本发明实施例中提供的一种自拍装置,所述自拍装置包括手柄、多级伸缩杆、夹持组件、移动电源组件、移动电源控制器、储电接口和终端充电接口。所述多级伸缩杆的两端分别与所述手柄和所述夹持组件相连接,所述多级伸缩杆为至少两级伸缩的伸缩杆;所述手柄中设有容置空间,所述移动电源组件和所述移动电源控制器固定于所述容置空间中,所述储电接口和所述终端充电接口分别与所述移动电源组件电连接,所述移动电源控制器分别与所述移动电源组件、所述储电接口和所述终端充电接口相连接,所述储电接口用于与供电装置相连接,所述供电装置的电信号由所述移动电源控制器控制经所述储电接口传输至所述移动电源组件中,所述终端充电接口用于与用户终端相连接,所述移动电源组件的电信号由所述移动电源控制器控制经所述终端充电接口传输至所述用户终端中。所述自拍装置可通过夹持组件夹持用户终端,实现远距离自拍,还可以通过设置移动电源组件和终端充电接口,在终端充电接口与用户终端连接之后,实现移动电源组件为用户终端充电的功能。当用户终端电量不足时能够及时为用户终端充电同时可以使用自拍装置拍摄,满足了用户长时间使用自拍装置拍摄的需求。
下面结合附图1-附图8对本发明实施例所提供的自拍装置进行详细说明。
请参见图1,是本发明实施例所提供的一种自拍装置的结构示意图,所述自拍装置1包括:手柄11、多级伸缩杆12、夹持组件13、移动电源组件14、移动电源控制器15、储电接口16和终端充电接口17。
所述多级伸缩杆12的两端分别与所述手柄11和所述夹持组件13相连接,所述多级伸缩杆12为至少两级伸缩的伸缩杆;所述手柄11中设有容置空间,所述移动电源组件14和所述移动电源控制器15固定于所述容置空间中,所述储电接口16和所述终端充电接口17分别与所述移动电源组件14电连接;所述移动电源控制器15分别与所述移动电源组件14、所述储电接口16和所述终端充电接口17相连接。
具体实现中,所述自拍装置1用于夹持用户终端并控制用户终端执行拍摄指令。其中,所述多级伸缩杆12的两端分别与所述手柄11和所述夹持组件13相连接,所述多级伸缩杆为两级或者两级以上伸缩的伸缩杆;通过多级伸缩杆12既可以实现远距离自拍,还便于用户携带。所述手柄11中设有容置空 间,所述移动电源组件14和所述移动电源控制器15固定于所述容置空间中,所述储电接口16和所述终端充电接口17分别与所述移动电源组件14电连接;所述移动电源控制器15分别与所述移动电源组件14、所述储电接口16和所述终端充电接口17相连接。
所述储电接口16用于与供电装置相连接,所述供电装置的电信号由所述移动电源控制器15控制经所述储电接口16传输至所述移动电源组件14中。
具体实现中,当所述储电接口16与所述供电装置连接时,所述供电装置的电信号由所述移动电源控制器15控制经所述储电接口16传输至所述移动电源组件14中。例如,所述移动电源控制器15控制所述供电装置按照预设的输入电流对所述移动电源组件14进行充电。
所述终端充电接口17用于与用户终端相连接,所述移动电源组件14的电信号由所述移动电源控制器15控制经所述终端充电接口17传输至所述用户终端中。
具体实现中,当所述终端充电接口17与用户终端连接时,所述移动电源组件14的电信号由所述移动电源控制器15控制经所述终端充电接口17传输至所述用户终端中。例如,所述移动电源控制器15控制所述移动电源组件14按照预设的输出电流对所述移动电源组件14进行充电。
本发明实施例的自拍装置通过设置移动电源组件和终端充电接口,可以在终端充电接口与用户终端连接之后,实现移动电源组件为用户终端充电的功能。当用户终端电量不足时能够及时为用户终端充电同时可以使用自拍装置拍摄,满足了用户长时间使用自拍装置拍摄的需求。
请参见图2,为本发明实施例提供的另一种自拍装置的结构示意图。所述自拍装置1包括:手柄11、多级伸缩杆12、夹持组件13、移动电源组件14、移动电源控制器15、储电接口16和终端充电接口17,其中,所述移动电源控制器15包括充电控制器151和放电控制器152。
所述多级伸缩杆12的两端分别与所述手柄11和所述夹持组件13相连接,所述多级伸缩杆12为至少两级伸缩的伸缩杆;所述手柄11中设有容置空间,所述移动电源组件14和所述移动电源控制器15固定于所述容置空间中,所述 储电接口16和所述终端充电接口17分别与所述移动电源组件14电连接;所述移动电源控制器15分别与所述移动电源组件14、所述储电接口16和所述终端充电接口17相连接。
