考虑到上述背景技术, 本发明所要解决的技术问题在于, 提供一种应 用程序恢复技术, 在通过备份文件恢复被删除的应用程序之后, 在终端桌 面上的原位置可重新恢复显示被删除的桌面图标, 在触发该桌面图标时, 可根据不同的响应执行相应的功能, 以提升用户体验。 有鉴于此, 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种终端, 包括判断单 元, 用于在接收到触发桌面图标的操作指令时, 判断所述桌面图标对应的 应用程序是否可正常运行; 恢复单元, 用于在所述应用程序不能正常运行 时, 以预设方式对所述应用程序进行恢复。
在上述技术方案中, 优选的, 所述终端的显示单元还用于在通过备份 文件恢复被删除的应用程序时, 在终端桌面上显示与所述被删除的应用程 序对应的桌面图标。
在通过备份文件恢复被删除的应用程序之后, 在终端桌面上可重新恢 复显示被删除的桌面图标, 在触发该桌面图标时, 可判断应用程序是否已 被安装, 若未安装, 则获取该应用程序的安装文件, 待安装结束之后直接 进入应用程序界面, 使用户可正常使用应用程序, 提升用户体验。 如果已 经安装了应用程序, 那么直接打开该应用程序的界面。

在上述任一技术方案中, 优选的, 在所述应用程序未被恢复时, 提示 所述应用程序已被删除, 和 /或将所述桌面图标置灰显示。 桌面图标置 灰, 说明该桌面图标的应用程序还未安装, 且还未查找到相应的安装文 件, 若需使用该应用程序, 则需重新下载相应的安装文件, 避免用户对该 桌面图标进行多次无效点击, 或遗忘下载该应用程序。
根据本发明的终端可对恢复后的桌面图标进行判断: 如果该桌面图标 对应的应用程序已经安装, 则直接打开该应用程序; 如果未安装, 则判断 终端是否存在源文件, 若存在, 则直接执行安装; 如果不存在源文件, 则 通过应用市场或者搜索引擎进行搜索下载, 让原来的程序得以安装上, 让 用户的备份程序能够轻松找回, 提升用户体验。 附图说明

判断单元 104用于在接收到触发桌面图标的操作指令时, 判断所述桌 面图标对应的应用程序是否可正常运行; 恢复单元 106用于在所述应用程 序不能正常运行时, 以预设方式对所述应用程序进行恢复。 在触发桌面图 标, 其对应的应用程序不能正常运行的原因可能有多种, 例如利用备份未 正常恢复已删除的应用程序、 应用程序损坏、 文件缺失、 系统沖突、 加载 异常等, 根据不同的原因, 其恢复方式也会不同。
在利用备份未正常恢复已删除的应用程序的情形下, 所述恢复单元 106的预设恢复方式为:
终端 100的显示单元 102用于在通过备份文件恢复被删除的应用程序 之后, 在终端桌面的原位置上显示与被删除的应用程序对应的桌面图标。 其中, 所述恢复单元 106 包括: 获取子单元 1062 , 用于获取所述应用程 序的安装文件, 并安装所述应用程序, 和 /或修复所述桌面图标与所述应 用程序的关联关系。
显示单元 102 也可称为显示屏, 包括触摸式显示屏和非触摸式显示 屏, 其中, 触摸式显示屏能够被用户按压或触摸以接收命令或信息, 其包 括电容式触摸屏、 电阻式触摸屏。
在通过备份文件恢复被删除的应用程序之后, 在终端桌面上的原位置 可重新恢复显示被删除的桌面图标, 在触发该桌面图标时, 可判断应用程 序是否已被安装, 若未安装, 则获取该应用程序的安装文件, 待安装结束 之后直接进入应用程序界面, 使用户可正常使用应用程序, 提升用户体 验。 如果已经安装了应用程序, 那么直接打开该应用程序的界面。
恢复单元 106获取安装文件的方式有多种, 在其中一种优选的实施方 式中, 恢复单元 106用于根据备份文件中与应用程序相关的信息获取安装 文件。
由于之前对该应用程序进行了备份, 因此可通过备份文件中的信息主 动为应用程序查找出安装文件。
其中, 备份文件中与该应用程序相关的信息可以包括安装文件的文件 名、 安装文件的版本信息、 安装文件的关键内容和 /或资源地址; 恢复单 元 106 还可以包括查找子单元 1064 , 用于基于与该应用程序相关的信息 通过网络服务器或本地服务器查找出安装文件并安装。
基于安装文件的关键信息通过检索引擎或其他检索装置即可下载或检 索出安装文件, 可灵活运用现有的网络获取所需的安装文件, 无需用户自 己输入安装文件的关键信息寻找所需的安装文件, 只需要一个触发信号, 便可以完成整个检索以及安装过程, 方便快捷。
