展示,以便用户根据展示的信息确定目标银行营业网点。移动终端获取用户确定的目标银行营业网点的标识信息并发送给服务器,以便服务器作进一步地信息推送。
本发明实施例提供的一种信息推送方法,相较于现有技术,由于可在用户到达银行营业网点附近时,将银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息推送给用户,从而帮助用户选择合适的金融自助设备,因此可提高银行金融业务办理的便捷性和效率,节约用户的时间。进一步地,通过根据移动终端发送的查询条件,将符合该查询条件的备选银行营业网点的相关信息以及前往备选银行营业网点的最佳路径发送给移动终端,可以进一步帮助用户更方便地找到符合自己需求的银行营业网点。进一步地,通过根据移动终端实时发送的移动终端的位置信息,当移动终端周围预置范围内存在符合查询条件的银行营业网点时,向移动终端发送提示信息,可提醒用户就近获取银行业务,避免用户错过获取银行业务的最佳时机,从而进一步帮助用户节约时间,提高银行金融业务办理的效率。
参见图2,本发明第二实施例提供的一种信息推送方法的流程图。以下是从金融自助设备的角度对本发明提供的信息推送方法的说明,为便于描述以下均以ATM机为例。如图2所示,该方法主要包括以下步骤:
S301、金融自助设备接收移动终端发送的可交易信息获取请求,可交易信息获取请求用于获取金融自助设备的可交易信息;
金融自助设备是可为用户提供自助金融服务的设备。各金融自助设备的可交易信息可以但不限于包括::金融自助设备是否可存款(对应于用户想存款的金额)、是否可取款(对应于用户想取款的金额)、是否可查询、是否可转账、是否部分损坏和全损坏等中的一种或者任意组合信息。进一步地,还包括存钞量。
金融自助设备中配置有各种传感器以及网络装置。其中,各种传感器用于获取金融自助设备自身的实时相关信息,例如设置在ATM机中的红外传感器可用于感测ATM机中的存钞量,此外ATM机还可通过运行的ATMC,根据当前设备各个模块的状态以及插入卡片的信息综合判断出设备所能提供的服务信息。网络装置用于同移动终端建立网络连接并与移动终端进行数据交互,如通过建立无线网络连接进行数据交互。
移动终端在检测到用户到达银行后,与ATM机建立无线连接,并向ATM机发送用于获取ATM机可交易信息的可交易信息获取请求。
S302、根据可交易信息获取请求,获取金融自助设备自身的可交易信息并返回给移动终端。
ATM机根据移动终端发送的可交易信息获取请求,通过内置的传感器以及ATMC获取自身的相关可交易信息,并发送给移动终端,以便移动终端的用户根据各ATM机返回的可交易信息,快速确定哪台ATM机适合自己使用。
进一步地,还可由ATM机主动向移动终端推送ATM机自身的可交易信息。具体地,金融自助设备接收移动终端实时发送的地理位置信息,根据接收的地理位置信息以及金融自助设备自身的地理位置信息,比较移动终端与金融自助设备自身之间的距离是否小于预置距离;若小于预置距离,则获取金融自助设备自身的可交易信息并推送给移动终端。
进一步地,金融自助设备实时检测是否有移动终端进入金融自助设备自身提供的无线网络的覆盖范围,当检测到有移动终端进入金融自助设备自身提供的无线网络的覆盖范围时,与该移动终端建立网络连接,获取金融自助设备自身的可交易信息并推送给该移动终端。
本发明实施例中,金融自助设备根据移动终端发送的可交易信息获取请求,将实时获取的自身可提供的存、取款等服务信息发送给移动终端,从而帮助用户选择合适的金融自助设备,相较于现有技术,本发明可提高银行金融业务办理的便捷性和效率,节约用户的时间。
参见图3,本发明第三实施例提供的一种信息推送方法的流程图。以下是从移动终端的角度对发明提供的信息推送方法的说明。如图3所示,该方法具体主要可包括以下步骤S401-S404:
S401、移动终端获取目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息;
移动终端可以但不限于包括:具有网络及定位功能的智能手机、平板电脑、电子书、智能穿戴设备等等。
移动终端获取用户选定的目标银行营业网点的标识信息并发送给服务器,该标识信息可以是该目标银行营业网点的名称或者服务器分配给该目标银行营业网点的全网唯一标识符,例如:中国银行深圳分行布吉支行第1营业网点。
服务器根据移动终端发送的目标银行营业网点的标识信息,获取对应的地理位置信息并返回移动终端。服务器获取目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息的具体方法可参考第一实施例和第二实施例中的相应内容,此处不再赘述。
