Abstract
L'invention concerne une motopompe permettant d'obtenir un effet de refroidissement de moteur important par le biais d'une structure simple. L'invention concerne également une motopompe permettant de réduire la fréquence de maintenance. La motopompe comprend une roue, un arbre principal, un rotor, un stator, un carter de pompe, un support de pompe, un châssis de moteur, une plaque latérale, un boîtier de roulement et une tige de refroidissement. La roue est conçue pour pouvoir déplacer de l'eau par rotation. L'arbre principal est relié à la roue. Le rotor tourne d'un seul tenant avec l'arbre principal. Le stator est prévu sur le côté circonférence externe du rotor. Le carter de pompe loge la roue. Le support de pompe présente un orifice traversant à travers lequel l'arbre principal pénètre. Le support de pompe est en prise avec le carter de pompe et délimite un canal d'eau avec le carter de pompe. Le châssis de moteur loge le stator. La plaque latérale est prévue sur une partie d'extrémité du châssis de moteur. Dans la motopompe du présent mode de réalisation, la plaque latérale peut être formée d'un seul tenant avec le châssis de moteur, par exemple par coulée. Le boîtier de roulement présente une partie roulement pour supporter l'arbre principal, le boîtier de roulement se mettant en prise avec la plaque latérale et le support de pompe. La tige de refroidissement est montée de manière à pénétrer la plaque latérale et le boîtier de roulement.
