其中,上述通话录音的管理装置,所述判断模块还包括:
存储子模块,设置为若所述预设联系人数据库中不存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,则将所述录音采样样本标记为未知联系人的录音采样数据存储到所述预设联系人数据库中。
本发明还提供了一种终端,包括如上所述的通话录音的管理装置。
根据本发明的又一个实施例,还提供了一种存储介质。该存储介质设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
在接通主叫方的来电后,获取所述主叫方在通话过程中的录音采样样本;
判断预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,所述预设联系人数据库中存储有多个录音采样数据;
若所述预设联系人数据库中存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,则获取所述录音采样数据对应的联系人标识信息;
建立所述联系人标识信息与所述录音采样样本的关联关系,并将所述录音采样样本与所述联系人标识信息按照所述关联关系对应存储至通话录音数据库。
可选地,存储介质还设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
判断所述来电是否为未知来电;
若所述来电为未知来电,则根据所述录音采样样本与所述预设联系人数据库中每个录音采样数据的声纹匹配度,确定所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据;
若所述来电为已知来电,则根据所述录音采样样本与已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据的声纹匹配度,确定所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据。

若所述来电为已知来电,则在所述预设联系人数据库中获取与已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据,所述预设联系人数据库中记录有按照对应关系存储的录音采样数据及联系人标识信息;

根据所述声纹匹配度与预设阈值的关系,确定所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据。

若所述来电为已知来电,则判断所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据;
若所述预设联系人数据库中存在与所述已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据,则获取与所述已知联系人对应的录音采样数据,否则,将所述录音采样样本作为所述已知联系人的录音采样数据添加到所述预设联系人数据库中,并在所述通话录音数据库中按照对应关系存储所述录音采样数据及所述已知联系人的联系人标识信息。

若所述预设联系人数据库中不存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,则将所述录音采样样本标记为未知联系人的录音采样数据存储到所述预设联系人数据库中。

本发明实施例的通话录音的管理方法,在接通主叫方的来电后,获取主叫方在通话过程中的录音采样样本;判断预设联系人数据库中是否存在与录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据;若预设联系人数据库中存在与录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,则获取录音采样数据对应的联系人标识信息;建立联系人标识信息与所述录音采样样本的关联关系,并将录音采样样本与联系人标识信息按照所述关联关系对应存储至通话录音数据库,从而可以使用户根据联系人标识信息对通话录音数据库中的录音文件进行快速分类管理及搜索浏览,提高了用户体验。

