目前机邮箱的功能不仅仅局限于发邮件、查看邮件内容,附件也渐渐的进入舞台成为邮件不可或缺的一部分。现有技术中大多数的手机邮箱展示附件的方式都是在单封邮件上展示,即将附件和邮件作为一个整体一起展示。少数手机邮箱做到了单独实现一个附件列表的形式,来一次性展示所有的附件,即,将邮箱中某个文件夹的所有附件一起展示,而并不与附件一起展示邮件内容。
不管是单封展示附件还是一次性展示附件的这两种方式,在实际应用中会或多或少的遇到一定问题。单封展示能够一次性完整的得到此封邮件内容,包括邮件的文字内容和邮件的附件内容,但有时候很多用户往往只需要知道附件内容,也就没必要逐一的去查看含有附件的所对应的邮件。所以就繁衍而生只需添加一个附件列表的页面来展示所有附件,我们大多数对附件的操作往往只是单独的浏览、转发或分享等,但有时用户在看完附件后,需要查看此附件对应的那封邮件,而后只能又得在茫茫邮件中找到该附件所对 应的邮件。
当用户通过一次性展示附件的方法查看附件之后,需要查找此附件对应的邮件的文字内容,或者对此邮件再进行转发或回复或进行标识等处理,又需要到邮件列表中一封邮件一封邮件的查找,查看该附件所在的电子邮件,非常费时费力,给用户带来很多操作性的不便性。

本申请实施例提供的邮件处理方法及设备,在通过列表展示邮件账户中预设文件夹的附件的同时,提供与附件对应的邮件的链接,使得用户能够在查看附件的同时通过对应的邮件的链接对邮件进行操作,从而方便用户通过附件查找和操作邮件,提高了用户查找邮件的效率,提升用户体验。

为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
图1为本申请电子邮件处理方法一实施例流程图。根据图1所示,本申请电子邮件处理方法包括以下步骤:
步骤110,获取电子邮件账户的预设文件夹中所有电子邮件的附件;
现有技术中,当收到电子邮件时,邮箱服务器会获取该邮件的时间、发件人、附件名称、附件大小以及或获取邮件附件本身。在本步骤中,可以从邮箱服务器获取一个电子邮件账户下预设文件夹的所有电子邮件的附件。
步骤120,确定所有附件对应的电子邮件;
在本步骤中,可以根据附件确定其所对应的电子邮件。可以理解的是,每个存储在邮箱服务器中的邮件都有自己的邮件编号,该编号可以唯一识别该邮件,而同样,存储在邮件服务器中的附件也有其所属的邮件的编号。因此,可以先根据附件查找该附件所属的邮件的编号,再根据该编号确定对应的电子邮件。
步骤130,按照第一预设方式展示所有电子邮件的附件;
在本步骤中,可以通过单独的邮件附件列表来展示一个邮件账户中预设文件夹内所有邮件的附件。例如,可以根据附件大的顺序排列展示,也可以根据获取附件的时间先后顺序排列展示,也可以根据附件名称的顺序排列展 示。该第一预设方法可以是现有技术的多种的。
步骤140,处理附件对应的电子邮件的链接,以便用户能够通过链接对对应的电子邮件进行操作。
对步骤120中确定的电子邮件的链接,例如,通过图标显示该电子邮件的链接,使得用户通过对该图标就能够对电子邮件进行操作。例如,可以在显示邮件附件的条目下,设置一个图标,通过点击该图标就可以查看该电子邮件。这种情况下,该图标上可以显示“查看邮件”的字样,或者表达可以通过图标查看邮件的字样。在其中,实际是通过该图标就可以直接连接到能够查看该电子邮件的链接。因此,在本步骤中,对电子邮件链接的处理,可以是,将电子邮件的链接设置在一个图标中,当用户对该图标操作时,就是对邮件链接进行操作,从而可以直接查看或回复或转发邮件。
本申请实施例通过获取所有附件,根据附件确定对应的邮件,并处理电子邮件的链接,使得用户能够通过该链接对电子邮件进行操作,从而能够在用户通过附件列表查看附件的同时,还能够通过附件跳转查看邮件,使得邮件附件和邮件内容之间能够相互链接跳转,方便用户根据附件查看邮件。
图2为本申请电子邮件处理方法另一实施例流程图。根据图2所示,本申请电子邮件处理方法包括以下步骤:
步骤210,获取电子邮件账户的预设文件夹中所有电子邮件的附件;
在本步骤中,获取电子邮件账户的预设文件夹中所有电子邮件的附件,具体可以参见图1对应的实施例的步骤110。
