根据本发明实施例另一个方面,提供了一种临时联系人的存储装置,包括:检测模块,设置为检测与当前终端进行通话的联系人是否为未保存在本地通讯录中的临时 联系人;识别模块,设置为在当前通话的联系人为临时联系人时,将通话内容与预先配置的数据库进行匹配,并依据匹配结果识别出临时联系人的身份信息,其中,所述数据库用于保存识别联系人身份的数据;存储模块,设置为根据所述身份信息存储当前通话的联系人。
可选地,所述数据库包括:称呼数据库、认定词数据库、身份数据库;所述称呼数据库用于保存指示自称和称呼别人的称呼数据;所述认定词数据库用于保存指示肯定和否定的认定词数据;所述身份数据库用于保存指示身份信息的数据。
可选地,所述识别模块,还设置为将获取到的通话内容中的称呼与所述称呼数据库中的数据进行匹配;在匹配成功后,检测通话内容中的认定词是否为所述认定词数据库中的肯定认定词;在检测结果为是时,将所述通话内容与所述身份数据库进行匹配,识别出所述临时联系人的身份信息。
可选地,在匹配的通话内容为终端的第一语音信息时,所述数据库还包括语气数据库,其中,所述语气数据库用于保存指示语气词的数据;所述识别模块,还设置为依据所述第一语音信息匹配所述称呼数据库中称呼别人的数据,在匹配成功后,检测所述第一语音信息中的认定词是否为所述认定词数据库中的肯定认定词;在检测结果为是时,将所述第一语音信息与所述身份数据库进行匹配,并依据所述临时联系的回答与所述语气数据库的匹配,识别出所述临时联系人的身份信息。
可选地,在匹配的通话内容为临时联系人的第二语音信息时;所述识别模块,还设置为将获取到的所述第二语音信息中的称呼与所述称呼数据库中的自称数据进行匹配;在匹配成功后,检测所述第二语音信息中的认定词是否为所述认定词数据库中的肯定认定词;在检测结果为是时,将所述第二语音信息与所述身份数据库进行匹配,识别出所述临时联系人的身份信息。
通过本发明实施例,采用在检测到进行通话的联系人为临时联系人时,将该临时联系人与预先配置的用于保存识别联系人身份的数据的数据库进行匹配,依据匹配结果识别处理临时联系人的身份信息,并根据该身份信息保存该临时联系人,这样在存储临时联系人时同时也存储了该临时联系人的身份信息,在用户查看临时联系人号码信息时,同样能查到与该临时联系人相关的身份信息;通过本发明,解决了相关技术中只添加并存储临时联系人的号码信息,导致用户不能将临时联系人的号码信息与联系人对应起来,给用户带来困惑的问题,进而达到了提高用户体验的效果。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
本实施例提供了一种资源操作请求消息的处理方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的临时联系人的存储方法的流程图,如图1所示,该方法的步骤包括:
步骤S102:检测与当前终端进行通话的联系人是否为未保存在本地通讯录中的临时联系人;
步骤S104:在当前通话的联系人为临时联系人时,将通话内容与预先配置的数据库进行匹配,并依据匹配结果识别出临时联系人的身份信息;
其中,数据库用于保存识别联系人身份的数据;
步骤S106:根据身份信息保存当前通话的联系人。
通过本实施例,采用在检测到进行通话的联系人为临时联系人时,将该临时联系人与预先配置的用于保存识别联系人身份的数据的数据库进行匹配,依据匹配结果识别处理临时联系人的身份信息,并根据该身份信息保存该临时联系人,这样在存储临时联系人时同时也存储了该临时联系人的身份信息,在用户查看临时联系人号码信息时,同样能查到与该临时联系人相关的身份信息;通过本实施例的方法,解决了相关技术中只添加并存储临时联系人的号码信息,导致用户不能将临时联系人的号码信息与联系人对应起来,给用户带来困惑的问题,进而达到了提高用户体验的效果。
对于本实施例中涉及到的数据库可以包括:称呼数据库、认定词数据库、身份数据库;其中,称呼数据库用于保存指示自称和称呼别人的称呼数据;认定词数据库用于保存指示肯定和否定的认定词数据;身份数据库用于保存指示身份信息的数据。
