如图 1 、图 2 和图 5 所示,本实施例提供的多功能插线板,包括电源插头组件 3 、螺纹固定的上盖 2 和下盖 1 以及固定在上盖 2 和下盖 1 之间的三个插头插座 4 和三个 USB 插座 5 ,所述上盖 2 表面设有三个插口组 21 和三个 USB 插口 22 ,插口组 21 与插头插座 4 对应设置, USB 插座 5 与 USB 插口 22 对应设置,电源插头组件 3 与插头插座 4 电连接,在上盖 2 和下盖 1 之间还固定有 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 , AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 的额定电压优选为 5V , USB 插座 5 与 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 电连接, AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 与电源插头组件 3 电连接, AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 为业内人士的熟知技术,故在此不多做详细介绍;所述插头插座 4 两两相互之间、 USB 插座 5 两两相互之间和插头插座 4 与 USB 插座 5 之间均为独立结构;所述电源插头组件 3 由转换插头组合 32 和电源线 31 组成,如图 4 、图 4-1 、图 4-2 所示,所述转换插头组合 32 包括一个插头座体 321 和三个可相互替换且结构不一的转换插头 322 ,所述三个转换插头 322 均由插头本体 3221 与插接在插头本体 3221 上的 T 字形插脚 3222 组成,这些 T 字形插脚 3222 的横向部分 32221 均紧贴与其配合的插头本体 3221 ,插头本体 3221 上都设有限位孔 32211 ,在插头座体 321 的底面 3211 设有矩形凹腔 3212 ,在凹腔 3212 内的腔底 3213 安装有呈品字形布置的导电弹片 9 ,在凹腔 3212 的宽方向的侧面上设有扣脚 10 ,上述三个转换插头 322 可相互替换安装在插头座体 321 的矩形凹腔 3212 内,并通过限位孔 32211 与扣脚 10 扣合固定,插脚 3222 的横向部分 32221 与腔底 3213 的导电弹片 9 接触。
上述两个转换插头 322 的插头本体 3221 上均平行插接了两个 T 字形插脚 3222 ,其中一个 T 字形插脚 3222 的纵向部分 32222 为长扁形,另外一个为圆柱形;还有一个转换插头 322 的插头本体 3221 上插接了三个 T 字形插脚 3222 ,三个 T 字形插脚 3222 呈品字形布置,其中平行的两个插脚 3222 的纵向部分 32222 为长扁形,另外一个为圆柱形;同时本实施例采用具有高级阻燃、高耐压和高强度的电工专用塑料来进行整体制造。
具体安装时,先将电源插头组件 3 的电源线 31 与 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 和插头插座 4 电连接起来,接着通过导线将 USB 插座 5 分别连接到 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 上,然后将连接好的 USB 插座 5 和插头插座 4 固定摆放到下盖 1 内,将电源线 31 引出下盖 1 ,再将上盖 2 对准下盖 1 通过螺丝固定住,如图 3 所示,最后根据具体情况,将三个转换插头 322 中的一个装到插头底座 321 的凹腔 3212 内,并且用力往下按,使转换插头 322 上的限位孔 32211 与凹腔 3212 内的扣脚 10 扣合。
本实施例得到的多功能插线板,在使用过程中不会出现因插头和插座不匹配而无法使用的情况,且设置有 USB 插座 5 和插头插座 4 ,使其能同时对高低压电器充电,还有本发明创造使用非常安全,散热效果好,使用寿命长。
本发明的实施方式
实施例 1 :
如图 1 、图 2 和图 5 所示,本实施例提供的多功能插线板,包括电源插头组件 3 、螺纹固定的上盖 2 和下盖 1 以及固定在上盖 2 和下盖 1 之间的三个插头插座 4 和三个 USB 插座 5 ,所述上盖 2 表面设有三个插口组 21 和三个 USB 插口 22 ,插口组 21 与插头插座 4 对应设置, USB 插座 5 与 USB 插口 22 对应设置,电源插头组件 3 与插头插座 4 电连接,在上盖 2 和下盖 1 之间还固定有 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 , AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 的额定电压优选为 5V , USB 插座 5 与 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 电连接, AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 与电源插头组件 3 电连接, AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 为业内人士的熟知技术,故在此不多做详细介绍;所述插头插座 4 两两相互之间、 USB 插座 5 两两相互之间和插头插座 4 与 USB 