所述充电控制器151分别与所述储电接口16和所述移动电源组件14相连接,所述放电控制器152分别与所述终端充电接口17和所述移动电源组件14相连接。
所述储电接口16用于与供电装置相连接,所述供电装置的电信号由所述充电控制器控制经所述储电接口16传输至所述移动电源组件14中。
具体实现中,当所述储电接口16与所述供电装置连接时,所述供电装置的电信号由所述充电控制器151控制经所述储电接口16传输至所述移动电源组件14中。例如,所述充电控制器151控制所述供电装置按照预设的输入电流对所述移动电源组件14进行充电。
所述终端充电接口17用于与用户终端相连接,所述移动电源组件14的电信号由所述放电控制器152控制经所述终端充电接口17传输至所述用户终端中。
具体实现中,当所述终端充电接口17与用户终端连接时,所述移动电源组件14的电信号由所述放电控制器控制经所述终端充电接口17传输至所述用户终端中。例如,所述放电控制器控制所述移动电源组件14按照预设的输出电流对所述移动电源组件14进行充电。
本发明实施例的自拍装置通过设置移动电源组件和终端充电接口,可以在终端充电接口与用户终端连接之后,实现移动电源组件为用户终端充电的功能。当用户终端电量不足时能够及时为用户终端充电同时可以使用自拍装置拍摄,满足了用户长时间使用自拍装置拍摄的需求。
请参见图3,为本发明实施例提供的一种自拍装置1的示例图。如图3所示,所述自拍装置1包括:手柄11、多级伸缩杆12、夹持组件13、移动电源组件14(未画出)、移动电源控制器15(未画出)、储电接口16和终端充电接口17。所述多级伸缩杆12的两端分别与所述手柄11和所述夹持组件13相连接,所述多级伸缩杆12为至少两级伸缩的伸缩杆。具体的,请一并参见图4, 为本发明实施例提供的图3所示的自拍装置的部分组件的示例图。如图4所示,所述夹持组件13包括第一U型夹板131、第二U型夹板132、连接板133、第一转轴134和第二转轴135。
具体的,如图4所示,所述第一转轴134和所述第二转轴135是用于将所述第一U型夹板131和所述第二U型夹板132分别于所述连接板133连接的部件,以夹持用户终端。在所述自拍装置1中,所述第一U型夹板131的凹槽宽度和所述第二U型夹板132的凹槽宽度大于或等于所述连接板133的宽度,这样才能够将所述连接板133放置于所述第一U型夹板131和第二U型夹板132的凹槽内。
进一步,所述第一U型夹板131和所述第二U型夹板132分别包括一个底部和构成U型的两个支撑板,所述两个支撑板分别设有穿孔,所述第一转轴134贯穿并锁定所述连接板133的一端,并与所述第一U型夹板131的所述两个支撑板的穿孔轴动连接,所述第二转轴135贯穿所述连接板133的另一端与所述第二U型夹板132的所述两个支撑板的穿孔轴动连接。因此,两个U型夹板可以与通过转轴转动,当用户需要用自拍装置1夹持用户终端时,将两个U型夹板分别固定于与所述连接板133保持90度夹角的位置;当用户终端不需要自拍时,可以将两个U型夹板分别固定于与所述连接板133保持平行的位置,减小了自拍装置1的占用空间,便于用户携带。
进一步,如图4所示,所述连接板133包括第一连接板1331和第二连接板1332,所述连接板133包括与所述第一U型夹板131和所述第二U型夹板132共同夹持用户终端的支撑面,以及与所述支撑面相对的背面;具体的,请一并参见图5,为本发明实施例提供的另一种自拍装置的示例图,如图5所示,所述连接板133的背面设有用于放置所述终端充电接口17的卡槽136。其中,所述卡槽136可以设置于所述第一连接板1331的背面;或者,所述卡槽136设置于所述第二连接板1332的背面。优选的,所述卡槽136可以设置于所述第一连接板1331的背面。图5所示的卡槽136是由两块曲面壳体固定于所述第一连接板1331的背面,形成与所述终端充电接口17相匹配的容置槽。在可选的实施例中,所述卡槽136还可以是与所述终端充电接口17相匹配的,并与所述第一连接板1331组成仅有一面开口的卡槽,或者,与所述第一连接板 1331组成有两面开口的卡槽,本发明实施例对此不做限定。
