有鉴于此,本发明第一方面的实施例提供了一种旋钮组件,设置在烹饪器具上,包括:旋钮本体,所述旋钮本体的一端上设置有转接部;和装饰圈,所述装饰圈上设置有与所述旋钮本体的一端形状相适配的安装腔,所述旋钮本体的一端设置在所述安装腔内;其中,所述装饰圈包括:圈体;和底板,所述底板设置在所述圈体内,并与所述圈体围成所述安装腔,且所述底板上设置有定位孔和弹性部,所述转接部穿过所述定位孔,并与所述烹饪器具的旋转开关轴连接,所述旋钮本体抵靠在所述弹性部上,以将所述装饰圈抵在所述烹饪器具的控制面板上,所述旋钮本体可带动所述装饰圈转动。
本发明提供的旋钮组件,装饰圈的底板上设置有定位孔和弹性部,使旋钮本体的转接部可穿过定位孔与烹饪器具的旋转开关轴连接,旋钮本体抵靠在弹性部上,以将装饰圈抵在烹饪器具的控制面板上,结构简单,相对现有的技术, 减少了弹簧部件的使用,避免了安装弹簧时产生不必要的麻烦,使装配简单容易,提高了产品的生产效率,降低了产品的生产成本,提高了产品的市场竞争力。
具体而言,现有电烤箱的旋钮部件中,旋钮装饰的固定存在零件多(3个或3个以上)一般包括,旋钮本体、弹簧和装饰圈等,结构复杂,导致装配困难,降低了产品的生产效率,增加了产品的生产成本,不利于产品的市场竞争,而本发明提供的旋钮组件,装饰圈的底板上设置有定位孔和弹性部,使旋钮本体的转接部可穿过定位孔与烹饪器具的旋转开关轴连接,旋钮本体抵靠在弹性部上,以将装饰圈抵在烹饪器具的控制面板上,结构简单,相对现有的技术,减少了弹簧部件的使用,避免了安装弹簧时产生不必要的麻烦,使装配简单容易,提高了产品的生产效率,降低了产品的生产成本,提高了产品的市场竞争力。
另外,本发明提供的上述实施例中的旋钮组件还可以具有如下附加技术特征:
在上述技术方案中,所述弹性部包括:条形孔,所述条形孔设置在所述底板上;变形部,所述变形部的一端与所述条形孔的孔壁连接,并与所述底板形成悬臂结构;和支撑部,设置在所述变形部的另一端上,并抵靠在所述旋钮本体上。
在该技术方案中,变形部的一端与底板上的条形孔的孔壁连接,并于底板形成悬臂结构,同时,支撑部设置在变形部的另一端上,使旋钮本体抵在支撑部上,以实现支撑部和变形部与底板形成悬臂结构,从而实现弹性部的弹性作用,进而省去弹簧部件,装配容易简单,提高了产品的装配效率。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述支撑部为圆柱,且所述支撑部的截面直径不大于所述变形部的宽度。
在该技术方案中,支撑部为圆柱,且支撑部的截面直径不大于变形部的宽度,避免了二者连接时出现死角产生集中应力,提高了产品的可靠性,同时,条形孔与变形部之间具有间隙,防止了变形时与条形孔的孔壁相干涉,影响产品的弹性性能。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述底板呈圆形,所述条形孔沿所述底板的周向 设置,且所述底板上设置有两个所述弹性部。
在该技术方案中,底板呈圆形,条形孔沿底板的周向设置,且底板上设置有两个弹性部,使变形部的长度应小于底板所在圆的半周长,两个弹性部的设置增加了产品的弹性性能,保证了产品的可靠性。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述底板、所述变形部和所述支撑部为一体式结构。
在该技术方案中,底板、变形部和支撑部为一体式结构,一方面,增加了三者之间的连接强度,降低了三者之间发生断裂的概率,另一方面,使底板、变形部和支撑部可以一体成型加工,容易生产制造,提高了产品的生产效率,降低了产品的生产成本。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述旋钮组件还包括:限位柱,所述限位柱设置在所述底板上,并位于所述底板与所述控制面板之间,且所述限位柱与所述圈体的内壁固定连接。