S402、实时获取移动终端的地理位置信息,根据移动终端的地理位置信息以及目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息,比较移动终端与目标银行营业网点之间的距离是否小于预置距离;
移动终端可利用内置的GPS(Global Positioning System,全球定位系统),定位自己的地理位置信息。或者利用无线定位或基站定位的方式定位自己的地理位置信息。
移动终端中可配置有电子地图,利用该电子地图,根据移动终端的地理位置信息以及目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息,比较移动终端与目标银行营业网点之间的直线距离或者行进距离是否小于预置距离,如是否小于10米。可以理解地,预置距离可以由用户自定义。
S403、若移动终端与目标银行营业网点之间的距离小于预置距离,则向服务器发送获取目标银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息的请求;
若移动终端与目标银行营业网点之间的直线距离或者行进距离小于预置距离,则向服务器发送获取目标银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息的请求。

S404、接收服务器返回的可交易信息并推送给用户。
移动终端接收服务器返回的目标银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息,并以弹窗的方式将该可交易信息推送给用户,使得用户可根据弹出的可交易信息,了解营业网点内各金融自助设备的状态,例如:有哪些ATM设备,哪些ATM设备可以使用,哪台ATM设备中有钱可取,每一台ATM设备当前可提供哪些银行业务等等,帮助用户快速确定合适自己的金融自助设备。
作为本发明一个实施例,在步骤S401之前,还可包括以下步骤S501-S504:
S501、当检测到用户触发的查询指令时,获取用户指定的查询条件;
用户可通过点击移动终端中预置的查询界面中的查询按钮触发,当检测到用户点击该查询按钮时,获取用户在该查询界面中选定的或输入的查询条件。该查询条件可以但不限于包括:银行名称、地理位置、是否有保安、是否需要人工、提供的服务类型、是否有空调等等。例如:用户可将{交通银行、福田区、有保安、不需要人工、转账业务}作为查询条件。
S502、将包含查询条件的查询请求发送给服务器,使得服务器将各银行营业网点的相关信息与查询条件进行匹配,得到与查询条件相匹配的备选银行营业网点的相关信息;
备选银行营业网点的相关信息可以但不限于包括:备选银行营业网点的标识信息、地理位置信息、营业环境信息、提供的服务信息以及营业状态信息。
其中,备选银行营业网点的营业环境信息可以但不限于包括:是否有空调、空调是否正常运行、是否有保安、保安是否在岗、附近是否有安全区域、是否有人工柜台等等。备选银行营业网点提供的服务信息可以但不限于包括:ATM机提供交易业务的类型以及人工服务提供的业务类型,如存款、取款、转账、贷款等等。备选银行营业网点的营业状态信息可以但不限于包括:当前是否营业、未营业的原因、停业时间等等。
服务器获取备选银行营业网点的相关信息的具体方式可参考上述第一实施例和第二实施例中的相应内容,此处不再赘述。
S503、接收服务器返回的备选银行营业网点的相关信息,并根据各备选银行营业网点的地理位置信息与移动终端的地理位置信息,规划从移动终端的地理位置前往各备选银行营业网点的最佳路径;
移动终端利用预置的电子地图,根据服务器返回的备选银行营业网点的相关信息中各备选银行营业网点的地理位置信息与实时获取的移动终端的当前地理位置信息,规划出采用各种预置的交通方式从移动终端的地理位置前往各备选银行营业网点的最佳路径,例如从移动终端的当前位置到备选银行1如果驾车的话,行车距离最短的路径。

在本发明第七实施例提供的信息推送系统中,移动终端1201,用于获取用户指定或匹配的目标银行营业网点的标识信息并发送给服务器1202。服务器1202,用于根据该标识信息,获取该目标银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息。移动终端1201,还用于实时获取移动终端1201的地理位置信息并发送给服务器1202。服务器1202,还用于接收移动终端1201实时发送的移动终端1201的地理位置信息,根据移动终端1201的地理位置信息以及该目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息,比较移动终端1201与该目标银行营业网点之间的距离是否小于预置距离,以及若移动终端1201与该目标银行营业网点之间的距离小于该预置距离,则将实时获取的该目标银行营业网点内各该金融自助设备的可交易信息推送给移动终端1201。移动终端1201,还用于接收该可交易信息,并展示给该用户。
