[0033] 如图 4、 5所示, 端子组件 1包括适应苹果手机的 Lightning数据接口端子 111、 适 应安卓系统手机的 Micro-USB接口端子 121、 以及用于固定和隔离各个端子的塑 胶模顶, 对应 Lightning数据接口端子 111、 Micro-USB接口端子 121的塑胶模顶可 以是一体结构, 也可以是分体结构。 一体结构就是 Lightning数据接口端子 111、 Micro-USB接口端子 121同吋装配在一个塑胶模顶上, 分体结构是 Lightning数据 接口端子 111、 Micro-USB接口端子 121分别装配在两个塑胶模顶上。 Lightning数 据接口端子 111、 Micro-USB接口端子 121与现有技术中的端子结构和形状一致, 对于 Lightning数据接口端子 111、 Micro-USB接口端子 121不再赘述。
[0034] 相对一体结构的塑胶模顶, 分体结构的塑胶模顶与 Lightning数据接口端子 111 、 Micro-USB接口端子 121的装配相对简单, 因此, 本实施例优选分体结构的塑 胶模顶, 即端子组件 1包括第一端子组件 11和第二端子组件 12两部分。
[0035] 如图 1-5所示, 由于本发明要实现两种数据接口兼容, 则所述端子组件 1包括带 有 Lightning数据接口的第一端子组件 11、 带有 Micro-USB接口的第二端子组件 12 , 第一端子组件 11与第二端子组件 12叠放并且通过凹凸配合实现二者前后左右 的限位固定。
[0036] 第一端子组件 11包括 Lightning数据接口端子 111和第一端子塑胶模顶 112, 第二 端子组件 12包括 Micro-USB接口端子 121和第二端子塑胶模顶 122。 具体 Lightning 数据接口端子 111和第一端子塑胶模顶 112之间的装配、 Micro-USB接口端子 121 和第二端子塑胶模顶 122的装配都需要跟现有的手机接口配合, 因此, 第一端子 组件 11与第二端子组件 12的叠放厚度跟现有技术中的一个端子组件的厚度相同 , 所以要求第一端子组件 11与第二端子组件 12都减薄, 由于 Lightning数据接口端 子 111、 Micro-USB接口端子 121连接的稳定性需要, 减薄主要在第一端子塑胶模 顶 112和第二端子塑胶模顶 122上实现。 因此, 第一端子组件 11与第二端子组件 1 2之间的这种凹凸配合方式一方面用于二者连接, 另一方面是为了减少连接器的 整体厚度。 凹凸配合形式有多种, 例如: 第一端子组件 11容置第二端子组件 12 、 或者第二端子组件 12容置第一端子组件 11等, 只要适用本发明第一端子组件 1 1与第二端子组件 12相互连接都可以采用。 Lightning数据接口端子 111和第一端子 塑胶模顶 112、 Micro-USB接口端子 121和第二端子塑胶模顶 122之间的装配工艺 跟现有技术相同, 在此不再赘述。
[0037] 如图 4、 5所示, 本发明所述的双面两用连接器中, 优选所述第二端子组件 12设 有容置槽 123, 所述第一端子组件 11嵌合在容置槽 123中实现二者的凹凸配合, 所述容置槽 123的后部幵口, 所述第一端子组件 11后部从容置槽 123幵口处向后 延伸。 具体为该容置槽 123为三面环绕的半包围结构, 容置槽 123后部幵口, 第 一端子组件 11中的 Lightning数据接口端子 111后端从容置槽 123中向后延伸, 用于 实现 Lightning数据接口端子 111与数据线之间的电连接。 对于第二端子组件 12, 容置槽 123具体幵设在第二端子塑胶模顶 122上, 即在第二端子塑胶模顶 122设有 容置槽 123, 容置槽 123将整体的第一端子组件 11完全嵌合进去。 嵌合后的第一 端子组件 11与第二端子组件 12可以形成左右方向上的限位, 以及在纵向上实现 向前方向的限位。
