【背景技术】
拍照是手机的常用功能之一,现有手机的拍照模式都是默认全屏,在某些应用如聊天或者写邮件时,需要实时抓拍照片并立刻添加进聊天窗口或邮件中,此时用全屏摄像操作非常繁琐,且全屏拍照时屏幕变化太过明显,容易吸引周围的目光,另外全屏拍照时一般有个默认的拍摄按钮,必须要点该按钮才会拍照,操作不便。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种基于移动终端的拍照方法及该移动终端,以实现在应用程序运行过程中通过小屏幕拍照,其操作简便,提高用户体验。
本发明的第一方面提供一种移动终端,包括:处理器、存储器和通信总线,通信总线分别连接处理器及存储器,存储器用于存储程序,处理器用于执行存储器中的程序;程序用于:
提供选择界面,供用户选择在应用程序运行过程中需要调用摄像头进行拍摄时摄像头工作于全屏取景模式或是窗口取景模式,并记录用户选择;
在应用程序需要调用到摄像头进行拍摄前,判断摄像头是否工作于窗口取景模式;
在程序判断出摄像头工作于窗口取景模式时,将摄像头的取景窗口以小屏幕显示方式设置在应用程序的应用界面上;
在检测到在以小屏幕显示方式显示的取景窗口上的预设手势动作时,将摄像头的取景窗口以全屏显示方式显示;
在检测到针对取景窗口进行的点击动作时或按压移动终端的物理侧键时调用摄像头拍摄图像;
将图像置于取景窗口。
其中,程序预设应用程序调用摄像头的预设条件,程序进一步判断应用程序需要调用到摄像头进行拍摄的步骤是否满足预设条件,其中预设条件为:
应用程序的应用界面上的摄像头图标被点击;或
移动终端的侧键被按压。
其中,程序设置取景窗口在用户点击取景窗口的边缘部并进行拖动动作时其位置随拖动方向移动。
其中,程序设置取景窗口在被拖动至应用界面的操作栏位时,将图像作为操作栏位的操作对象。
其中,程序还用于,在判断到摄像头不是工作于窗口取景模式时,将摄像头的取景窗口以全屏显示方式显示。
其中,程序还用于,在检测到在以全屏显示方式显示的取景窗口上的双击操作时,将摄像头的取景窗口以小屏幕显示方式设置在应用程序的应用界面上。
其中,预设手势动作为双指外扩手势。
本发明的第二方面提供一种移动终端,包括:处理器、存储器和通信总线,通信总线分别连接处理器及存储器,存储器用于存储程序,处理器用于执行存储器中的程序;程序用于:
提供选择界面,供用户选择在应用程序运行过程中需要调用摄像头进行拍摄时摄像头工作于全屏取景模式或是窗口取景模式,并记录用户选择;
在应用程序需要调用到摄像头进行拍摄前,判断摄像头是否工作于窗口取景模式;
在程序判断出摄像头工作于窗口取景模式时,将摄像头的取景窗口以小屏幕显示方式设置在应用程序的应用界面上;
在检测到针对取景窗口进行的点击动作时或按压移动终端的物理侧键时调用摄像头拍摄图像。
其中,程序还用于将图像置于取景窗口,并且程序设置取景窗口在用户点击取景窗口的边缘部并进行拖动动作时其位置随拖动方向移动,并在取景窗口被拖动至应用界面的操作栏位时,将图像作为操作栏位的操作对象。

本发明的第三方面提供一种基于移动终端的拍照方法,该方法包括:提供选择界面,供用户选择在应用程序运行过程中需要调用摄像头进行拍摄时摄像头工作于全屏取景模式或是窗口取景模式,并记录用户选择;
在应用程序需要调用到摄像头进行拍摄前,判断摄像头是否工作于窗口取景模式;
若是,则将摄像头的取景窗口以小屏幕显示方式设置在应用程序的应用界面上;
在检测到针对取景窗口进行的点击动作时或按压移动终端的物理侧键时调用摄像头拍摄图像。
其中,应用程序需要调用到摄像头进行拍摄的步骤是在满足预设条件下进行的,其中预设条件为:应用程序的应用界面上的摄像头图标被点击;或移动终端的侧键被按压。
其中,在检测到针对取景窗口点击时调用摄像头拍摄图像的步骤之后,该方法还包括:将图像置于取景窗口。
其中,取景窗口设置为在用户点击取景窗口的边缘部并进行拖动动作时其位置随拖动方向移动。
其中,在取景窗口被拖动至应用界面的操作栏位时,将图像作为操作栏位的操作对象。
其中,该方法还包括:在判断到摄像头不是工作于窗口取景模式时,将摄像头的取景窗口以全屏显示方式显示。
其中,该方法还包括:在检测到在以全屏显示方式显示的取景窗口上的双击操作时,将摄像头的取景窗口以小屏幕显示方式设置在应用程序的应用界面上。
其中,该方法还包括:在检测到在以小屏幕显示方式显示的取景窗口上的预设手势动作时,将摄像头的取景窗口以全屏显示方式显示。
其中,预设手势动作为双指外扩手势。
