Abstract
一种柜,包括柜体(1),柜体(1)上通过伸缩结构(2)活动连接有可伸出柜体(1)的电路板(3)。伸缩结构(2)包括导轨结构(4),电路板(3)通过导轨结构(4)可伸出柜体(1),并活动地连接在柜体(1)上。导轨结构(4)包括设置在柜体(1)上的固定导轨(41),在电路板(3)上设有与固定导轨(41)配合的滑动导轨(42)。在对电路板(3)进行检查、维修、调试、检测、试验时无需拆开柜体(1),只要将电路板(3)拉出来就可以。
Description
本发明涉及一种柜,具体地说是涉及一种冰箱,冰柜,冷藏柜,制冷柜,酒柜、储藏柜、展示柜的柜。
现有的冰箱,冰柜,冷藏柜,制冷柜,酒柜、储藏柜、展示柜等制冷设备或储藏设备,在其内一般都装有冷凝器、压缩机等设备和控制电路板,电路板与冷凝器、压缩机、开关等电连接。柜内的电路板一般是固定在柜体内的,如果电路板出现问题就必须将柜体断电,再用工具拆开柜体,再进行检查、维修。在调试、检测、试验的过程中,也必须拆开柜体,用仪器与电路板连接上才能进行。上述情形下,都是必须拆开柜体,才能对电路板进行检查,维修,或连接到电路板进行调试,检测,试验。这样就非常不方便,在拆柜体时还必须将柜体内的食物全部搬出来,既耽误时间,又影响食物的冷冻冷藏效果,在拆柜体时将柜子倒翻、侧翻时对冷凝器、压缩机非常不好,会影响冷凝器、压缩机的正常工作。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种无需拆开柜体,就能很方便检查,维修电路板,或将电路板连接到电路板进行调试,检测,试验;结构简单,成本低的柜。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种柜,其包括柜体,其特征在于所述的柜体上通过一伸缩结构活动连接有可伸出柜体的电路板。
如上所述的一种柜,其特征在于所述的伸缩结构包括导轨结构,电路板通过导轨结构可伸出柜体的活动连接在柜体上。
如上所述的一种柜,其特征在于所述的导轨结构包括设置在柜体上的固定导轨,在电路板上设有与固定导轨配合的滑动导轨。
如上所述的一种柜,其特征在于所述的电路板安装在控制盒内,所述的控制盒通过导轨结构活动连接在柜体上。
如上所述的一种柜,其特征在于所述的伸缩结构和电路板设置在柜体的前面的下部。
如上所述的一种柜,其特征在于所述的伸缩结构和电路板设置在柜体的侧面。
如上所述的一种柜,其特征在于所述的柜体上设有供控制盒伸缩的收藏空间,所述的固定导轨固定在收藏空间两侧壁上。
如上所述的一种柜,其特征在于所述的伸缩结构包括电路板的基板两侧边延伸形成卡边,在柜体上设有收藏电路板的收藏空间,在收藏空间的两侧壁设有卡槽,将电路板的卡边直接卡入卡槽形成抽拉式的伸缩结构。
如上所述的一种柜,其特征在于所述的伸缩结构包括支架,所述的电路板安装在支架上,所述的支架通过弹性卡合结构活动连接在柜体上。
如上所述的一种柜,其特征在于所述的弹性卡合结构包括固定在柜体内的磁铁,在支架内侧设有与磁铁配合的铁块。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明在柜体上通过一伸缩结构活动连接有可伸出柜体的电路板,使得在对电路板进行检查,维修,或连接到电路板进行调试,检测,试验时无需拆开柜体,只要将电路板拉出来就可以,方便检查,维修,或连接到电路板进行调试,检测,试验。而且本发明结构简单,成本低。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例一、如图1所示,本发明以酒柜为例,一种柜,其包
括柜体1,柜体1内设有压缩机、冷凝器、风扇等,所述的柜体1上通过一伸缩结构2活动连接有可伸出柜体的电路板3,使得在对电路板进行检查,维修,或连接到电路板进行调试,检测,试验时无需拆开柜体,只要将电路板拉出来就可以,方便检查,维修,或连接到电
路板进行调试,检测,试验。
本发明的伸缩结构2包括导轨结构4,导轨结构4包括设置在柜体上的固定导轨41,电路板3设有与固定导轨配合的滑动导轨42。
如图2、图3,图4所示,本发明将电路板3安装在控制盒5内,与固定导轨配合的滑动导轨42安装在控制盒5的两侧,使控制盒5通过导轨结构4活动连接在柜体1上。其中控制盒5包括盒体51,在盒体51上盖合有盒盖52,滑动导轨42安装在控制盒5的盒体51的两侧。
本发明的伸缩结构2和电路板3设置在柜体的前面的下部,或柜体的前面的上部,或柜体的侧面,或柜体的后面。在实施例中,伸缩结构2和电路板3设置在柜体的前面的下部。
本发明为安装伸缩结构,先在柜体1上设有供控制盒伸缩的收藏空间11,收藏空间11的长度稍比控制盒的长度要长一点,使控制盒能完全收藏在柜体内,所述的固定导轨41固定在收藏空间两侧壁上。
为了更加美观,也为了安全,本发明最好是在收藏空间11的外部设置有装饰盖10,装饰盖10可以用可拆卸的结构安装在柜体上,这样就方便拆装装饰盖10,也方便拉出电路板。
实施例二:如图5所示,本实施例中,本发明的伸缩结构2可以是将电路板3的基板两侧边延伸形成卡边31,在柜体上设有收藏电路板的收藏空间11,在收藏空间的两侧壁设有卡槽,将电路板的卡边直接卡入卡槽形成抽拉式的伸缩结构。
实施例三:如图6所示,本实施例中,伸缩结构2包括支架21,
所述的电路板安装在支架上,所述的支架通过导轨结构或弹性卡合结构活动连接在柜体上。
本实施例中的导轨结构与实施例一的导轨结构相同。
本实施例中的弹性卡合结构包括固定在柜体内的磁铁,在支架内侧设有与磁铁配合的铁块。

- 一种柜,其包括柜体(1),其特征在于所述的柜体(1)上通过一伸缩结构(2)活动连接有可伸出柜体的电路板(3)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种柜,其特征在于所述的伸缩结构(2)包括导轨结构(4),电路板(3)通过导轨结构(4)可伸出柜体的活动连接在柜体(1)上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种柜,其特征在于所述的导轨结构(4)包括设置在柜体上的固定导轨(41),在电路板(3)上设有与固定导轨配合的滑动导轨(42)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种柜,其特征在于所述的电路板(3)安装在控制盒(5)内,所述的控制盒(5)通过导轨结构(4)活动连接在柜体(1)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种柜,其特征在于所述的伸缩结构(2)和电路板(3)设置在柜体的前面的下部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种柜,其特征在于所述的伸缩结构(2)和电路板(3)设置在柜体的侧面。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种柜,其特征在于所述的柜体(1)上设有供控制盒伸缩的收藏空间(11),所述的固定导轨(41)固定在收藏空间两侧壁上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种柜,其特征在于所述的伸缩结构包括电路板(3)的基板两侧边延伸形成卡边(31),在柜体上设有收藏电路板的收藏空间(11),在收藏空间的两侧壁设有卡槽,将电路 板的卡边直接卡入卡槽形成抽拉式的伸缩结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种柜,其特征在于所述的伸缩结构包括支架,所述的电路板安装在支架上,所述的支架通过弹性卡合结构活动连接在柜体上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种柜,其特征在于所述的弹性卡合结构包括固定在柜体内的磁铁,在支架内侧设有与磁铁配合的铁块。
