所述转接器插头锁紧结构包括由前至后逐渐朝上弹性悬伸的用于通过与柜体插座卡紧配合而实现锁紧的锁紧卡子,转接器壳体上于锁紧卡子的后侧设置有用于下压锁紧卡子而实现锁紧卡子解锁的解锁臂,解锁臂的后端设置于所述定位圆柱上或紧挨所述定位圆柱设置。
转接器插座接触件和转接器插头接触件均为光接触件,转接器壳体包括前后顺序分体设置的前壳体、中壳体和后壳体,转接器插头锁紧结构设置于前壳体上,转接器插座锁紧结构设置于后壳体上,中壳体上设置有沿前后方向贯穿中壳体的安装孔,转接器插头接触件通过前固定套设置于安装孔的前端,安装孔的后端通过套筒密封圈装配有后固定套,转接器插座接触件固定设置于所述后固定套中,后壳体设置于转接器插座接触件外围,前壳体设置于转接器插头接触件外围。
本发明的有益效果为:使用时转接器插头锁紧结构与柜体插座的壳体锁紧配合实现机柜与转接器之间的防脱,转接器插座锁紧结构与线缆插头的壳体锁紧配合实现线缆插头与 转接器之间的防脱,连接套筒通过密封可拆连接结构与机柜密封可拆连接,实现连接套筒与机柜之间的密封,转接器壳体上的密封配合部与连接套筒密封插装,实现转接器与连接套筒之间的密封,从而保证良好的防水工况,保证本转接器可以适用于户外环境中使用。

具体实施方式
转接器组件的实施例1如图1~4所示:包括转接器6和用于通过密封可拆连接结构与相应机柜1密封可拆连接的连接套筒4,密封可拆连接结构包括转动套设于连接套筒4上的连接螺帽3和套设于连接套筒4的密封垫2。转接器包括转接器壳体,转接器壳体包括前后顺序分体设置的前壳体13、中壳体12和后壳体11,后壳体11上设置有用于与线缆插头的壳体锁紧连接的转接器插座锁紧结构,前壳体13上设置有用于与柜体插座的壳体锁紧连接器的转接器插头锁紧结构,中壳体的两端分别设置有转接器插座接触件18和转接器插头接触件14,本实施例中转接器为一个双工的LC转接器,因此转接器插头接触件和转接器插座接触件均为光接触件,中壳体12上设置有沿前后方向贯穿中壳体的安装孔,转接器插头接触件14通过前固定套15设置于安装孔的前端,安装孔的后端通过套筒密封圈16装配有后固定套17,转接器插座接触件18固定设置于后固定套17中,在转接器插头接触件和转接器插座接触件装配完成后,将前、后壳体装配于中壳体的前后两端,后壳体设置于转接器插座接触件外围,前壳体设置于转接器插头接触件外围。转接器壳体上于转接器插座锁紧结构和转接器插头锁紧结构之间设置有与连接套筒密封插装的密封配合部,密封配合部包括一体设置于中壳体上的定位圆柱10和套设于定位圆柱上的壳体密封圈9。
由于转接器为LC转接器,因此转接器插头锁紧结构和转接器插座锁紧结构也采用LC连接器中常用的锁紧结构,即转接器插头锁紧结构包括锁紧卡子7,锁紧卡子由前至后弹性悬伸,锁紧卡子7、前壳体13和转接器插头接触件14相当于一个LC插头,当LC插头与柜体插座对插时,锁紧卡子7就会卡在柜体插座上的卡槽中,实现柜体插座与转接器的锁紧。中壳体上设置有解锁臂8,解锁臂8的后端紧挨定位圆柱10设置,这样可以方便按压 解锁臂,解锁臂的前端沿前后方向平直的悬伸至锁紧卡子上端,按压解锁臂,解锁臂可以下压锁紧卡子,从而可以使锁紧卡子由柜体插座上的卡槽中脱出实现解锁。转接器插座锁紧结构为卡槽,卡槽、后壳体11和转接器插座接触件18相当于一个LC插座,当LC插座与线缆插头插接时,线缆插头上的锁紧卡子会卡在卡槽中实现锁紧。
使用时,将LC插头与柜体插座相连,然后将连接套筒锁紧于机柜上,这样就实现了转接器与机柜的连接,由于转接器壳体与连接套筒之间密封配合,连接套筒与机柜之间密封配合,后固定套与中壳体之间密封配合,最终达到IP67、IP68的防水等级,可以适用于户外使用,然后将线缆插头与LC插座对插,完成装配;在需要拆卸转接器时,旋松连接套筒上的连接螺帽,使连接套筒相对转接器壳体向后移动,露出解锁臂,即可按压解锁臂实现锁紧卡子与柜体插座之间的解锁。在本发明的其它实施例中:密封垫也可以被密封圈代替,当然也可以不同连接螺帽实现连接套筒与机柜的可拆连接,比如说通过螺栓、法兰实现连接套筒与机柜的可拆;壳体密封圈还可以被硫化于定位圆柱上的橡胶层代替,只要能保证定位圆柱与连接套筒密封插配即可;密封配合部的截面形状还可以是方形;解锁臂也可以设置于定位圆柱上;前壳体、中壳体和后壳体还可以一体设置,此时后固定套与安装孔之间的密封圈可以不设;转接器还可以是单工LC转接器;当然转接器不仅局限于LC光纤连接器,比如说FC、SC其它类型的光转连接器,或者电转接器或光电混装转接器。
转接器组件的实施例2如图5~7所示:实施例2与实施例1不同的是,壳体密封圈9设置于后壳体11上,图中项13表示前壳体,项12表示中壳体。
转接器的实施例如图1~7所示:转接器的具体结构与上述各转接器组件实施例中所述的转接器相同,在此不再详述。