进一步,所述连接板133的具体内部结构图,请参见图6,为本发明实施例提供的图3所示的自拍装置的连接板的内部示例图。如图6所示,所述连接板133内部设有两个收容槽1333,所述收容槽1333用于放置弹簧1334,一个收容槽1333放置一个弹簧1334,所述弹簧1334的一端与所述第一连接板1331固定连接,所述弹簧1334的另一端与所述第二连接板1332固定连接,所述收容槽1333与所述弹簧1334相匹配。可选的方案中,所述弹簧1334的两端可通过弹簧套在所述收容槽1333内分别于所述第一连接板1331和所述第二连接板1332固定连接。
举例来说,在所述夹持组件13在未夹持用户终端时,所述第一连接板1331和所述第二连接板1332处于贴合状态,若沿着所述弹簧1334发生形变的方向向外拉所述第二连接板1332时,所述第一连接板1331和所述第二连接板1332处于分离状态,从而使得所述第二连接板1332移动接近所述第一连接板1331,从而能够夹紧各类型宽度的用户终端。
进一步,如图4所示,所述自拍装置1还包括云台20和锁紧旋钮19。具体的,请一并参见图7,为本发明实施例提供的图3所示的自拍装置的部分组件的示例图。如图7所示,所述云台20包括连接杆201、固定盘202和第一锁紧环203,所述固定盘202分别与所述连接杆201和所述第一锁紧环203相连接,所述连接杆201嵌套于所述多级伸缩杆12远离所述手柄11的一端,并与所述多级伸缩杆12锁紧,所述夹持组件13的所述第一U型夹板131底部设有与所述锁紧旋钮19相匹配的第二锁紧环137,通过所述锁紧旋钮19贯穿所述第一锁紧环203和所述第二锁紧环137,将所述云台20和所述夹持装置固定。通过控制所述锁紧旋钮19,改变所述夹持组件13与所述多级伸缩杆12之间的角度,在本发明实施例中,所述夹持组件13与所述多级伸缩杆12之间夹角范围是[0,360]度。
进一步,如图4所示,所述终端充电接口17与所述移动电源组件14通过连接线21电连接,所述云台20的所述固定盘202设有用于放置连接线21的穿孔204,所述连接线21通过所述穿孔贯穿所述多级伸缩杆12,以连接所述终端充电接口17和所述移动电源控制器15。
进一步,请一并参见图8,为本发明实施例提供的图3所示的自拍装置的部分组件的示例图。如图8所示,所述手柄11包括底部锁紧部件111、握持部件112和锁紧伸缩杆部件113。其中,所述底部锁紧部件111设有与所述储电接口16相匹配的接口穿孔114,用于放置所述储电接口16;所述锁紧伸缩杆部件113用于锁紧所述多级伸缩杆12。所述移动电源控制器15设有LED灯151,所述LED灯151与所述移动电源控制器15电连接,所述握持部件112设有与所述LED灯151相匹配的LED灯穿孔115。所述自拍装置1还包括蓝牙组件22,所述蓝牙组件22与所述移动电源控制器15电连接。所述手柄11设有拍摄按钮116,所述拍摄按钮116与所述蓝牙组件22电连接。可选的方案中,所述移动电源控制器1515和蓝牙组件22配合所述移动终端放置于所述手柄11的握持部件112的容置空间中,并采用底部锁紧部件111锁定。当用户长按所述拍摄按钮116时,所述移动电源控制器15控制所述LED灯151显示剩余电量;当用户非长时间按压所述拍摄按钮116时,所述移动电源控制器15控制蓝牙组件22向匹配的用户终端发送拍摄指令。
本发明实施例的自拍装置可通过夹持组件夹持用户终端,实现远距离自拍,还可以通过设置移动电源组件和终端充电接口在终端充电接口与用户终端连接之后,实现移动电源组件为用户终端充电的功能。当用户终端电量不足时能够及时为用户终端充电同时可以使用自拍装置拍摄,满足了用户长时间使用自拍装置拍摄的需求。
本发明实施例方法中的步骤可以根据实际需要进行顺序调整、合并和删减。
本发明实施例移动终端中的单元或组件可以根据实际需要进行合并、划分和删减。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之 权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自拍装置,其特征在于,包括:手柄、多级伸缩杆和夹持组件、移动电源组件、移动电源控制器、储电接口和终端充电接口;其中,