具体实施方式
为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合具体实施例及附图进行详细描述。
本发明的实施例提供了一种通话录音的管理方法、装置及终端,解决了现有通话录音一般是按时间进行存储,不方便用户后续查阅和整理的问题。
第一实施例:
如图1所示,本发明实施例的通话录音的管理方法,可应用于一终端,该终端具体可以是智能手机、平板电脑/PAD、个人计算机等设备,上述方法包括:
步骤11:在接通主叫方的来电后,获取所述主叫方在通话过程中的录音采样样本。
在本发明的具体实施例中,终端可具体通过采集终端扬声器处的声音来获取上述录音采样样本,还可通过录音的方式来获取上述录音采样样本,该录音采样样本可具体为通话过程中的部分声音片段。
步骤12:判断预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,所述预设联系人数据库中存储有多个录音采样数据。
这里,匹配可具体是指录音采样数据与录音采样样本的声纹匹配度大于预设阈值。
步骤13:若所述预设联系人数据库中存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,则获取所述录音采样数据对应的联系人标识信息。
上述预设联系人数据库中存储有多个录音采样数据及每个录音采样数据对应的联系人标识信息,该联系人标识信息为用于表明联系人身份的信息,如联系人名称、联系人的电话号码等。当预设联系人数据库中存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据时,根据该预设联系人数据库中录音采样数据与联系人标识信息的对应关系,获取与所述录音采样数据对应的联系人标识信息。
步骤14:建立所述联系人标识信息与所述录音采样样本的关联关系,并将所述录音采样样本与所述联系人标识信息按照所述关联关系对应存储至通话录音数据库。
在本发明的具体实施例中,通过将所述录音采样样本与所述联系人标识信息按照上述关联关系对应存储至通话录音数据库,可以使得用户能够根据联系人标识信息快速地确定该通话录音是与哪位联系人的通话录音,大大地方便了用户对通话录音进行分类管理及快速浏览。
第二实施例:
如图2所示,本发明实施例的通话录音的管理方法,包括:
步骤21:在接通主叫方的来电后,获取所述主叫方在通话过程中的录音采样样本。
步骤22:判断所述来电是否为未知来电。
在本发明的具体实施例中,当终端有电话呼入时进行来电提示,用户可根据来电提示判断所述来电是已知来电还是未知来电。
步骤23:若所述来电为未知来电,则根据所述录音采样样本与所述预设联系人数据库中每个录音采样数据的声纹匹配度,确定所述预设联系人 数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据。
本发明实施例中,当来电为未知来电时,将录音采样样本与预设联系人数据库中已有的所有录音采样数据进行声纹比较,来确定所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据。
另外,当所述预设联系人数据库中不存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据时,则将所述录音采样样本标记为未知联系人的录音采样数据存储到所述预设联系人数据库中。
步骤24:若所述来电为已知来电,则根据所述录音采样样本与已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据的声纹匹配度,确定所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据。
具体的,若所述来电为已知来电,则在所述预设联系人数据库中获取与已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据,所述预设联系人数据库中记录有按照对应关系存储的录音采样数据及联系人标识信息;将所述录音采样样本与所述已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据进行声纹匹配处理,得到所述录音采样样本与所述已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据的声纹匹配度;根据所述声纹匹配度与预设阈值的关系,确定所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,其中,当声纹匹配度大于预设阈值时,确定所述预设联系人数据库中存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,否则,确定所述预设联系人数据库中不存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据。
另外,若所述来电为已知来电,且判断出在所述预设联系人数据库不存在与已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据,则将所述录音采样样本作为所述已知联系人的录音采样数据添加到所述预设联系人数据库中,并在所述通话录音数据库中按照对应关系存储所述录音采样数据及所述已知联系人的联系人标识信息,从而建立了预设联系人数据库与通话录音数据库两者之间的关联关系。
本发明实施例中,当所述来电为已知来电时,则获取与已知来电联系 人对应的录音采样数据的声纹匹配度,而无需将录音采样样本与预设联系人数据库中的每个录音采样数据进行声纹匹配处理,提高了处理效率。
步骤25:若所述预设联系人数据库中存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,则获取所述录音采样数据对应的联系人标识信息。
步骤26:建立所述联系人标识信息与所述录音采样样本的关联关系,并将所述录音采样样本与所述联系人标识信息按照所述关联关系对应存储至通话录音数据库。
下面具体说明该实施例的实现过程。
如图3所示,该实施例的通话录音的管理方法,包括:
步骤S31:终端接收到主叫方的来电后,获取主叫方的录音采样样本。
步骤S32:判断所述来电是否为未知来电。
步骤S321:若所述来电为未知来电,则获取录音采样样本与预设联系人数据库中的每个录音采样数据的声纹匹配度。
步骤S322:根据录音采样样本与预设联系人数据库中的每个录音采样数据的声纹匹配度,判断上述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据。
步骤S323:若存在,则将预设联系人数据库中的联系人标识信息对应存储到通话录音数据库中;
步骤S324:将录音采样样本作为对应联系人的录音采样数据存储到预设联系人数据库中。
步骤S325:若不存在,则将所述录音采样样本标记为未知联系人的录音采样数据存储到所述预设联系人数据库中。
步骤S331:若所述来电为已知来电,则在预设联系人数据库中获取与已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据。
步骤S332:判断是否获取到与已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据。
步骤S333:若未获取到,则执行步骤S323和步骤S324。
步骤S334:若获取到,则将所述录音采样样本与所述已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据进行比较。
步骤S335:判断比较结果是否相同。
步骤S336:若相同,则执行步骤S323和步骤S324。
步骤S337:若不相同,则丢弃上述录音采样样本。
本发明实施例的通话录音的管理方法,可以为用户提供智能化的个人通话录音管理和浏览,用户可以在管理通话录音的应用中快速浏览和定位通话录音,无需点击去听录音内容才能判断该录音所属联系人,极大提升了用户的使用体验。
第三实施例:
如图4所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种通话录音的管理装置,包括:
第一获取模块41,设置为在接通主叫方的来电后,获取所述主叫方在通话过程中的录音采样样本;
判断模块42,设置为判断预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,所述预设联系人数据库中存储有多个录音采样数据;
第二获取模块43,设置为若所述预设联系人数据库中存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,则获取所述录音采样数据对应的联系人标识信息;
处理模块44,设置为建立所述联系人标识信息与所述录音采样样本的关联关系,并将所述录音采样样本与所述联系人标识信息按照所述关联关系对应存储至通话录音数据库。
进一步地,所述判断模块42包括:
判断子模块421,设置为判断所述来电是否为未知来电;
第一确定子模块422,设置为若所述来电为未知来电,则根据所述录音采样样本与所述预设联系人数据库中每个录音采样数据的声纹匹配度, 确定所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据;
第二确定子模块423,设置为若所述来电为已知来电,则根据所述录音采样样本与已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据的声纹匹配度,确定所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据。
进一步地,所述第二确定子模块423,包括:
获取单元4231,设置为若所述来电为已知来电,则在所述预设联系人数据库中获取与已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据,所述预设联系人数据库中记录有按照对应关系存储的录音采样数据及联系人标识信息;