Claims (10)

  1. 转接器,包括转接器壳体,转接器壳体上设置有用于与线缆插头的接触件适配连接的转接器插座接触件、用于与线缆插头的壳体锁紧连接的转接器插座锁紧结构、用于与柜体插座的接触件适配连接的转接器插头接触件和用于与柜体插座的壳体锁紧连接的转接器插头锁紧结构,其特征在于:转接器壳体上于转接器插座锁紧结构与转接器插头锁紧结构之间设置有用于与相应连接套筒密封插装的密封配合部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的转接器,其特征在于:所述密封配合部包括定位圆柱及套设于所述定位圆柱上的壳体密封圈。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的转接器,其特征在于:所述转接器插头锁紧结构包括由前至后逐渐朝上弹性悬伸的用于通过与柜体插座卡紧配合而实现锁紧的锁紧卡子,转接器壳体上于锁紧卡子的后侧设置有用于下压锁紧卡子而实现锁紧卡子解锁的解锁臂,解锁臂的后端设置于所述定位圆柱上或紧挨所述定位圆柱设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任意一项所述的转接器,其特征在于:转接器插座接触件和转接器插头接触件均为光接触件,转接器壳体包括前后顺序分体设置的前壳体、中壳体和后壳体,转接器插头锁紧结构设置于前壳体上,转接器插座锁紧结构设置于后壳体上,中壳体上设置有沿前后方向贯穿中壳体的安装孔,转接器插头接触件通过前固定套设置于安装孔的前端,安装孔的后端通过套筒密封圈装配有后固定套,转接器插座接触件固定设置于所述后固定套中,后壳体设置于转接器插座接触件外围,前壳体设置于转接器插头接触件外围。
  5. 转接器组件,包括转接器,转接器包括转接器壳体,转接器壳体上设置有用于与线缆插头的接触件适配连接的转接器插座接触件、用于与线缆插头的壳体锁紧连接的转接器插座锁紧结构、用于与柜体插座的接触件适配连接的转接器插头接触件和用于与柜体插座的壳体锁紧连接的转接器插头锁紧结构,其特征在于:转接器组件还包括用于通过密封可拆连接结构与相应机柜密封可拆连接的连接套筒,转接器壳体上于转接器插座锁紧结构与转接器插头锁紧结构之间设置有与连接套筒密封插装的密封配合部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的转接器组件,其特征在于:密封可拆连接结构包括转动套设于所述连接套筒上的连接螺帽和套设于所述连接套筒上的密封垫。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的转接器组件,其特征在于:所述密封配合部包括定位圆柱及套设于所述定位圆柱上的壳体密封圈。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的转接器组件,其特征在于:所述转接器插头锁紧结构包括由前至 后逐渐朝上弹性悬伸的用于通过与柜体插座卡紧配合而实现锁紧的锁紧卡子,转接器壳体上于锁紧卡子的后侧设置有用于下压锁紧卡子而实现锁紧卡子解锁的解锁臂,解锁臂的后端设置于所述定位圆柱上或紧挨所述定位圆柱设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的转接器组件,其特征在于:解锁臂的前端沿前后方向平直的悬伸至锁紧卡子上端。
  10. 根据权利要求5~9任意一项所述的转接器组件,其特征在于:转接器插座接触件和转接器插头接触件均为光接触件,转接器壳体包括前后顺序分体设置的前壳体、中壳体和后壳体,转接器插头锁紧结构设置于前壳体上,转接器插座锁紧结构设置于后壳体上,中壳体上设置有沿前后方向贯穿中壳体的安装孔,转接器插头接触件通过前固定套设置于安装孔的前端,安装孔的后端通过套筒密封圈装配有后固定套,转接器插座接触件固定设置于所述后固定套中,后壳体设置于转接器插座接触件外围,前壳体设置于转接器插头接触件外围。
