本发明的实施例中,解决了如何将在第一终端中安装过的软件快速准确地安装到第二终端中的问题:第二终端向服务器发送包括用户标识信息的软件安装请求并接收服务器返回的相匹配的推荐软件安装信息,推荐软件安装信息是基于第一终端发送的第一系统的软件安装相关信息得到的;基于推荐软件安装信息执行相应的推荐软件下载及安装操作;对于有新旧终端设备更换需求或操作多个终端设备的用户,实现了依据用户标识信息关联地为同一用户的不同终端设备安装同一套用户常用软件。
本发明解决了如何将在第一终端中安装过的软件快速准确地安装到第二终端中的问题:接收第一终端发送的第一系统的软件安装相关信息,软件安装相关信息与用户标识信息相关联,软件安装相关信息与用户标识信息的相关性使得唯一的用户具有唯一的与其对应的软件安装相关信息。对第一系统的软件安装相关信息进行分析处理,以确定软件推荐安装信息,本发明的优选方案中可避免直接将在第一系统中安装的旧版软件安装在第二系统中,通过服务器端的分析处理过程实现检测与软件推荐安装信息相关的最新版本软件并将最新版本软件安装在第二系统中。接收到来自第二终端的包括用户标识信息的软件安装请求时,将推荐软件安装信息发送至第二终端,第一系统和第二系统依靠于用户标识信息进行关联地在同 一用户的不同终端中安装同一套软件。

推荐软件的当前版本信息,例如推荐软件“AA安全卫士”的版本号“9.51.1877”;
推荐软件的安装包下载地址,例如推荐软件“AA安全卫士”的安装包下载地址“http://down.aasafe.com/inst.exe;
推荐软件的安装路径,例如推荐软件“AA安全卫士”的安装路径“C:\Program Files(x86)\aa\aaSafe”。
例如,用户M欲在新购置的第二终端Windows 10系统中将旧的第一终端的Windows 7系统中安装过的软件重新安装,则第一终端向服务器发送包括与用户M对应的用户标识信息的软件安装请求;服务器在接收到该软件安装请求后,基于如图1所示的本发明在服务器端辅助用于安装软件的方法对该软件安装请求作出相应的处理,随后,服务器端将基于第一终端的Windows 7系统的软件安装相关信息得到的推荐软件安装信息发送至第二终端;第二终端接收到服务器返回的与用户M的用户标识信息相匹配的推荐软件安装信息。
安装执行模块530基于推荐软件安装信息执行相应的推荐软件下载及安装操作。
优选地,安装执行模块530具体包括安装包获取单元531和安装包安装单元532:安装包获取单元531基于推荐软件安装信息获取相应的推荐软件安装包;安装包安装单元532根据推荐软件的安装路径,对相应的推荐软件安装包进行安装操作。
例如,第二终端接收到的推荐安装的软件是“AA安全卫士”,则提 取软件“AA安全卫士”的推荐软件安装信息中的安装包下载地址“http://down.aasafe.com/inst.exe”,通过安装包下载地址请求并获取到“AA安全卫士”软件安装包;在第一终端的Windows 7系统中用户M将软件“AA安全卫士”安装在安装路径“C:\Program Files(x86)\aa\aaSafe”下,为保持用户M的个性化软件安装习惯,在服务器端生成的推荐软件的安装路径为“C:\Program Files(x86)\aa\aaSafe”;在Windows 10系统中重新安装“AA安全卫士”软件时,根据推荐软件的安装路径,将“AA安全卫士”软件安装在相同路径下。
可选地,在第二终端中安装软件的装置还包括信息提取模块540(图中未标出):信息提取模块540提取第二系统的系统相关信息;其中,安装包安装单元532包括信息判断子单元5321(图中未标出)和第一安装子单元5322(图中未标出):信息判断子单元5321判断推荐软件的安装路径是否与第二系统的系统相关信息相匹配;第一安装子单元5322在判断匹配时,对相应的推荐软件安装包进行安装操作。
其中,系统相关信息包括但不限于:系统版本信息、硬盘分区信息。
例如,用户M欲在新购置的第二终端Windows 10系统中将旧的第一终端的Windows 7系统中安装过的软件重新安装。第二终端提取其系统版本信息“Windows 10”和硬盘分区信息“C盘-60G、D盘-140G、E盘-170G”;第二终端接收到的推荐软件为第一终端的Windows 7系统中安装过的软件“AA安全卫士”,“AA安全卫士”的安装路径是“C:\Program Files(x86)\aa\aaSafe”,可确定在Windows 7系统中“AA安全卫士”的安装路径在“C盘”下;将安装路径与第二终端的硬盘分区信息进行对比,确定第二终端存在“C盘”分区,则判断推荐软件的安装路径与第二终端的Windows 10系统的系统相关信息相匹配;随后,基于安装路径对已下载“AA安全卫士”安装包进行安装操作。
可选地,安装包安装单元532还包括安装路径调整子单元5323和第二安装子单元5324:安装路径调整子单元5323当判断不匹配时,基于第二系统的系统相关信息,对推荐软件的安装路径进行分析及调整处理,以确定推荐软件的调整安装路径;第二安装子单元5324根据推荐软件的调 整安装路径,对相应的推荐软件安装包进行安装操作。