对于上述各种数据库,下面将进行举例说明,其中称呼数据库分可以为自称数据库和称呼别人的数据库两种,而自称即对自己的称呼,常用的自称有:我、我们、哀家、朕等;而称呼别人即对别人的称呼,常用的有:你、你们、女士、先生等。
该认定词数据库的数据用于指示一种确认,该确认可以分为肯定和否定两种,其中肯定的数据库常用的有是:对、恩、哦、好等,否定的数据库常用的有不是:错、非等。
该身份数据库可以包括以下一种或多种,也可以根据实际情况调整。常用的有:关系(叔叔,阿姨等)、姓名(张三、李四等),职业(快递,置业顾问等),单位(移动公司等)等身份。
基于上述数据库中的各种分类,在本实施例的一个可选实施方式中,上述步骤S102中将通话内容与预先配置的数据库进行匹配,并依据匹配结果识别出临时联系人的身份信息的方式可以通过如下方式来实现:
将获取到的通话内容中的称呼与称呼数据库中的数据进行匹配;在匹配成功后,检测通话内容中的认定词是否为认定词数据库中的肯定认定词;在检测结果为是时,将通话内容与身份数据库进行匹配,识别出临时联系人的身份信息。
而基于上述识别出临时联系人的方式,在本实施例的另一个可选实施例中,将通话内容分为终端的第一语音信息和临时联系人的第二语音信息进行数据匹配;也即分两种情况对通话内容进行相应的数据匹配,进而识别出临时联系人的身份信息。
情况一:在匹配的通话内容为终端的第一语音信息时,数据库还包括语气数据库,其中,语气数据库用于保存指示语气词的数据,将通话内容与预先配置的数据库进行匹配,并依据匹配结果识别出临时联系人的身份信息包括:
依据第一语音信息匹配称呼数据库中称呼别人的数据,在匹配成功后,检测第一语音信息中的认定词是否为认定词数据库中的肯定认定词;在检测结果为是时,将第一语音信息与身份数据库进行匹配,并依据临时联系的回答与语气数据库的匹配,识别出临时联系人的身份信息。
如:当语音识别到的语音信息为终端的第一语音信息时,查询称呼别人数据库,查询到后检测认定词数据库,接下来进行身份数据库匹配,查询语气词,最后根据临时联系人的回答进行身份确认。例如如下的对话:终端:请问你是张三吗?临时联系人:对,我是。则根据预设的识别算法首先查询到称呼数据库的“你”,然后检测认定词的“是”,接下来是身份信息的“张三”,再根据客人的回答“对”和“是”,可以确定临时联系人的身份为“张三”,身份确认完成。
情况二:在匹配的通话内容为临时联系人的第二语音信息时,将通话内容与预先配置的数据库进行匹配,并依据匹配结果识别出临时联系人的身份信息包括:
将获取到的第二语音信息中的称呼与称呼数据库中的自称数据进行匹配;在匹配 成功后,检测第二语音信息中的认定词是否为认定词数据库中的肯定认定词;在检测结果为是时,将第二语音信息与身份数据库进行匹配,识别出临时联系人的身份信息。
如:当语音识别到的语音信息为临时联系人的第二语音信息时,查询自称数据库,查询到后检测认定词数据库,接下来进行身份数据库匹配。例如如下的对话:临时联系人:我是申通快递员李四;则预设的识别算法首先查询到称呼数据库的“我”,然后检测认定词的“是”,接下来是身份信息的“申通快递员张三”,可以确定临时联系人的身份为“申通快递员张三”,确认完成。
需要说明的是,上述两种情况仅仅是用来对本实施例进行举例说明,并不够成对本发明的限定,也即可以根据实际的使用场景对识别的过程进行相应的调整。
在本实施例中还提供了一种临时联系人的存储装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及可选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”“单元”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本发明实施例的临时联系人的存储装置结构框图,如图2所示,该装置包括:检测模块22,设置为检测与当前终端进行通话的联系人是否为未保存在本地通讯录中的临时联系人;识别模块24,设置为在当前通话的联系人为临时联系人时,将通话内容与预先配置的数据库进行匹配,并依据匹配结果识别出临时联系人的身份信息,其中,数据库用于保存识别联系人身份的数据;存储模块26,设置为根据身份信息存储当前通话的联系人。
