Claims (8)
- 一种防松脱的紧固件装置,其特征在于:包括螺栓,所述螺栓具有靠近其止挡边的第一螺纹段,以及与第一螺纹段连接的第二螺纹段,所述第一螺纹段与第二螺纹段的螺纹走向相反;还包括用于锁紧在第一螺纹段上的主螺母,以及锁紧在第二螺纹段上的副螺母;还包括用于锁紧主螺母和副螺母的齿形卡环,所述齿形卡环与主螺母外壁啮齿和副螺母外壁啮齿配合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的紧固件装置,其特征在于:所述第一螺纹段的外径大于第二螺纹段的外径,二者在其连接的位置形成一台阶。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的紧固件装置,其特征在于:所述副螺母的穿入端设置有用于套入第一螺纹段并与主螺母端面接触在一起的空腔。
- 根据权利要求3所述的紧固件装置,其特征在于:所述副螺母最宽位置的尺寸小于等于主螺母最窄位置的尺寸。
- 根据权利要求3所述的紧固件装置,其特征在于:所述副螺母的空腔呈圆筒状,在所述副螺母的外壁上设置有与齿形卡环相互啮合的齿,所述齿沿着副螺母径向分布。
- 根据权利要求5所述的紧固件装置,其特征在于:所述副螺母外六角部分的外边沿从上到下为斜边,上小下大,副螺母外六角部分的下边沿外径尺寸与卡簧槽外边沿的外径尺寸相同,两者平滑连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的紧固件装置,其特征在于:所述主螺母的上部外侧和副螺母的下部外侧设有同样的齿用于卡入齿形卡环。
- 根据权利要求7所述的紧固件装置,其特征在于:所述副螺母设有与卡簧配合的卡簧槽,用于卡入卡簧。