例如,用户M欲在第二终端Windows 10系统中将第一终端的Windows 7系统中安装过的软件重新安装。第二终端提取其系统版本信息“Windows 10”和硬盘分区信息“C盘-60G、D盘-140G、E盘-170G”。第二终端接收到的推荐软件为在第一终端的Windows 7系统中安装过的软件“AA安全卫士”,推荐软件“AA安全卫士”的安装路径是“F:\Program Files(x86)\aa\aaSafe”;将第二终端的硬盘分区信息“C盘-60G、D盘-140G、E盘-170G”与推荐软件“AA安全卫士”的安装路径,确定第二终端不存在“F盘”分区,则判断推荐软件的安装路径与第二终端的Windows 10系统的系统相关信息不匹配;随后,对推荐软件“AA安全卫士”的安装路径进行调整:比较第二终端的硬盘分区信息“C盘-60G、D盘-140G、E盘-170G”,确定容量最大的硬盘分区是“E盘”,则将推荐软件“AA安全卫士”软件的安装路径调整为具有最大容量的硬盘分区“E盘”,即将安装路径调整为“E:\Program Files(x86)\aa\aaSafe”。最后,根据推荐软件的调整安装路径,在第二终端的Windows 10系统中将“AA安全卫士”的软件安装包安装在“E盘”下。
本发明的实施例中,解决了如何将在第一终端中安装过的软件快速准确地安装到第二终端中的问题:第二终端向服务器发送包括用户标识信息的软件安装请求并接收服务器返回的相匹配的推荐软件安装信息,推荐软件安装信息是基于第一终端发送的第一系统的软件安装相关信息得到的;基于推荐软件安装信息执行相应的推荐软件下载及安装操作;对于有新旧终端设备更换需求或操作多个终端设备的用户,实现了依据用户标识信息关联地为同一用户的不同终端设备安装同一套用户常用软件。
本发明解决了如何将在第一终端中安装过的软件快速准确地安装到第二终端中的问题:接收第一终端发送的第一系统的软件安装相关信息,软件安装相关信息与用户标识信息相关联,软件安装相关信息与用户标识信息的相关性使得唯一的用户具有唯一的与其对应的软件安装相关信息。对第一系统的软件安装相关信息进行分析处理,以确定软件推荐安装信息,本发明的优选方案中可避免直接将在第一系统中安装的旧版软件安装 在第二系统中,通过服务器端的分析处理过程实现检测与软件推荐安装信息相关的最新版本软件并将最新版本软件安装在第二系统中。接收到来自第二终端的包括用户标识信息的软件安装请求时,将推荐软件安装信息发送至第二终端,第一系统和第二系统依靠于用户标识信息进行关联地在同一用户的不同终端中安装同一套软件。
本技术领域技术人员可以理解,本发明包括涉及用于执行本申请中所述操作中的一项或多项的设备。这些设备可以为所需的目的而专门设计和制造,或者也可以包括通用计算机中的已知设备。这些设备具有存储在其内的计算机程序,这些计算机程序选择性地激活或重构。这样的计算机程序可以被存储在设备(例如,计算机)可读介质中或者存储在适于存储电子指令并分别耦联到总线的任何类型的介质中,所述计算机可读介质包括但不限于任何类型的盘(包括软盘、硬盘、光盘、CD-ROM、和磁光盘)、ROM(Read-Only Memory,只读存储器)、RAM(Random Access Memory,随即存储器)、EPROM(Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,可擦写可编程只读存储器)、EEPROM(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,电可擦可编程只读存储器)、闪存、磁性卡片或光线卡片。也就是,可读介质包括由设备(例如,计算机)以能够读的形式存储或传输信息的任何介质。
本技术领域技术人员可以理解,可以用计算机程序指令来实现这些结构图和/或框图和/或流图中的每个框以及这些结构图和/或框图和/或流图中的框的组合。本技术领域技术人员可以理解,可以将这些计算机程序指令提供给通用计算机、专业计算机或其他可编程数据处理方法的处理器来实现,从而通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理方法的处理器来执行本发明公开的结构图和/或框图和/或流图的框或多个框中指定的方案。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种在第二终端中安装软件的方法,包括:
    向服务器发送包括用户标识信息的软件安装请求;
    接收所述服务器返回的与所述用户标识信息相匹配的推荐软件安装信息,所述推荐软件安装信息是基于第一终端发送的第一系统的软件安装相关信息得到的;
