Description
本专利申请要求申请日为2015年11月20日、申请号为2015209340507的中国专利申请的优先权,并将上述专利申请以引用的方式全文引入本文中。
本申请涉及一种卡合结构,尤其涉及一种数码卡卡托的卡合结构以及手机。
如图1所示,图1为现有技术中的数码卡卡托的卡合结构示意图。手机硬件中通常设置有读取数码卡(SIM卡以及Micro SD卡)的装置,读取数码卡的装置包括数码卡、卡托1、设置在卡托上的第一卡扣11、设置在手机内部的第二卡扣21、设置在手机内部的杠杆以及取卡针。图1所示的结构,向下为朝向手机卡托槽内部的方向,向上为朝向手机卡托槽外部的方向,即向下推卡托1能够将其推入手机的卡托槽中,向上推卡托1能够将其从手机的卡托槽中推出。
安装数码卡时,首先将数码卡放入卡托1内,然后将带有数码卡的卡托1插入手机内部,直至第二卡扣21卡接在第一卡扣11上,完成数码卡的安装。拆卸数码卡时,将取卡针插入卡托上设置的顶针孔,直至取卡针抵接在杠杆的一端,按压取卡针,取卡针将杠杆的一端压下,同时杠杆的另一端将卡托1由手机的内部推出,取出数码卡以及卡托1,完成数码卡的拆卸。
在实际拆卸数码卡的过程中,发明人发现现有技术存在如下问题:
数码卡和卡托1的弹出行程完全依靠杠杆的实际推出行程,在数码卡和卡托1弹出的过程中,杠杆的行程结束后,第一卡扣11与第二卡扣21完全脱离(如图1所示),此时,卡托1还没有从
卡托槽中充分弹出,导致用户取卡很不方便。此外,在手机内部较小的结构空间内,也很难增加杠杆的实际作用行程,导致数码卡和卡托1的弹出距离较短,从而导致用户不易取出数码卡。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的在于提供一种数码卡卡托的卡合结构以及手机,以增大数码卡卡托的弹出行程,便于用户将数码卡从手机中取出。
为了达到上述目的,本申请的实施例提供了一种手机及其数码卡卡托的卡合结构,其包括:卡托,在所述卡托的两侧设置有第一卡扣;卡托槽,设置在手机上,在所述卡托槽的两个内侧壁上设置有第二卡扣;所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣均具有凸起部分,所述第一卡扣和/或所述第二卡扣由弹性材料制成;所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣的凸起部分的设置位置满足如下关系:将所述卡托完全推入所述卡托槽中后,所述第一卡扣的凸起部分与所述第二卡扣的凸起部分上对应卡合,将所述卡托固定在所述卡托槽内;当通过卡托推出杠杆将所述卡托从所述卡托槽向外推出时,在所述卡托推出杠杆的推出行程结束后,所述第二卡扣的凸起部分的顶部挤压在所述第一卡扣的凸起部分的靠近卡托槽里侧的倾斜面上。
进一步地,所述第一卡扣的靠近卡托槽内侧的倾斜面比远离卡托槽内侧的倾斜面平缓。
进一步地,所述第一卡扣的靠近卡托槽内侧的倾斜面的倾斜角度为20至60度;所述第一卡扣的远离卡托槽内侧的倾斜面的倾斜角度为60至80度。
进一步地,所述第二卡扣的靠近卡托槽内侧的倾斜面比远离卡托槽内侧的倾斜面陡。
进一步地,所述第二卡扣的远离卡托槽内侧的倾斜面的倾斜角度为20至60度;所述第二卡扣的靠近卡托槽内侧的倾斜面的倾斜角度为60至80度。
此外,本申请的实施例还提供了一种手机,其包括如上任一所
述的数码卡卡托的卡合结构。
本申请实施例提供的数码卡卡托的卡合结构以及手机,通过优化卡托以及卡托槽上的卡扣的相对位置关系,使得在卡托推出杠杆的推出行程结束后,利用卡托槽上的卡扣的弹力将卡托继续推出,增大了数码卡卡托的弹出行程,从而便于用户将数码卡从手机中取出。

下面结合附图对本申请实施例提供的手机及其数码卡卡托的卡合结构进行详细描述。
本申请实施例的技术原理是通过优化卡托以及卡托槽上的卡扣的相对位置关系,使得在卡托推出杠杆的推出行程结束后,卡托槽上的卡扣的凸起部分的顶部挤压在卡托上卡扣的凸起部分的靠近卡托槽里侧的倾斜面上,利用卡托槽上的卡扣的弹力将卡托继续推出,增大了数码卡卡托的弹出行程,从而便于用户将数码卡从手机中取出。
如图2和图3所示,图2为本申请实施例的数码卡卡托的卡合结构的局部示意图之一,图3为本申请实施例的数码卡卡托的卡合结构的局部示意图之二,图4为本申请实施例的数码卡卡托的卡合结构的整体结构示意图。图2至图4所示的结构中,向下为朝向手
机卡托槽内部的方向,向上为朝向手机卡托槽外部的方向,即向下推卡托1能够将其推入手机的卡托槽中,向上推卡托1能够将其从手机的卡托槽中推出。
本申请实施例的数码卡卡托的卡合结构包括:卡托1,在卡托1的两侧设置有第一卡扣11;卡托槽2,设置在手机上,在卡托槽的两个内侧壁上设置有第二卡扣21;第一卡扣11和第二卡扣21均具有凸起部分。
