有益效果
本发明所提供的一种移动终端提醒方法及系统,有效地解决了现有移动终端在使用时无法提醒用户的问题,通过当移动终端处于运动状态时,采集移动终端的运动数据,判断移动终端是否处于自然行进状态,若为是,则检测移动终端与水平方向的夹角,判断所述夹角是否小于角度阈值,若小于,则通过移动终端识别用户的人眼信息,判断人眼是否观看移动终端的屏幕,若为是,则控制移动终端发出提醒;通过检测出人在行进时低头观看相关终端的行为模式,对用户进行提醒,避免事故发生,并强制用户建立良好的移动终端使用习惯;从而为用户带来便利。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明提供一种移动终端提醒方法及系统,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参阅图1,图1为本发明提供的移动终端提醒方法较佳实施例的流程图,如图所示,所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S100、当移动终端处于运动状态时,采集移动终端的运动数据,判断移动终端是否处于自然行进状态,若为是,则执行步骤S200;
步骤S200、检测移动终端与水平方向的夹角,判断所述夹角是否小于角度阈值,若为是,则执行步骤S300;
步骤S300、通过移动终端识别用户的人眼信息,判断人眼是否观看移动终端的屏幕,若为是,则控制移动终端发出提醒。
下面结合具体的实施例对上述步骤进行详细的描述。
在步骤S100中,当移动终端处于运动状态时,采集移动终端的运动数据,判断移动终端是否处于自然行进状态,若为是,则执行步骤S200。具体来说,移动终端为包含屏幕和摄像头的智能终端产品,包含但不限于智能手机、智能手表、平板电脑、智能相机等终端设备。通过使用该终端内置传感器,包括但不限于加速度传感器,重力传感器,陀螺仪等,便可检测移动终端是否处于运动状态。当移动终端处于运动状态时,采集移动终端的运动数据。然后,判断移动终端是否处于自然行进状态,若为是,则执行步骤S200。
具体来说,就是当系统通过运动传感器检测到处于运动状态时,将其运动数据信息进行算法处理,判断当前为用户自然行进还是被动行进。在实际应用时,优选地,所述步骤S100具体包括:
S110、预先采集用户处于不同的自然行进模式时移动终端对应的运动模式数据;
S120、判断移动终端是否处于运动状态,当移动终端处于运动状态时采集移动终端的运动数据,将所述运动数据与运动模式数据进行比对匹配,若匹配,则移动终端处于自然行进状态,并执行步骤S200;否则移动终端处于被动行进状态。
具体来说,自然行进,包括跑步、走路、爬山等运动模式;如跑步、走路、爬山都有特定匀速的离地高度、步间时间、步行速度及步间距等数据;而被动行进方式,如乘坐交通工具等,则相关数据无规律性或超出自然行进的振动幅度阈值、时间阈值及速度阈值等数据。
优选地,所述步骤S120具体包括:
S121、采集移动终端的重力加速度振动数据信息,形成对应的振动曲线,将振动曲线中的振幅数据、波峰间隔时间数据、速度数据及步间距数据与预先内置的多个自然行进模式的运动模式数据进行数据比对,若匹配,则认为移动终端处于自然行进状态,执行步骤S200;若移动终端的重力加速度振动数据信息无规律性或超出自然行进的振动幅度阈值、时间阈值及速度阈值,则认为移动终端处于被动行进状态。
具体来说,移动终端的运动方式,也就是用户的运动方式,须经过模式判断为自然行进或被动行进。其中,自然行进包括跑步、走路、爬山等;若为被动行进,如乘坐交通工具等,则不需处理。算法使用传感器实时采集重力加速度振动数据信息,形成振动曲线,如图2所示。将振幅数据(f,代表行进时脚部的最高离地高度)、波峰间隔时间数据(t1-t0,代表每一步所用时间-步间时间)、速度传感器数据(v,代表行进速度)、步间距(s=步间时间x速度)等,与算法预先内置的自然行进相关模式数据进行数据比对,根据匹配度和数据的稳定性从而确认行进方式。如跑步、走路、爬山都有特定匀速的离地高度、步间时间、步行速度、步间距;乘坐交通工具则相关数据无规律性或超出自然行进的振动幅度/时间/速度阈值。
在步骤S200中,检测移动终端与水平方向的夹角,判断所述夹角是否小于角度阈值,若为是,则执行步骤S300。具体来说,若确认用户为手持移动终端进行自然行进,则进一步通过终端内置传感器读取该终端的水平信息。若移动终端与水平方向的夹角小于角度阈值(如30度),则可判断为该终端接近水平状态,表示该用户在自然行进中以接近水平的角度手持移动终端。
在实际应用时,检测移动终端是否水平需使用该终端内置传感器,包括但不限于角速度传感器,陀螺仪等。在实际应用时,移动终端的水平角度与判断用户是否低头有密切联系,需定义合理的水平角度阈值,因此,教育阈值可设置为30度、45度或60度等数值,此处不做限定,可根据实际应用进行选择合理的角度值。
在步骤S300中,通过移动终端识别用户的人眼信息,判断人眼是否观看移动终端的屏幕,若为是,则控制移动终端发出提醒。具体来说,使用该终端的摄像头识别用户的人眼信息,如果成功定位到人眼特征并且朝向该终端,则判断用户当前主视角面对斜下方观看该终端屏幕。在该情况下,系统确认用户当前的行为模式存在较大的安全隐患,向用户发出提醒。也就是通过移动终端的摄像头判断人眼是否观看屏幕,若为是,则移动终端发出提醒,提醒方式用于告知用户警惕当前行为模式存在安全隐患,需有显性特点。包括但不限于声音、灯光、振动、软件弹窗甚至锁屏,及以上方式组合。