优选的, 恢复单元 106还用于在备份文件中已备份安装文件时, 从本 地存储设备(例如存储器 112 )提取出安装文件并安装。 当然, 如果备份 文件中已经备份了安装文件, 那么相对来说比较筒单, 只需要从本地存储 设备中提取出已备份的安装文件并安装, 同样方便快捷。 该存储器 112可 以存储控制器 1 10执行各功能所必需的各种程序, 以及各种显示内容包括 静态图像、 运动图像、 电话簿、 消息、 电子书等, 存储器 112可以包括闪 存型存储介质、 硬盘型存储介质、 卡型存储器 (例如按安全数字 (SD ) 存储器) 、 随机存取存储器或只读存储器中的至少一种。
在另一种优选的实施方式中, 判断单元 104还用于判断本地存储设备 中是否保存有安装文件; 恢复单元 106还用于在判断单元判断出保存有安 装文件时, 从本地存储设备中提取出安装文件并安装, 以及在判断单元 104 判断出未保存有安装文件时, 通过网络服务器或本地服务器查找出安 装文件并安装。

如果应用程序不能正常运行的原因是应用程序损坏, 则恢复单元 106 可以根据该应用程序的信息下载该应用程序的修复包, 修复该应用程序或 卸载该应用程序, 根据安装文件重新安装。
如果应用程序不能正常运行的原因是应用程序的文件缺失, 则恢复单 元 106 同样可以根据该应用程序的信息下载所需的文件并修复, 同样可以 达到自动恢复应用程序, 使应用程序能够正常运行的目的。
如果应用程序不能正常运行的原因是发生系统沖突, 可能终端的系统 不支持该应用程序的版本, 则可提示重新下载系统可支持的程序版本, 在 得到用户的同意后, 恢复单元 106搜索相应版本的应用程序安装文件并安 装。
如果应用程序不能正常运行的原因是加载异常时, 则恢复单元 106可 重新运行该应用程序。
因此, 由于各种原因导致的应用程序不能正常运行, 均可自动采用相 应的恢复方式来对应用程序进行恢复, 保证用户可正常使用应用程序, 并 且无需用户手动去恢复, 提高了恢复效率。
优选的, 终端 100的显示单元 102还用于在所述应用程序的恢复过程 中, 显示预设界面, 或在所述桌面图标中显示预设信息。 在用户点击桌面 图标后, 应用程序处于恢复过程中, 可显示一预设界面, 如应用程序恢复 提示界面、 应用程序安装进度界面等其他可舒緩用户因等待应用程序恢复 而产生烦躁情绪的界面; 并且还可以在桌面图标上显示应用程序恢复的执 行进度, 已安装百分比、 滚动条或还需等待多长时间等应用程序安装进度 显示。
优选的, 根据本发明的终端还可以包括: 提示单元 108 , 用于在未获 取到安装文件时, 提示应用程序已被删除。 该提示单元 108可以包括震动 器、 语音播放器、 图形提示单元。
在上述任一技术方案中, 优选的, 显示单元 102还用于在获取子单元 未获取到安装文件时, 将桌面图标置灰显示。 桌面图标置灰, 说明该桌面 图标的应用程序还未安装, 且还未查找到相应的安装文件, 若需使用该应 用程序, 则需重新下载相应的安装文件, 避免用户对该桌面图标进行多次 无效点击, 或遗忘下载该应用程序。 如图 1 所示, 控制器 (也可称之为处理器) 110 可以包括判断单元 104和恢复单元 106 , 其可以控制终端 100的操作, 例如控制器 110可以 执行与发送 /接收数据、 发起 /接收语音呼叫等相关的各种控制操作。
此外, 终端 100还可以包括无线通信单元 1 16, 使终端 100可与外部 进行数据交互, 该无线通信单元 210 可以包括移动通信模块 2104、 短距 离通信模块。 移动通信模块可以通过移动通信网络向基站、 外部终端和服 务器中的至少一个发送无线信号或从基站、 外部终端和服务器中的至少一 个接收无线信号。 短距离通信模块可以使用诸如蓝牙、 射频识别、 红外和 /或 ZigBee 的各种短距离通信技术。 在终端为手机时, 音频处理单元 1 14 可接收外部声音信号, 且可将这些声音信号转换为电子声音数据。 在呼叫 模式中, 移动通信模块可以将电子声音数据转换为可以方便地发送到移动 通信基站的数据, 然后输出通过转换获取的数据。
除此之外, 根据本发明的终端 100还可以包括接口单元, 可以从外部 装置接收数据。
因此, 根据本发明的终端可对恢复后的桌面图标进行判断: 如果该桌 面图标对应的应用程序已经安装, 则直接打开该应用程序; 如果未安装, 则判断终端是否存在源文件, 若存在, 则直接执行安装; 如果不存在源文 件, 则通过应用市场或者搜索引擎进行搜索下载, 让原来的程序得以安装 上, 让用户的备份程序能够轻松找回, 提升用户体验。
下面结合图 2A至图 2C说明根据本发明的一种应用场景。