步骤220,查找附件对应的邮件的标识;
具体的,由于每个附件都有其所属的邮件的标识,因此在本步骤中可以到邮箱服务器查找附件的邮件标识。
步骤230,根据标识确定附件对应的电子邮件。
步骤220中所查找的是附件所对应的邮件的唯一标识,因此在本步骤中根据该唯一标识确定该附件是属于哪个电子邮件的,也就是,确定该附件对应的电子邮件。
步骤240,按照第一预设方式展示所有电子邮件的附件;
在本步骤中,按照第一预设方式展示所有电子邮件的附件,具体可以参见图1对应的实施例的步骤130。
步骤250,处理附件对应的电子邮件的链接,以便用户能够通过链接对对应的电子邮件进行操作。
在本步骤中,按照第一预设方式展示所有电子邮件的附件,具体可以参见图1对应的实施例的步骤140。
在本申请实施例中,通过附件携带的邮件的标识去确认该附件对应的邮件,从而能准确的通过附件获取到对应的邮件,提高邮件查找的准确度。
图3为本申请电子邮件处理方法又一实施例流程图。根据图3所示,本申请电子邮件处理方法包括以下步骤:
步骤310,获取电子邮件账户的预设文件夹中所有电子邮件的附件;
在本步骤中,获取电子邮件账户的预设文件夹中所有电子邮件的附件,具体可以参见图1对应的实施例的步骤110。
步骤320,获取电子邮件的附件的信息,信息包括以下一种或组合:附件的名称、附件的大小、附件的产生日期、附件的发件人。
在本步骤中,可以从邮件服务器存储的信息中查找获取附件的信息,可以获取的信息可以包括附件的名称、附件的大小、附件的产生日期、附件的发件人等。
步骤330,确定所有附件对应的电子邮件;
在本步骤中,确定所有附件对应的电子邮件,具体可以参见图1对应的实施例的步骤120。
步骤340,按照第一预设方式展示所有电子邮件的附件;
在本步骤中,按照第一预设方式展示所有电子邮件的附件,可以根据步骤320中获取的信息对附件进行排序展示。例如,可以按照附件名称对附件进行排序展示,或者,按照附件的大小顺序对附件进行排序展示,或者,按照附件的发件人对附件进行排序展示。
步骤350,处理附件对应的电子邮件的链接,以便用户能够通过链接对对应的电子邮件进行操作。
在本步骤中,处理附件对应的电子邮件的链接,以便用户能够通过链接对对应的电子邮件进行操作,具体可以参见图1对应的实施例的步骤140。
在本申请实施例中,通过获取附件的信息,根据信息的对附件进行排序,可以更方便用户查找附件,从而通过附件查找到邮件,进一步提高邮件 使用的用户体验。
具体地,在本申请实施例中按照第一预设方式展示所有电子邮件的附件,包括:按照附件的名称排序展示所有附件;或者,按照附件的大小排序展示所有附件;或者,按照附件的发件人排序展示所有附件;或者,按照附件的产生日期排序展示所有附件。
图4为本申请电子邮件处理方法再一实施例流程图。根据图4所示,本申请电子邮件处理方法包括以下步骤:
步骤410,获取电子邮件账户的预设文件夹中所有电子邮件的附件;
在本步骤中,获取电子邮件账户的预设文件夹中所有电子邮件的附件,具体可以参见图1对应的实施例的步骤110。
步骤420,确定所有附件对应的电子邮件;
在本步骤中,确定所有附件对应的电子邮件,具体可以参见图1对应的实施例的步骤120。
步骤430,按照第一预设方式展示所有电子邮件的附件;
在本步骤中,按照第一预设方式展示所有电子邮件的附件,具体可以参见图1对应的实施例的步骤130。
步骤440,获取附件对应的电子邮件的链接;
由于在步骤420中已经确定了所有附件对应的电子邮件,在本步骤中,获取已经确定的电子邮件获取邮件的链接。可以理解的是,获取邮件的链接目的是,通过展示该邮件链接,从而使可以通过进入该邮件链接,从而对邮件进行操作。
步骤450,在展示附件的条目下通过预设形式展示链接;
可以理解的是,在展示所有附件的时候,可在一个列表下展示所有的附件,而每一个附件通过一个附件条目展示,在这个条目中,可以包括该附件的各种信息,例如,附件大小,收到时间等,在本步骤中,将该附件对应的邮件的链接也展示在该附件中。值得说明的是,在本申请中,并不一定直接展示邮件的链接,而是可以通过预设的各种方法展示链接,例如,通过图标告诉用户,点击图标就可以跳转到该邮件的链接,或者通过文字。本申请对此形式不做限定。