插座 5 之间均为独立结构;所述电源插头组件 3 由转换插头组合 32 和电源线 31 组成,如图 4 、图 4-1 、图 4-2 所示,所述转换插头组合 32 包括一个插头座体 321 和三个可相互替换且结构不一的转换插头 322 ,所述三个转换插头 322 均由插头本体 3221 与插接在插头本体 3221 上的 T 字形插脚 3222 组成,这些 T 字形插脚 3222 的横向部分 32221 均紧贴与其配合的插头本体 3221 ,插头本体 3221 上都设有限位孔 32211 ,在插头座体 321 的底面 3211 设有矩形凹腔 3212 ,在凹腔 3212 内的腔底 3213 安装有呈品字形布置的导电弹片 9 ,在凹腔 3212 的宽方向的侧面上设有扣脚 10 ,上述三个转换插头 322 可相互替换安装在插头座体 321 的矩形凹腔 3212 内,并通过限位孔 32211 与扣脚 10 扣合固定,插脚 3222 的横向部分 32221 与腔底 3213 的导电弹片 9 接触。
上述两个转换插头 322 的插头本体 3221 上均平行插接了两个 T 字形插脚 3222 ,其中一个 T 字形插脚 3222 的纵向部分 32222 为长扁形,另外一个为圆柱形;还有一个转换插头 322 的插头本体 3221 上插接了三个 T 字形插脚 3222 ,三个 T 字形插脚 3222 呈品字形布置,其中平行的两个插脚 3222 的纵向部分 32222 为长扁形,另外一个为圆柱形;同时本实施例采用具有高级阻燃、高耐压和高强度的电工专用塑料来进行整体制造。
具体安装时,先将电源插头组件 3 的电源线 31 与 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 和插头插座 4 电连接起来,接着通过导线将 USB 插座 5 分别连接到 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 上,然后将连接好的 USB 插座 5 和插头插座 4 固定摆放到下盖 1 内,将电源线 31 引出下盖 1 ,再将上盖 2 对准下盖 1 通过螺丝固定住,如图 3 所示,最后根据具体情况,将三个转换插头 322 中的一个装到插头底座 321 的凹腔 3212 内,并且用力往下按,使转换插头 322 上的限位孔 32211 与凹腔 3212 内的扣脚 10 扣合。

实施例 2 :
如图 6 所示,本实施例提供的多功能插线板,其大体结构与实施例 1 一致,但是为了使 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 具备了防水,防潮,防震,防跌落的保护效果,本实施例中所述 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 的外表面均涂有全密封的导热电子硅胶层 61 。
上述导热电子硅胶层 61 为现有常用材料,可以直接购买得到,故在此不多做详细介绍。
实施例 3 :
如图 7 所示,本实施例提供的多功能插线板,其大体结构与实施例 1 一致,但是为了提升本实施例的可控制性,本实施例中电源插头组件 3 的电源线 31 先电连接一个按钮开关后 7 ,再分别独立与 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 和插头插座 4 电连接;所述按钮开关 7 置于上盖 2 和下盖 1 之间;所述上盖 2 表面设有按钮孔 23 与按钮开关 7 配合。
在具体使用中,使用者可以通过按下或松开按钮开关 8 来实现电源的切断或接通。
实施例 4 :
如图 8 所示,本实施例提供的多功能插线板,其大体结构与实施例 1 一致,但是为了优化其结构,延长其使用寿命,本实施例中所述上盖 2 和下盖 1 表面均设有散热口组 12 ,所述散热口组 12 靠近 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 位置设置;同时所述下盖 1 内表面固定有连接板 8 , AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 、插头插座 4 和 USB 插座 5 均独立固定在连接板 8 上。
具体安装时,先将连接板 8 固定到下盖 1 内表面,然后将 USB 插座 5 、插头插座 4 和 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板 6 都固定到连接板 8 上。
实施例 5
如图 9 所示,本实施例提供的多功能插线板,其大体结构与实施例 3 一致,但是为了方便使用,本实施例在上盖 2 和下盖 1 之间设有电源指示灯 71 与按钮开关 7 配合,同时还设有六个的状态灯 45 分别与 USB 插座 5 和插头插座 4 配合;所述上盖 2 表面设有电源指示灯孔 24 和六个状态灯孔 25 ,在电源指示灯孔 24 上盖接有透光盖 11 。

