또한, 상기 제 2 전극층(320)이 상기 상부 기판(330)의 일면에 배치되는 경우, 상기 제 2 전극층(320) 상에 컬러 필터층이 배치되거나, 상기 컬러 필터층 상에 상기 제 2 전극층(320)이 배치될 수 있다.
또는, 상기 표시 패널(300)이 유기전계발광표시패널이고, 상기 제 2 전극층(320)이 상기 하부 기판(310)의 일면에 배치되는 경우, 상기 제 2 전극층(320)은 박막트랜지스터 또는 유기발광소자와 함께 배치될 수 있다.
실시예에 따른 터치 디바이스는 제 2 전극층을 별도의 기판 상에 배치하지 않고, 표시 패널의 내측에 배치함으로써, 제 2 전극층을 지지하는 별도의 기판을 생략할 수 있다. 이로 인해, 두께가 얇고 가벼운 터치 디바이스를 형성할 수 있다. 또한, 표시 패널에 배치되는 소자와 함께 제 2 전극층을 배치하여 공정을 단순화 하고, 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
상기 표시 패널(300) 상에는 커버 기판(400)이 배치될 수 있다. 상기 표시 패널(300)과 상기 커버 기판(400)은 서로 합지될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 표시 패널(300)과 상기 커버 기판(400)은 접착층 등을 통해 서로 접착될 수 있다.
상기 커버 기판(400)은 리지드(rigid)하거나 또는 플렉서블(flexible)할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 상기 커버 기판(400)은 유리 또는 플라스틱을 포함할 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 커버 기판(400)은 소다라임유리(soda lime glass) 또는 알루미노실리케이트유리 등의 화학 강화/반강화유리를 포함하거나, 폴리이미드(Polyimide, PI), 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(polyethylene terephthalate, PET), 프로필렌 글리콜(propylene glycol, PPG) 폴리 카보네이트(PC) 등의 강화 혹은 연성 플라스틱을 포함하거나 또는 사파이어를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 커버 기판(400)은 광등방성 필름을 포함할 수 있다. 일례로, 상기 커버 기판(400)은 COC(Cyclic Olefin Copolymer), COP(Cyclic Olefin Polymer), 광등방 폴리카보네이트(polycarbonate, PC) 또는 광등방 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA) 등을 포함할 수 있다.
사파이어는 유전율 등 전기 특성이 매우 뛰어나 터치 반응 속도를 획기적으로 올릴수 있을 뿐 아니라 호버링(Hovering) 등 공간 터치를 쉽게 구현 할 수 있고 표면 강도가 높아 커버 기판으로도 적용 가능한 물질이다. 여기서, 호버링이란 디스플레이에서 약간 떨어진 거리에서도 좌표를 인식하는 기술을 의미한다.
또한, 상기 커버 기판(400)은 부분적으로 곡면을 가지면서 휘어질 수 있다. 즉, 상기 커버 기판(400)은 부분적으로는 평면을 가지고, 부분적으로는 곡면을 가지면서 휘어질 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 커버 기판(400)의 끝단이 곡면을 가지면서 휘어지거나 랜덤한 곡률을 포함한 표면을 가지며 휘어지거나 구부러질 수 있다.
또한, 상기 커버 기판(400)은 유연한 특성을 가지는 플렉서블(flexible) 기판일 수 있다.
또한, 상기 커버 기판(400)은 커브드(curved) 또는 벤디드(bended) 기판일 수 있다. 즉, 상기 커버 기판(400)을 포함하는 터치 윈도우도 플렉서블, 커브드 또는 벤디드 특성을 가지도록 형성될 수 있다. 이로 인해, 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는 휴대가 용이하며, 다양한 디자인으로 변경이 가능할 수 있다.
상기 커버 기판(400)에는 유효 영역(AA)및 비유효 영역(UA)이 정의될 수 있다.
상기 유효 영역(AA)에서는 디스플레이가 표시될 수 있고, 상기 유효 영역(AA) 주위에 배치되는 상기 비유효 영역(UA)에서는 디스플레이가 표시되지 않을 수 있다.
