移动终端呼叫传递信息的方法、装置和系统 技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种移动终端呼叫传递信息的方法、装置和系统。
背景技术
随着移动通信技术的不断发展,手机通信已经成为人们普遍使用的联系、交流方式。对于主叫方来说,常常需要联系陌生的被叫方,在这种情况下,被叫方因为不知道主叫方是谁而可能拒接电话;另一方面,对熟悉的被叫方,有时候主叫方发起呼叫时也需要传递一些特殊的信息。
就相关技术来看,来电号码显示已经成为手机的基本功能,较为常见的还能同时显示来电的位置信息,一般是根据主叫号码显示主叫来自哪个城市,这从一定程度上使得被叫用户可以大体知道主叫方来自哪里,但这无法让被叫用户更加详细的了解一个陌生号码,从而经常接到一些广告电话和推销电话,给用户造成困扰,或者拒绝了本该接听的电话。
同时,相关技术不能实现在手机显示来电号码的同时,为主叫方传递特殊场景下的信息。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提出一种移动终端呼叫信息传递的方法、装置和系统,旨在实现在进行呼叫时,主叫用户设定的主叫信息能够有效传递至被叫用户,满足用户需求。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种移动终端呼叫信息传递的方法,包括:
在主叫终端向被叫终端发起呼叫请求时,获取信息查询指令;
根据所述信息查询指令,从主叫信息库中获取主叫用户预设的主叫信 息;
将所述主叫终端预设的主叫信息发送至被叫终端。
优选地,所述在主叫终端向被叫终端发起呼叫请求时,获取信息查询指令的步骤包括:
在主叫终端向被叫终端发起呼叫请求时,接收被叫终端发送的信息查询指令;或者,在主叫终端向被叫终端发起呼叫请求时,从呼叫系统侧获取所述信息查询指令。

本发明实施例的主要解决方案是:在被叫终端接收到主叫终端发起的呼叫后,被叫终端通过查询从主叫信息库中获取主叫用户设定的主叫信息,由被叫终端在响应呼叫(比如振铃)时,显示主叫号码及主叫信息,由此,解决了主叫用户不能在呼叫时传递信息的问题,使得被叫用户在看到来电号码时,也能看到主叫方提供的相关信息;同时协助被叫方判断接听来电与否;本发明还使得主叫用户可以根据特定场景,向被叫用户传递特殊信息,满足用户需求。
本发明实施例考虑到:相关技术中使用手机进行呼叫时,被叫用户无法获取主叫用户的主叫信息;主叫用户也无法向被叫用户传递主叫信息。
本发明实施例方案可以解决相关技术中使用手机进行呼叫时,被叫用户无法获取主叫用户的主叫信息;主叫用户也无法向被叫用户传递主叫信息的问题,实现使用手机进行呼叫时,主叫用户与被叫用户之间的主叫信息的有效传递,满足用户的需求。
如图1所示,本发明第一实施例提出一种移动终端呼叫传递信息的方法,包括:

本发明方法的执行主体可以为一种信息维护设备或装置,或者还可以为实现呼叫的呼叫中心,本实施例以信息维护设备进行举例,当然也不限定于其他能够为主叫终端和被叫终端提供信息传递服务的设备。
该信息维护设备可以是纯硬件设备,也可以为虚拟的软体设备,可以在信息维护设备上安装客户端软件,并提供人机交互界面,供用户操作。
在主叫终端发起呼叫请求时,信息维护设备首先获取信息查询指令。
其中,获取信息查询指令的方式可以由被叫终端发起,也可以由呼叫系统侧在下发呼叫信息时一起下发,带给信息维护设备。
因此,作为一种信息查询指令的获取方式,在主叫终端向被叫终端发起呼叫请求时,信息维护设备接收被叫终端发送的信息查询指令。
或者,作为另一种信息查询指令的获取方式,在主叫终端向被叫终端发起呼叫请求时,信息维护设备从呼叫系统侧获取所述信息查询指令。
以信息维护设备从被叫终端获取信息查询指令为例,在主叫用户向被叫用户发起呼叫,被叫终端在接收到主叫终端发送的呼叫请求后,向信息维护设备发送信息查询指令。
其中,被叫终端发送的信息查询指令可以包含:主叫号码和被叫号码,以便根据所述信息查询指令,从主叫信息库中获取主叫用户预设的主叫信息。

