发明内容

本发明要解决的技术问题是:为解决现有的箱扇后网为敞开式,水汽、雨滴或灰尘会穿过箱扇后网直接进入到电机壳体内,存在漏电和电机着火的安全隐患,影响电机的寿命的问题。

具体的,所述凹陷结构设置在所述防水部12的上半部,所述通气孔123位于所述凹陷结构的上部。所述凹陷结构包括底面121和若干与之连接的侧壁122,所述通气孔123设置在所述底面121与所述侧壁122的连接处。所述通气孔123为“一”字形长孔或“L”形孔;即要么设置在底面121与其中一个侧壁122的连接处,形成“一”字 形长孔;要么设置在底面121与及两个相邻的侧壁122之间,形成“L”形孔。
如图6和7所示,所述凹陷结构的数量为多个,多个所述凹陷结构整体形成圆形或环形的防水部12。
为方便制造,一般将防水部12整体设置成圆形,多个凹陷结构均匀分布在该圆形区域内,但是只有上半部的凹陷结构内设有通气孔123,防止上部的雨水流下后进入下方凹陷结构内的通气孔123。为进一步提高防雨、防水的效果,将通气孔123设置在底面121的上边缘与侧壁122的连接处,如图6和图7所示。这样雨水落下后将直接被侧壁122挡住,不会落入侧壁122底部的通气孔123内;即使有部分雨水落入凹陷结构内,由于通气孔123在底面121的上边缘处,因此雨水根本不会从通气孔123流到本体内侧,在实现通气的前提下、进一步实现了防雨、防水、防水等多项功能。
实施例二:
如图1-3及图8所示,本实施例具体公布了一种箱扇,包括:壳体5、风叶3、电机4、以及如实施例一所述的箱扇后网1,所述风叶3与所述电机4连接,所述风叶3与电机4均安装在所述壳体5内,所述箱扇后网1安装在所述壳体5上,所述电机4与所述箱扇后网1的内侧相对。
即利用实施例一所述的箱扇后网1实现对电机4的通风和防护,避免使用过程中雨水从箱扇后网1进入电机4,保证电机4的正常通风的同时可以实现防水。
具体的,所述电机4与所述防水部12相对。风叶3装在电机4前端的主轴上,电机4的后端与防水部12相对,主要实现对电机4的防护,防止外界雨水等进入电机4。
进一步的,在所述箱扇后网1的内侧,且位于所述防水部12的上方设有遮雨盖11。所述遮雨盖11为两端朝下的弧形板。由于风叶 3旋转时,后窗处会有大量气流通过,因此在防水部12周围的区域仍然采用常规的网格结构,该网格结构并不能实现防水功能,为避免外界雨水等从该网格处进入电机4,在防水部12的上方设有遮雨盖11,可以将电机4上方进来的雨水阻挡并引导至其他区域流出,有效防止水流至电机4上。
更进一步的,所述电机4上方设有电机保护罩2,所述电机保护罩2连接有导水盖21,所述导水盖21位于所述电机4和遮雨盖11之间。遮雨盖11流下来的与水可以顺着下方的电机保护罩2、导水盖21从其他区域落下,不会落入电机4内。
优选的,所述电机保护罩2的材质为耐火材料。风叶3高速旋转容易升温起火,电机保护罩2采用耐火材料,可以有效防止风叶3起燃,保证使用安全。
实施例三:
如图9所示,本实施例是在实施例二的基础上的进一步扩展,所述箱扇还包括用于切换所述电机3运行状态的开关6,所述开关6设有用于阻止外界雨水进入所述开关6的防护单元7。防护单元7的设置可以有效保护开关6免受雨水侵扰,避免因雨水进入而发生漏电、短路现象,确保开关6正常运行,保障安全。
优选的,所述开关6设置在所述箱扇后网1上,所述防护单元7为开关保护盒,所述开关保护盒设置在所述开关6外侧。开关保护盒可以对开关6起到多方向、全面防护,避免雨水进入开关6,防护效果最佳。
优选的,所述开关6设置在所述箱扇后网1上,所述防护单元7为挡水板,所述挡水板设置在所述风叶4与开关6之间。风叶4转动过程中,由于离心力的存在,风叶4上的水会被甩出去溅到开关6上,因此在风叶4与开关6之间设置了挡水板作为防护单元7,阻挡风叶4上溅来的水滴,确保开关6正常运行,保障安全。