또한, 상기 유효 영역(AA) 및 상기 비유효 영역(UA) 중 적어도 하나의 영역에서는 입력 장치(예를 들어, 손가락 또는 스타일러스 펜 등)의 압력 및 위치를 감지할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 커버 기판의 적어도 일면 상에 손가락 등의 입력 장치가 접촉되면, 입력 장치가 접촉된 부분에서 정전 용량의 차이가 발생하고, 이러한 차이가 발생한 부분을 접촉 위치로 검출할 수 있다.
즉, 상기 커버 기판은 상기 표시 패널과 마주보는 일면과 상기 일면과 반대되는 타면을 포함할 수 있고, 상기 입력 장치가 상기 커버 기판의 타면과 접촉될 수 있다.
또한, 커버 기판의 타면 상에 손가락 등의 입력 장치가 접촉되면, 입력 장치가 접촉된 부분에서 전극 부재(200)와 표시 패널(300) 사이의 에어 갭의 폭의 차이가 발생하고, 이러한 차이가 발생한 일 영역 또는 복수의 영역에서 압력을 감지할 수 있다.
또한, 압력을 감지하는 것과 동시에 에어 갭의 폭의 변화량에 따라 압력의 세기를 감지하여, 압력의 세기에 따라 다양한 동작이 수행될 수 있다.
자세하게, 커버 기판의 일면 상에 입력 장치가 접촉될 때, 입력 장치의 압력의 크기에 따라 에어 갭의 폭이 다양하게 변화될 수 있고, 이에 따른 에어 갭의 폭의 변화 값의 차이를 감지하여 다양한 크기의 압력을 인식함으로써, 이에 따른 압력 차이에 따른 다양한 동작이 이루어질 수 있다.
제 1 실시예에 따른 터치 디바이스는 표시 패널과 지지 기판 사이에 압력을 감지할 수 있는 전극층을 배치할 수 있다. 즉, 실시예에 따른 터치 디바이스는 지지 기판과 표시 패널 사이의 에어 갭 사이에 압력의 변화 및 세기를 감지할 수 있는 전극층을 배치함에 따라, 별도의 두께 증가 없이 압력 감지 전극을 포함하는 터치 패널 또는 터치 디바이스를 구현할 수 있다.
또한, 표시 패널과 지지 기판 사이에 압력을 감지할 수 있는 전극층이 지지 기판의 전면 일례로, 유효 영역 및 비유효 영역 상에 모두 배치할 수 있으므로, 터치 디바이스의 일 영역이 아닌 전 영역에서 압력의 변화를 감지할 수 있어 다양한 영역 즉, 멀티 영역에서 압력을 감지할 수 있다.
또한, 표시 패널과 전극 부재 사이의 거리가 충분히 확보될 수 있으므로, 압력의 세기에 따라 수행되는 동작을 다양화 할 수 있고, 이에 따라, 압력의 세기에 따라 다양한 동작이 수행되는 터치 패널 또는 터치 디바이스를 구현할 수 있다.
이하, 도 2를 참조하여, 제 1 실시예에 따른 다른 터치 디바이스를 설명한다. 제 1 실시예에 따른 다른 터치 디바이스에 대한 설명에서는 앞서 설명한 제 1 실시예에 따른 터치 디바이스와 동일 또는 유사한 설명에 대해서는 설명을 생략한다. 또한, 제 1 실시예에 따른 다른 터치 디바이스에 대한 설명에서는 앞서 설명한 제 1 실시예와 동일한 구성에 대해서는 동일한 도면 부호를 부여한다.

상기 탄성 부재(600)와 상기 표시 패널(300)이 약 50㎛ 미만으로 이격하여 배치되는 경우, 상기 탄성 부재(200)와 상기 표시 패널(300)의 이격 거리가 너무 작아져서, 입력 장치의 접촉에 따른 압력을 감지하기 어려울 수 있다.
또한, 상기 탄성 부재(200)와 상기 표시 패널(300)이 약 200㎛을 초과하는 크기로 이격하여 배치되는 경우, 상기 에어 갭의 크기에 의해 터치 디바이스의 전체적인 두께가 증가하여 얇은 두께의 터치 디바이스를 구현하는데 어려울 수 있다.