步骤460,当获取到用户通过对以预设形式展示的链接对电子邮件进行 操作时,执行操作。
当获取到用户通过对以预设形式展示的链接对电子邮件进行操作时,执行操作。例如,在步骤450中,以图标的形式在附件条目中展示邮件的链接,则在本步骤中,当获取到用户对该图标操作时,执行该操作,这里的操作可以是查看邮件,回复邮件或转发邮件等。
图5为本申请实施例电子邮件处理方法具体实施效果图。图5的左边是通过附件列表展示附件的效果示意图,图5的右边是根据在附件条目下通过图片展示邮件链接,从而可以通过图标直接查看邮件的效果示意图。
在本申请实施例中,通过在附件条目下以预设形式展示邮件的链接,使得用户可以在查看附件的同时直接在该条目下就可以转为查看相应的邮件,增加了用户从附件查看邮件的方便程度,提升用户体验。
图6为本申请电子邮件处理设备一实施例结构示意图。根据图6所示,本申请电子邮件处理设备,包括:第一获取模块610,确定模块620,第一展示模块630,处理模块640,其中,
第一获取模块610,设置为获取电子邮件账户的预设文件夹中所有电子邮件的附件;
现有技术中,当收到电子邮件时,邮箱服务器会获取该邮件的时间、发件人、附件名称、附件大小以及或获取邮件附件本身。第一获取模块610可以从邮箱服务器获取一个电子邮件账户下预设文件夹的所有电子邮件的附件。
确定模块620,设置为确定所有附件对应的电子邮件;
确定模块620可以根据附件确定其所对应的电子邮件。可以理解的是,每个存储在邮箱服务器中的邮件都有自己的邮件编号,该编号可以唯一识别该邮件,而同样,存储在邮件服务器中的附件也有其所属的邮件的编号。因此,可以先根据附件查找该附件所属的邮件的编号,再根据该编号确定对应的电子邮件。
第一展示模块630,设置为按照第一预设方式展示所有电子邮件的附件;
第一展示模块630可以通过单独的邮件附件列表来展示一个邮件账户中预设文件夹内所有邮件的附件。例如,可以根据附件大的顺序排列展示,也 可以根据获取附件的时间先后顺序排列展示,也可以根据附件名称的顺序排列展示。该第一预设方法可以是现有技术的多种的。
处理模块640,设置为处理附件对应的电子邮件的链接,以便用户能够通过链接对对应的电子邮件进行操作。
对确定模块620确定的电子邮件的链接,处理模块640可以通过图标显示该电子邮件的链接,使得用户通过对该图标就能够对电子邮件进行操作。例如,可以在显示邮件附件的条目下,设置一个图标,通过点击该图标就可以查看该电子邮件。这种情况下,该图标上可以显示“查看邮件”的字样,或者表达可以通过图标查看邮件的字样。在其中,实际是通过该图标就可以直接连接到能够查看该电子邮件的链接。处理模块640对电子邮件链接的处理,可以是,将电子邮件的链接设置在一个图标中,当用户对该图标操作时,就是对邮件链接进行操作,从而可以直接查看或回复或转发邮件。
本申请实施例通过获取所有附件,根据附件确定对应的邮件,并处理电子邮件的链接,使得用户能够通过该链接对电子邮件进行操作,从而能够在用户通过附件列表查看附件的同时,还能够通过附件跳转查看邮件,使得邮件附件和邮件内容之间能够相互链接跳转,方便用户根据附件查看邮件。
图7为本申请电子邮件处理设备另一实施例结构示意图。根据图7所示,本申请电子邮件处理设备,包括:第一获取模块610,确定模块620,第一展示模块630,处理模块640,这些模块的具体操作可以参见图6对应的具体实施例,其中,确定模块620,包括:
标识获取模块621,设置为获取附件对应的邮件的标识;
具体的,由于每个附件都有其所属的邮件的标识,因此标识获取模块621可以到邮箱服务器查找附件的邮件标识。
邮件确定模块622,根据标识确定附件对应的电子邮件。
标识获取模块621获取的是附件所对应的邮件的唯一标识,因此邮件确定模块622根据该唯一标识确定该附件是属于哪个电子邮件的,也就是,确定该附件对应的电子邮件。