通过上述方案,本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术,本发明通过预先提供选择界面,并记录用户选择在应用程序运行过程中需要调用摄像头进行拍摄时摄像头工作于全屏取景模式或窗口取景模式,从而在应用程序需要调用到摄像头进行拍摄前判断出摄像头工作于窗口取景模式后,将摄像头的取景窗口以小屏幕显示方式设置在应用程序的应用界面上,使得在检测到针对取景窗口进行的点击动作时可以调用摄像头进行拍摄图像,从而简化用户操作,提高用户体验。

【具体实施方式】
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚、明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参看图1,图1是本发明一种基于移动终端的拍照方法的第一实施例的流程示意图。如图1所示,本实施例的拍照方法包括:
S11:提供选择界面。
移动终端预先设置在应用程序运行过程中需要调用摄像头进行拍摄时摄像头的默认启动模式,该默认启动模式包括全屏取景模式或是窗口取景模式。本实施例中,移动终端预先提供一选择界面,供用户选择在应用程序运行过程中需要调用摄像头进行拍摄时摄像头工作于全屏取景模式或是窗口取景模式,并记录用户的选择。
S12:在应用程序需要调用到摄像头进行拍摄前,判断摄像头是否工作于窗口取景模式。
移动终端检测到应用程序的应用界面上的摄像头图标被点击或移动终端的侧键被按压后,进一步获取记录的用户选择的摄像头的工作模式,判断摄像头是否工作于窗口取景模式,若是,则进入步骤S13,若否,则进入步骤S15。
S13:将摄像头的取景窗口以小屏幕显示方式设置在应用程序的应用界面上。
移动终端在启动摄像程序,并判断出用户选择的摄像头的默认启动模式为取景窗口模式时,将摄像头的取景窗口以小屏幕的显示方式显示在应用程序的应用界面上。优选的,取景窗口以小屏幕的方式悬浮显示在应用程序的应用界面上,并且取景窗口并不影响当前应用程序的操作,如图3所示,取景窗口30悬浮显示在当前应用程序的应用界面31上。
S14:在检测到针对取景窗口进行的点击动作时调用摄像头拍摄图像。
其中,在检测到针对取景窗口进行的点击动作或通过按压移动终端的物理侧键等其它调用摄像头进行拍摄的快捷操作指令时,调用摄像头拍摄取景窗口当前显示的图像。
S15:将摄像头的取景窗口以全屏显示方式显示。
若判断出摄像头不是工作到窗口取景模式,则以全屏显示的方式显示取景窗口。
因此,本实施例可通过预先设置应用程序运行过程中需要调用摄像头进行拍摄时摄像头的工作模式为全屏取景模式或是窗口取景模式,并在应用程序运行过程中调用摄像头进行拍摄时判断出摄像头的工作模式为窗口取景模式后,将取景窗口以小屏幕的显示方式显示在应用程序的应用界面上,从而可针对取景窗口进行拍摄动作指令实现调用摄像头进行拍摄图像,实现运行应用程序过程中也能同时拍摄图像,并且拍摄图像的窗口不会影响当前的应用界面,其拍摄操作简便,提高用户体验。
请参看图2,图2是本发明一种基于移动终端的拍照方法的第二实施例的流程示意图。如图2所示,本实施例的拍照方法包括:
S21:提供选择界面。
步骤S21与步骤S11类似,在此不再赘述。
S22:判断应用程序需要调用摄像头进行拍摄是否满足预设条件。
在记录用户的选择后,在应用程序的运程过程中,进一步判断应用程序需要调用摄像头进行拍摄是否满足预设的条件,该预设的条件包括但不限于为应用程序的应用界面上的摄像头图标被点击或移动终端的侧键被按压。若满足预设的条件,则进入步骤S23,若否,则仅显示当前的应用程序的应用界面。
S23:判断摄像头是否工作于窗口取景模式。
在当前的应用程序需要调用摄像头进行拍摄满足预设的条件后,进一步判断摄像头是否工作于窗口取景模式,若是,则进入步骤S24,若否,则进入步骤S27。
S24:将摄像头的取景窗口以小屏幕显示方式设置在应用程序的应用界面上。
在判断出摄像头工作于窗口取景模式后,将摄像头的取景窗口以小屏幕的方式显示设置在应用程序的应用界面上,取景窗口包括但不限于为悬浮显示在应用界面上,并且不影响当前的应用程序运行。
S25:在检测到针对取景窗口进行的点击动作时调用摄像头拍摄图像。
步骤S25与步骤S14类似,在此不再赘述。
S26:将图像置于取景窗口。
在本实施例中,调用摄像头进行拍摄图像后,该图像在预设的时间阈值内,如30秒的时间内,图像是置于取景窗口中的。若超出30秒的时间,则自动删除该图像或将该图像自动保存在默认的存储路径中,在此不作限制。