在该技术方案中,限位柱的设置,增加了底板的结构强度,同时,限位柱与圈体的内壁固定连接,增加了装饰圈的整体结构,提高了产品的可靠性。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述限位柱的自由端凸出于所述圈体。
在该技术方案中,限位柱的自由端凸出圈体,使安装旋钮组件时,限位柱与控制面板的板面紧贴接触,在旋转旋钮时,使装饰圈的圈体与控制面板之间存在间隙,避免了旋转时装饰圈与控制面板的板面摩擦导致磨损圈体的情况发生,提高了产品的可靠性,降低了装饰圈的磨损,降低了产品的维修成本。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述底板上设置有至少三个所述限位柱,且所述限位柱沿所述底板的周向均匀分布。
在该技术方案中,底板上设置有至少三个限位柱,且限位柱沿底板的周向均匀分布,一方面,保证了底板的结构强度,提高了产品的可靠性,另一方面,使限位柱与控制面板板面紧贴接触时平稳性增强,保证了旋钮组件安装在控制面板上时不易晃动,提高了产品的可靠性。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述定位孔的孔壁沿远离所述底板的方向延伸形成翻边。
在该技术方案中,定位孔的孔壁沿远离底板的方向延伸形成翻边,翻边使 转接部与定位孔的孔壁的接触面积增大,保证了旋钮本体旋转时容易带动装饰圈旋转,提高了产品的使用舒适度。
本发明第二方面的实施例提供了一种电烤箱,包括:控制面板,所述控制面板上设置有通孔;电器件,所述电器件的转轴位于所述通孔内;和上述任一项所述的旋钮组件,所述旋钮组件的旋钮本体上的转接部穿过所述旋钮组件的底板上的定位孔与所述转轴过盈配合连接,且所述装饰圈位于所述控制面板与所述旋钮本体之间。
本发明第二方面的实施例设置了第一方面的实施例提供的旋钮组件,装饰圈的底板上设置有定位孔和弹性部,使旋钮本体的转接部可穿过定位孔与烹饪器具的旋转开关轴连接,旋钮本体抵靠在弹性部上,以将装饰圈抵在烹饪器具的控制面板上,结构简单,相对现有的技术,减少了弹簧部件的使用,避免了安装弹簧时产生不必要的麻烦,使装配简单容易,提高了产品的生产效率,降低了产品的生产成本,提高了产品的市场竞争力。

为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
下面参照图2至图6描述根据本发明一些实施例所述旋钮组件。
如图3至图6所示,本发明第一方面的实施例提供的旋钮组件100,设置在烹饪器具上,包括:旋钮本体1和装饰圈2。
具体地,旋钮本体1的一端上设置有转接部11;装饰圈2上设置有与旋钮本体1的一端形状相适配的安装腔21,旋钮本体1的一端设置在安装腔21内;其中,装饰圈2包括:圈体22和底板23。
更具体地,底板23设置在圈体22内,并与圈体22围成安装腔21,且底板23上设置有定位孔231和弹性部232,转接部11穿过定位孔231,并与烹饪器具的旋转开关轴连接,旋钮本体1抵靠在弹性部232上,以将装饰圈2抵在烹饪器具的控制面板4上,旋钮本体1可带动装饰圈2转动。
本发明提供的旋钮组件100,装饰圈2的底板23上设置有定位孔231和弹性部232,使旋钮本体1的转接部11可穿过定位孔231与烹饪器具的旋转开关轴连接,旋钮本体1抵靠在弹性部232上,以将装饰圈2抵在烹饪器具的控制面板4上,结构简单,相对现有的技术,减少了弹簧部件的使用,避免了安装弹簧时产生不必要的麻烦,使装配简单容易,提高了产品的生产效率,降低了产品的生产成本,提高了产品的市场竞争力。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图5和图6所示,弹性部232包括:条形孔2321和支撑部2323。
具体地,条形孔2321设置在底板23上;变形部2322,变形部2322的一 端与条形孔2321的孔壁连接,并与底板23形成悬臂结构;设置在变形部2322的另一端上,并抵靠在旋钮本体1上。