可选地,该数据库包括:称呼数据库、认定词数据库、身份数据库;其中,称呼数据库用于保存指示自称和称呼别人的称呼数据;认定词数据库用于保存指示肯定和否定的认定词数据;身份数据库用于保存指示身份信息的数据。
基于上述数据库的分类,可选地,该识别模块24,还设置为将获取到的通话内容中的称呼与称呼数据库中的数据进行匹配;在匹配成功后,检测通话内容中的认定词是否为认定词数据库中的肯定认定词;在检测结果为是时,将通话内容与身份数据库进行匹配,识别出临时联系人的身份信息。
此外,在本实施例的另一个可选实施方式中,即在匹配的通话内容为终端的第一语音信息时,数据库还包括语气数据库,其中,语气数据库用于保存指示语气词的数据;该识别模块24,还设置为依据第一语音信息匹配称呼数据库中称呼别人的数据,在匹配成功后,检测第一语音信息中的认定词是否为认定词数据库中的肯定认定词;在检测结果为是时,将第一语音信息与身份数据库进行匹配,并依据临时联系的回答与语气数据库的匹配,识别出临时联系人的身份信息。
可选地,而在匹配的通话内容为临时联系人的第二语音信息时;该识别模块24,还设置为将获取到的第二语音信息中的称呼与称呼数据库中的自称数据进行匹配;在匹配成功后,检测第二语音信息中的认定词是否为认定词数据库中的肯定认定词;在检测结果为是时,将第二语音信息与身份数据库进行匹配,识别出临时联系人的身份信息。
下面将通过本发明的可选实施例对本发明进行举例说明;
本可选实施例提供了一种临时联系人识别及存储方法,该方法采用了当用户和非通讯录中的联系人通信时,终端自动识别通话记录中和身份相关的信息,将识别到的信息保存到临时联系人分组,这样用户就可以通过临时联系人列表的信息获取号码和身份的对应关系。
对于本可选实施例的涉及的终端可以包括:具有检测通话信息的检测模块、语音识别模块、识别联系人身份的识别模块、存储临时联系人的存储模块、临时联系人模块;基于上述模块,图3是根据本发明可选实施例的临时联系人识别及存储方法的流程图,如图3所示,该方法的步骤包括:
步骤S302:用户发起通话或者接受通话请求;
步骤S304:获取当前通话联系人的信息;
步骤S306:检测模块检测当前联系人是否在用户通讯录中;在结果为是时执行步骤S308;在检测结果为否时,执行步骤S310;
步骤S308:保存通话记录;
步骤S310:启动语音识别模块进行语音识别;
步骤S312:身份识别模块根据语音信息,及识别算法识别联系人信息;
步骤S314:存储临时联系人信息。
下面将对上述步骤S302至步骤S314进行详细的说明;
步骤S11:当手机发起或接受通话请求时,启动检测模块,检测当前联系人是否在通讯录中,如不在通讯录中,则执行步骤S12,如果为用户通讯录中的联系人,不做任何操作;
其中,检测模块能够检测手机是否发起或者接受通话请求,能获取当前通话的联系人信息,并能获取用户的通讯录信息。当检测模块检测到用户发起或接受通话请求时,获取当前通话的联系人信息,同时读取通讯录信息,判断当前联系人是否在通讯 录中,如果联系人在通讯录中,则当前联系人不是临时联系人,否则,检测模块将当前用户信息识别为临时联系人。
步骤S12:启动语音识别模块,进行语音识别;
当检测模块检测到当前联系人为临时联系人时,启动语音识别模块,语音识别模块能够对通话内容进行语音识别,获取到通话内容;
步骤S13:身份识别模块通过识别算法对语音模块获取到的语音信息进行身份确认;
其中,识别算法通过多个关键字数据库信息的关键字匹配进行身份确认,其中的数据库包括:称呼数据库,认定词数据库,身份数据库以及语气数据库。
该称呼数据库分为自称数据库和称呼别人的数据库两种,自称即对自己的称呼,常用的自称有:我,我们,哀家,朕等,称呼别人即对别人的称呼,常用的有:你,你们,女士,先生等。
该认定词数据库表示一种确认,分为肯定和否定两种,其中肯定的数据库常用的有是,对,恩,哦,好等,否定的数据库常用的有不是,错,非等。