为进一步说明本发明第七实施例提供的系统,以图8所示的应用场景为例,假设服务器1202为部署在目标银行营业网点的ATM机中的功能模块,移动终端1201与各ATM机中的服务器模块1202以无线的方式进行信息交互,移动终端1201利用GPS实时获取自己的地理位置信息,并将该地理位置信息发送给用户欲前往的目标银行营业网点的各ATM机中的服务器模块1202,服务器模块1202根据移动终端1201的实时地理位置信息和自己的地理位置信息,判断移动终端1201与目标银行营业网点之间的距离是否小于10米,若小于10米,则实时获取所属ATM机的存钞量以及提供的服务信息等信息,与所属ATM机的标识信息一起推送给移动终端1201。
为进一步说明本发明第七实施例提供的系统,以图9所示的应用场景为例,假设服务器1202为部署于银行系统之外的第三方服务器,服务器1203是部署在银行系统内的各银行营业网点的服务器。移动终端1201利用GPS实时获取自己的地理位置信息,并将该地理位置信息发送给服务器1202,服务器1202接收到移动终端1201发送的实时地理位置信息,根据移动终端1201的实时地理位置信息和之前移动终端1201指定的目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息,判断移动终端1201与目标银行营业网点之间的距离是否小于10米,其中目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息可通过部署在目标银行营业网点的服务器获取。若移动终端1201与目标银行营业网点之间的距离小于10米,则服务器1202从目标银行营业网点的服务器实时获取目标银行营业网点的各ATM机的存钞量以及提供的服务信息等信息,然后将获取的各ATM机的存钞量以及提供的服务信息等信息以及各ATM机的标识信息一起推送给移动终端1201。目标银行营业网点的服务器实时采集并汇总目标银行营业网点内各ATM机的存钞量以及提供的服务信息等信息。或者上述信息,也可以由服务器1202直接从目标银行营业网点的ATM机获取。
本实施例中移动终端1201和服务器1202实现各自功能的过程具体可参考前述第一实施例和第四实施例的相关内容,此处不再赘述。
作为本发明的一个实施例,在本发明第八实施例提供的信息推送系统中,移动终端1201,用于从服务器1202获取目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息;实时获取移动终端1201的地理位置信息,根据移动终端1201的地理位置信息以及该目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息,比较移动终端1201与该目标银行营业网点之间的距离是否小于预置距离;若移动终端1201与该目标银行营业网点之间的距离小于该预置距离,则向服务器1202发送获取该目标银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息的请求;服务器1202,用于根据移动终端1201发送的该请求,获取该目标银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息并返回移动终端1201;移动终端1201,还用于接收服务器1202返回的该可交易信息并推送给用户。
为进一步说明本发明第八实施例提供的系统,以图9所示的应用场景为例,假设服务器1202为部署于银行系统之外的第三方服务器。
首先,当用户准备出发去银行办理相关业务时,可通过移动终端1201查询满足自己需求的银行营业网点的相关信息。具体地,移动终端1201获取用户输入的查询条件,将该查询条件发送给服务器1202。服务器1202根据接收的查询条件,在预先从各银行营业网点的服务器1203获取的各银行营业网点的相关信息中确定与该查询条件相匹配的备选银行营业网点的相关信息并返回移动终端1201。移动终端1201接收服务器1202返回的各备选银行营业网点的相关信息,实时获取自身的地理位置信息(即用户的地理位置信息),根据各备选银行营业网点的地理位置信息以及用户的地理位置信息,规划从用户的当前位置前往各备选银行营业网点的最佳路径,然后将各备选银行营业网点的相关信息和对应的最佳路径展示给用户,使得该用户根据该相关信息和该最佳路径从该备选银行营业网点中确定该目标银行营业网点。