[0038] 为了实现纵向向后方向上的限位, 则所述容置槽 123两侧壁面分别设有定位槽 1 24, 对应的第一端子组件 11两侧设有定位件 114, 即定位件 114设置在第一端子 塑胶模顶 112两侧, 由第一端子塑胶模顶 112侧壁分别向外延伸得到, 所述定位 件 114插入定位槽 124中限制第一端子组件 11纵向移动, 即限定了第一端子组件 1 1向后方向上的移动。 定位槽 124与定位件 114的形状配合, 在此不作限定, 只需 二者配合限位即可。 本实施例中优选, 定位槽 124为方形槽, 定位件 114对应为 方形块状结构。
[0039] 如图 1-5所示, 所述壳体 2紧配合套装在端子组件 1外, 壳体 2为金属材质, 一方 面实现接地, 另一方面在横向对端子组件 1进行限位固定; 防止第一端子组件 11 从容置槽 123中脱离。 这样通过容置槽 123、 定位槽 124和壳体 2的共同作用, 在 上下左右前后六个方向上将第一端子组件 11与第二端子组件 12固定连接成为一 个整体。
[0040] 壳体 2为了实现对第一端子组件 11和第二端子组件 12的包裹固定, 则壳体 2形状 与第一端子组件 11和第二端子组件 12的四周壁面形状配合一致。 壳体 2反面对应 第二端子组件 12的幵有弹性卡扣 4伸出的连接口 21, 壳体 2正面对应第一端子组 件 11的幵有窗口 22, Lightning数据接口端子 111的 8个针脚 11 la从窗口 22中露出, 实现与手机接口的电连接。
[0041] 壳体 2的固定, 由于是套装在端子组件 1外, 壳体 2的移动主要是纵向上的移动 。 在端子组件 1前端设有挡块 122a, 壳体 2前端顶压在挡块 122a上实现向前方向上 的限位。 具体挡块 122a设置在第二端子组件 12中的第二端子塑胶模顶 122的前端 , 为了简化结构, 挡块 122a可以跟容置槽 123结构结合, 即容置槽 123前部的侧壁 即为挡块 122a, 既形成容置槽 123也实现壳体 2的纵向限位。
[0042] 如图 1-5所示, 所述的双面两用连接器中, 优选所述弹性卡扣 4包括两个间隔平 行设置的弹性卡头 41, 弹性卡头 41的形状、 位置和作用与现有技术 Micro-USB接 口中的弹性卡头 41相同, 以实现与现有手机的接口通用。 两个弹性卡头 41后部 通过卡扣座 42连成一体, 卡扣座 42在弹性卡头 41后部横向设置, 主要用于两个 弹性卡头 41的连接, 使二者成为一个整体。
[0043] 为了装配方便, 并且不增加连接器整体厚度, 则对应所述第二端子组件 12上分 别幵有卡扣槽 125, 卡扣槽 125沿第二端子组件 12纵向间隔设置两个, 两个弹性 卡头 41插入到卡扣槽 125中。 具体设置在第二端子塑胶模顶 122的壁面上沿纵向 设置, 卡扣槽 125也为后方幵口的三方向半包围结构, 后方幵口用于将弹性卡扣 4从第二端子塑胶模顶 122幵口处向前推入装配到卡扣槽 125中, 壳体 2在包裹端 子组件 1的同吋, 也实现对弹性卡扣 4的限位固定。 所述弹性卡头 41容置在所述 卡扣槽 125中, 弹性卡头 41前端从卡扣槽 125和壳体 2对应幵设的连接口 21中向外 伸出, 端子组件 1、 壳体 2、 弹性卡扣 4装配后, 弹性卡扣 4除了向后方向, 其余 五个方向上都被限位固定。
[0044] 壳体 2、 弹性卡扣 4向后方向上的固定是配合后座 3实现的。 壳体 2正面和反面分 别设有止动件 23, 对应后座 3上设置有止动槽 31, 止动件 23顶压在后座 3上的止 动槽 31中将壳体 2在向后方向上进行限位, 止动槽 31的位置可以在后座 3的外壁 面上、 前端面上和后座 3内壁上。 优选止动件 23包括第一止动件 231和第二止动 件 232, 对应后座 3上设置第一止动槽 311和第二止动槽 312。 壳体 2正面后端向后 延伸出一块形成第一止动件 231, 第一止动件 231优选设置在所述壳体 2后端中心 , 第二止动件 232设在壳体 2的反面, 第二止动件 232为从壳体 2后端向外翻折的 翻折边, 翻折边可以设置一个或多个, 本实施例中设置两个第二止动件 232, 二 者优选对称设置。 对应上述第一止动件 231和第二止动件 232, 第一止动槽 311和 第二止动槽 312设置在后座 3前端的贯通槽 32的内壁面上。