제 1 실시예에 따른 다른 터치 디바이스는, 커버 기판의 일면에 입력 장치가 접촉할 때, 탄성 부재의 폭이 변화되는 변화량에 따라 압력을 감지할 수 있다. 즉, 커버 기판의 일면에 입력 장치가 접촉할 때, 접촉 영역에서 탄성 부재의 폭이 변화될 수 있고, 이에 따라, 입력 장치가 접촉된 영역에서 압력의 변화 및 세기를 감지할 수 있다.

또한, 상기 제 2 전극 부재(220)와 상기 표시 패널(300)이 약 200㎛을 초과하는 크기로 이격하여 배치되는 경우, 상기 에어 갭의 크기에 의해 터치 디바이스의 전체적인 두께가 증가하여 얇은 두께의 터치 디바이스를 구현하는데 어려울 수 있다.
제 1 실시예에 따른 또 다른 터치 디바이스는, 커버 기판의 일면에 입력 장치가 접촉할 때, 탄성 부재의 폭이 변화되는 변화량 및 상기 탄성 부재의 상부 및 하부에 배치되는 전극층들의 변위량을 감지하고, 이에 따라 접촉 영역에서 압력을 감지할 수 있다. 즉, 커버 기판의 일면에 입력 장치가 접촉할 때, 접촉 영역에서 탄성 부재의 폭이 변화될 수 있고, 이에 따라, 입력 장치가 접촉된 영역에서 압력의 변화 및 세기를 감지할 수 있다.

상기 커버 기판(400)에는 유효 영역(AA)및 비유효 영역(UA)이 정의될 수 있다.
상기 유효 영역(AA)에서는 디스플레이가 표시될 수 있고, 상기 유효 영역(AA) 주위에 배치되는 상기 비유효 영역(UA)에서는 디스플레이가 표시되지 않을 수 있다.
또한, 상기 유효 영역(AA) 및 상기 비유효 영역(UA) 중 적어도 하나의 영역에서는 입력 장치(예를 들어, 손가락 또는 스타일러스 펜 등)의 압력 및 위치를 감지할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 커버 기판의 적어도 일면 상에 손가락 등의 입력 장치가 접촉되면, 입력 장치가 접촉된 부분에서 정전 용량의 차이가 발생하고, 이러한 차이가 발생한 부분을 접촉 위치로 검출할 수 있다.
즉, 상기 커버 기판은 상기 표시 패널과 마주보는 일면과 상기 일면과 반대되는 타면을 포함할 수 있고, 상기 입력 장치가 상기 커버 기판의 타면과 접촉될 수 있다.
또한, 커버 기판의 타면 상에 손가락 등의 입력 장치가 접촉되면, 입력 장치가 접촉된 부분에서 전극 부재(200)와 표시 패널(300) 사이의 에어 갭의 폭의 차이가 발생하고, 이러한 차이가 발생한 일 영역 또는 복수의 영역에서 압력을 감지할 수 있다.
또한, 압력을 감지하는 것과 동시에 탄성 부재의 변화량에 따라 압력의 세기를 감지하여, 압력의 세기에 따라 다양한 동작이 수행될 수 있다.
자세하게, 커버 기판의 일면에 입력 장치가 접촉할 때, 탄성 부재의 폭이 변화되는 변화량 및 상기 탄성 부재의 상부 및 하부에 배치되는 전극층들의 변위량을 감지하고, 이에 따라 접촉 영역에서 압력을 감지할 수 있다. 즉, 커버 기판의 일면에 입력 장치가 접촉할 때, 접촉 영역에서 탄성 부재의 폭이 변화될 수 있고, 이에 따라, 입력 장치가 접촉된 영역에서 압력의 변화 및 세기를 감지할 수 있다.