其次,当用户根据查询的信息确定欲前往的目标银行营业网点后,按照最佳路径前往目标银行营业网点时,具体地,移动终端1201获取用户从各备选银行营业网点中选定的目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息,实时获取用户的地理位置信息,根据用户的地理位置信息以及目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息,判断用户与目标银行营业网点之间的距离是否小于10米,若小于10米,则向服务器1202发送获取目标银行营业网点内各ATM机的可交易信息的请求。服务器1202根据移动终端1201发送的该请求,通过部署在目标银行营业网点的银行系统内部的服务器获取目标银行营业网点内各ATM机的可交易信息并返回移动终端1201。移动终端1201将服务器1202返回的目标银行营业网点内各ATM机的可交易信息弹出显示,以便用户了解目标银行营业网点内有哪些ATM机,每一台ATM机的存钞量多少,分别都可以提供什么类型的服务,以便确定去哪台ATM机办理银行业务。
再次,如果用户没有出发去目标银行营业网点办理业务,但是去了其他地方,则移动终端1201还可以实时获取用户的地理位置信息,根据实时获取的用户的地理位置信息以及备选银行营业网点的地理位置信息,判断用户周围30米内是否存在符合用户查询条件的银行营业网点,如果存在,则显示提示信息,以提醒用户附近存在XXX银行营业网点,可以顺路去办理相关银行业务。
本实施例中移动终端1201和服务器1202实现各自功能的过程具体可参考前述第三实施例和第六实施例的相关内容,此处不再赘述。
参阅图10,本发明第九实施例提供的信息推送系统的结构示意图。如图10所示, 该系统包括:移动终端1501以及金融自助设备1502。
其中,移动终端1501,用于获取金融自助设备1502的地理位置信息以及实时获取移动终端1501自身的地理位置信息,根据获取的移动终端1501自身的地理位置信息与金融自助设备1502的地理位置信息,判断移动终端1501自身与金融自助设备1502之间的距离是否小于预置距离,若小于预置距离,则向金融自助设备1502发送可交易信息获取请求,可交易信息获取请求用于获取金融自助设备1502的可交易信息;金融自助设备1502,用于根据移动终端1501发送的可交易信息获取请求,获取金融自助设备1502自身的可交易信息并返回给移动终端1501。
进一步地,移动终端1501还用于实时获取移动终端1501自身的地理位置信息并发送给金融自助设备1502;金融自助设备1502,还用于根据移动终端1501发送的地理位置信息以及金融自助设备1502自身的地理位置信息,比较移动终端1501与金融自助设备1502自身之间的距离是否小于预置距离,若小于预置距离,则获取金融自助设备1502自身的可交易信息并推送给移动终端1501。
本实施例中移动终端1501以及金融自助设备1502实现各自功能的过程具体可参考前述第二实施例和第五实施例的相关内容,此处不再赘述。
上述第十二实施例至十四实施例提供的信息推送系统,通过将金融自助设备的实时可交易信息发送给移动终端,可帮助用户选择合适的金融自助设备获取相关服务,避免因排错队而导致的时间浪费,提高银行金融业务办理的便捷性和效率,节约用户的时间。

    服务器实时获取移动终端指定或匹配的目标银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息;
    接收所述移动终端实时发送的所述移动终端的地理位置信息;
    根据所述移动终端的地理位置信息以及所述目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息,比较所述移动终端与所述目标银行营业网点之间的距离是否小于预置距离;
    若所述移动终端与所述目标银行营业网点之间的距离小于所述预置距离,则将实时获取的所述目标银行营业网点内各所述金融自助设备的可交易信息推送给所述移动终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器实时获取移动终端指定或匹配的目标银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息之前包括:
    接收所述移动终端发送的包含查询条件的银行营业网点信息查询请求;
    获取与所述查询条件相匹配的备选银行营业网点的相关信息,所述相关信息包括:所述备选银行营业网点的地理位置信息、营业环境信息、提供的服务信息以及营业状态信息;