在该实施例中,变形部2322的一端与底板23上的条形孔2321的孔壁连接,并于底板23形成悬臂结构,同时,支撑部2323设置在变形部2322的另一端上,使旋钮本体1抵在支撑部2323上,以实现支撑部2323和变形部2322与底板23形成悬臂结构,从而实现弹性部232的弹性作用,进而省去弹簧部件,装配容易简单,提高了产品的装配效率。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图5所示,支撑部2323为圆柱,且支撑部2323的截面直径不大于变形部2322的宽度。
在该实施例中,支撑部2323为圆柱,且支撑部2323的截面直径不大于变形部2322的宽度,避免了二者连接时出现死角产生集中应力,提高了产品的可靠性,同时,条形孔2321与变形部2322之间具有间隙,防止了变形时与条形孔2321的孔壁相干涉,影响产品的弹性性能。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图4至图6所示,底板23呈圆形,条形孔2321沿底板23的周向设置,且底板23上设置有两个弹性部232。
在该实施例中,底板23呈圆形,条形孔2321沿底板23的周向设置,且底板23上设置有两个弹性部232,使变形部2322的长度应小于底板23所在圆的半周长,两个弹性部232的设置增加了产品的弹性性能,保证了产品的可靠性。

在该实施例中,限位柱3的设置,增加了底板23的结构强度,同时,限 位柱3与圈体22的内壁固定连接,增加了装饰圈2的整体结构,提高了产品的可靠性。
在本发明的一个实施例中,限位柱3的自由端凸出于圈体22。
在该实施例中,限位柱3的自由端凸出圈体22,使安装旋钮组件100时,限位柱3与控制面板的板面紧贴接触,在旋转旋钮时,使装饰圈2的圈体22与控制面板4之间存在间隙,避免了旋转时装饰圈2与控制面板的板面摩擦导致磨损圈体22的情况发生,提高了产品的可靠性,降低了装饰圈2的磨损,降低了产品的维修成本。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图6所示,底板23上设置有至少三个限位柱3,且限位柱3沿底板23的周向均匀分布。
在该实施例中,底板23上设置有至少三个限位柱3,且限位柱3沿底板23的周向均匀分布,一方面,保证了底板23的结构强度,提高了产品的可靠性,另一方面,使限位柱3与控制面板的板面紧贴接触时平稳性增强,保证了旋钮组件100安装在控制面板4上时不易晃动,提高了产品的可靠性。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图5和图6所示,定位孔231的孔壁沿远离底板23的方向延伸形成翻边2311。
在该实施例中,定位孔231的孔壁沿远离底板23的方向延伸形成翻边2311,翻边2311使转接部11与定位孔231的孔壁的接触面积增大,保证了旋钮本体1旋转时容易带动装饰圈2旋转,提高了产品的使用舒适度。
如图2所示,本发明第二方面的实施例提供了一种电烤箱200,包括:控制面板4、电器件(图中未示出)和上述任一项所述的旋钮组件100。
具体地,控制面板4上设置有通孔41;电器件的转轴5位于通孔41内;旋钮组件100的旋钮本体1上的转接部11穿过旋钮组件100的底板23上的定位孔231与转轴5过盈配合连接,且装饰圈2位于控制面板4与旋钮本体1之间。
本发明第二方面的实施例设置了第一方面的实施例提供的旋钮组件,装饰圈的底板上设置有定位孔和弹性部,使旋钮本体的转接部可穿过定位孔与烹饪器具的旋转开关轴连接,旋钮本体抵靠在弹性部上,以将装饰圈抵在烹饪器具的控制面板上,结构简单,相对现有的技术,减少了弹簧部件的使用,避免了安装弹簧时产生不必要的麻烦,使装配简单容易,提高了产品的生产效率,降 低了产品的生产成本,提高了产品的市场竞争力。
综上所述,本发明提供的旋钮组件,装饰圈的底板上设置有定位孔和弹性部,使旋钮本体的转接部可穿过定位孔与烹饪器具的旋转开关轴连接,旋钮本体抵靠在弹性部上,以将装饰圈抵在烹饪器具的控制面板上,结构简单,相对现有的技术,减少了弹簧部件的使用,避免了安装弹簧时产生不必要的麻烦,使装配简单容易,提高了产品的生产效率,降低了产品的生产成本,提高了产品的市场竞争力。