如图 2A 所示, 在备份前, 用户点击终端桌面上已安装的应用, 例 如 QQ音乐, 就可以打开 QQ音乐的主页面。 艮如用户对 " QQ音乐" 和 "应用汇" 这两个应用的桌面图标及其位置进行备份, 形成备份文件 J。
当用户删除某些应用, 比如 " QQ 音乐" 和 "应用汇" , 此时桌面的 应用图标也会被删除掉, 如图 2B所示。
用户通过备份 J进行程序恢复, 恢复后 " QQ 音乐" 、 "应用汇" 等 应用程序的桌面图标仍然在终端桌面的原位置上出现, 如图 2C所示。
此时, 假如用户按照以往的操作, 点击 " QQ 音乐" 该桌面图标, 则 会提示该应用未安装或者报错, 未能帮助用户查找安装文件并安装, 使用 户可正常使用该应用程序, 从而影响了用户的体验。 因此, 本发明提出了 以下技术方案:
图 3示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的应用程序恢复方法的流程图。 如图 3所示, 根据本发明的实施例的应用程序恢复方法, 可以包括以 下步骤: 步骤 302 , 当接收到触发桌面图标的操作指令时, 判断桌面图标 对应的应用程序是否可正常运行; 步骤 304 , 若应用程序不能正常运行, 则以预设方式对应用程序进行恢复。
优选的, 在接收到触发桌面图标的操作指令时, 判断所述桌面图标对 应的应用程序是否可正常运行的步骤之前, 还包括: 在通过备份文件恢复 被删除的应用程序时, 在终端桌面上显示与所述被删除的应用程序对应的 桌面图标。

如果应用程序不能正常运行的原因是发生系统沖突, 可能终端的系统 不支持该应用程序的版本, 则可提示重新下载系统可支持的程序版本, 在 得到用户的同意后, 搜索相应版本的应用程序安装文件并安装。

在上述任一技术方案中, 优选的, 在所述应用程序未被恢复时, 提示 所述应用程序已被删除, 和 /或将所述桌面图标置灰显示。 桌面图标置 灰, 说明该桌面图标的应用程序还未安装, 且还未查找到相应的安装文 件, 若需使用该应用程序, 则需重新下载相应的安装文件, 避免用户对该 桌面图标进行多次无效点击, 或遗忘下载该应用程序。
下面结合图 4至图 6分别详细说明根据本发明的程序恢复方法。
假设用户点击的桌面图标 "QQ 音乐" 是恢复的桌面图标, 且备份文 件没有备份被删除的应用程序的相关信息以及安装文件, 则根据本发明的 程序恢复方法如图 4所示。
在步骤 402 , 判断该应用程序是否已经安装, 若已安装, 则直接打开 该应用程序, 显示应用程序界面。 若未安装, 则进入步骤 404。
在步骤 404 , 搜索系统粗才能空间即终端的存储设备中是否存储该应 用程序的 APK ( android package ) 源文件即安装文件。 若有, 则直接进入 应用程序的安装页面。 若没有, 则进入步骤 406。
在步骤 406 , 判断终端是否存在搜索引擎或应用市场程序。 若有, 则 进入步骤 408或步骤 410, 若没有, 则提示该应用程序已经被删除, 请重 新下载安装。
在步骤 408 , 若终端存在应用市场程序, 例如, 手机助手等应用, 则 直接从应用市场中下载相应的安装文件并安装。
在步骤 410 , 若终端存在搜索引擎, 例如百度、 谷歌, 则利用该搜索 引擎通过网络搜索出相关的安装文件并下载安装。
假设用户点击的桌面图标 "QQ 音乐" 是恢复的桌面图标, 且备份文 件备份了被删除的应用程序的相关信息, 则根据本发明的程序恢复方法如 图 5所示。 在步骤 502 , 判断该应用是否已经安装, 若已安装, 则直接打开该应 用, 显示该应用的界面。 若未安装, 则进入步骤 504。
在步骤 504 , 判断备份文件中备份的与该应用相关的信息的类别。 若备份的相关信息是文件名, 则根据该文件名从应用市场或搜索引擎 中检索出所述该应用的安装文件并下载安装。
若备份的相关信息是文件版本信息, 则根据该文件版本信息从应用市 场或搜索引擎中所述该应用当前版本的安装文件并下载安装。
若备份的相关信息是 URL ( Uniform/universal Resource Locator ) 地 址, 则根据该 URL 地址直接在应用市场或搜索引擎中打开该应用的下载 链接并下载安装。
若备份的相关信息是应用介绍或截图, 则提取应用介绍或截图中的关 键字直接在应用市场或搜索引擎中搜索相关应用的安装文件并下载安装。
假设用户点击的桌面图标 "QQ 音乐" 是恢复的桌面图标, 且备份文 件备份了被删除的应用程序的安装文件, 则根据本发明的程序恢复方法如 图 6所示。
在步骤 602 , 判断该应用示范已经安装, 若判断结果为是, 则直接打 开该应用, 进入该应用的显示界面。 若判断结果为否, 则进入步骤 604。