    根据各所述备选银行营业网点的地理位置信息和所述移动终端的地理位置信息,规划从所述移动终端的地理位置前往各所述备选银行营业网点的最佳路径;
    将各所述备选银行营业网点的相关信息以及所述最佳路径发送给所述移动终端,使得所述移动终端根据所述备选营业网点的相关信息以及所述最佳路径确定所述目标银行营业网点。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收移动终端实时发送的所述移动终端的地理位置信息之后,包括:
    根据所述移动终端的地理位置信息,检测所述移动终端周围预置范围内是否存在与所述查询条件相匹配的银行营业网点;
    若存在,则向所述移动终端推送提示信息,以提示所述移动终端附近有符合所述查询条件的银行营业网点。
  4. 一种信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    金融自助设备接收移动终端发送的可交易信息获取请求,所述可交易信息获取请求用于获取所述金融自助设备的可交易信息;
    根据所述可交易信息获取请求,获取所述金融自助设备自身的可交易信息并返回给所述移动终端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述移动终端实时发送的地理位置信息,根据接收的地理位置信息以及所述金融自助设备自身的地理位置信息,比较所述移动终端与所述金融自助设备自身之间的距离是否小于预置距离;
    若小于所述预置距离,则获取所述金融自助设备自身的可交易信息并推送给所述移动终端。
  6. 一种信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    移动终端获取目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息;
    实时获取所述移动终端的地理位置信息,根据所述移动终端的地理位置信息以及所述目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息,比较所述移动终端与所述目标银行营业网点之间的距离是否小于预置距离;
    若所述移动终端与所述目标银行营业网点之间的距离小于所述预置距离,则向所述服务器发送获取所述目标银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息的请求;
    接收所述服务器返回的所述可交易信息并推送给用户。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息之前,包括:
    当检测到所述用户触发的查询指令时,获取所述用户指定的查询条件;
    将包含所述查询条件的查询请求发送给所述服务器,使得所述服务器将各银行营业网点的相关信息与所述查询条件进行匹配,得到与所述查询条件相匹配的备选银行营业网点的相关信息,所述相关信息包括:所述备选银行营业网点的地理位置信息、营业环境信息、提供的服务信息以及营业状态信息;
    接收所述服务器返回的所述备选银行营业网点的相关信息,并根据各所述备选银行营业网点的地理位置信息与所述移动终端的地理位置信息,规划从所述移动终端的地理位置前往各所述备选银行营业网点的最佳路径;
    将所述相关信息和所述最佳路径展示给所述用户,使得所述用户根据所述相关信息和所述最佳路径从所述备选银行营业网点中确定所述目标银行营业网点。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述相关信息和所述最佳路径展示给所述用户之后,包括:
    实时获取所述移动终端的地理位置信息;
    根据所述移动终端的地理位置信息以及所述备选银行营业网点的相关信息,检测所述移动终端周围预置范围内是否存在与所述查询条件相匹配的银行营业网点;
    若存在,则显示提示信息,以提示所述用户附近有符合所述查询条件的银行营业网点。
  9. 一种信息推送装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    可交易信息获取模块,用于实时获取移动终端指定或匹配的目标银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息;
    位置信息接收模块,用于接收所述移动终端实时发送的所述移动终端的地理位置信息;
    位置比较模块,用于根据所述移动终端的地理位置信息以及所述目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息,比较所述移动终端与所述目标银行营业网点之间的距离是否小于预置距离;