具体而言,现有电烤箱的旋钮部件中,旋钮装饰的固定存在零件多(3个或3个以上)一般包括,旋钮本体、弹簧和装饰圈等,结构复杂,导致装配困难,降低了产品的生产效率,增加了产品的生产成本,不利于产品的市场竞争,而本发明提供的旋钮组件,装饰圈的底板上设置有定位孔和弹性部,使旋钮本体的转接部可穿过定位孔与烹饪器具的旋转开关轴连接,旋钮本体抵靠在弹性部上,以将装饰圈抵在烹饪器具的控制面板上,结构简单,相对现有的技术,减少了弹簧部件的使用,避免了安装弹簧时产生不必要的麻烦,使装配简单容易,提高了产品的生产效率,降低了产品的生产成本,提高了产品的市场竞争力。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种旋钮组件,设置在烹饪器具上,其特征在于,包括:
    旋钮本体,所述旋钮本体的一端上设置有转接部;和
    装饰圈,所述装饰圈上设置有与所述旋钮本体的一端形状相适配的安装腔,所述旋钮本体的一端设置在所述安装腔内;
    其中,所述装饰圈包括:圈体;和
    底板,所述底板设置在所述圈体内,并与所述圈体围成所述安装腔,且所述底板上设置有定位孔和弹性部,所述转接部穿过所述定位孔,并与所述烹饪器具的旋转开关轴连接,所述旋钮本体抵靠在所述弹性部上,以将所述装饰圈抵在所述烹饪器具的控制面板上,所述旋钮本体可带动所述装饰圈转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的旋钮组件,其特征在于,
    所述弹性部包括:
    条形孔,所述条形孔设置在所述底板上;
    变形部,所述变形部的一端与所述条形孔的孔壁连接,并与所述底板形成悬臂结构;和
    支撑部,设置在所述变形部的另一端上,并抵靠在所述旋钮本体上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的旋钮组件,其特征在于,
    所述支撑部为圆柱,且所述支撑部的截面直径不大于所述变形部的宽度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的旋钮组件,其特征在于,
    所述底板呈圆形,所述条形孔沿所述底板的周向设置,且所述底板上设置有两个所述弹性部。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的旋钮组件,其特征在于,
    所述底板、所述变形部和所述支撑部为一体式结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的旋钮组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    限位柱,所述限位柱设置在所述底板上,并位于所述底板与所述控制面板之间,且所述限位柱与所述圈体的内壁固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的旋钮组件,其特征在于,
    所述限位柱的自由端凸出于所述圈体。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的旋钮组件,其特征在于,
    所述底板上设置有至少三个所述限位柱,且所述限位柱沿所述底板的周向均匀分布。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的旋钮组件,其特征在于,
    所述定位孔的孔壁沿远离所述底板的方向延伸形成翻边。
  10. 一种电烤箱,其特征在于,包括:
    控制面板,所述控制面板上设置有通孔;
    电器件,所述电器件的转轴位于所述通孔内;和
    如权利要求1至9任一项所述的旋钮组件,所述旋钮组件的旋钮本体上的转接部穿过所述旋钮组件的底板上的定位孔与所述转轴过盈配合连接,且所述旋钮组件的装饰圈位于所述控制面板与所述旋钮本体之间。