具体地,首先,信息维护设备在接收到被叫终端发送的的信息查询指令后,与被叫终端通过网络建立连接。

可选地,主叫用户还可以根据消息的时效性需要,对不同的消息内容设置不同的消息的有效时间,比如“祝福您生日的朋友”这类与时间有关的消息内容,可设置为消息的有效时间为当天有效;对“来自于您的宝贝儿子”这样的语句可设置消息的有效时间为长期有效。
在成功授权主叫终端登录后,信息维护设备接收所述主叫终端发出的设置指令,通过与主叫终端建立的网络连接接收主叫终端输入的主叫信息,并对主叫终端输入的主叫信息进行设置。
在成功对接收到主叫终端输入的主叫信息进行设置后,将主叫终端输入的主叫信息保存至主叫信息库。

在主叫终端发起呼叫请求时,信息维护设备首先获取信息查询指令。
其中,获取信息查询指令的方式可以由被叫终端发起,也可以由呼叫系统侧在下发呼叫信息时一起下发,带给信息维护设备。
因此,作为一种信息查询指令的获取方式,在主叫终端向被叫终端发起呼叫请求时,信息维护设备接收被叫终端发送的信息查询指令。
或者,作为另一种信息查询指令的获取方式,在主叫终端向被叫终端发起呼叫请求时,信息维护设备从呼叫系统侧获取所述信息查询指令。

    在主叫终端向被叫终端发起呼叫请求时,获取信息查询指令;
    根据所述信息查询指令,从主叫信息库中获取主叫用户预设的主叫信息;
    将所述主叫终端预设的主叫信息发送至被叫终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述在主叫终端向被叫终端发起呼叫请求时,获取信息查询指令的步骤包括:
    在主叫终端向被叫终端发起呼叫请求时,接收被叫终端发送的信息查询指令;或者,在主叫终端向被叫终端发起呼叫请求时,从呼叫系统侧获取所述信息查询指令。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述接收被叫终端在主叫终端发起呼叫请求时发送的信息查询指令的步骤之前,还包括:

    获取所述呼叫请求的发起时间;
    将所述呼叫请求的发起时间与所述主叫用户预设的主叫信息中的信息有效时间进行比对,判断所述主叫信息库中的主叫信息是否有效;
    若所述呼叫请求的发起时间在所述信息有效时间范围内,则所述主叫信息有效,根据信息查询指令中的主叫号码和被叫号码,从所述主叫信息库中获取所述主叫信息。
  7. 一种移动终端呼叫传递信息的装置,包括:
    获取模块,设置为在主叫终端向被叫终端发起呼叫请求时,获取信息查询指令;
    查询模块,设置为根据所述信息查询指令,从主叫信息库中获取主叫用户预设的主叫信息;
    发送模块,设置为将所述主叫终端预设的主叫信息发送至被叫终 端。

    所述查询模块,还设置为与所述被叫终端通过网络建立连接,根据所述信息查询指令中的主叫号码和被叫号码,查询所述主叫信息库中的主叫信息,从所述主叫信息库中获取所述主叫信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,
    所述查询模块,还设置为获取所述呼叫请求的发起时间;将所述呼叫请求的发起时间与所述主叫用户预设的主叫信息中的信息有效时间进行比对,判断所述主叫信息库中的主叫信息是否有效;
    若所述呼叫请求的发起时间在所述信息有效时间范围内,则所述主叫信息有效,根据信息查询指令中的主叫号码和被叫号码,从所述主叫信息库中获取所述主叫信息。
  12. 根据权利要求9、10或11所述的装置,其中,
    所述维护模块,还设置为接收所述主叫终端发送的登录指令,授权所述主叫终端进行登录操作;接收所述主叫终端发送的设置指令,对所述主叫终端输入的主叫信息进行设置,并保存至所述主叫信息库;所述主叫信息与每一被叫号码对应,或者,与每一类被叫号码对应,或者,与被叫号码群组对应;所述主叫信息包括消息内容,或包括消息内容与主叫信息的有效时间。
  13. 一种用于移动终端呼叫传递信息的信息维护设备,所述信息维护设备包括如权利要求7至12中任一项所述的装置。
  14. 一种移动终端呼叫传递信息的系统,包括:主叫终端、被叫终端及信息维护设备,其中:
    所述主叫终端,设置为向所述被叫终端发起呼叫请求;
    所述被叫终端,设置为在接收到主叫终端发起的呼叫请求后,向所述信息维护设备发送信息查询指令;并接收所述信息维护设备查询并反馈的主叫信息;
    所述信息维护设备包括如权利要求7至12中任一项所述的装置。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的系统,其中,
    所述主叫终端,还设置为向所述信息维护设备发送信息设置指令;
    所述被叫终端,还设置为在响应所述呼叫时,向被叫用户进行振铃提示,显示主叫号码,并同时显示所述主叫信息,或者,语音提示所述主叫信息。
