Abstract

The invention relates to an improved sweeping brush including a handle or stick and a brush having bristles or filaments distributed on the lower surface thereof. The brush is formed of three brush elements (1, 2.1, 2.2), with one defining a substantially rectangular central brush (1) whose ends are formed by respective lugs (3.1, 3.2), and two lateral brush elements (2.1, 2.2) whose corresponding ends are accommodated in said lugs (3.1, 3.2), with the lateral brush elements being able to fold in a wing-like manner, projecting outward from the central element (1) at an angle of 180° in relation to the transverse axes of the lugs (3.1, 3.2).
