近年来,随着电子门锁技术的逐步成熟,其应用领域越来越广泛,越来越多的酒店、宾馆、写字楼等开始广泛使用电子门锁。通常的电子门锁都需要外置的管理平台和门卡读卡器对电子钥匙进行设置,而管理平台的售价和维护成本较高,提高了电子门锁的使用成本,对于不需要大范围对电子钥匙进行设置的小型的酒店、宾馆、办公室等亟需一种操作简单,使用成本低的电子钥匙设置方法。本发明直接通过电子门锁的感应区对电子钥匙进行设置,不需要外置管理平台和读卡设备,操作简单,有效降低了操作成本。
发明内容
本发明提出一种电子门锁管理方法及系统,该方法直接通过感应区进行电子钥匙设置,不需要外置管理平台和读卡设备,操作简单,有效降低了操作成本。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
第一方面,本发明提出一种电子门锁管理方法,包括:设置电子钥匙;所述设置电子钥匙具体为:
通过感应区获取锁ID卡信息,所述锁ID卡信息包含用户ID,将所述用户ID与门锁绑定;
通过感应区获取加入卡信息,所述加入卡信息包含用户ID;确认所述锁ID卡信息的用户ID与所述加入卡信息的用户ID相同;
通过感应区获取开门卡信息且通过感应区获取档案卡信息,所述开门卡信 息包含开门卡ID,所述档案卡信息包含档案卡ID;
设置开门卡ID和档案卡ID为绑定关系,把开门卡ID和档案卡ID作为电子钥匙。
其中,所述通过感应区获取开门卡信息且通过感应区获取档案卡信息,还包括:通过用户设置区获取用户信息;
所述通过用户设置区获取用户信息为通过指纹窗获取指纹信息,和/或通过按键获取密码信息,和/或通过信号接收器获取遥控信息,和/或通过声音接收器获取声音信息;

本发明提供了一种电子门锁管理方法及系统,本发明通过感应区获取各类功能型门卡信息,从而对电子钥匙进行设置,仅需要直接在电子门锁上进行操作,不需要外置管理平台和读卡设备,操作简单,有效降低了操作成本。