该身份数据库包括以下一种或多种,也可以根据实际情况调整。常用的有关系(叔叔,阿姨等),姓名(张三等),职业(快递,置业顾问等),单位(移动公司等)等身份。
以下分两种情况进行身份识别说明:
情况一:当语音识别到的语音信息为机主的语音时,查询称呼别人数据库,查询到后检测认定词数据库,接下来进行身份数据库匹配,查询语气词,最后根据临时联系人的回答进行身份确认。例如如下的对话:机主:请问你是张三吗?临时联系人:对,我是。则识别算法首先查询到称呼数据库的“你”,然后检测认定词的“是”,接下来是身份信息的“张三”,再根据客人的回答“对”和“是”,可以确定临时联系人的身份为“张三”,身份确认完成。
情况二:当语音识别到的语音信息为临时联系人的语音时,查询自称数据库,查询到后检测认定词数据库,接下来进行身份数据库匹配。例如如下的对话:临时联系人:我是申通快递员李四。则识别算法首先查询到称呼数据库的“我”,然后检测认定词的“是”,接下来是身份信息的“申通快递员张三”,可以确定临时联系人的身份为“申通快递员张三”,确认完成。
对话中某些词可能被省略,可以根据实际的使用场景设计身份识别模块。
步骤S14:获取临时联系人信息;
其中,获取身份识别模块获取的联系人信息;
步骤S15:将联系人添加到临时分组,记录临时联系人信息;
其中,存储模块将识别到的身份信息存储到临时联系人分组。
临时联系人模块能对临时联系人进行读取,编辑或者删除,它含有对应的操作页面,用户可以通过页面查看临时联系人信息,也可以编辑和删除信息。
一般情况下用户和陌生人联系时,发起人一开始就会对自己的身份进行介绍,或者机主对临时联系人的身份信息进行确认,识别算法只要在开始能识别到介绍信息,然后根据关键字进行过滤,识别难度较低。通过本可选实施例,一方面用户可以利用该功能获取临时联系人的身份信息;另一方面,用户可以通过临时联系人分组管理临时通话人及通话记录,满足了用户单独管理临时联系人的需求,也有效记录了临时联系人的身份信息,提高了用户体验。
在另外一个实施例中,还提供了一种软件,该软件用于执行上述实施例及优选实施方式中描述的技术方案。
在另外一个实施例中,还提供了一种存储介质,该存储介质中存储有上述软件,该存储介质包括但不限于:光盘、软盘、硬盘、可擦写存储器等。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
上述仅为本发明的可选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
通过本发明,采用在检测到进行通话的联系人为临时联系人时,将该临时联系人与预先配置的用于保存识别联系人身份的数据的数据库进行匹配,依据匹配结果识别处理临时联系人的身份信息,并根据该身份信息保存该临时联系人,这样在存储临时联系人时同时也存储了该临时联系人的身份信息,在用户查看临时联系人号码信息时,同样能查到与该临时联系人相关的身份信息;通过本发明,解决了相关技术中只添加 并存储临时联系人的号码信息,导致用户不能将临时联系人的号码信息与联系人对应起来,给用户带来困惑的问题,进而达到了提高用户体验的效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种临时联系人的存储方法,包括:
    检测与当前终端进行通话的联系人是否为未保存在本地通讯录中的临时联系人;
    在当前通话的联系人为临时联系人时,将通话内容与预先配置的数据库进行匹配,并依据匹配结果识别出临时联系人的身份信息,其中,所述数据库用于保存识别联系人身份的数据;
    根据所述身份信息保存当前通话的联系人。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述数据库包括:称呼数据库、认定词数据库、身份数据库;
    所述称呼数据库用于保存指示自称和称呼别人的称呼数据;
    所述认定词数据库用于保存指示肯定和否定的认定词数据;
    所述身份数据库用于保存指示身份信息的数据。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,将通话内容与预先配置的数据库进行匹配,并依据匹配结果识别出临时联系人的身份信息包括:
    将获取到的通话内容中的称呼与所述称呼数据库中的数据进行匹配;在匹配成功后,检测通话内容中的认定词是否为所述认定词数据库中的肯定认定词;在检测结果为是时,将所述通话内容与所述身份数据库进行匹配,识别出所述临时联系人的身份信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,在匹配的通话内容为终端的第一语音信息时,所述数据库还包括语气数据库,其中,所述语气数据库用于保存指示语气词的数据,将通话内容与预先配置的数据库进行匹配,并依据匹配结果识别出临时联系人的身份信息包括:
    依据所述第一语音信息匹配所述称呼数据库中称呼别人的数据,在匹配成功后,检测所述第一语音信息中的认定词是否为所述认定词数据库中的肯定认定词;在检测结果为是时,将所述第一语音信息与所述身份数据库进行匹配,并依据所述临时联系的回答与所述语气数据库的匹配,识别出所述临时联系人的身份信息。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,在匹配的通话内容为临时联系人的第二语音信息时,将通话内容与预先配置的数据库进行匹配,并依据匹配结果识别出临时联系人的身份信息包括:
    将获取到的所述第二语音信息中的称呼与所述称呼数据库中的自称数据进行匹配;在匹配成功后,检测所述第二语音信息中的认定词是否为所述认定词数据库中的肯定认定词;在检测结果为是时,将所述第二语音信息与所述身份数据库进行匹配,识别出所述临时联系人的身份信息。
  6. 一种临时联系人的存储装置,包括:
    检测模块,设置为检测与当前终端进行通话的联系人是否为未保存在本地通讯录中的临时联系人;
    识别模块,设置为在当前通话的联系人为临时联系人时,将通话内容与预先配置的数据库进行匹配,并依据匹配结果识别出临时联系人的身份信息,其中,所述数据库用于保存识别联系人身份的数据;
    存储模块,设置为根据所述身份信息存储当前通话的联系人。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述数据库包括:称呼数据库、认定词数据库、身份数据库;
    所述称呼数据库用于保存指示自称和称呼别人的称呼数据;
    所述认定词数据库用于保存指示肯定和否定的认定词数据;
    所述身份数据库用于保存指示身份信息的数据。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,
    所述识别模块,还设置为将获取到的通话内容中的称呼与所述称呼数据库中的数据进行匹配;在匹配成功后,检测通话内容中的认定词是否为所述认定词数据库中的肯定认定词;在检测结果为是时,将所述通话内容与所述身份数据库进行匹配,识别出所述临时联系人的身份信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,在匹配的通话内容为终端的第一语音信息时,所述数据库还包括语气数据库,其中,所述语气数据库用于保存指示语气词的数据;
    所述识别模块,还设置为依据所述第一语音信息匹配所述称呼数据库中称呼别人的数据,在匹配成功后,检测所述第一语音信息中的认定词是否为所述认定词数据库中的肯定认定词;在检测结果为是时,将所述第一语音信息与所述身份数据库进行匹配,并依据所述临时联系的回答与所述语气数据库的匹配,识别出所述临时联系人的身份信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,在匹配的通话内容为临时联系人的第二语音信息时;
    所述识别模块,还设置为将获取到的所述第二语音信息中的称呼与所述称呼数据库中的自称数据进行匹配;在匹配成功后,检测所述第二语音信息中的认定词是否为所述认定词数据库中的肯定认定词;在检测结果为是时,将所述第二语音信息与所述身份数据库进行匹配,识别出所述临时联系人的身份信息。
