Abstract

一种充电结构,包括用于连接充电对象(1)的充电单元(2),充电单元包括底座(21)以及设置于底座上的充电电路(22),底座为圆孔状座体,充电电路设有弹性触点(23),弹性触点在底座的圆孔内壁上呈凸起状。充电对象设有与底座配合插接的连接部(11),连接部的外周上设有可与弹性触点接触导电的金属环(12)。该充电结构能够使充电对象在充电单元上实现360度充电,代替了点对点的连接方式,避免金属环在同一位置上频繁与弹性触点接触而造成表面防腐蚀镀层疲劳磨损,继而影响充电对象后续充电效果。

Description

一种充电结构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及智能笔充电技术,尤其涉及一种充电结构。
背景技术
现有的智能笔充电方案,装配一般比较复杂,容差性较低,放笔和取笔都十分麻烦。对于大尺寸平板的产品,很多智能笔的充电结构都是独立模块,无法安装到显示设备上,对取笔的应用和设备的管理都十分不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种无角度限制的能够快速精确定位的充电结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种充电结构,包括用于连接充电对象的充电单元,所述充电单元包括底座以及设置于所述底座上的充电电路,所述充电电路设有弹性触点,;所述充电对象设有与所述底座配合插接的连接部,所述连接部的外周上设有可与所述弹性触点接触导电的金属环。
作为优选的,所述底座为圆孔状座体,所述弹性触点在所述底座的圆孔内壁上呈凸起状。
作为优选的,所述金属环在所述连接部的外周上呈内凹状,内凹状的金属环与凸起状的弹性触点扣合连接。
作为优选的,所述底座的一端为开口,另一端设有挡位。
作为优选的,所述挡位处设有用于将所述充电对象吸合到位的磁铁。
作为优选的,所述底座设有用于将所述充电单元安装在外部设备上的安装连接板。
作为优选的,所述充电电路设有与外部设备连接的连接端。
作为优选的,所述连接端通过USB线与外部设备连接。
作为优选的,所述外部设备为显示设备。
作为优选的,所述充电对象为可充电智能笔。
实施本实用新型的一种充电结构,与现有技术相比较,具有如下有益效果:
(1)通过上述金属环和弹性触点的设计,使充电对象能够在充电单元上实现360度充电,代替了点对点的连接方式,避免金属环在同一位置上频繁与弹性触点接触而造成表面防腐蚀镀层疲劳磨损,继而影响充电对象后续充电效果。
(2)由于金属环在充电对象上呈内凹状结构,与弹性触点结合时,起到自锁自限位作用,减免其它固定结构,并且金属环的结构上存在自保护,避免或减少跌落或磕碰对金属环防腐蚀镀层的损伤。
(3)充电单元通用性强,可以轻易安装到相关外部设备上,方便管理和使用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型的一实施例,一种充电结构,包括用于连接充电对象1的充电单元2,所述充电单元2包括底座21以及设置于所述底座21上的充电电路22,所述充电电路22设有弹性触点23;所述充电对象1设有与所述底座21配合插接的连接部11,所述连接部11的外周上设有可与所述弹性触点23接触导电的金属环12。当充电对象1需要充电时,充电对象1通过其连接部11插接在充电单元2的底座21上,使金属环12与弹性触点23接触通电。由于金属环12为360度的设计,插接过程中,无需对金属环12的角度进行调整就能对准弹性触点23,使充电对象1能够在充电单元2上实现360度充 电,代替了点对点的连接方式,避免金属环12在同一位置上频繁与弹性触点23接触而造成表面防腐蚀镀层疲劳磨损,继而影响充电对象1后续充电效果。
所述底座21为圆孔状座体,所述弹性触点23在所述底座21的圆孔内壁上呈凸起状;所述金属环12在所述连接部11的外周上呈内凹状,内凹状的金属环12与凸起状的弹性触点23扣合连接。。这样的设计,当金属环12与弹性触点23接触时,形成自限位结构,起到自锁限位作用,减免其它固定结构,降低成本,并且金属环12的结构上存在自保护,能很好地保护金属环12的镀层,避免或减少跌落或磕碰对金属环防腐蚀镀层的损伤,提高充电结构寿命。
所述底座21的一端为开口,另一端设有挡位24,该挡位24的设计实现了对充电对象1与充电单元2插接时限位,从而实现金属环12与弹性触点23的快速定位充电。
所述挡位24处设有用于将所述充电对象1吸合到位的磁铁25。该磁铁25为充电对象1提供吸合力,使充电对象1与充电单元2之间连接(也即金属环12与弹性触点23之间连接)更加可靠。
为了方便充电对象1固定到相关设备上使用,所述底座21设有用于将所述充电单元2安装在外部设备3上的安装连接板26。所述充电电路22设有与外部设备3连接的连接端。所述连接端通过USB线27与外部设备3连接。由此,充电单元2可以轻易地安装到相关外部设备3上,提高了充电单元2通用性,方便管理和使用。
以充电对象1为可充电智能笔、外部设备3为显示设备为例,充电单元2可以通过螺丝或背胶的方式直接固定到显示设备的一侧边框上,并通过USB线27直接连接到显示设备的USB接口,即可为智能笔充电。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种充电结构,其特征在于,包括用于连接充电对象的充电单元,所述充电单元包括底座以及设置于所述底座上的充电电路,所述充电电路设有弹性触点;所述充电对象设有与所述底座配合插接的连接部,所述连接部的外周上设有可与所述弹性触点接触导电的金属环。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的充电结构,其特征在于,所述底座为圆孔状座体,所述弹性触点在所述底座的圆孔内壁上呈凸起状。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的充电结构,其特征在于,所述金属环在所述连接部的外周上呈内凹状,内凹状的金属环与凸起状的弹性触点扣合连接。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的充电结构,其特征在于,所述底座的一端为开口,另一端设有挡位。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的充电结构,其特征在于,所述挡位处设有用于将所述充电对象吸合到位的磁铁。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的充电结构,其特征在于,所述底座设有用于将所述充电单元安装在外部设备上的安装连接板。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的充电结构,其特征在于,所述充电电路设有与外部设备连接的连接端。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的充电结构,其特征在于,所述连接端通过USB线与外部设备连接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的充电结构,其特征在于,所述外部设备为显示设备。
  10. 如权利要求1至9任一项所述的充电结构,其特征在于,所述充电对象为可充电智能笔。