    信息推送模块,用于若所述位置比较模块的比较结果为所述移动终端与所述目标银行营业网点之间的距离小于所述预置距离,则将实时获取的所述目标银行营业网点内各所述金融自助设备的可交易信息推送给所述移动终端。

    请求接收模块,用于接收所述移动终端发送的包含查询条件的银行营业网点信息查询请求;
    相关信息获取模块,用于获取与所述查询条件相匹配的备选银行营业网点的相关信 息,所述相关信息包括:所述备选银行营业网点的地理位置信息、营业环境信息、提供的服务信息以及营业状态信息;
    路径规划模块,用于根据各所述备选银行营业网点的地理位置信息和所述移动终端的地理位置信息,规划从所述移动终端的地理位置前往各所述备选银行营业网点的最佳路径;
    所述信息推送模块,还用于将各所述备选银行营业网点的相关信息以及所述最佳路径发送给所述移动终端,使得所述移动终端根据所述备选营业网点的相关信息以及所述最佳路径确定所述目标银行营业网点。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    检测模块,用于根据所述移动终端的地理位置信息,检测所述移动终端周围预置范围内是否存在与所述查询条件相匹配的银行营业网点;
    所述信息推送模块,还用于若所述检测模块检测所述移动终端周围预置范围内存在与所述查询条件相匹配的银行营业网点,则向所述移动终端推送提示信息,以提示所述移动终端附近有符合所述查询条件的银行营业网点。
  12. 一种信息推送装置,运行于金融自助设备,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收移动终端发送的可交易信息获取请求,所述可交易信息获取请求用于获取所述金融自助设备的可交易信息;
    信息获取模块,用于根据所述可交易信息获取请求,获取所述金融自助设备自身的可交易信息;
    发送模块,用于将所述信息获取模块获取的所述金融自助设备自身的可交易信息返回给所述移动终端。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述移动终端实时发送的地理位置信息;
    所述装置还包括:
    位置判断模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收的地理位置信息以及所述金融自助设备自身的地理位置信息,比较所述移动终端与所述金融自助设备自身之间的距离是否小于预置距离;
    所述信息获取模块,还用于若所述位置判断模块判断所述移动终端与所述金融自助设备自身之间的距离小于所述预置距离,则获取所述金融自助设备自身的可交易信息;
    所述发送模块,还用于将所述获取模块获取的所述金融自助设备自身的可交易信息推送给所述移动终端。
  14. 一种信息推送装置,运行于移动终端,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    位置信息获取模块,用于获取目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息;
    定位模块,用于实时获取所述移动终端的地理位置信息;
    位置比较模块,用于根据所述移动终端的地理位置信息以及所述目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息,比较所述移动终端与所述目标银行营业网点之间的距离是否小于预置距离;
    可交易信息请求模块,用于若所述位置比较模块的比较结果为所述移动终端与所述目标银行营业网点之间的距离小于所述预置距离,则向所述服务器发送获取所述目标银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息的请求;
    信息推送模块,用于接收所述服务器返回的所述可交易信息并推送给用户。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    检测模块,用于检测所述用户触发的查询指令;
    查询模块,用于当所述检测模块检测到所述用户触发的查询指令时,获取所述用户指定的查询条件,将包含所述查询条件的查询请求发送给所述服务器,使得所述服务器将各银行营业网点的相关信息与所述查询条件进行匹配,得到与所述查询条件相匹配的备选银行营业网点的相关信息,所述相关信息包括:所述备选银行营业网点的地理位置信息、营业环境信息、提供的服务信息以及营业状态信息;