以下结合附图,通过具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例一
参考图1,一种电子门锁管理方法,包括:
S100、设置电子钥匙,所述设置电子钥匙包括以下步骤:
S1001、通过感应区获取锁ID卡信息,所述锁ID卡信息包含用户ID,将用 户ID与门锁绑定。
感应区设置在电子门锁上,所述锁ID卡信息存储在锁ID卡内,在本实施例中锁ID卡优选为射频识别(RFID)卡,本实施中优选mifare卡,mifare卡是目前世界上使用量最大、技术最成熟、性能最稳定、内存容量最大的一种感应式智能IC卡。将用户ID与门锁绑定,即将用户ID写入门卡信息中,写入用户ID的电子门锁与该锁ID卡绑定,具有相同的用户ID。
感应区获取锁ID卡信息后,电子门锁可以发出提示信息,本实施例中设置的提示信息为电子门锁的绿灯亮,且发出“嘀嘀嘀”的声响,待绿灯灭,电子门锁绑定成功。
若感应区获得任何一张开门卡ID或档案卡ID之前没有获取锁ID卡信息,电子门锁会开启,说明锁ID卡信息的用户ID没有与门锁绑定;感应区获得获取锁ID卡信息,将用户ID与门锁绑定后,感应区只有获取设置成为电子钥匙的开门卡ID和档案卡ID才能开启电子门锁。
S1002、通过感应区获取加入卡信息,所述加入卡信息包含用户ID;确认所述锁ID卡信息的用户ID与所述加入卡信息的用户ID相同。
所述加入卡信息存储在加入卡内,在本实施例中加入卡优选为射频识别(RFID)卡,本实施中优选mifare卡。
通过感应区获得加入卡信息的用户ID后,对所述加入卡信息的用户ID进行判断,若加入卡信息的用户ID与锁ID卡信息的用户ID相同,则可继续进行步骤S1003,此时可以发出提示信息,本实施例中此时的提示信息设置为电子门锁的绿灯亮,且发出“嘀”的声响,随后绿灯闪亮,说明可以继续进行步骤S1003;若加入卡信息的用户ID与锁ID卡信息的用户ID不同,则退出设置。
S1003、通过感应区获取开门卡信息且通过感应区获取档案卡信息,所述开 门卡信息包含开门卡ID,所述档案卡信息包含档案卡ID。
所述开门卡信息存储在开门卡内,档案卡信息存储在档案卡内,在本实施例中开门卡和档案卡优选为射频识别(RFID)卡,本实施中优选mifare卡。
感应区获得开门卡信息后需预制时间内获得档案卡信息,否则退出设置,开门卡也设置失败,本实施例中预制时间设置为5秒,也可以设置为3秒或10秒,本发明对预制时间的长短不做限制。
为了便于提示用户放置档案卡,可以在感应区获得开门卡信息后发出提示信息,在本实施例中此时的提示信息为电子门锁的绿灯亮,且发出“嘀”的声响,随后绿灯闪亮;感应区获得开门卡信息后且在预制时间内获得档案卡信息,再次发出提示信息,此时的提示信息为电子门锁的绿灯闪亮,且发出“嘀嘀”的声响,绿灯灭,继续进行步骤S1004。
S1004、设置开门卡ID和档案卡ID为绑定关系,把开门卡ID和档案卡ID作为电子钥匙。
将开门卡ID和档案卡ID设置为绑定关系,即开门卡和档案卡为绑定关系;把开门卡ID和档案卡ID作为电子钥匙,开门卡和档案卡具有相同功能,开门卡和档案卡至少各有一张,一张开门卡和一张档案卡为一对电子钥匙,在实际应用中开门卡和档案卡的数量可以根据实际需要进行增加,但增加的数量必须相同。
本方法通过预先设置好锁ID卡信息,加入卡信息,开门卡信息和档案卡信息,在电子门锁设置时直接通过感应区获取各类信息,从而对电子钥匙进行设置,不需要外置管理平台和读卡设备,操作简单,有效降低了操作成本。
实施例二
参考图2,本实施例提供了另一种优选的电子门锁管理方法,包括:
S200、设置电子钥匙;此步骤与步骤S100相同,此处不再赘述。
S201、删除电子钥匙;对电子钥匙进行设置之后还可以删除电子钥匙。
所述删除电子钥匙包括:
S2011、通过感应区获取退出卡信息,退出卡信息包含用户ID;确认退出卡信息的用户ID与所述锁ID卡信息的用户ID相同。
所述退出卡信息存储在退出卡内,在本实施例中退出卡优选为射频识别(RFID)卡,本实施中优选mifare卡。
通过感应区获得退出卡信息的用户ID后,对所述退出卡信息的用户ID进行判断,若退出卡信息的用户ID与锁ID卡信息的用户ID相同,则可继续进行步骤S2012,此时可以发出提示信息,本实施例中此时的提示信息设置为电子门锁的绿灯亮,且发出“嘀”的声响,随后绿灯闪亮,说明可以继续进行步骤S2012。
S2012、通过感应区获取所述开门卡信息的开门卡ID或档案卡信息的档案卡ID;删除作为电子钥匙的开门卡ID和档案卡ID。
删除电子钥匙只需要通过感应区获取所述开门卡信息的开门卡ID或档案卡信息的档案卡ID,同时删除作为电子钥匙的开门卡ID和档案卡ID。
当某一张开门卡遗失时,通过删除电子钥匙可以提高电子门锁的安全性能,被删除的开门卡和档案卡不能再开启电子门锁,这种删除电子钥匙的方法仅删除掉该对开门卡和档案卡,其他的开门卡和档案卡均不受影响,在使用时用户不需要再对其他开门卡和档案卡设置电子钥匙,使用便捷。
S202、通过感应区获取锁ID卡信息,所述锁ID卡信息包含用户ID;确认该锁ID卡信息的用户ID与门锁绑定的用户ID相同,删除全部电子钥匙。
通过感应区再次获取锁ID卡信息,所述锁ID卡信息包含用户ID,则对锁ID卡信息、加入卡信息及电子钥匙全部进行删除,同时取消该用户ID与门锁的 绑定;再次使用时需要重新设置电子钥匙。
步骤S201和步骤S202两者择一进行。
本方法在通过预先设置好锁ID卡信息,加入卡信息,开门卡信息和档案卡信息,在电子门锁设置时直接通过感应区获取各类信息,从而对电子钥匙进行设置,不需要外置管理平台和读卡设备,操作简单,有效降低了操作成本的基础上增加了删除电子钥匙的方法,提高了电子门锁的安全性能,删除电子钥匙时可以根据实际需要选择不同的删除电子钥匙的方法,提高了本发明的实用性。
实施例三
参考图3,本实施例提供了另一种优选的电子门锁管理方法,包括:
S300、设置电子钥匙,所述设置电子钥匙包括以下步骤:
S3001、通过感应区获取锁ID卡信息,所述锁ID卡信息包含用户ID,将用户ID与门锁绑定。此步骤与步骤S1001相同,此处不再赘述。
S3002、通过感应区获取加入卡信息,所述加入卡信息包含用户ID;确认所述锁ID卡信息的用户ID与所述加入卡信息的用户ID相同。此步骤与步骤S1002相同,此处也不再赘述。
S3003、通过感应区获取开门卡信息且通过感应区获取档案卡信息,还包括:
通过用户设置区获取用户信息;所述通过用户设置区获取用户信息为通过指纹窗获取指纹信息,和/或通过按键获取密码信息,和/或通过信号接收器获取遥控信息,和/或和/或通过声音接收器获取声音信息;