在步骤 604 , 搜索终端系统存储空间中备份的安装文件 (也称为源文 件) 。 在步骤 606, 提取源文件并进行应用安装。
以上结合附图详细说明了根据本发明的技术方案, 通过对备份恢复后 的桌面图标进行判断, 根据不同的响应, 从而执行打开应用、 安装应用、 搜索应用等不同的功能, 从而提升用户体验。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于 本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
判断单元, 用于在接收到触发桌面图标的操作指令时, 判断所述桌面 图标对应的应用程序是否可正常运行;
恢复单元, 用于在所述应用程序不能正常运行时, 以预设方式对所述 应用程序进行恢复。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端的显示单元 还用于在通过备份文件恢复被删除的应用程序时, 在终端桌面上显示与所 述被删除的应用程序对应的桌面图标。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述恢复单元包括: 获取子单元, 用于获取所述应用程序的安装文件, 并安装所述应用程 序, 和 /或修复所述桌面图标与所述应用程序的关联关系。
4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述获取子单元用于 根据所述备份文件中与所述应用程序相关的信息获取所述安装文件, 所述 信息包括所述安装文件的文件名、 所述安装文件的版本信息、 所述安装文 件的关键内容和 /或资源地址;
所述恢复单元还包括查找子单元, 用于基于所述信息通过网络服务器 或本地服务器查找出所述安装文件。
5. 根据权利要求 1 至 4 中任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终 端的显示单元还用于在所述应用程序的恢复过程中, 显示预设界面, 或在 所述桌面图标显示预设信息。
6. 根据权利要求 1 至 4 中任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终 端的显示单元还用于在所述应用程序未被恢复时, 将所述桌面图标置灰显 示; 和 /或
所述终端还包括: 提示单元, 用于在所述应用程序未被恢复时, 提示 所述应用程序已被删除。
7. 一种应用程序恢复方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤:
当接收到触发桌面图标的操作指令时, 判断所述桌面图标对应的应用 程序是否可正常运行;
若所述应用程序不能正常运行, 则以预设方式对所述应用程序进行恢 复。
8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的应用程序恢复方法, 其特征在于, 在接收 到触发桌面图标的操作指令时, 判断所述桌面图标对应的应用程序是否可 正常运行的步骤之前, 还包括:
在通过备份文件恢复被删除的应用程序时, 在终端桌面上显示与所述 被删除的应用程序对应的桌面图标。
9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的应用程序恢复方法, 其特征在于, 所述若 所述应用程序不能正常运行, 则以预设方式对所述应用程序进行恢复的步 骤, 具体为:
获取所述应用程序的安装文件, 并安装所述应用程序, 和 /或修复所 述桌面图标与对应应用程序的关联关系。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的应用程序恢复方法, 其特征在于, 获取所 述安装文件的过程包括: 根据所述备份文件中与所述应用程序相关的信息 获取所述安装文件, 所述信息包括所述安装文件的文件名、 所述安装文件 的版本信息、 所述安装文件的关键内容和 /或资源地址;
基于所述信息在本地存储设备或通过网络服务器查找出所述安装文 件。
11. 根据权利要求 7至 10 中任一项所述的应用程序恢复方法, 其特 征在于, 在所述应用程序的恢复过程中, 显示预设界面, 或在所述桌面图 标显示预设信息。
12. 根据权利要求 7至 10 中任一项所述的应用程序恢复方法, 其特 征在于, 在所述应用程序未被恢复时, 提示所述应用程序已被删除, 和 / 或将所述桌面图标置灰显示。