并且,取景窗口设置为在用户点击取景窗口的边缘部并进行拖动动作时取景窗口的位置会随着拖动方向移动。如图3所示,按住取景窗口30的边缘进行拖动,取景窗口30则从A位置移动到A'位置。在其他实施例中,也可设置为用户点击取景窗口的其他位置进行拖动从而将取景窗口30移动到应用界面的其他位置。
进一步的,在图像置于取景窗口30中时,若取景窗口30被拖动至应用界面的操作栏位时,该图像作为操作栏位的操作对象,例如,在微信应用中,将取景窗口30的图像拖动至正在编辑的微信内容上,则通过微信将该图像进行分享。
S27:将摄像头的取景窗口以全屏显示方式显示。
若判断出摄像头不是工作到窗口取景模式,则以全屏显示的方式显示取景窗口,并且,在以全屏显示的取景窗口上检测到的双击操作或符合预设的手势动作时,将取景窗口30以小屏幕显示方式设置在应用程序的应用界面上。反过来,在以小屏幕的方式显示取景窗口30时,检测到在取景窗口上的手势动作符合预设手势动作时,将摄像头的取景窗口以全屏显示方式显示,其中,该预设手势动作包括但不限于为双指外扩手势。如图4所示,当取景窗口30以小屏幕的方式显示在应用界面31上时,取景窗口30在应用界面的B区域上,检测到对取景窗口的双指外扩手势时,将取景窗口切换为全屏显示方式显示,如图4中的B'区域。并且在取景窗口30显示在B'区域时,检测到对取景窗口30的双击动作时,将取景窗口30切换为以小屏幕的方式显示在应用界面上,即取景窗口30切换为显示在B区域上。优选的,B'区域覆盖应用界面31。在其他实施例中,B'区域还可以设置为其他大小形状和尺寸,如设置为将取景窗口30随着用户的手指手势变换为不同的形状,并以手指所到达的点作为取景窗口的边缘。
本实施例以智能手机为移动终端1、微信程序为例说明,其实现场景如下:
预先设置微信程序运行过程中需要调用摄像头进行摄像时摄像头的默认工作模式,优选设置默认工作模式为窗口取景模式。在微信程序运行过程中,若需要调用到摄像头进行拍摄图像,则点击微信应用程序上的摄像头的图标或按压手机侧键的摄像头快捷启动按钮,并进一步判断摄像头是否工作于窗口取景模式,若判断出当前微信程序的摄像头启动模式为窗口取景模式,则将摄像头的取景窗口以小屏幕显示方式设置在微信的应用界面上,并且该取景窗口不影响当前微信显示的内容。
并在手机检测到用户对取景窗口进行点击的动作后,调用摄像头进行拍摄图像,并且拍摄的图像置于取景窗口中,如拍摄的图像在预设的时间阈值如30秒内置于取景窗口中的,超过30秒则该图像自动删除或自动保存至默认的存储路径,如保存在图片库中。并且在预设的30秒内,若用户点击该图像进行拖动,将图像拖动至微信的应用界面的操作栏位,则该图像被添加到微信中进行分享。此外,取景窗口还可根据用户操作指令切换为全屏取景模式。如在当前的窗口取景模式下,若用户对取景窗口采用两指外扩手势,则窗口取景模式切换为全屏取景模式,即取景窗口由小屏幕的显示方式切换为以全屏显示方式显示,覆盖在应用界面上方。并在全屏取景模式下,手机检测到用户双击屏幕,则取景窗口切换为小屏幕显示的方式显示在应用界面上方。
请进一步参看图5,图5是本发明移动终端的原理框示意图,其中,图1和图2的实施例的拍照方法均是基于图5的移动终端的基础上进行说明的。如图5所示,本实施例的移动终端1包括依次连接的用户交互模块10、模式判断模块11、取景窗口设置模块12及拍摄模块13。其中,用户交互模块10用于供用户选择在应用程序运行过程中需要调用摄像头进行摄像时摄像头工作于全屏取景模式或是窗口取景模式,并记录用户选择。模式判断模块11用于在应用程序需要调用到摄像头进行拍摄头,判断摄像头是否工作于窗口取景模式。取景窗口设置模块12用于在摄像头工作于窗口取景模式时,将摄像头的取景窗口以小屏幕显示方式显示在应用程序的应用界面,并且在模式判断模块11判断出摄像头不是工作于窗口取景模式时,取景窗口设置模块12将摄像头的取景窗口以全屏显示方式显示。拍摄模块13用于在检测到针对取景窗口进行的点击动作时调用摄像头进行拍摄图像,并将拍摄的图像置于取景窗口中。此外,模式判断模块11还用于判断应用程序需要调用摄像头进行拍摄是否满足预设的条件,该预设条件为应用程序的应用界面上的摄像头的图标被点击或移动终端1的侧键被按压。取景窗口设置模块12在用户点击取景窗口的边缘部并进行拖动动作时将取景窗口的位置随拖动方向移动至拖动的位置。