제 2 실시예에 따른 터치 디바이스는 표시 패널과 지지 기판 사이에 압력을 감지할 수 있는 전극층을 배치할 수 있다. 즉, 제 2 실시예에 따른 터치 디바이스는 지지 기판과 표시 패널 사이에 압력의 변화 및 세기를 감지할 수 있는 전극층을 배치함에 따라, 별도의 두께 증가 없이 압력 감지 전극을 포함하는 터치 디바이스를 구현할 수 있다.
또한, 표시 패널과 지지 기판 사이에 압력을 감지할 수 있는 전극층이 지지 기판의 전면 일례로, 유효 영역 및 비유효 영역 상에 모두 배치할 수 있으므로, 터치 디바이스의 일 영역이 아닌 전 영역에서 압력의 변화를 감지할 수 있어 다양한 영역 즉, 멀티 영역에서 압력을 감지할 수 있다.
또한, 표시 패널과 전극 부재 사이의 거리가 충분히 확보될 수 있으므로, 압력의 세기에 따라 수행되는 동작을 다양화 할 수 있고, 이에 따라, 압력의 세기에 따라 다양한 동작이 수행되는 터치 디바이스를 구현할 수 있다.
이하, 도 7을 참조하여, 제 2 실시예에 따른 다른 터치 디바이스를 설명한다. 제 2 실시예에 따른 다른 터치 디바이스에 대한 설명에서는 앞서 설명한 제 2 실시예에 따른 터치 디바이스와 동일 또는 유사한 설명에 대해서는 설명을 생략한다. 또한, 제 2 실시예에 따른 다른 터치 디바이스에 대한 설명에서는 앞서 설명한 제 2 실시예와 동일한 구성에 대해서는 동일한 도면 부호를 부여한다.
도 7을 참조하면, 제 2 실시예에 따른 다른 터치 디바이스는 지지 기판(100), 제 1 전극 부재(210), 제 2 전극 부재(220), 표시 패널(300), 커버 기판(400) 및 탄성 부재(600)를 포함할 수 있다.
즉, 제 2 실시예에 따른 다른 터치 디바이스는 제 2 실시예와 다르게 복수 개의 전극 부재를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제 1 전극 부재(210)는 상기 지지 기판(100) 상에 배치될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 탄성 부재(600)는 상기 제 1 전극 부재(210) 상에 배치될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 제 2 전극 부재(220)는 상기 탄성 부재(600) 상에 배치될 수 있다.
즉, 상기 탄성 부재(600)는 상기 제 1 전극 부재(210) 및 상기 제 2 전극 부재(220) 사이에 배치될 수 있다.
상기 제 1 전극 부재(210)는 제 1 기판(211) 및 제 1 서브 제 1 전극층(212)을 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 제 2 전극 부재(220)는 제 2 기판(221) 및 제 2 서브 제 2 전극층(222)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 표시 패널(300)은 상기 제 2 전극 부재(220) 상에 배치될 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 표시 패널(300)과 상기 제 2 전극 부재(220)는 제 2 접착층(520)에 의해 서로 접착되며 배치될 수 있다.
제 2 실시예에 따른 다른 터치 디바이스는, 커버 기판의 일면에 입력 장치가 접촉할 때, 탄성 부재의 폭이 변화되는 변화량 및 상기 탄성 부재의 상부 및 하부에 배치되는 전극층들의 변위량을 감지하고, 이에 따라 접촉 영역에서 압력을 감지할 수 있다. 즉, 커버 기판의 일면에 입력 장치가 접촉할 때, 접촉 영역에서 탄성 부재의 폭이 변화될 수 있고, 이에 따라, 입력 장치가 접촉된 영역에서 압력의 변화 및 세기를 감지할 수 있다.
이하, 도 8을 참조하여, 제 2 실시예에 따른 또 다른 터치 디바이스를 설명한다. 제 2 실시예에 따른 또 다른 터치 디바이스에 대한 설명에서는 앞서 설명한 제 2 실시예들과 동일 또는 유사한 설명에 대해서는 설명을 생략한다. 또한, 제 2 실시예에 따른 또 다른 터치 디바이스에 대한 설명에서는 앞서 설명한 제 2 실시예와 동일한 구성에 대해서는 동일한 도면 부호를 부여한다.