在上述结构中,第一卡扣11和第二卡扣21的凸起部分的设置位置满足如下关系:
将卡托1完全推入卡托槽2中后,第一卡扣11的凸起部分与第二卡扣21的凸起部分上对应卡合,将卡托1固定在卡托槽21内,这种情况下如图2所示,第一卡扣11的凸起部分的远离卡托槽里侧的倾斜面抵接于第二卡扣21的凸起部分靠近卡托槽里侧的倾斜面上,从而实现卡托1位置固定;
当通过卡托推出杠杆将卡托1从卡托槽2向外推出时,在卡托推出杠杆的推出行程结束后,第二卡扣21的凸起部分挤压在第一卡扣11的凸起部分的靠近卡托槽里侧的倾斜面上。如图1和图3所示,其均示出了在卡托推出杠杆的推出行程结束后的状态,通过比较可以看出,图1所示的现有技术的结构中,在杠杆行程结束后,第一卡扣11与第二卡扣21完全脱离,没有任何作用关系,而在图3所示的本实施例的结构中,在杠杆行程结束后,第二卡扣21仍然会对第一卡扣11继续施加压力,并且由于第二卡扣21的凸起部分的顶部抵接在第一卡扣11的凸起部分的靠近卡托槽里侧的倾斜面上,从而能够产生一个向上的推力,将卡托1继续向外推出,从而相当于延长了杠杆的作用行程。
为了满足卡托能够顺利推入、推出以及卡合在卡托槽中的需要,第一卡扣和第二卡扣需要至少有一个具有弹性变形能力,即第一卡扣11和/或第二卡扣21由弹性材料制成。
进一步地,要实现上述的位置关系,可以针对现有技术的卡扣
结构进行如下调整来实现上述位置关系:例如,通过延缓卡托上的卡扣的凸起部分的靠近卡托槽里侧的倾斜面或者调整该倾斜面的角度或者调整第二卡扣的凸起部分的高度等方式。
如图2和图3所示,本实施例给出了一种较为优选的第一卡扣和第二卡扣的结构。其中,第一卡扣11的靠近卡托槽内侧的倾斜面(图中下侧的倾斜面)可以设置为比远离卡托槽内侧的倾斜面(图中上侧的倾斜面)平缓,第一卡扣11的上侧的倾斜面是为了卡住第二卡扣21的,因此,设置为较陡比较合理,而下侧的倾斜面是为了让卡托1推入而设置的缓冲面,同时也是作为在推出的过程中,承受第二卡扣21的凸起部分压力的面,需要更多的产生向上方向的压力,因此,第一卡扣11的下侧的倾斜面在满足上述位置关系的前提下,可以设置的平缓些。具体地,第一卡扣11的下侧的倾斜面倾斜角度可以为20至60度,第一卡扣11的上侧的倾斜面倾斜角度可以为60至80度,倾斜角度为与竖直方向的夹角。相对应地,第二卡扣21靠近卡托槽内侧的倾斜面(图中下侧的倾斜面)可以设置为比远离卡托槽内侧的倾斜面(图中上侧的倾斜面)陡。具体地,第二卡扣的上侧的倾斜面的倾斜角度可以为20至60度;第二卡扣的下侧的倾斜面的倾斜角度可以为60至80度。
此外,本申请的实施例还提供了一种手机,包括如上所述的数码卡卡托的卡合结构。

- 一种数码卡卡托的卡合结构,其特征在于,包括:卡托,在所述卡托的两侧设置有第一卡扣;卡托槽,设置在手机上,在所述卡托槽的两个内侧壁上设置有第二卡扣;所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣均具有凸起部分,所述第一卡扣和/或所述第二卡扣由弹性材料制成;所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣的凸起部分的设置位置满足如下关系:将所述卡托完全推入所述卡托槽中后,所述第一卡扣的凸起部分与所述第二卡扣的凸起部分上对应卡合,将所述卡托固定在所述卡托槽内;当通过卡托推出杠杆将所述卡托从所述卡托槽向外推出时,在所述卡托推出杠杆的推出行程结束后,所述第二卡扣的凸起部分的顶部挤压在所述第一卡扣的凸起部分的靠近卡托槽里侧的倾斜面上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的数码卡卡托的卡合结构,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣的靠近卡托槽内侧的倾斜面比远离卡托槽内侧的倾斜面平缓。
- 根据权利要求2所述的数码卡卡托的卡合结构,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣的靠近卡托槽内侧的倾斜面的倾斜角度为20至60度;所述第一卡扣的远离卡托槽内侧的倾斜面的倾斜角度为60至80度。
- 根据权利要求2所述的数码卡卡托的卡合结构,其特征在于,所述第二卡扣的靠近卡托槽内侧的倾斜面比远离卡托槽内侧的倾斜面陡。
- 根据权利要求4所述的数码卡卡托的卡合结构,其特征在于,所述第二卡扣的远离卡托槽内侧的倾斜面的倾斜角度为20至60度;所述第二卡扣的靠近卡托槽内侧的倾斜面的倾斜角度为60 至80度。
- 一种手机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至5任一权利要求所述的数码卡卡托的卡合结构。
