发明内容

本实施例,参照图1~图8,其具体实施的新型自适应耳套包括 耳套本体1,耳套本体1由软性硅胶材料构成,如图7和图8所示,软性硅胶材料具有良好的弹性效果,而且能够更贴合人体耳甲,同时配戴后能够给人良好的舒适感。为了使配戴后更贴合耳甲,耳套本体1的顶面设有小凸台6,小凸台6的表面形状与耳甲的形状相同,用于与耳甲进行配对贴合,配合软性硅胶材料使整体贴合效果更好,而且非常舒适。
耳套本体1的内部设有用于容纳入耳式耳机3的内置空腔7,内置空腔7的内壁形状与入耳式耳机3中端的外表面形状配对相同,安装后刚好包裹在入耳式耳机3的中端表面。耳套本体1的底部设有用于穿入入耳式耳机3的大圆开口4,耳套本体1的顶部设有用于穿过入耳式耳机3的导管的小圆开口5,小圆开口5位于小凸台6的一末端,且小圆开口5的中心垂线与大圆开口4的中心垂线之间形成夹角,本实施例中,为适应大部分人群,夹角大小为25度时配戴舒适度最佳,同时,大圆开口4的圆心与小圆开口5的圆心之间的水平距离为8.3毫米时配戴舒适度最佳,大圆开口4的圆心与小圆开口5的圆心之间的垂直距离为2毫米时配戴舒适度最佳,夹角的作用是为了使其更适合人体耳朵10,从而改变配戴舒适度。
如图4、5、6和图8所示,大圆开口4与小圆开口5均与内置空腔7导通,入耳式耳机3从大圆开口4向上穿入内置空腔7内,同时使入耳式耳机3顶部的导管穿过小圆开口5。使用时,可直接在入耳式耳机3的导管上安装普通耳塞2,耳塞2与传统的结构相同,为可拆卸更换结构,普通耳塞2用于塞入耳孔内,安装后确保耳套本体1 包裹在入耳式耳机3的中端。内置空腔7的顶部设有弹性腔室8,弹性腔室8位于小凸台6的下方,弹性腔室8的底部与入耳式耳机3的顶面接触,弹性腔室8的设计使耳套顶部与人体耳朵10接触位置具有良好的柔软性且能够变形。本实施例的弹性腔室8包括两根以上竖直向下延伸的弹性骨位9,弹性骨位9的底部延伸至与入耳式耳机3的表面接触,相邻两根弹性骨位9之间留有间隙,弹性腔室8是借助弹性骨位9的弹性变形来实现的,弹性骨位9的大小可根据结构需求而调整。另外,内置空腔7的内侧面还设有弧形腔室11,耳套本体1的外侧面为用于配对卡紧在耳屏内侧的弧形贴合面,弧形贴合面的位置与弧形腔室11的位置相对应,弧形腔室11也具有弹性效果,弹性变形后与耳屏进行紧密贴合。
如图7和图8所示,耳套本体1整体由软性硅胶材料通过一体成型构成,弹性优良,另外增设有贴合耳甲的小凸台6,小凸台6与耳甲的形状相同,耳套本体1套装入耳式耳机3后再配合耳塞2使用,使用时,耳塞2塞入耳孔内,在耳塞2固定入耳式耳机3的基础上,再增加贴合耳甲的小凸台6,使入耳式耳机3更贴合耳甲并更深入耳道,从而佩戴更稳固,不易掉落,更大限度地减少耳机在正常使用或者活动时掉落的烦恼。佩戴时耳塞2深入耳道,同时小凸台6贴合在耳甲上,耳套本体1柔软且具有弹性,小凸台6具备良好的弹性后可更舒适地贴合在耳甲上,整体佩戴后非常舒适,而且整体贴合性及气密性良好,可更好屏蔽外界杂音,使入耳式耳机3所展现出的音乐更接近原音。耳套本体1使用弹性优良的硅胶材质,整体设计的柔软易 变形的弹性结构可适应不同的人群,各人群配戴松紧适当,同时使用时普通耳塞2可以自由更换,使其能够适用大部分人群,更适合运动人群使用。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种新型自适应耳套,包括耳套本体,其特征在于:该耳套本体由弹性材料构成,耳套本体的顶面设有小凸台,小凸台的表面形状与耳甲的形状相同,用于与耳甲进行配对贴合,耳套本体的内部设有用于容纳入耳式耳机的内置空腔,内置空腔的内壁形状与入耳式耳机中端的外表面形状配对相同,耳套本体的底部设有用于穿入入耳式耳机的大圆开口,耳套本体的顶部设有用于穿过入耳式耳机的导管的小圆开口,小圆开口位于小凸台的一末端,且小圆开口的中心垂线与大圆开口的中心垂线之间形成夹角,大圆开口与小圆开口均与内置空腔导通,入耳式耳机从大圆开口向上穿入内置空腔内,同时使入耳式耳机顶部的导管穿过小圆开口,确保耳套本体包裹在入耳式耳机的中端,内置空腔的顶部设有弹性腔室,弹性腔室位于小凸台的下方,弹性腔室的底部与入耳式耳机的顶面接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种新型自适应耳套,其特征在于:所述弹性腔室包括两根以上竖直向下延伸的弹性骨位,弹性骨位的底部延伸至与入耳式耳机的表面接触,相邻两根弹性骨位之间留有间隙。
  3. 根据权利要求1或者2所述一种新型自适应耳套,其特征在于:所述内置空腔的内侧面还设有弧形腔室。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述一种新型自适应耳套,其特征在于:所述耳套本体的外侧面为用于配对卡紧在耳屏内侧的弧形贴合面,弧形贴合面的位置与弧形腔室的位置相对应。
  5. 根据权利要求1、2或者4所述一种新型自适应耳套,其特征在于:所述夹角大小为21~29度。
  6. 根据权利要求1、2或者4所述一种新型自适应耳套,其特征在于:所述大圆开口的圆心与小圆开口的圆心之间的水平距离为8.0~8.6毫米。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述一种新型自适应耳套,其特征在于:所述大圆开口的圆心与小圆开口的圆心之间的垂直距离为0.5~3.5毫米。
  8. 根据权利要求1、2、4或者7所述一种新型自适应耳套,其特征在于:所述大圆开口的内侧面设有用于卡紧在入耳式耳机底部表面的卡牙。
  9. 根据权利要求1、2、4或者7所述一种新型自适应耳套,其特征在于:所述耳套本体由软性硅胶材料构成。