此外,移动终端1还包括执行模块14和切换模块15,执行模块14分别与拍摄模块13和切换模块15连接,执行模块14用于在取景窗口被拖动至应用界面的操作栏位时,将图像作为操作栏位的操作对象,从而使得图像通过当前的应用程序进行分享或发送。切换模块15用于在窗口取景模式时,检测到以小屏幕显示方式显示的取景窗口的预设手势动作时,将取景窗口切换为以全屏显示方式显示,该预设的手势动作可以为双指外扩手势,并且,在全屏取景模式下,切换模块15检测到在以全屏显示方式显示的取景窗口上的双击操作时,将摄像头的取景窗口切换为以小屏幕显示方式显示在应用程序的应用界面上。
请参看图6,图6是本发明移动终端的硬件结构示意图。如图6所示,移动终端2包括至少一处理器20、存储器21和至少一通信总线22,该处理器20可以为CPU。通信总线22用于连接各元件,存储器21中存储程序,该程序可以被处理器20执行,此外,处理器20还用于执行存储器21中存储的可执行模块,例如其他的计算机程序。存储器21可以包含高速随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory, RAM),也可以包括非不稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。
本实施例中通信总线22分别连接处理器20和存储器21,存储器21中存储的程序具体用于:
供用户选择在应用程序运行过程中需要调用摄像头进行拍摄时摄像头工作于全屏取景模式或是窗口取景模式,并记录用户的选择,并在应用程序需要调用到摄像头进行拍摄头前,判断摄像头是否工作于窗口取景模式,在判断出摄像头工作于窗口取景模式后,将摄像头的取景窗口以小屏幕显示方式设置在应用程序的应用界面上,并在检测到针对取景窗口进行的点击动作时调用摄像头进行拍摄图像,然后将图像置于取景窗口中。
并且,程序还用于:使得取景窗口可在用户点击取景窗口边缘部并进行拖动动作时取景窗口的位置会随着拖动方向移动,并且取景窗口被拖动至应用界面的操作栏位时,将图像作为操作栏位的操作对象。
此外,该程序还用于:在满足预设条件下执行应用程序需要调用到摄像头进行拍摄,其中该预设的条件包括应用程序的应用界面的摄像头图像被点击或移动终端的侧键被按压,即摄像头的快捷启动按键被按压。
进一步的,程序还用于:
在判断出摄像头不是工作于窗口取景模式时,将摄像头的取景窗口以全屏显示方式显示,并在全屏显示方式显示的取景窗口中进行双击操作时,摄像头的取景窗口切换为以小屏幕显示方式显示在应用界面上,而在窗口取景模式的小屏幕显示的取景窗口中检测到预设的手势动作时,取景窗口由窗口取景模式切换为全屏取景模式,将取景窗口以全屏显示方式显示,该手势动作可以为双指外扩手势。
另外,本发明实施例的上述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中,即,本发明实施例可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,其包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。
综上所述,本发明通过预先提供选择界面,并记录用户选择在应用程序运行过程中需要调用摄像头进行拍摄时摄像头工作于全屏取景模式或窗口取景模式,从而在应用程序需要调用到摄像头进行拍摄前判断出摄像头工作于窗口取景模式后,将摄像头的取景窗口以小屏幕显示方式设置在应用程序的应用界面上,使得在检测到针对取景窗口进行的点击动作时可以调用摄像头进行拍摄图像,从而简化用户操作,提高用户体验。

  1. 一种移动终端,其中,所述移动终端包括:处理器、存储器和通信总线,所述通信总线分别连接所述处理器及所述存储器,所述存储器用于存储程序,所述处理器用于执行所述存储器中的程序;所述程序用于:
    提供选择界面,供用户选择在应用程序运行过程中需要调用摄像头进行拍摄时所述摄像头工作于全屏取景模式或是窗口取景模式,并记录用户选择;
    在所述应用程序需要调用到所述摄像头进行拍摄前,判断所述摄像头是否工作于所述窗口取景模式;
    在所述程序判断出所述摄像头工作于所述窗口取景模式时,将所述摄像头的取景窗口以小屏幕显示方式设置在所述应用程序的应用界面上;
    在检测到在以所述小屏幕显示方式显示的取景窗口上的预设手势动作时,将所述摄像头的取景窗口以全屏显示方式显示;
    在检测到针对所述取景窗口进行的点击动作时或按压所述移动终端的物理侧键时调用所述摄像头拍摄图像;
    将所述图像置于所述取景窗口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述程序预设所述应用程序调用所述摄像头的预设条件,