在本申请实施例中,通过附件携带的邮件的标识去确认该附件对应的邮件,从而能准确的通过附件获取到对应的邮件,提高邮件查找的准确度。
图8为本申请电子邮件处理设备再一实施例结构示意图,根据图8所示,本申请电子邮件处理设备,包括:第一获取模块610,确定模块620,处理模块640,这些模块的具体操作可以参见图6对应的具体实施例,还包括:
第二获取模块650,设置为获取电子邮件的附件的信息,信息包括以下一种或组合:附件的名称、附件的大小、附件的产生日期、附件的发件人。
第二获取模块650可以从邮件服务器存储的信息中查找获取附件的信息,可以获取的信息可以包括附件的名称、附件的大小、附件的产生日期、附件的发件人等。相应的,第一展示模块630,按照第一预设方式展示所有电子邮件的附件,可以根据第二获取模块650获取的信息对附件进行排序展示。例如,可以按照附件名称对附件进行排序展示,或者,按照附件的大小顺序对附件进行排序展示,或者,按照附件的发件人对附件进行排序展示。
在本申请实施例中,通过获取附件的信息,根据信息的对附件进行排序,可以更方便用户查找附件,从而通过附件查找到邮件,进一步提高邮件使用的用户体验。
具体地,在本申请实施例中,第一展示模块可以包括:附件名称排序展示模块,设置为按照附件的名称排序展示所有附件;或者,附件大小排序展示模块,设置为按照附件的大小排序展示所有附件;或者,附件发件人排序展示模块,设置为按照附件的发件人排序展示所有附件;或者,附件日期排序展示模块,设置为按照附件的产生日期排序展示所有附件。
图9为本申请电子邮件处理设备又一实施例结构示意图。根据图9所示,本申请电子邮件处理设备,包括:第一获取模块610,确定模块620,第一展示模块630,处理模块640,这些模块的具体操作可以参见图6对应的具体实施例,其中,处理模块640,包括:
链接获取模块641,设置为获取附件对应的电子邮件的链接;
链接获取模块641还可以获取已经确定的电子邮件获取邮件的链接。可以理解的是,获取邮件的链接目的是,通过展示该邮件链接,从而使可以通过进入该邮件链接,从而对邮件进行操作。
链接展示模块642,设置为在展示附件的条目下通过预设形式展示链接;
可以理解的是,在展示所有附件的时候,可在一个列表下展示所有的附件,而每一个附件通过一个附件条目展示,在这个条目中,可以包括该附件的各种信息,例如,附件大小,收到时间等,链接展示模块642将该附件对应的邮件的链接也展示在该附件中。值得说明的是,在本申请中,并不一定直接展示邮件的链接,而是可以通过预设的各种方法展示链接,例如,通过图标告诉用户,点击图标就可以跳转到该邮件的链接,或者通过文字。本申请对此形式不做限定。
操作模块643,设置为当获取到用户通过对以预设形式展示的链接对电子邮件进行操作时,执行操作。
操作模块643,当获取到用户通过对以预设形式展示的链接对电子邮件进行操作时,执行操作。例如,链接展示模块642以图标的形式在附件条目中展示邮件的链接,操作模块643中获取到用户对该图标操作时,执行该操作,这里的操作可以是查看邮件,回复邮件或转发邮件等。
在本申请实施例中,通过在附件条目下以预设形式展示邮件的链接,使得用户可以在查看附件的同时直接在该条目下就可以转为查看相应的邮件,增加了用户从附件查看邮件的方便程度,提升用户体验。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的模块可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为模块显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理模块,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络模块上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读记录介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非 对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电子邮件处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取电子邮件账户的预设文件夹中所有电子邮件的附件;
