Abstract

一种显示装置,包括彩色滤光膜(10)、注入量子点光子晶体膜(20)、及背光模组(2),注入量子点光子晶体膜(20)由光子晶体膜(20')注入量子点后得到,由于光子晶体的引光作用,可以有效提高量子点的发光效率,光子晶体膜(20')具有红、绿、蓝光透过区(21、22、23),光子晶体膜(20')的红、绿、蓝光透过区(21、22、23)内注入的量子点分别为红、绿、蓝色量子点(25、26、27),当背光模组(2)发出的白色混合光(W)到达注入量子点光子晶体膜(20)时,光子晶体膜(20')的各光透过区分别只允许透过相应颜色的光,其内的量子点发出相应颜色的光,进一步的这些颜色的光分别从相应颜色的滤光层通过,而其他颜色的光被光子晶体膜(20')反射回去,通过光学膜材(30)的散射和再反射之后,就可以从光子晶体膜(20')的另外两个光透过区通过。

Description

显示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示装置(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用。现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置,其包括液晶显示面板及背光模组(backlight module)。通常液晶显示面板由彩膜基板(CF,Color Filter)、薄膜晶体管基板(TFT,Thin Film Transistor)、夹于彩膜基板与薄膜晶体管基板之间的液晶(LC,Liquid Crystal)及密封胶框(Sealant)组成;液晶显示面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液晶分子,通过玻璃基板通电与否来控制液晶分子取向,改变背光模组的光线的偏振状态,并藉由偏光板实现光路的穿透与阻挡,实现显示的目的。
量子点材料(Quantum Dots,简称QDs)是指粒径在1-100nm的半导体晶粒。由于QDs的粒径较小,小于或者接近相应体材料的激子波尔半径,产生量子限域效应,本体材料连续的能带结构会转变为分立的能级结构,在外部光源的激发下,电子会发生跃迁,发射荧光。QDs这种特殊的分立能级结构使其半波宽较窄,因而可发出较高纯度的单色光,相比于传统显示器具有更高的发光效率。同时,由于QDs的能级带隙,受其尺寸影响较大,可以通过调控QDs的尺寸或使用不同成分的QDs来激发出不同波长的光。为了满足人们对显示器宽色域、色彩高饱和度的需求,在显示面板中加入光致发光的量子点器件已成为各大显示器厂商的有效选择。目前主流的做法是将量子点器件与背光结合,将量子点分散在特定胶水中,与偏光片或者彩色滤光片结合,形成新型量子点显示器。但是,由于分散胶体和彩色滤光片的不同折射率,界面的折射损耗和单色滤光片对其他颜色光的吸收很大程度上减少了光的利用率,不仅造成了量子点发光效率低,而且整个显示器透过率不高。
光子晶体(Photonic Crystal,PC)是指具有光子带隙特性的人造周期性电介质结构,是由不同折射率的介质周期性排列而成,可以通过对结构的控制,从而选择特定的波长通过,而其他颜色的光会被PC反射回去。目前,已有厂家开始进行将不同结构的一维光子晶体应用在显示领域的研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种显示装置,包括对应彩色滤光膜设置的注入量子点光子晶体膜,可以有效地提高光利用率及量子点的发光效率,且制作方法简单。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种显示装置,包括彩色滤光膜、位于所述彩色滤光膜下方的注入量子点光子晶体膜、位于所述注入量子点光子晶体膜下方的背光模组、及位于所述注入量子点光子晶体膜与背光模组之间的光学膜材;
所述彩色滤光膜包括红色滤光膜、绿色滤光膜、及蓝色滤光膜;
所述注入量子点光子晶体膜由光子晶体膜注入量子点后得到,所述光子晶体膜具有与所述彩色滤光膜的红、绿、蓝色滤光膜分别对应的红、绿、蓝光透过区,所述光子晶体膜由三维光子晶体所形成,所述三维光子晶体具有周期性分布的三维空洞;
所述光子晶体膜的红、绿、蓝光透过区分别用于透过红、绿、蓝色光;对于所述注入量子点光子晶体膜,所述光子晶体膜的红、绿、蓝光区内注入的量子点分别为红、绿、蓝色量子点。
