Abstract

Disclosed is a rotary knob assembly arranged on a cooking appliance, comprising a rotary knob body (1) and a decoration ring (2), wherein an adaptor part (11) is provided on one end of the rotary knob body (1); the decoration ring (2) comprises a ring body (22) and a base plate (23), the base plate (23) being provided within the ring body (22) and enclosing an installation cavity (21) with the ring body (22), and the base plate (23) being provided with a positioning hole (231) and an elastic part (232); the adaptor (11) can pass through the positioning hole (231) and is connected to a rotary switch shaft of the cooking appliance; and the rotary knob body (1) abuts against the elastic part (232), so as to press the decoration ring (2) on a control panel (4) of the cooking appliance, so that the rotary knob body (1) can drive the decoration ring (2) to rotate. Since the base plate (23) of the decoration ring (2) is provided with the positioning hole (231) and the elastic part (232) and the rotary knob body (1) abuts against the elastic part (232), with respect to the prior art, the use of a spring component is reduced, so as to avoid unnecessary trouble due to the mounting of a spring, thereby making the assembly simple and easy, improving the manufacturing efficiency of products, reducing the manufacturing costs, and improving the market competitiveness of products. Further disclosed is an electric oven.

Description

Description ROTARY KNOB ASSEMBLY AND ELECTRIC OVEN Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to the technical field of kitchen appliances, and in particular to a rotary knob assembly and an electric oven with the assembly.
Background of the Invention
At present, as shown in Fig. 1, in a rotary knob component of an existing electric oven 20', the rotary knob decoration is fixed by many parts (three or more), which generally include a rotary knob body 10', a spring 1Γ, a decoration ring 12' and the like. Such a complex structure results in assembly difficulties, reduces the production efficiency of the product, increases the production cost of the product and is not conducive to the market competition of the product.
Summary of the Invention
In order to solve at least one of the above technical problems, one objective of the present invention is to provide a rotary knob assembly that is simple in structure and easy to assemble.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide an electric oven provided with the rotary knob assembly described above.
In view of this, an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention provides a rotary knob assembly arranged on a cooking appliance, including: a rotary knob body, wherein an adaptor part is arranged on one end of the rotary knob body; and a decoration ring, wherein the decoration ring is provided with an installation cavity matched with the shape of one end of the rotary knob body, and one end of the rotary knob body is arranged in the installation cavity; wherein the decoration ring includes a ring body; and a base plate, wherein the base plate is arranged in the ring body and encloses the installation cavity with the ring body, the base plate is provided with a positioning hole and an elastic part, the adaptor part passes through the positioning hole and is connected to a rotary switch shaft of the cooking appliance, the rotary knob body abuts against the elastic part so as to press the decoration ring against a control panel of the cooking appliance, and the rotary knob body can drive the decoration ring to rotate.
According to the rotary knob assembly provided by the present invention, the base plate of the decoration ring is provided with the positioning hole and the elastic part, so that the adaptor part of the rotary knob body can pass through the positioning hole to be connected with the rotary switch shaft of the cooking appliance, the rotary knob body abuts against the elastic part so as to press the decoration ring against the control panel of the cooking appliance, so the structure is simple; compared with the prior art, the use of spring components is reduced, thus avoiding unnecessary trouble due to the installation of springs, ensuring simple and easy assembly, improving the production efficiency of the product, reducing the production cost of the product and improving the market competitiveness of the product.

In the above technical solution, the elastic part includes: a strip-shaped hole, wherein the stripshaped hole is formed in the base plate; a deformation part, wherein one end of the deformation part is connected to the hole wall of the strip-shaped hole and forms a cantilever structure with the base plate; and a supporting part arranged on the other end of the deformation part and abutting against the rotary knob body.

In the technical solution, due to the arrangement of the limiting column, the structural strength of the base plate is improved, meanwhile as the limiting column is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the ring body, the overall structure of the decoration ring is increased, and the reliability of the product is improved.

An embodiment of a second aspect of the present invention provides an electric oven, including: a control panel, wherein a through hole is formed in the control panel; an electric device, wherein a rotating shaft of the electric device is located in the through hole; and the rotary knob assembly in any one of the above technical solutions, wherein the adaptor part on the rotary knob body of the rotary knob assembly passes through the positioning hole in the base plate of the rotary knob assembly to form interference fit connection with the rotating shaft, and the decoration ring is located between the control panel and the rotary knob body.
The embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention is provided with the rotary knob assembly provided by the embodiment of the first aspect, the positioning hole and the elastic part are arranged on the base plate of the decoration ring, so that the adaptor part of the rotary knob body can pass through the positioning hole to be connected with the rotary switch shaft of the cooking appliance, the rotary knob body abuts against the elastic part so as to press the decoration ring against the control panel of the cooking appliance, so the structure is simple; compared with the prior art, the use of spring components is avoided, thus avoiding unnecessary trouble due to the installation of springs, ensuring simple and easy assembly, improving the production efficiency of the product, reducing the production cost of the product and improving the market competitiveness of the product.