    确定所述所有附件对应的电子邮件;
    按照第一预设方式展示所述所有电子邮件的附件;
    处理所述附件对应的电子邮件的链接,以便用户能够通过所述链接对所述对应的电子邮件进行操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述附件对应的电子邮件,包括:
    查找所述附件对应的邮件的标识;
    根据所述标识确定所述附件对应的电子邮件。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取所述电子邮件的附件的信息,所述信息包括以下一种或组合:所述附件的名称、所述附件的大小、所述附件的产生日期、所述附件的发件人。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述按照第一预设方式展示所述所有电子邮件的附件,包括:
    按照所述附件的名称排序展示所述所有附件;或者
    按照所述附件的大小排序展示所述所有附件;或者
    按照所述附件的发件人排序展示所述所有附件;或者
    按照所述附件的产生日期排序展示所述所有附件。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,处理所述附件对应的电子邮件的链接,以便用户能够通过所述链接对所述对应的电子邮件进行操作,包括:
    获取所述附件对应的电子邮件的链接;
    在所述展示附件的条目下通过预设形式展示所述链接;
    当获取到用户通过对以预设形式展示的所述链接对所述电子邮件进行操作时,执行所述操作。
  6. 一种电子邮件处理设备,其特征在于,包括:
    第一获取模块,设置为获取电子邮件账户的预设文件夹中所有电子邮件的附件;
    确定模块,设置为确定所述所有附件对应的电子邮件;
    第一展示模块,设置为按照第一预设方式展示所述所有电子邮件的附件;
    处理模块,设置为处理所述附件对应的电子邮件的链接,以便用户能够通过所述链接对所述对应的电子邮件进行操作。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的设备,其特征在于,所述确定模块,包括:
    标识获取模块,设置为获取所述附件对应的邮件的标识;
    邮件确定模块,根据所述标识确定所述附件对应的电子邮件。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二获取模块,设置为获取所述电子邮件的附件的信息,所述信息包括以下一种或组合:所述附件的名称、所述附件的大小、所述附件的产生日期、所述附件的发件人。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一展示模块包括:
    附件名称排序展示模块,设置为按照所述附件的名称排序展示所述所有附件;或者
    附件大小排序展示模块,设置为按照所述附件的大小排序展示所述所有附件;或者
    附件发件人排序展示模块,设置为按照所述附件的发件人排序展示所述所有附件;或者
    附件日期排序展示模块,设置为按照所述附件的产生日期排序展示所述所有附件。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理模块,包括:
    链接获取模块,设置为获取所述附件对应的电子邮件的链接;
    链接展示模块,设置为在所述展示附件的条目下通过预设形式展示所述链接;
    操作模块,设置为当获取到用户通过对以预设形式展示的所述链接对所述电子邮件进行操作时,执行所述操作。
  11. 一种在其上记录有用于执行权利要求1-5所述方法的程序的计算机 可读记录介质。