    接收模块,用于接收所述服务器返回的所述备选银行营业网点的相关信息;
    路径规划模块,用于根据各所述备选银行营业网点的地理位置信息与所述移动终端的地理位置信息,规划从所述移动终端的地理位置前往各所述备选银行营业网点的最佳路径;
    所述信息推送模块,还用于将所述相关信息和所述最佳路径展示给所述用户,使得所述用户根据所述相关信息和所述最佳路径从所述备选银行营业网点中确定所述目标银行营业网点。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    银行营业网点检测模块,用于根据所述移动终端的地理位置信息以及所述备选银行营业网点的相关信息,检测所述移动终端周围预置范围内是否存在与所述查询条件相匹配的银行营业网点;
    所述信息推送模块,还用于若所述银行营业网点检测模块检测到所述移动终端周围预置范围内存在与所述查询条件相匹配的银行营业网点,则显示提示信息,以提示所述用户附近有符合所述查询条件的银行营业网点。
  17. 一种信息推送系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:移动终端以及服务器;
    其中,所述移动终端,用于获取用户指定或匹配的目标银行营业网点的标识信息并发送给所述服务器;
    所述服务器,用于根据所述标识信息,获取所述目标银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息;
    所述移动终端,还用于实时获取所述移动终端的地理位置信息并发送给所述服务器;
    所述服务器,还用于接收所述移动终端实时发送的所述移动终端的地理位置信息,根据所述移动终端的地理位置信息以及所述目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息,比较所述移动终端与所述目标银行营业网点之间的距离是否小于预置距离,以及若所述移动终端与所述目标银行营业网点之间的距离小于所述预置距离,则将实时获取的所述目标银行营业网点内各所述金融自助设备的可交易信息推送给所述移动终端;
    所述移动终端,还用于接收所述可交易信息,并展示给所述用户。
  18. 一种信息推送系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:金融自助设备以及移动终端;
    其中,所述移动终端,用于获取所述金融自助设备的地理位置信息以及实时获取所述移动终端自身的地理位置信息,根据获取的所述移动终端自身的地理位置信息与所述金融自助设备的地理位置信息,判断所述移动终端自身与所述金融自助设备之间的距离是否小于预置距离,若小于所述预置距离,则向所述金融自助设备发送可交易信息获取 请求,所述可交易信息获取请求用于获取所述金融自助设备的可交易信息;
    所述金融自助设备,用于根据所述移动终端发送的可交易信息获取请求,获取所述金融自助设备自身的所述可交易信息并返回给所述移动终端。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述移动终端,还用于实时获取所述移动终端自身的地理位置信息并发送给所述金融自助设备;
    所述金融自助设备,还用于根据所述移动终端发送的地理位置信息以及所述金融自助设备自身的地理位置信息,比较所述移动终端与所述金融自助设备自身之间的距离是否小于所述预置距离,若小于所述预置距离,则获取所述金融自助设备自身的可交易信息并推送给所述移动终端。
  20. 一种信息推送系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:移动终端以及服务器;
    其中,所述移动终端,用于从所述服务器获取目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息;实时获取所述移动终端的地理位置信息,根据所述移动终端的地理位置信息以及所述目标银行营业网点的地理位置信息,比较所述移动终端与所述目标银行营业网点之间的距离是否小于预置距离;若所述移动终端与所述目标银行营业网点之间的距离小于所述预置距离,则向所述服务器发送获取所述目标银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息的请求;
    所述服务器,用于根据所述移动终端发送的所述请求,获取所述目标银行营业网点内各金融自助设备的可交易信息并返回所述移动终端;
    所述移动终端,还用于接收所述服务器返回的所述可交易信息并推送给用户。