优选地,所述步骤S300具体包括:
S301、通过移动终端摄像头识别用户的人眼信息,若成功定位到人眼特征并且朝向该移动终端,则继续判断用户当前主视角是否面对斜下方并观看该移动终端屏幕,若为是,则发出提醒。
优选地,在所述步骤S100和S200之间,还包括:
S400、检测移动终端是否处于手持状态,若为是,则执行步骤S200。具体来说,如何判断移动终端处于手持状态,现有技术中已有多种实现方式,此处不再赘述。
本发明的移动终端提醒方法,通过移动终端自带的运动传感器和摄像头进行实时检测,依次判断用户的行进状态、手持终端角度,眼球朝向,最终确认用户主视角范围,从而进行提醒,强制用户建立良好的移动终端使用习惯,给用户带来了大大的方便,减少了事故发生,减少了安全隐患。
基于上述的移动终端提醒方法,本发明还提供了一种移动终端提醒系统,如图3所示,包括:
运动检测模块10,用于当移动终端处于运动状态时,采集移动终端的运动数据,判断移动终端是否处于自然行进状态,若为是,则触发夹角检测模块20;具体如步骤S100所述;
夹角检测模块20,用于检测移动终端与水平方向的夹角,判断所述夹角是否小于角度阈值,若为是,则触发人眼检测模块30;具体如步骤S200所述;
人眼检测模块30,用于通过移动终端识别用户的人眼信息,判断人眼是否观看移动终端的屏幕,若为是,则控制移动终端发出提醒;具体如步骤S300所述。
进一步地,所述的移动终端提醒系统,还包括:
手持检测模块,用于检测移动终端是否处于手持状态,若为是,则触发夹角检测模块。
进一步地,所述运动检测模块10包括:
预先采集单元,用于预先采集用户处于不同的自然行进模式时移动终端对应的运动模式数据;
运动判断单元,用于判断移动终端是否处于运动状态,当移动终端处于运动状态时采集移动终端的运动数据,将所述运动数据与运动模式数据进行比对匹配,若匹配,则移动终端处于自然行进状态,并触发夹角检测模块;否则移动终端处于被动行进状态。
进一步地,所述运动判断单元包括:
运动判断子单元,用于采集移动终端的重力加速度振动数据信息,形成对应的振动曲线,将振动曲线中的振幅数据、波峰间隔时间数据、速度数据及步间距数据与预先内置的多个自然行进模式的运动模式数据进行数据比对,若匹配,则认为移动终端处于自然行进状态,触发夹角检测模块;若移动终端的重力加速度振动数据信息无规律性或超出自然行进的振动幅度阈值、时间阈值及速度阈值,则认为移动终端处于被动行进状态。
进一步地,所述人眼检测模块30包括:
人眼判断单元,用于通过移动终端摄像头识别用户的人眼信息,若成功定位到人眼特征并且朝向该移动终端,则继续判断用户当前主视角是否面对斜下方并观看该移动终端屏幕,若为是,则发出提醒。
在实际应用时,所述移动终端为手机、平板电脑等智能终端。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种移动终端提醒方法及系统,通过当移动终端处于运动状态时,采集移动终端的运动数据,判断移动终端是否处于自然行进状态,若为是,则检测移动终端与水平方向的夹角,判断所述夹角是否小于角度阈值,若小于,则通过移动终端识别用户的人眼信息,判断人眼是否观看移动终端的屏幕,若为是,则控制移动终端发出提醒;通过检测出人在行进时低头观看相关终端的行为模式,对用户进行提醒,避免事故发生,并强制用户建立良好的移动终端使用习惯;从而为用户带来便利;带来了大大的方便。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种移动终端提醒方法,其中包括:
    当移动终端处于运动状态时,采集移动终端的运动数据,判断移动终端是否处于自然行进状态;
    若判断出移动终端处于自然行进状态,则检测移动终端是否处于手持状态,若是处于手持状态,则检测移动终端与水平方向的夹角,判断所述夹角是否小于角度阈值;
    若判断出所述夹角小于角度阈值,则通过移动终端摄像头识别用户的人眼信息,若成功定位到人眼特征并且朝向该移动终端,则继续判断用户当前主视角是否面对斜下方并观看该移动终端屏幕,若判断出当前主视角面对斜下方并观看该移动终端屏幕,则控制移动终端发出提醒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端提醒方法,其中所述判断移动终端是否处于自然行进状态具体包括:
    预先采集用户处于不同的自然行进模式时移动终端对应的运动模式数据;
    判断移动终端是否处于运动状态,当移动终端处于运动状态时采集移动终端的运动数据,将所述运动数据与运动模式数据进行比对匹配,若匹配,则确定移动终端处于自然行进状态;
    若不匹配,则确定移动终端处于被动行进状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端提醒方法,其中所述采集移动终端的运动数据,将所述运动数据与运动模式数据进行比对匹配具体包括:
    采集移动终端的重力加速度振动数据信息,形成对应的振动曲线;
    将振动曲线中的振幅数据、波峰间隔时间数据、速度数据及步间距数据与预先内置的多个自然行进模式的运动模式数据进行数据比对;
    所述若不匹配,则确定移动终端处于被动行进状态,包括:若移动终端的重力加速度振动数据信息无规律性或超出自然行进的振动幅度阈值、时间阈值及速度阈值,则确定移动终端处于被动行进状态。
  4. 一种移动终端提醒方法,其中包括:
    当移动终端处于运动状态时,采集移动终端的运动数据,判断移动终端是否处于自然行进状态;
    若判断出移动终端处于自然行进状态,则检测移动终端与水平方向的夹角,判断所述夹角是否小于角度阈值;
    若判断出所述夹角小于角度阈值,则通过移动终端识别用户的人眼信息,判断人眼是否观看移动终端的屏幕,若判断出人眼是在观看移动终端的屏幕,则控制移动终端发出提醒。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端提醒方法,其中在所述检测移动终端与水平方向的夹角之前,还包括:
    检测移动终端是否处于手持状态,若为是,则触发执行检测移动终端与水平方向的夹角的步骤。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端提醒方法,其中所述判断移动终端是否处于自然行进状态具体包括:
    预先采集用户处于不同的自然行进模式时移动终端对应的运动模式数据;
    判断移动终端是否处于运动状态,当移动终端处于运动状态时采集移动终端的运动数据,将所述运动数据与运动模式数据进行比对匹配,若匹配,则确定移动终端处于自然行进状态;
    若不匹配,则确定移动终端处于被动行进状态。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端提醒方法,其中所述采集移动终端的运动数据,将所述运动数据与运动模式数据进行比对匹配具体包括:
    采集移动终端的重力加速度振动数据信息,形成对应的振动曲线;
    将振动曲线中的振幅数据、波峰间隔时间数据、速度数据及步间距数据与预先内置的多个自然行进模式的运动模式数据进行数据比对;
    所述若不匹配,则确定移动终端处于被动行进状态,包括:若移动终端的重力加速度振动数据信息无规律性或超出自然行进的振动幅度阈值、时间阈值及速度阈值,则确定移动终端处于被动行进状态。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端提醒方法,其中所述通过移动终端识别用户的人眼信息,判断人眼是否观看移动终端的屏幕具体包括:
    通过移动终端摄像头识别用户的人眼信息,若成功定位到人眼特征并且朝向该移动终端,则继续判断用户当前主视角是否面对斜下方并观看该移动终端屏幕。
  9. 一种移动终端提醒系统,其中包括:
    运动检测模块,用于当移动终端处于运动状态时,采集移动终端的运动数据,判断移动终端是否处于自然行进状态,若判断出移动终端处于自然行进状态,则触发夹角检测模块;
    所述夹角检测模块,用于检测移动终端与水平方向的夹角,判断所述夹角是否小于角度阈值,若若判断出所述夹角小于角度阈值,则触发人眼检测模块;
    所述人眼检测模块,用于通过移动终端识别用户的人眼信息,判断人眼是否观看移动终端的屏幕,若判断出人眼是在观看移动终端的屏幕,则控制移动终端发出提醒。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端提醒系统,其中还包括:
    手持检测模块,用于检测移动终端是否处于手持状态,若是处于手持状态,则触发夹角检测模块。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端提醒系统,其中所述运动检测模块包括:
    预先采集单元,用于预先采集用户处于不同的自然行进模式时移动终端对应的运动模式数据;
    运动判断单元,用于判断移动终端是否处于运动状态,当移动终端处于运动状态时采集移动终端的运动数据,将所述运动数据与运动模式数据进行比对匹配,若匹配,则移动终端处于自然行进状态,并触发夹角检测模块;否则移动终端处于被动行进状态。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端提醒系统,其中所述运动判断单元包括:
    运动判断子单元,用于采集移动终端的重力加速度振动数据信息,形成对应的振动曲线,将振动曲线中的振幅数据、波峰间隔时间数据、速度数据及步间距数据与预先内置的多个自然行进模式的运动模式数据进行数据比对,若匹配,则认为移动终端处于自然行进状态,触发夹角检测模块;若移动终端的重力加速度振动数据信息无规律性或超出自然行进的振动幅度阈值、时间阈值及速度阈值,则认为移动终端处于被动行进状态。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端提醒系统,其中所述人眼检测模块包括:
    人眼判断单元,用于通过移动终端摄像头识别用户的人眼信息,若成功定位到人眼特征并且朝向该移动终端,则继续判断用户当前主视角是否面对斜下方并观看该移动终端屏幕。
