Description

电热热水袋 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种日用电器设备,特别涉及一种电热热水袋,一种水电分离并带有双温控器结构的电热热水袋。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的电热水袋普通采用金属电极通过水袋里的导电电解水来加热的,而这种把水作为导体的加热方式不是很安全,存在着事故的危险性。因为水成了导电体很容易造成使用者触电,再加上其普遍采用单温控器来控制加热水温,一旦温控器失效或者袋内的液面不够就会造成热水袋一直通电加热,甚至有发生爆炸的危险。所以目前市场上销售的电热水袋迫切需要有更安全更可靠的产品升级换代。需要提供一种能做到水电分离并带有双温控器结构的热水袋。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对已有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种电热热水袋,即一种水电隔离并带有双温控器结构的电热热水袋。
本实用新型包括:加热组件、插拔组件、耐高温密封圈,热水袋外套,加热组件由发热盘、发热线、发热盘上盖、发热盘下盖、散热板、外座、内套、温控器组成,插拔组件由插头上盖、插头下盖、插拔盖、插孔座、接线板、插簧、弹簧、插头电源线组成,其特征在于所述发热线通过螺钉螺母及卡扣的结构方式将发热线固定在发热盘上,发热盘上下分别设有发热盘上盖、发热盘下盖内,散热板安装在发热盘之上,发热盘上盖上设有一外座,发热盘下盖、发热盘、散热板、发热盘上盖、外座依次经螺栓穿入各自的安装孔后连接固定,外座上设有冲水柱塞和内套,温控器设置在内套内,外座的表面与热水袋外套密封连接,插拔组件的接线板安装在内套内,接线板上设有插拔盖,接线板内设有电极插柱,插头电源线的一 端与插孔座连接,插孔座设置在插头下盖内,插头上盖与插头下盖熔合安装,插孔座插入接线板内的电极插柱上,耐高温密封圈套装在电极插头下端经螺栓固定压紧密封。插拔组件的结构采用插头带电,并设有双重绝缘、双重防护。
所述发热线的绝缘层由高强度高绝缘的双层耐高温硅橡胶材料覆盖,构成加热组件水电隔离的密封结构。
所述插孔座内设有插簧,插簧与插头电源线的一端经铆接安装在插孔座内,插头电源线、插头上盖、插头下盖经塑料熔合工艺加工为一体,插拔盖经螺钉及弹簧安装在接线板上。
所述温控器有正常使用温度控制器及非正常加温温控器两部分组成,非正常加温温控器为不可恢复的温控器,当温度超过了正常设定的温度而热水袋还在继续加热,非正常加温温控器就会立即启动损坏,从而切断电源,起到保护作用,避免了热水袋给用户带来的危害,保证了其安全性。
所述热水袋外套为滴塑PVC材料经四周熔合外侧加有包边的结构型式。
本实用新型的优点是其电热热水袋为水电隔离的密封结构,内部结构采用双重绝缘、双重防护,并采用机械密封代替用胶水防水方式,从而起到防水更安全、稳定、可靠的作用,插拔组件的结构采用插头带电体则采用双重绝缘、双重防护,并采用超声波塑料熔合的固定方式,起到美观、安全、牢固的效果。加热组件的结构采用双层耐高温硅橡胶的发热线,通过螺钉螺母及卡扣的结构方式将发热线固定在发热盘骨架上,提升了热水袋的强度,不仅在使用过程中更加牢固、耐用和可靠,而且做到水电分离的功效。安全性方面,我们除设置一个正常使用的温度控制器外,通过结构固定的方式还增加一个不可恢复的温控器,无论是非正常情况下,还是正常使用下,只要温度超过了正常设定的温度而热水袋还在继续加热,温控器就会立即启动损坏,从而切断电源,起到保护作用,避免了热水袋给 用户带来的危害,保证了其安全性。
电热水袋整体外形结构则采用带有滴塑PVC材料,四周熔合后外加包边方式,从而增加了产品的强度,耐磨性、美观性及实用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本实用新型的实施例。