[0045] 弹性卡扣 4向后方向上的限位是通过所述弹性卡扣 4中部或后部设有的抵压弹片 43与后座 3顶压实现的, 所述抵压弹片 43抵压在后座 3上设置的顶压槽 33中防止 弹性卡扣 4向后移动。 顶压槽 33可以设置在后座 3的外壁面上、 前端面上和后座 3 内壁上。
[0046] 为了减少连接器厚度, 并且为了装配更方便, 优选所述后座 3设有前后贯通的 贯通槽 32, 所述贯通槽 32的形状与端子组件 1后部形状配合一致插接在一起, 优 选二者间隙配合或滑动配合, 其中间隙配合是指二者之间有很小的间隙使得装 配吋, 后座 3与端子组件 1后部较为容易插接在一起; 滑动配合是二者之间壁面 相贴, 二者之间通过前后滑动实现装配。 所述壳体 2抵压在所述端子组件 1前端 与后座 3之间。
[0047] 如图 4-7所示, 为了固定端子组件 1与后座 3之间贯通槽 32内壁、 端子组件 1后部 分别设有卡槽 126和卡头 326, 所述卡槽 126与卡头 326卡接后限制所述后座 3与端 子组件 1之间脱离。 卡槽设置贯通槽 32内壁上, 则卡头对应设置在端子组件 1后 部外壁面上, 或者卡头 326设置贯通槽 32内壁上, 则卡槽 126对应设置在端子组 件 1后部外壁面上, 设置位置不作限定, 只要二者能相互卡接即可, 本实施例中 , 优选卡槽 126设置在端子组件 1即第二端子塑胶模顶 122的两侧设置, 卡头 326 设置在贯通槽 32两侧内壁面上。 卡头 326与卡槽 126的形状不作限定, 可以是卡 接后不能随意脱离的任意形状, 优选卡槽 126与卡头 326之间形成钩挂, 卡头 326 钩住卡槽 126使得后座 3无法后退造成端子组件 1与后座 3的分离。
[0048] 对于壳体 2的固定, 优选所述贯通槽 32内壁面上幵设设有止动槽 31, 所述端子 组件 1前端设有挡块 122a, 所述壳体 2前端顶压在挡块 122a上、 壳体 2后端通过止 动件 23抵压在所述止动槽 31内。
[0049] 如图 4-7所示, 弹性卡扣 4的装配是从后座 3幵始的, 对应的贯通槽 32中也设有 与卡扣槽 125对应的后座槽 325, 后座槽 325与卡扣槽 125对应联通, 形成弹性卡 扣 4向前推进的沟槽。 对于弹性卡扣 4的固定, 优选所述顶压槽 33设置在所述贯 通槽 32前部的内壁面上, 所述抵压弹片 43前部向后座 3中心方向倾斜, 弹性卡扣 4装配到端子组件 1上后, 抵压弹片 43顶压在顶压槽 33内, 防止弹性卡扣 4后退。
[0050] 本发明所采用的上述固定方式, 是各个部件之间相互配合, 利用它们之间的位 置关系, 再通过卡接、 插接等方式实现, 整体结构紧凑, 固定牢固, 尤其重要 的是在不增加整体尺寸的基础上, 实现两种不同接口并存。 对于手机用户来讲 , 非常的方便, 同吋对于生产厂家的生产也非常地简便快捷, 容易实现装配。

[权利要求 1] 一种双面两用连接器, 其特征在于, 包括端子组件、 壳体、 后座以及 弹性卡扣;
所述端子组件分别从两侧面各自实现 Lightning数据接口、 Micro-USB 接口连接;
所述壳体紧配合套装在端子组件外, 在横向对端子组件进行限位固定 所述后座卡接在所述端子组件的后部实现二者的固定连接; 所述壳体夹持在端子组件前端与后座之间, 防止壳体沿纵向移动; 所述弹性卡扣从端子组件后部向前插装至端子组件上并被壳体限制其 横向移动, 所述弹性卡扣前端的弹性卡头从 Micro-USB接口一侧的端 子组件上向外伸出; 所述弹性卡扣在纵向限位固定在端子组件与所述 后座之间, 防止其纵向移动。

[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 2所述的双面两用连接器, 其特征在于, 所述弹性卡扣 包括两个间隔平行设置的弹性卡头, 两个弹性卡头后部通过卡扣座连 成一体, 对应所述第二端子组件上分别幵有卡扣槽, 所述弹性卡头容 置在所述卡扣槽中, 且弹性卡头前端从卡扣槽和壳体对应幵设的连接 口中向外伸出。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 1所述的双面两用连接器, 其特征在于, 所述后座设有 前后贯通的贯通槽, 所述贯通槽的形状与端子组件后部形状配合一致 插接在一起; 所述壳体抵压在所述端子组件前端与后座之间。