Detailed Description of the Embodiments
In order to more clearly understand the above objectives, features and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It needs to be noted that the embodiments of the present application and the features in the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, many specific details are set forth in order to fully understand the present invention. However, the present invention can also be implemented in other manners than those described herein. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present invention is not limited by specific embodiments disclosed below.
The rotary knob assembly according to some embodiments of the present invention is described below with reference to Figs. 2 to 6.
As shown in Figs. 3 to 6, a rotary knob assembly 100 provided by the embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention is arranged on a cooking appliance and includes a rotary knob body 1 and a decoration ring 2.
Specifically, an adaptor part 11 is arranged on one end of the rotary knob body 1; an installation cavity 21 matched with the shape of one end of the rotary knob body 1 is arranged on the decoration ring 2, and one end of the rotary knob body 1 is arranged in the installation cavity 21; wherein the decoration ring 2 includes a ring body 22 and a base plate 23.
More specifically, the base plate 23 is arranged in the ring body 22 and encloses the installation cavity 21 with the ring body 22, the base plate 23 is provided with a positioning hole 231 and an elastic part 232, the adaptor part 11 passes through the positioning hole 231 and is connected to a rotary switch shaft of the cooking appliance, the rotary knob body 1 abuts against the elastic part 232 so as to press the decoration ring 2 against a control panel 4 of the cooking appliance, and the rotary knob body 1 can drive the decoration ring 2 to rotate.
According to the rotary knob assembly 100 provided by the present invention, the base plate 23 of the decoration ring 2 is provided with the positioning hole 231 and the elastic part 232, so that the adaptor part 11 of the rotary knob body 1 can pass through the positioning hole 231 to be connected with the rotary switch shaft of the cooking appliance, the rotary knob body 1 abuts against the elastic part 232 so as to press the decoration ring 2 against the control panel 4 of the cooking appliance, so the structure is simple; compared with the prior art, the use of spring components is reduced, thus avoiding unnecessary trouble due to the installation of springs, ensuring simple and easy assembly, improving the production efficiency of the product, reducing the production cost of the product and improving the market competitiveness of the product.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figs. 5 and 6, the elastic part 232 includes a strip-shaped hole 2321 and a supporting part 2323.
Specifically, the strip-shaped hole 2321 is formed in the base plate 23; a deformation part 2322, wherein one end of the deformation part 2322 is connected to the hole wall of the strip-shaped hole 2321 and forms a cantilever structure with the base plate 23; and the supporting part is arranged on the other end of the deformation part 2322 and abuts against the rotary knob body 1.
In the embodiment, one end of the deformation part 2322 is connected to the hole wall of the stripshaped hole 2321 in the base plate 23 and forms the cantilever structure with the base plate 23, meanwhile the supporting part 2323 is arranged on the other end of the deformation part 2322, and the rotary knob body 1 abuts against the supporting part 2323, so that the supporting part 2323 and the deformation part 2322 form the cantilever structure with the base plate 23, to achieve the elastic function of the elastic part 232, thus omitting the spring component, ensuring simple and easy assembly and improving the assembly efficiency of the product.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Fig. 5, the supporting part 2323 is a cylinder, and the cross-sectional diameter of the supporting part 2323 is not greater than the width of the deformation part 2322.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Fig. 6, the rotary knob assembly 100 further includes a limiting column 3, the limiting column 3 is arranged on the base plate 23 and is located between the base plate 23 and the control panel 4, and the limiting column 3 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the ring body 22.
In the embodiment, due to the arrangement of the limiting column 3, the structural strength of the base plate 23 is improved, meanwhile as the limiting column 3 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the ring body 22, the overall structure of the decoration ring 2 is increased, and the reliability of the product is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a free end of the limiting column 3 protrudes from the ring body 22.
In the embodiment, as the free end of the limiting column 3 protrudes from the ring body 22, when the rotary knob assembly 100 is installed, the limiting column 3 is in close contact with the panel surface of the control panel, and when the rotary knob is rotated, a gap is formed between the ring body 22 of the decoration ring 2 and the control panel 4, thereby avoiding the abrasion of the ring body 22 caused by the friction between the decoration ring 2 and the panel surface of the control panel during the rotation, improving the reliability of the production, reducing the abrasion of the decoration ring 2 and reducing the maintenance cost of the product.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Fig. 6, at least three limiting columns 3 are arranged on the base plate 23, and the limiting columns 3 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the base plate 23.

