The intumescent flame retardant system consists of an acid source, a gas source and a carbon source. The phosphorus-containing nitrogen-containing inorganic flame retardant has the former two. The invention selects cellulose fibers such as natural cotton and bamboo fiber as raw materials because these raw materials are all polyhydroxy polymers with high carbon content and are good carbon sources. Due to the application of the intumescent flame retardant system, the carbon residue rate of the yarn on the mattress is increased, the thickness of the carbon layer is increased, and the carbon mesh formed by the mattress inside the open fire is ensured, and the flame continues for a long time.