参见图8,热水袋外套26为滴塑PVC材料经四周熔合外侧加有包边的结构型式。电热热水袋为水电隔离的密封结构,内部结构采用双重绝缘、双重防护,并采用机械密封代替用胶水防水方式。加热组件的发热线4的绝缘层由高强度高绝缘的双层耐高温硅橡胶材料覆盖,使加热组件构成水电隔离的密封结构。参见图1、图5,发热线4绕在发热盘3并卡入槽内,发热线4通过螺钉螺母及卡扣的结构方式将发热线4固定在发热盘3 上。发热盘3上下分别设有发热盘上盖2、发热盘下盖7,发热盘上盖2、发热盘下盖7分别装在发热盘3的卡槽上下,散热板6安装在发热盘3之上,发热盘3上盖上设有一外座10,发热盘下盖7、发热盘3、散热板6、发热盘上盖2、外座10依次经螺栓1穿入各自的中心孔后经螺母9锁紧固定。外座10上设有冲水柱塞11和内套12,温控器14装入内套12内,温控器14有正常使用温度控制器及非正常加温温控器两部分组成,非正常加温温控器为不可恢复的温控器,当温度超过了正常设定的温度而热水袋还在继续加热,非正常加温温控器就会立即启动损坏,从而切断电源,起到保护作用,避免了热水袋给用户带来的危害,保证了其安全性。参见图2。内套12装入外座10,通过自攻螺钉13固定,达到双重绝缘双重防护作用。二个螺栓5分别穿过散热板6发热线下盖7外座10的安装孔经螺母8锁紧固定。参见图1、图3。
参见图2、图3、图4,外座10的表面与热水袋外套26密封连接,插拔组件的接线板17安装在内套12内,接线板17上设有插拔盖18,接线板17内设有电极插柱,插头电源线23的一端与插孔座20连接,插孔座20设置在插头下盖19内,插孔座20内设有插簧21,插簧21与插头电源线23的一端经铆接安装在插孔座20内,插头电源线23、插头上盖22、插头下盖19经超声波塑料熔合工艺加工为一体,插拔盖18经螺钉24及弹簧25安装在接线板17上。插孔座20插入接线板17内的电极插柱上,耐高温密封圈套16装在电极插头下端经螺栓15固定压紧密封。插拔组件的结构采用插头带电,并设有双重绝缘、双重防护。参见图6、图7。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种电热热水袋,包括:加热组件、插拔组件、耐高温密封圈,热水袋外套,加热组件由发热盘、发热线、发热盘上盖、发热盘下盖、散热板、外座、内套、温控器组成,插拔组件由插头上盖、插头下盖、插拔盖、插孔座、接线板、插簧、弹簧、插头电源线组成,其特征在于所述发热线通过螺钉螺母及卡扣的结构将发热线固定在发热盘上,发热盘上下分别设有发热盘上盖、发热盘下盖,散热板安装在发热盘之上,发热盘上盖上设有一外座,发热盘下盖、发热盘、散热板、发热盘上盖、外座依次经螺栓穿入各自的安装孔后连接固定,外座上设有冲水柱塞和内套,温控器设置在内套内,外座的表面与热水袋外套密封连接,插拔组件的接线板安装在内套内,接线板上设有插拔盖,接线板内设有电极插柱,插头电源线与插孔座连接,插孔座设置在插头下盖内,插头上盖与插头下盖熔合安装,插孔座插入接线板内的电极插柱上,耐高温密封圈套装在电极插头下端经螺栓固定压紧密封。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电热热水袋,其特征在于所述发热线的绝缘层由高强度高绝缘的双层耐高温硅橡胶材料覆盖,构成加热组件的水与电隔离的密封结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电热热水袋,其特征在于所述插孔座内设有插簧,插簧与插头电源线的一端经铆接安装在插孔座内,插头电源线、插头上盖、插头下盖经塑料熔合加工为一体结构,插拔盖经螺钉及弹簧安装在接线板上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电热热水袋,其特征在于所述温控器有正常使用温度控制器及非正常加温温控器两部分组成,非正常加温温控器为不可恢复的温控器。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电热热水袋,其特征在于所述热水袋外套为由滴塑PVC材料经四周熔合后外侧加有包边的结构。