所述光子晶体膜的材料为有机材料、无机材料或有机无机复合材料。
所述光子晶体膜的材料选自TiO2、Al2O3、ZrO2、SiO2、Y2O3-ZrO2、CuO、Cu2O、Tr2O5、单分散胶体反蛋白石。
所述注入量子点光子晶体膜的光子晶体膜通过微影蚀刻法形成于所述光学膜材上。
所述量子点选自掺杂或非掺杂的以下量子点中的一种或多种:硫化锌、硫化镉、氧化锌、氮化镓、硒化镓、硒化锌、硒化镉、碲化锌、碲化镉、碲化铅、磷化铟及砷化镓。
所述量子点为石墨烯量子点、或碳量子点。
所述背光模组发出的光为白光。
所述光学膜材为具有棱镜结构的增亮膜。
所述显示装置还包括:第一透明基板、位于所述第一透明基板下方的第二透明基板、设于第一、第二透明基板之间的液晶层、设于第二透明基板上靠近所述液晶层一侧的TFT层、上偏光片、及下偏光片。
所述彩色滤光膜设置于所述第一透明基板上靠近所述液晶层的一侧,所述上偏光片设置于所述第一透明基板上远离所述液晶层的一侧,所述下偏光片设置于所述第二透明基板上远离所述液晶层的一侧,所述注入量子 点光子晶体膜位于所述下偏光片的下方。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,包括彩色滤光膜、位于所述彩色滤光膜下方的注入量子点光子晶体膜、位于所述注入量子点光子晶体膜下方的背光模组、及位于所述注入量子点光子晶体膜与背光模组之间的光学膜材;
所述彩色滤光膜包括红色滤光膜、绿色滤光膜、及蓝色滤光膜;
所述注入量子点光子晶体膜由光子晶体膜注入量子点后得到,所述光子晶体膜具有与所述彩色滤光膜的红、绿、蓝色滤光膜分别对应的红、绿、蓝光透过区,所述光子晶体膜由三维光子晶体所形成,所述三维光子晶体具有周期性分布的三维空洞;
所述光子晶体膜的红、绿、蓝光透过区分别用于透过红、绿、蓝色光;对于所述注入量子点光子晶体膜,所述光子晶体膜的红、绿、蓝光透过区内注入的量子点分别为红、绿、蓝色量子点;
其中,所述光子晶体膜的材料为有机材料、无机材料或有机无机复合材料;
其中,所述光子晶体膜的材料选自TiO2、Al2O3、ZrO2、SiO2、Y2O3-ZrO2、CuO、Cu2O、Tr2O5、单分散胶体反蛋白石;
其中,所述注入量子点光子晶体膜的光子晶体膜通过微影蚀刻法形成于所述光学膜材上;
其中,所述背光模组发出的光为白光;
其中,所述光学膜材为具有棱镜结构的增亮膜。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供一种显示装置,包括彩色滤光膜、位于所述彩色滤光膜下方的注入量子点光子晶体膜、及背光模组,所述注入量子点光子晶体膜由光子晶体膜注入量子点后得到,由于光子晶体的引光作用,可以有效提高量子点的发光效率,所述光子晶体膜具有红光透过区、绿光透过区、及蓝光透过区,光子晶体膜的红、绿、蓝光透过区内注入的量子点分别为红、绿、蓝色量子点,当背光源发出的白色混合光到达注入量子点光子晶体膜时,所述光子晶体膜的各光透过区分别只允许透过相应颜色的光,其内的量子点发出相应颜色的光,进一步的这些颜色的光分别从相应颜色的滤光层通过,而其他颜色的光并没有被彩色滤光膜吸收,而是被光子晶体膜反射回去,通过光学膜材的散射和再反射之后,就可以从光子晶体膜的另外两个光透过区通过,进一步通过彩色滤光膜,从而提高了显示装置的光透过率及光利用率。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种显示装置,包括彩色滤光膜10、位于所述彩色滤光膜10下方的注入量子点光子晶体膜20、位于所述注入量子点光子晶体膜20下方的背光模组2、及位于所述注入量子点光子晶体膜20与背光模组2之间的光学膜材30;
所述彩色滤光膜10包括红色滤光膜11、绿色滤光膜12、及蓝色滤光膜13;
所述注入量子点光子晶体膜20由光子晶体膜20’注入量子点后得到,所述光子晶体膜20’具有与所述彩色滤光膜10的红、绿、蓝色滤光膜11、12、13分别对应的红、绿、蓝光透过区21、22、23,所述光子晶体膜20’由三维光子晶体所形成,所述三维光子晶体具有周期性分布的三维空洞29;
所述光子晶体膜20’的红、绿、蓝光透过区21、22、23分别用于透过红、绿、蓝色光;对于所述注入量子点光子晶体膜20,所述光子晶体膜20’的红、绿、蓝光透过区21、22、23内注入的量子点分别为红、绿、蓝色量子点25、26、27。
具体的,所述背光模组2发出的光为白光。