As shown in Fig. 2, the embodiment of a second aspect of the present invention provides an electric oven 200, including: a control panel 4, an electric device (not shown in the figure) and the rotary knob assembly 100 in any one of the above embodiments.
Specifically, a through hole 41 is formed in the control panel 4; a rotating shaft 5 of the electric device is located in the through hole 41; and the adaptor part 11 on the rotary knob body 1 of the rotary knob assembly 100 passes through the positioning hole 231 in the base plate 23 of the rotary knob assembly 100 to form interference fit connection with the rotating shaft 5, and the decoration ring 2 is located between the control panel 4 and the rotary knob body 1.

Specifically, in the knob component of the existing electric oven, the rotary knob decoration is fixed by many parts (three or more), which generally include a rotary knob body, a spring and a decoration ring, etc. Such a complex structure results in assembly difficulties, reduces the production efficiency of the product, increases the production cost of the product and is not conducive to the market competition of the product. According to the rotary knob assembly provided by the present invention, the base plate of the decoration ring is provided with the positioning hole and the elastic part, so that the adaptor part of the rotary knob body can pass through the positioning hole to be connected with the rotary switch shaft of the cooking appliance, the rotary knob body abuts against the elastic part so as to press the decoration ring against the control panel of the cooking appliance, so the structure is simple; compared with the prior art, the use of spring components is reduced, thus avoiding unnecessary trouble due to the installation of springs, ensuring simple and easy assembly, improving the production efficiency of the product, reducing the production cost of the product and improving the market competitiveness of the product.

Claims (10)

  1. Claims
    1. A rotary knob assembly arranged on a cooking appliance, comprising: a rotary knob body, wherein an adaptor part is arranged on one end of the rotary knob body; and a decoration ring, wherein the decoration ring is provided with an installation cavity matched with the shape of one end of the rotary knob body, and one end of the rotary knob body is arranged in the installation cavity; wherein the decoration ring comprises a ring body; and a base plate, wherein the base plate is arranged in the ring body and encloses the installation cavity with the ring body, the base plate is provided with a positioning hole and an elastic part, the adaptor part passes through the positioning hole and is connected to a rotary switch shaft of the cooking appliance, the rotary knob body abuts against the elastic part so as to press the decoration ring against a control panel of the cooking appliance, and the rotary knob body can drive the decoration ring to rotate.
  2. 2. The rotary knob assembly of claim 1, wherein the elastic part comprises: a strip-shaped hole, wherein the strip-shaped hole is formed in the base plate; a deformation part, wherein one end of the deformation part is connected to the hole wall of the strip-shaped hole and forms a cantilever structure with the base plate; and a supporting part arranged on the other end of the deformation part and abutting against the rotary knob body.
  3. 3. The rotary knob assembly of claim 2, wherein the supporting part is a cylinder, and the cross-sectional diameter of the supporting part is not greater than the width of the deformation part.
  4. 4. The rotary knob assembly of claim 3, wherein the base plate is circular, the strip-shaped hole is formed along the circumferential direction of the base plate, and two elastic parts are arranged on the base plate.
  5. 5. The rotary knob assembly of claim 2, wherein the base plate, the deformation part and the supporting part are of an integrated structure.
  6. 6. The rotary knob assembly of any of claims 1-5, further comprising: a limiting column, wherein the limiting column is arranged on the base plate and is located between the base plate and the control panel, and the limiting column is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the ring body.
  7. 7. The rotary knob assembly of claim 6, wherein a free end of the limiting column protrudes from the ring body.
  8. 8. The rotary knob assembly of claim 7, wherein at least three limiting columns are arranged on the base plate, and the limiting columns are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the base plate.
  9. 9. The rotary knob assembly of claim 6, wherein the hole wall of the positioning hole extends along a direction away from the base plate to form a flanging.
  10. 10. An electric oven, comprising: a control panel, wherein a through hole is formed in the control panel; an electric device, wherein a rotating shaft of the electric device is located in the through hole; and the rotary knob assembly of any of claims 1-9, wherein the adaptor part on the rotary knob body of the rotary knob assembly passes through the positioning hole in the base plate of the rotary knob assembly to form interference fit connection with the rotating shaft, and the decoration ring of the rotary knob assembly is located between the control panel and the rotary knob body.