    所述多级伸缩杆的两端分别与所述手柄和所述夹持组件相连接,所述多级伸缩杆为至少两级伸缩的伸缩杆;所述手柄中设有容置空间,所述移动电源组件和所述移动电源控制器固定于所述容置空间中,所述储电接口和所述终端充电接口分别与所述移动电源组件电连接;所述移动电源控制器分别与所述移动电源组件、所述储电接口和所述终端充电接口相连接;
    所述储电接口用于与供电装置相连接,所述供电装置的电信号由所述移动电源控制器控制经所述储电接口传输至所述移动电源组件中;
    所述终端充电接口用于与用户终端相连接,所述移动电源组件的电信号由所述移动电源控制器控制经所述终端充电接口传输至所述用户终端中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述移动电源控制器包括充电控制器和放电控制器;
    所述充电控制器分别与所述储电接口和所述移动电源组件相连接,所述放电控制器分别与所述终端充电接口和所述移动电源组件相连接;
    所述储电接口用于与供电装置相连接,所述供电装置的电信号由所述充电控制器控制经所述储电接口传输至所述移动电源组件中;
    所述终端充电接口用于与用户终端相连接,所述移动电源组件的电信号由所述放电控制器控制经所述终端充电接口传输至所述用户终端中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述夹持组件包括第一U型夹板、第二U型夹板、连接板、第一转轴和第二转轴,其中,所述第一U型夹板的凹槽宽度和所述第二U型夹板的凹槽宽度大于或等于所述连接板的宽度;
    所述第一U型夹板和所述第二U型夹板分别包括一个底部和构成U型的 两个支撑板,所述两个支撑板分别设有穿孔,所述第一转轴贯穿并锁定所述连接板的一端,并与所述第一U型夹板的所述两个支撑板的穿孔轴动连接,所述第二转轴贯穿所述连接板的另一端与所述第二U型夹板的所述两个支撑板的穿孔轴动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述连接板包括与所述第一U型夹板和所述第二U型夹板共同夹持用户终端的支撑面,以及与所述支撑面相对的背面;其中,所述背面设有用于放置所述终端充电接口的卡槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述连接板包括第一连接板和第二连接板;所述卡槽设置于所述连接板的所述第一连接板的背面;或者,所述卡槽设置于所述连接板的所述第二连接板的背面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述自拍装置还包括云台和锁紧旋钮,所述云台包括连接杆、固定盘和第一锁紧环,所述固定盘分别与所述连接杆和所述第一锁紧环相连接,所述连接杆嵌套于所述多级伸缩杆远离所述手柄的一端,所述夹持组件的所述第一U型夹板底部设有与所述锁紧旋钮相匹配的第二锁紧环,通过所述锁紧旋钮贯穿所述第一锁紧环和所述第二锁紧环,将所述云台和所述夹持装置固定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述终端充电接口与所述移动电源组件通过连接线电连接,所述云台的所述固定盘设有用于放置连接线的穿孔,所述连接线通过所述穿孔贯穿所述多级伸缩杆,以连接所述终端充电接口和所述移动电源控制器。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述手柄包括底部锁紧部件、握持部件和锁紧伸缩杆部件;其中,
    所述底部锁紧部件设有与所述储电接口相匹配的接口穿孔,用于放置所述 储电接口;
    所述锁紧伸缩杆部件用于锁紧所述多级伸缩杆;
    所述移动电源控制器设有LED灯,所述LED灯与所述移动电源控制器电连接,所述握持部件设有与所述LED灯相匹配的LED灯穿孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述自拍装置还包括蓝牙组件,所述蓝牙组件与所述移动电源控制器电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述手柄设有拍摄按钮,所述拍摄按钮与所述蓝牙组件电连接。