如图1所示,当背光模组2发出的白色混合光(W)到达注入量子点光子晶体膜20时,所述光子晶体膜20’的红、绿、蓝光透过区21、22、23分别只允许透过相应的红(R)、绿(G)、蓝(B)光,其内的红、绿、蓝色量子点25、26、27分别发出相应的红、绿、蓝光,进一步的,这些红、绿、蓝光分别从彩色滤光膜10的红、绿、蓝滤光膜11、12、13通过,而分别对应红、绿、蓝滤光膜11、12、13外的其他颜色的光并没有被其吸收,而是被量子点光子晶体膜20的光子晶体膜20’反射回去,通过光学膜材30的散射和再反射之后,就可以从光子晶体膜20’的另外两个光透过区通过,进一步通过彩色滤光膜10,从而提高了显示装置的光透过率及光利用率;另外,由于光子晶体的引光作用,可以有效的提高量子点的发光效率。
具体的,所述光子晶体膜20’的材料为有机材料、无机材料或有机无机复合材料,例如:TiO2、Al2O3、ZrO2、SiO2、Y2O3-ZrO2、CuO、Cu2O、Tr2O5、单分散胶体反蛋白石等。
具体的,所述注入量子点光子晶体膜20的光子晶体膜20’通过微影蚀刻法形成于所述光学膜材30上。
具体的,所述光学膜材30为具有棱镜结构的增亮膜(Brightness Enhancement Film,BEF)。
具体的,所述注入量子点光子晶体膜20内的量子点可以选自掺杂或非掺杂的以下量子点中的一种或多种:硫化锌、硫化镉、氧化锌、氮化镓、硒化镓、硒化锌、硒化镉、碲化锌、碲化镉、碲化铅、磷化铟及砷化镓;或者也可以是石墨烯量子点、或碳量子点等其他量子点。
请参阅图2,为本发明的显示装置的一优选实施例,具体的,所述显示装置还包括:第一透明基板40、位于所述第一透明基板40下方的第二透明基板50、设于第一、第二透明基板40、50之间的液晶层60、设于第二透明基板50上靠近所述液晶层60一侧的TFT层70、上偏光片80、及下偏光片90。
具体的,所述彩色滤光膜10设置于所述第一透明基板40上靠近所述液晶层60的一侧,所述上偏光片80设置于所述第一透明基板40上远离所述液晶层60的一侧,所述下偏光片90设置于所述第二透明基板50上远离所述液晶层60的一侧,所述注入量子点光子晶体膜20位于所述下偏光片90的下方。
除此之外,由于所述注入量子点光子晶体膜20的光子晶体膜20’为透明材料,其可以形成于显示装置的多种膜层之间,相应的显示装置也可为多种不同类型的结构。
综上所述,本发明的显示装置,包括彩色滤光膜、位于所述彩色滤光膜下方的注入量子点光子晶体膜、及背光模组,所述注入量子点光子晶体膜由光子晶体膜注入量子点后得到,由于光子晶体的引光作用,可以有效提高量子点的发光效率,所述光子晶体膜具有红光透过区、绿光透过区、及蓝光透过区,光子晶体膜的红、绿、蓝光透过区内注入的量子点分别为红、绿、蓝色量子点,当背光源发出的白色混合光到达注入量子点光子晶体膜时,所述光子晶体膜的各光透过区分别只允许透过相应颜色的光,其内的量子点发出相应颜色的光,进一步的这些颜色的光分别从相应颜色的滤光层通过,而其他颜色的光并没有被彩色滤光膜吸收,而是被光子晶体膜反射回去,通过光学膜材的散射和再反射之后,就可以从光子晶体膜的 另外两个光透过区通过,进一步通过彩色滤光膜,从而提高了显示装置的光透过率及光利用率。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明后附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种显示装置,包括彩色滤光膜、位于所述彩色滤光膜下方的注入量子点光子晶体膜、位于所述注入量子点光子晶体膜下方的背光模组、及位于所述注入量子点光子晶体膜与背光模组之间的光学膜材;
    所述彩色滤光膜包括红色滤光膜、绿色滤光膜、及蓝色滤光膜;
    所述注入量子点光子晶体膜由光子晶体膜注入量子点后得到,所述光子晶体膜具有与所述彩色滤光膜的红、绿、蓝色滤光膜分别对应的红、绿、蓝光透过区,所述光子晶体膜由三维光子晶体所形成,所述三维光子晶体具有周期性分布的三维空洞;