由以上实施例可以看出,本发明实施例一所述的箱扇后网1,通过设置通气孔123,保证箱扇的通风;将通气孔123设置在凹陷结构内,雨水可以顺着凹陷结构朝下流出,而不会进入通气孔123内,即在保证通气的前提下实现了防水,避免通风过程中外界雨水直接落入通气孔123;通气孔123设置在凹陷结构的上方,进一步减小了雨水溅入通气孔123的几率,进一步提高了防水效果。本发明实施例二所述的箱扇,电机4的后端直接与该箱扇后网1的防水部12相对,在实现通风散热的前提下,保证雨水不会直接经防水部12流向电机4;遮雨盖11、导水盖21的设置,可以将从后窗的其他区域进入的雨水引导至电机4以外的区域再流下,彻底避免雨水进入电机4现象的发生,可以有效避免漏电和电机4着火等现象的发生,延长电机4的使用寿命;电机保护罩2的材质为耐火材料,可以防止风叶3起火,满足电机4的防水和防火要求;开关6设置防护单元7,尤其是当防护单元7为开关保护盒时,可以对开关6起到全面防护,避免雨水进入开关6,确保开关6正常运行,保障安全。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种箱扇后网,其特征在于,包括:竖直设置的本体,所述本体上设有防水部(12),所述防水部(12)设置于与箱扇内的电机(4)对应的位置,所述防水部(12)包括设置在所述本体上的凹陷结构,所述凹陷结构内设有用于连通所述本体内外两侧的通气孔(123)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的箱扇后网,其特征在于,所述通气孔(123)位于所述凹陷结构的上部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的箱扇后网,其特征在于,所述凹陷结构包括底面(121)和若干与之连接的侧壁(122),所述通气孔(123)设置在所述底面(121)与所述侧壁(122)的连接处。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的箱扇后网,其特征在于,所述通气孔(123)为“一”字形长孔或“L”形孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的箱扇后网,其特征在于,所述凹陷结构的数量为多个,多个所述凹陷结构整体形成圆形或环形的防水部(12)。
  6. 一种箱扇,其特征在于,包括:壳体(5)、风叶(3)、电机(4)、以及如权利要求1-5任一项所述的箱扇后网(1),所述风叶(3)与所述电机(4)连接,所述风叶(3)与电机(4)均安装在所述壳体(5)内,所述箱扇后网(1)安装在所述壳体(5)上,所述电机(4)与所述箱扇后网(1)的内侧相对。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的箱扇,其特征在于,在所述箱扇后网(1)的内侧,且位于所述防水部(12)的上方设有遮雨盖(11)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的箱扇,其特征在于,所述遮雨盖(11)为两端朝下的弧形板。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的箱扇,其特征在于,所述电机(4)上方设有电机保护罩(2),所述电机保护罩(2)连接有导水盖(21),所 述导水盖(21)位于所述电机(4)和遮雨盖(11)之间。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的箱扇,其特征在于,所述电机保护罩(2)的材质为耐火材料。
  11. 如权利要求6-10任一项所述的箱扇,其特征在于,还包括用于切换所述电机(4)运行状态的开关,所述开关设有用于阻止外界雨水进入所述开关的防护单元。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的箱扇,其特征在于,所述开关设置在所述箱扇后网(1)上,所述防护单元为开关保护盒,所述开关保护盒设置在所述开关外侧。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的箱扇,其特征在于,所述开关设置在所述箱扇后网(1)上,所述防护单元为挡水板,所述挡水板设置在所述风叶(3)与开关之间。