所述开门卡信息存储在开门卡内,档案卡信息存储在档案卡内,在本实施例中开门卡和档案卡优选为射频识别(RFID)卡,本实施中优选mifare卡。由于目前的电子门锁在除了感应区之外还设置有指纹窗,本实施例增加了把用户 信息作为电子钥匙的设置,所述用户信息为指纹信息,和/或密码信息,和/或遥控信息,和/或声音信息,通过感应区获取开门卡信息且通过感应区获取档案卡信息,还可以通过用户设置区获取用户信息,所述用户设置区包括指纹窗,和/或按键,和/或信号接收器,和/或声音接收器;本实施例对指纹窗获取指纹信息的技术方式不做限制,优选的使用红外指纹识别技术。本实施例对通过感应区获取开门卡信息、通过感应区获取档案卡信息、通过用户设置区获取用户信息的顺序不做限定,相邻的两次操作之间的时间间隔需在预制时间内,否则退出设置,电子钥匙设置失败,本实施例中预制时间设置为5秒,也可以设置为3秒或10秒,本发明对预制时间的长短不做限制,为了便于提示用户进行操作,可在两次操作之间发出一定的提示信息。
S3004、设置开门卡ID、档案卡ID和用户信息为绑定关系,把开门卡ID、档案卡ID和用户信息作为电子钥匙。
将开门卡ID、档案卡ID和用户信息设置为绑定关系,把开门卡ID、档案卡ID和用户信息作为电子钥匙,开门卡和档案卡具有相同功能,开门卡和档案卡至少各有一张,在实际应用中开门卡和档案卡的数量可以根据实际需要进行增加,但增加的数量必须相同。

S400、设置电子钥匙;此步骤与步骤S300相同,此处不再赘述。
S401、删除电子钥匙;对电子钥匙进行设置之后还可以删除电子钥匙。
所述删除电子钥匙包括:
S4011、通过感应区获取退出卡信息,退出卡信息包含用户ID;确认退出卡信息的用户ID与所述锁ID卡信息的用户ID相同。此步骤与步骤S2011相同,此处不再赘述。
S4012、通过感应区获取所述开门卡信息的开门卡ID、所述档案卡信息的档案卡ID、通过用户设置区获取用户信息;删除作为电子钥匙的开门卡ID、档案卡ID和用户信息。
删除电子钥匙只需要通过感应区获取所述开门卡信息的开门卡ID或档案卡信息的档案卡ID,通过用户设置区获取绑定的用户信息,同时删除作为电子钥匙的开门卡ID、档案卡ID以及绑定的用户信息。
通过删除电子钥匙可以提高电子门锁的安全性能,被删除的开门卡、档案卡以及绑定的用户信息均不能再开启电子门锁;若开门卡和档案卡均遗失时,可以用户设置区获取绑定的用户信息,同时删除作为电子钥匙的开门卡ID、档案卡ID以及绑定的用户信息。这种删除电子钥匙的方法仅删除设置为绑定关系的开门卡和档案卡,其他的开门卡和档案卡均不受影响,在使用时用户不需要再对其他开门卡和档案卡设置电子钥匙,使用便捷。
S402、通过感应区获取锁ID卡信息,所述锁ID卡信息包含用户ID;确认该锁ID卡信息的用户ID与门锁绑定的用户ID相同,删除全部电子钥匙。
此步骤与步骤S202相同,不再赘述。
步骤S401和步骤S402两者择一进行。
本发明直接通过感应区对电子钥匙进行设置,不需要外置管理平台和读卡设备,操作简单,有效降低了操作成本。

    通过感应区获取加入卡信息,所述加入卡信息包含用户ID;确认所述锁ID卡信息的用户ID与所述加入卡信息的用户ID相同;
    通过感应区获取开门卡信息且通过感应区获取档案卡信息,所述开门卡信息包含开门卡ID,所述档案卡信息包含档案卡ID;
    设置开门卡ID和档案卡ID为绑定关系,把所述开门卡ID和档案卡ID作为电子钥匙。

  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子门锁管理系统,其特征在于,还包括:第二删除电子钥匙模块:用于删除全部电子钥匙;所述第二删除电子钥匙模块包括:
    第四判断模块:用于通过感应区获取锁ID卡信息,锁ID卡信息包含用户ID;确认该锁ID卡信息的用户ID为门锁绑定的用户ID;
    第二删除模块:用于删除全部电子钥匙。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的电子门锁管理系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    锁ID卡:用于存储锁ID卡信息,所述锁ID卡信息包含用户ID;
    加入卡:用于存储加入卡信息,所述加入卡信息包含用户ID;
    退出卡:用于存储退出卡信息,所述退出卡信息包含用户ID;
    开门卡:用于存储开门卡信息,所述开门卡信息包含开门卡ID;
    档案卡:用于存储档案卡信息,所述档案卡信息包含档案卡ID;
    所述锁ID卡、加入卡、退出卡、开门卡和档案卡均为射频识别卡。