处理单元4232,设置为将所述录音采样样本与所述已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据进行声纹匹配处理,得到所述录音采样样本与所述已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据的声纹匹配度;
确定单元4233,设置为根据所述声纹匹配度与预设阈值的关系,确定所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据。
进一步地,所述获取单元4231包括:
判断子单元42311,设置为若所述来电为已知来电,则判断所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据;
处理子单元42312,设置为若所述预设联系人数据库中存在与所述已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据,则获取与所述已知联系人对应的录音采样数据,否则,将所述录音采样样本作为所述已知联系人的录音采样数据添加到所述预设联系人数据库中,并在所述通话录音数据库中按照对应关系存储所述录音采样数据及所述已知联系人的联系人标识信息。
进一步地,本发明实施例的通话录音的管理装置,所述判断模块42还包括:
存储子模块424,设置为若所述预设联系人数据库中不存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,则将所述录音采样样本标记为未知联系人的录音采样数据存储到所述预设联系人数据库中。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种终端,包括如上所述的通话录音的管理装置。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种通话录音的管理方法,包括:
    在接通主叫方的来电后,获取所述主叫方在通话过程中的录音采样样本;
    判断预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,所述预设联系人数据库中存储有多个录音采样数据;
    若所述预设联系人数据库中存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,则获取所述录音采样数据对应的联系人标识信息;
    建立所述联系人标识信息与所述录音采样样本的关联关系,并将所述录音采样样本与所述联系人标识信息按照所述关联关系对应存储至通话录音数据库。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通话录音的管理方法,其中,所述判断预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,包括:
    判断所述来电是否为未知来电;
    若所述来电为未知来电,则根据所述录音采样样本与所述预设联系人数据库中每个录音采样数据的声纹匹配度,确定所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据;
    若所述来电为已知来电,则根据所述录音采样样本与已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据的声纹匹配度,确定所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的通话录音的管理方法,其中,所述若所述来电为已知来电,则根据所述录音采样样本与已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据的声纹匹配度,确定所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,包括:
    若所述来电为已知来电,则在所述预设联系人数据库中获取与已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据,所述预设联系人数据库中记录有按照对应关系存储的录音采样数据及联系人标识信息;
    将所述录音采样样本与所述已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据进行声纹匹配处理,得到所述录音采样样本与所述已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据的声纹匹配度;
    根据所述声纹匹配度与预设阈值的关系,确定所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的通话录音的管理方法,其中,所述若所述来电为已知来电,则在所述预设联系人数据库中获取与已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据,包括:
    若所述来电为已知来电,则判断所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据;
    若所述预设联系人数据库中存在与所述已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据,则获取与所述已知联系人对应的录音采样数据,否则,将所述录音采样样本作为所述已知联系人的录音采样数据添加到所述预设联系人数据库中,并在所述通话录音数据库中按照对应关系存储所述录音采样数据及所述已知联系人的联系人标识信息。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的通话录音的管理方法,其中,所述若所述来电为未知来电,则根据所述录音采样样本与所述预设联系人数据库中每个录音采样数据的声纹匹配度,确定所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据之后,所述管理方法还包括:
    若所述预设联系人数据库中不存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,则将所述录音采样样本标记为未知联系人的录音采样数据存储到所述预设联系人数据库中。
  6. 一种通话录音的管理装置,包括:
    第一获取模块,设置为在接通主叫方的来电后,获取所述主叫方在通话过程中的录音采样样本;
    判断模块,设置为判断预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,所述预设联系人数据库中存储有多个录音采样 数据;
    第二获取模块,设置为若所述预设联系人数据库中存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,则获取所述录音采样数据对应的联系人标识信息;
    处理模块,设置为建立所述联系人标识信息与所述录音采样样本的关联关系,并将所述录音采样样本与所述联系人标识信息按照所述关联关系对应存储至通话录音数据库。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的通话录音的管理装置,其中,所述判断模块包括:
    判断子模块,设置为判断所述来电是否为未知来电;
    第一确定子模块,设置为若所述来电为未知来电,则根据所述录音采样样本与所述预设联系人数据库中每个录音采样数据的声纹匹配度,确定所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据;
    第二确定子模块,设置为若所述来电为已知来电,则根据所述录音采样样本与已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据的声纹匹配度,确定所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的通话录音的管理装置,其中,所述第二确定子模块,包括:
    获取单元,设置为若所述来电为已知来电,则在所述预设联系人数据库中获取与已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据,所述预设联系人数据库中记录有按照对应关系存储的录音采样数据及联系人标识信息;
    处理单元,设置为将所述录音采样样本与所述已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据进行声纹匹配处理,得到所述录音采样样本与所述已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据的声纹匹配度;
    确定单元,设置为根据所述声纹匹配度与预设阈值的关系,确定所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的通话录音的管理装置,其中,所述获取单元包括:
    判断子单元,设置为若所述来电为已知来电,则判断所述预设联系人数据库中是否存在与所述已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据;
    处理子单元,设置为若所述预设联系人数据库中存在与所述已知来电联系人对应的录音采样数据,则获取与所述已知联系人对应的录音采样数据,否则,将所述录音采样样本作为所述已知联系人的录音采样数据添加到所述预设联系人数据库中,并在所述通话录音数据库中按照对应关系存储所述录音采样数据及所述已知联系人的联系人标识信息。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的通话录音的管理装置,其中,所述判断模块还包括:
    存储子模块,设置为若所述预设联系人数据库中不存在与所述录音采样样本匹配的录音采样数据,则将所述录音采样样本标记为未知联系人的录音采样数据存储到所述预设联系人数据库中。