    所述光子晶体膜的红、绿、蓝光透过区分别用于透过红、绿、蓝色光;对于所述注入量子点光子晶体膜,所述光子晶体膜的红、绿、蓝光透过区内注入的量子点分别为红、绿、蓝色量子点。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述光子晶体膜的材料为有机材料、无机材料或有机无机复合材料。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述光子晶体膜的材料选自TiO2、Al2O3、ZrO2、SiO2、Y2O3-ZrO2、CuO、Cu2O、Tr2O5、单分散胶体反蛋白石。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述注入量子点光子晶体膜的光子晶体膜通过微影蚀刻法形成于所述光学膜材上。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述量子点选自掺杂或非掺杂的以下量子点中的一种或多种:硫化锌、硫化镉、氧化锌、氮化镓、硒化镓、硒化锌、硒化镉、碲化锌、碲化镉、碲化铅、磷化铟及砷化镓。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述量子点为石墨烯量子点、或碳量子点。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述背光模组发出的光为白光。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述光学膜材为具有棱镜结构的增亮膜。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,还包括:第一透明基板、位于所述第一透明基板下方的第二透明基板、设于第一、第二透明基板之间的液晶层、设于第二透明基板上靠近所述液晶层一侧的TFT层、上偏光片、及下偏光片。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述彩色滤光膜设置于所述第一透明基板上靠近所述液晶层的一侧,所述上偏光片设置于所述第一透明基板上远离所述液晶层的一侧,所述下偏光片设置于所述第二透明基板上远离所述液晶层的一侧,所述注入量子点光子晶体膜位于所述下偏光片的下方。
  11. 一种显示装置,包括彩色滤光膜、位于所述彩色滤光膜下方的注入量子点光子晶体膜、位于所述注入量子点光子晶体膜下方的背光模组、及位于所述注入量子点光子晶体膜与背光模组之间的光学膜材;
    所述彩色滤光膜包括红色滤光膜、绿色滤光膜、及蓝色滤光膜;
    所述注入量子点光子晶体膜由光子晶体膜注入量子点后得到,所述光子晶体膜具有与所述彩色滤光膜的红、绿、蓝色滤光膜分别对应的红、绿、蓝光透过区,所述光子晶体膜由三维光子晶体所形成,所述三维光子晶体具有周期性分布的三维空洞;
    所述光子晶体膜的红、绿、蓝光透过区分别用于透过红、绿、蓝色光;对于所述注入量子点光子晶体膜,所述光子晶体膜的红、绿、蓝光透过区内注入的量子点分别为红、绿、蓝色量子点;
    其中,所述光子晶体膜的材料为有机材料、无机材料或有机无机复合材料;
    其中,所述光子晶体膜的材料选自TiO2、Al2O3、ZrO2、SiO2、Y2O3-ZrO2、CuO、Cu2O、Tr2O5、单分散胶体反蛋白石;
    其中,所述注入量子点光子晶体膜的光子晶体膜通过微影蚀刻法形成于所述光学膜材上;
    其中,所述背光模组发出的光为白光;
    其中,所述光学膜材为具有棱镜结构的增亮膜。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,所述量子点选自掺杂或非掺杂的以下量子点中的一种或多种:硫化锌、硫化镉、氧化锌、氮化镓、硒化镓、硒化锌、硒化镉、碲化锌、碲化镉、碲化铅、磷化铟及砷化镓。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,所述量子点为石墨烯量子点、或碳量子点。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的显示装置,还包括:第一透明基板、位于所述第一透明基板下方的第二透明基板、设于第一、第二透明基板之间的液晶层、设于第二透明基板上靠近所述液晶层一侧的TFT层、上偏光片、及下偏光片。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,所述彩色滤光膜设置于所 述第一透明基板上靠近所述液晶层的一侧,所述上偏光片设置于所述第一透明基板上远离所述液晶层的一侧,所述下偏光片设置于所述第二透明基板上远离所述液晶层的一侧,所述注入量子点光子晶体膜位于所述下偏光片的下方。