    基于所述推荐软件安装信息执行相应的推荐软件下载及安装操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的在第二终端中安装软件的方法,其中,所述推荐软件安装信息包括以下至少任一项:
    推荐软件的标识信息;
    推荐软件的当前版本信息;
    推荐软件的安装包下载地址;
    推荐软件的安装路径。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的在第二终端中安装软件的方法,其中,基于所述推荐软件安装信息执行相应的软件下载及安装操作,具体包括:
    基于所述推荐软件安装信息获取相应的推荐软件安装包;
    根据所述推荐软件的安装路径,对相应的推荐软件安装包进行安装操作。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的在第二终端中安装软件的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
    提取所述第二系统的系统相关信息;
    其中,根据所述推荐软件的安装路径,对相应的推荐软件安装包进行安装操作,包括:
    判断所述推荐软件的安装路径是否与所述第二系统的系统相关信息相匹配;
    若判断匹配,则对相应的推荐软件安装包进行安装操作。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的在第二终端中安装软件的方法,其中,根据所述推荐软件的安装路径,对相应的推荐软件安装包进行安装操作,还 包括:
    若判断不匹配,基于所述第二系统的系统相关信息,对所述推荐软件的安装路径进行分析及调整处理,以确定所述推荐软件的调整安装路径;
    根据所述推荐软件的调整安装路径,对相应的推荐软件安装包进行安装操作。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的在第二终端中安装软件的方法,其中,所述系统相关信息至少包括:
    系统版本信息;
    硬盘分区信息。
  7. 一种在服务器端辅助用于安装软件的方法,包括:
    接收第一终端发送的第一系统的软件安装相关信息,所述软件安装相关信息与用户标识信息相关联;
    对所述第一系统的软件安装相关信息进行分析处理,以确定软件推荐安装信息;
    接收到来自第二终端的包括所述用户标识信息的软件安装请求时,将所述推荐软件安装信息发送至所述第二终端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的服务器端辅助用于安装软件的方法,其中,所述软件安装相关信息包括以下至少任一项:
    已安装软件的标识信息;
    已安装软件的当前版本信息;
    已安装软件的安装路径。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的服务器端辅助用于安装软件的方法,其中,对所述第一系统的软件安装相关信息进行分析处理,以确定软件推荐安装信息,具体包括:
    基于所述第一系统中已安装软件的标识信息,对所述第一系统中已安装软件的当前版本信息进行版本分析,判断所述已安装软件是否为最新版本;
    若判断所述已安装软件并非最新版本时,基于已安装软件的当前版本信息及最新版本信息生成软件推荐安装信息。
  10. 根据权利要求7-9任一项所述的服务器端辅助用于安装软件的方法,还包括:
    接收所述第二终端发送的第二系统的软件安装相关信息;
    其中,对所述第一系统的软件安装相关信息进行分析处理,以确定软件推荐安装信息,具体包括:
    对比所述第一系统中的软件安装相关信息和所述第二系统中的软件安装相关信息,确定所述第二系统中未安装且所述第一系统中已安装软件的软件安装相关信息,并基于其生成软件推荐安装信息。
  11. 根据权利要求7-10任一项所述的服务器端辅助用于安装软件的方法,还包括:
    接收所述第二终端发送的第二系统的软件安装相关信息;
    其中,对所述第一系统的软件安装相关信息进行分析处理,以确定软件推荐安装信息,具体包括:
    对比所述第一系统中的软件安装相关信息和所述第二系统中的软件安装相关信息,确定所述第一系统及所述第二系统中均已安装且在所述第一系统中版本较新的软件的软件安装相关信息,并基于其生成软件推荐安装信息。
  12. 一种在第二终端中安装软件的装置,包括:
    安装请求发送模块,用于向服务器发送包括用户标识信息的软件安装请求;
    安装信息接收模块,用于接收所述服务器返回的与所述用户标识信息相匹配的推荐软件安装信息,所述推荐软件安装信息是基于第一终端发送的第一系统的软件安装相关信息得到的;
    安装执行模块,用于基于所述推荐软件安装信息执行相应的推荐软件下载及安装操作。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的在第二终端中安装软件的装置,其中,所述推荐软件安装信息包括以下至少任一项:
    推荐软件的标识信息;
    推荐软件的当前版本信息;
    推荐软件的安装包下载地址;
    推荐软件的安装路径。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的在第二终端中安装软件的装置,其中,所述安装执行模块具体包括:
    安装包获取单元,用于基于所述推荐软件安装信息获取相应的推荐软件安装包;
    安装包安装单元,用于根据所述推荐软件的安装路径,对相应的推荐软件安装包进行安装操作。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的在第二终端中安装软件的装置,其中,该装置还包括:
    信息提取模块,用于提取所述第二系统的系统相关信息;
    其中,所述安装包安装单元包括:
    信息判断子单元,用于判断所述推荐软件的安装路径是否与所述第二系统的系统相关信息相匹配;
    第一安装子单元,用于当判断匹配时,对相应的推荐软件安装包进行安装操作。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的在第二终端中安装软件的装置,其中,所述安装包安装单元还包括:
    安装路径调整子单元,用于当判断不匹配时,基于所述第二系统的系统相关信息,对所述推荐软件的安装路径进行分析及调整处理,以确定所述推荐软件的调整安装路径;
    第二安装子单元,用于根据所述推荐软件的调整安装路径,对相应的推荐软件安装包进行安装操作。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的在第二终端中安装软件的装置,其中,所述系统相关信息至少包括:
    系统版本信息;
    硬盘分区信息。
  18. 一种在服务器端辅助用于安装软件的装置,包括:
    第一信息接收模块,用于接收第一终端发送的第一系统的软件安装相 关信息,所述软件安装相关信息与用户标识信息相关联;
    信息分析模块,用于对所述第一系统的软件安装相关信息进行分析处理,以确定软件推荐安装信息;
    信息发送模块,用于在接收到来自第二终端的包括所述用户标识信息的软件安装请求时,将所述推荐软件安装信息发送至所述第二终端。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的服务器端辅助用于安装软件的装置,其中,所述软件安装相关信息包括以下至少任一项:
    已安装软件的标识信息;
    已安装软件的当前版本信息;
    已安装软件的安装路径。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的服务器端辅助用于安装软件的装置,其中,所述信息分析模块具体包括:
    版本信息分析单元,用于基于所述第一系统中已安装软件的标识信息,对所述第一系统中已安装软件的当前版本信息进行版本分析;
    版本判断单元,用于判断所述已安装软件是否为最新版本;
    第一信息生成单元,用于当判断所述已安装软件并非最新版本时,基于已安装软件的当前版本信息及最新版本信息生成软件推荐安装信息。
  21. 根据权利要求18-20任一项所述的服务器端辅助用于安装软件的装置,还包括:
    第二信息接收模块,用于接收所述第二终端发送的第二系统的软件安装相关信息;
    其中,所述信息分析模块具体包括:
    第一信息确定单元,用于对比所述第一系统中的软件安装相关信息和所述第二系统中的软件安装相关信息,确定所述第二系统中未安装且所述第一系统中已安装软件的软件安装相关信息;
    第二信息生成单元,用于基于确定得到的所述第二系统中未安装且所述第一系统中已安装软件的软件安装相关信息生成软件推荐安装信息。
  22. 根据权利要求18-20任一项所述的服务器端辅助用于安装软件的装置,还包括:
    第三信息接收模块,用于接收所述第二终端发送的第二系统的软件安装相关信息;
    其中,所述信息分析模块具体包括:
    第二信息确定单元,用于对比所述第一系统中的软件安装相关信息和所述第二系统中的软件安装相关信息,确定所述第一系统及所述第二系统中均已安装且在所述第一系统中版本较新的软件的软件安装相关信息;
    第三信息生成单元,用于基于确定得到的所述第一系统及所述第二系统中均已安装且在所述第一系统中版本较新的软件的软件安装相关信息生成软件推荐安装信息。
  23. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在计算设备上运行时,导致所述计算设备执行根据权利要求1-11中的任一项权利要求所述的方法。
  24. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求23所述的计算机程序。