  1. 1 、一种多功能插线板,包括电源插头组件( 3 )、上下配合的上盖( 2 )和下盖( 1 )以及固定在上盖( 2 )和下盖( 1 )之间的确定数量的插头插座( 4 ),所述上盖( 2 )表面设有确定数量的插口组( 21 ),插口组( 21 )与插头插座( 4 )对应设置,电源插头组件( 3 )与插头插座( 4 )电连接,其特征是在上盖( 2 )和下盖( 1 )之间还固定有 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板( 6 )和确定数量的 USB 插座( 5 ),所述上盖( 2 )表面设有确定数量的 USB 插口( 22 )与 USB 插座( 5 )配合, USB 插座( 5 )与 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板( 6 )电连接, AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板( 6 )与电源插头组件( 3 )电连接;所述插头插座( 4 )两两相互之间、 USB 插座( 5 )两两相互之间和插头插座( 4 )与 USB 插座( 5 )之间均为独立结构;所述电源插头组件( 3 )由转换插头组合( 32 )和电源线( 31 )组成,所述转换插头组合( 32 )包括一个插头座体( 321 )和一个以上可相互替换且结构不一的转换插头( 322 ),转换插头( 322 )连接于插头座体( 321 )的底面( 3211 ),所述插头座体( 321 )的底面( 3211 )设有凹腔( 3212 ),在凹腔( 3212 )内的腔底( 3213 )设有导电弹片( 9 ),导电弹片( 9 )与电源线( 31 )电连接,在凹腔( 3212 )的侧面上设有扣脚( 10 );所述转换插头( 322 )由插头本体( 3221 )和插接在插头本体( 3221 )上的 T 字形插脚( 3222 )组成,所述 T 字形插脚( 3222 )的横向部分( 32221 )紧贴插头本体( 3221 ),并与导电弹片( 9 )配合,所述插头本体( 3221 )上设有与扣脚( 9 )配合的限位孔( 32211 )。
    2 、根据权利要求 1 所述的多功能插线板,其特征是所述导电弹片( 9 )呈品字形设置;所述转换插头( 322 )的 T 字形插脚( 3222 )是两个平行设置,或是三个呈品字形设置;所述 T 字形插脚( 3222 )的纵向部分( 32222 )是圆柱形或是长扁形。
    3 、根据权利要求 1 或 2 所述的多功能插线板,其特征是所述 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板( 6 )的外表面均涂有全密封的导热电子硅胶层( 61 )。
    4 、根据权利要求 1 或 2 所述的多功能插线板,其特征是电源插头组件( 3 )的电源线( 31 )先电连接一个按钮开关( 7 )后,再分别独立与 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板( 6 )和插头插座( 4 )电连接;所述按钮开关( 7 )置于上盖( 2 )和下盖( 1 )之间;所述上盖( 2 )表面设有按钮孔( 23 )与按钮开关( 7 )配合。
    5 、根据权利要求 3 所述的多功能插线板,其特征是电源插头组件( 3 )的电源线( 31 )先电连接一个按钮开关( 7 )后,再分别独立与 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板( 6 )和插头插座( 4 )电连接;所述按钮开关( 7 )置于上盖( 2 )和下盖( 1 )之间;所述上盖( 2 )表面设有按钮孔( 23 )与按钮开关( 7 )配合。
    6 、根据权利要求 1 或 2 所述的多功能插线板,其特征是所述上盖( 2 )和下盖( 1 )表面均设有散热口组( 12 ),所述散热口组( 12 )靠近 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板( 6 )位置设置;同时所述下盖( 1 )内表面固定有连接板( 8 ), AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板( 6 )、插头插座( 4 )和 USB 插座( 5 )均独立固定在连接板( 8 )上。

    8 、根据权利要求 4 所述的多功能插线板,其特征是所述上盖( 2 )和下盖( 1 )表面均设有散热口组( 12 ),所述散热口组( 12 )靠近 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板( 6 )位置设置;同时所述下盖( 1 )内表面固定有连接板( 8 ), AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板( 6 )、插头插座( 4 )和 USB 插座( 5 )均独立固定在连接板( 8 )上。
    9 、根据权利要求 5 所述的多功能插线板,其特征是所述上盖( 2 )和下盖( 1 )表面均设有散热口组( 12 ),所述散热口组( 12 )靠近 AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板( 6 )位置设置;同时所述下盖( 1 )内表面固定有连接板( 8 ), AC-DC 蓄电池驱动电路板( 6 )、插头插座( 4 )和 USB 插座( 5 )均独立固定在连接板( 8 )上。
    10 、根据权利要求 9 所述的多功能插线板,其特征是在上盖( 2 )和下盖( 1 )之间设有电源指示灯( 71 )与按钮开关( 7 )配合,同时还设有确定数量的状态灯( 45 ),状态灯( 45 )分别与 USB 插座( 5 )和插头插座( 4 )配合;所述上盖( 2 )表面设有电源指示灯孔( 24 )和确定数量的状态灯孔( 25 ),在电源指示灯孔( 24 )上盖接有透光盖( 11 )。