    所述程序进一步判断所述应用程序需要调用到所述摄像头进行拍摄的步骤是否满足所述预设条件,其中所述预设条件为:

    所述移动终端的侧键被按压。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的移动终端,其中,所述程序设置所述取景窗口在被拖动至所述应用界面的操作栏位时,将所述图像作为所述操作栏位的操作对象。

    在判断到所述摄像头不是工作于所述窗口取景模式时,将所述摄像头的取景窗口以全屏显示方式显示。

    提供选择界面,供用户选择在应用程序运行过程中需要调用摄像头进行拍摄时所述摄像头工作于全屏取景模式或是窗口取景模式,并记录用户选择;
    在所述应用程序需要调用到所述摄像头进行拍摄前,判断所述摄像头是否工作于所述窗口取景模式;
    在所述程序判断出所述摄像头工作于所述窗口取景模式时,将所述摄像头的取景窗口以小屏幕显示方式设置在所述应用程序的应用界面上;
    在检测到针对所述取景窗口进行的点击动作时或按压所述移动终端的物理侧键时调用所述摄像头拍摄图像。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的移动终端,其中,所述程序还用于将所述图像置于所述取景窗口,并且所述程序设置所述取景窗口在用户点击所述取景窗口的边缘部并进行拖动动作时其位置随拖动方向移动,并在所述取景窗口被拖动至所述应用界面的操作栏位时,将所述图像作为所述操作栏位的操作对象。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的移动终端,其中,所述程序还用于,
    在判断到所述摄像头不是工作于所述窗口取景模式时,将所述摄像头的取景窗口以全屏显示方式显示;在检测到在以所述全屏显示方式显示的取景窗口上的双击操作时,将所述摄像头的取景窗口以小屏幕显示方式设置在所述应用程序的应用界面上。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的移动终端,其中,所述程序还用于,在检测到在以所述小屏幕显示方式显示的取景窗口上的预设手势动作时,将所述摄像头的取景窗口以全屏显示方式显示,所述预设手势动作为双指外扩手势。
  12. 一种基于移动终端的拍照方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    提供选择界面,供用户选择在应用程序运行过程中需要调用摄像头进行拍摄时所述摄像头工作于全屏取景模式或是窗口取景模式,并记录用户选择;
    在所述应用程序需要调用到所述摄像头进行拍摄前,判断所述摄像头是否工作于所述窗口取景模式;
    若是,则将所述摄像头的取景窗口以小屏幕显示方式设置在所述应用程序的应用界面上;
    在检测到针对所述取景窗口进行的点击动作时或按压所述移动终端的物理侧键时调用所述摄像头拍摄图像。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述应用程序需要调用到所述摄像头进行拍摄的步骤是在满足预设条件下进行的,其中所述预设条件为:
    所述应用程序的应用界面上的摄像头图标被点击;或
    所述移动终端的侧键被按压。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,在所述检测到针对所述取景窗口点击时调用所述摄像头拍摄图像的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:

    在判断到所述摄像头不是工作于所述窗口取景模式时,将所述摄像头的取景窗口以全屏显示方式显示。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到在以所述全屏显示方式显示的取景窗口上的双击操作时,将所述摄像头的取景窗口以小屏幕显示方式设置在所述应用程序的应用界面上。
  19. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到在以所述小屏幕显示方式显示的取景窗口上的预设手势动作时,将所述摄像头的取景窗口以全屏显示方式显示。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中,所述预设手势动作为双指外扩手势。