도 8을 참조하면, 제 2 실시예에 따른 또 다른 터치 디바이스는 지지 기판(100), 제 1 전극 부재(210), 제 2 전극 부재(220), 표시 패널(300), 커버 기판(400) 및 탄성 부재(600)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제 1 전극 부재(210)는 제 1 서브 제 1 전극층(211)을 포함하고, 상기 제 2 전극 부재(220)는 제 2 서브 제 1 전극층(221)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제 1 서브 제 1 전극층(211) 및 상기 제 2 서브 제 1 전극층(221)은 상기 탄성 부재(600) 상에 배치될 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 제 1 서브 제 1 전극층(211) 및 상기 제 2 서브 제 1 전극층(221)은 상기 탄성 부재(600)와 직접 접촉하며 배치될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 상기 탄성 부재(600)는 상기 지지 기판(100)과 마주보는 제 1 면 및 상기 커버 기판과 마주보는 제 2 면을 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 제 1 서브 제 1 전극층(211)은 상기 제 1 면 상에 배치되고, 상기 제 2 서브 제 1 전극층(221)은 상기 제 2 면 상에 배치될 수 있다. 즉, 상기 제 1 서브 제 1 전극층(211) 및 상기 제 2 서브 제 1 전극층(221)은 상기 탄성 부재(600)의 제 1 면 및 상기 제 2 면과 직접 접촉하며 배치될 수 있다.
또한, 도면에는 도시되지 않았으나, 상기 탄성 부재(600)의 제 2 면 상에 배치되는 상기 제 2 서브 제 1 전극층(221) 상에는 전극층을 보호하기 위한 보호층이 배치될 수 있다.
즉, 제 2 실시예에 따른 또 다른 터치 디바이스는 앞서 설명한 제 2 실시예에 따른 터치 디바이스와 다르게 제 1 서브 제 1 전극층 및 제 2 서브 제 1 전극층을 지지하는 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판이 생략될 수 있다.
이에 따라, 터치 디바이스에서 생략되는 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판의 두께만큼 터치 디바이스의 두께를 감소시킬 수 있어, 얇은 두께를 가지는 터치 디바이스를 구현할 수 있다.
이하의 구성에 대한 설명은 앞서 설명한 제 2 실시예들과 동일하므로 생략한다.
이하, 도 9 및 도 10을 참조하여, 제 2 실시예에 따른 또 다른 터치 디바이스를 설명한다. 제 2 실시예에 따른 또 다른 터치 디바이스에 대한 설명에서는 앞서 설명한 제 2 실시예에 따른 터치 디바이스와 동일 또는 유사한 설명에 대해서는 설명을 생략한다. 또한, 제 2 실시예에 따른 또 다른 터치 디바이스에 대한 설명에서는 앞서 설명한 제 2 실시예와 동일한 구성에 대해서는 동일한 도면 부호를 부여한다.
도 9를 참조하면, 제 2 실시예에 따른 또 다른 터치 디바이스는 지지 기판(100), 제 1 전극 부재(210), 제 2 전극 부재(220), 표시 패널(300), 커버 기판(400) 및 탄성 부재(600) 및 밀봉 부재(700)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제 1 전극 부재(210)는 상기 지지 기판(100) 상에 배치될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 탄성 부재(600)는 상기 제 1 전극 부재(210) 상에 배치될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 제 2 전극 부재(220)는 상기 탄성 부재(600) 상에 배치될 수 있다. 즉, 제 2 실시예와 동일한 구성을 포함할 수 있다.
또는, 상기 제 1 전극 부재(210)는 제 1 서브 제 1 전극층(211)을 포함하고, 상기 제 2 전극 부재(220)는 제 2 서브 제 1 전극층(221)을 포함하고, 상기 제 1 서브 제 1 전극층(211) 및 상기 제 2 서브 제 1 전극층(221)은 상기 탄성 부재(600) 상에 배치될 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 제 1 서브 제 1 전극층(211) 및 상기 제 2 서브 제 1 전극층(221)은 상기 탄성 부재(600)와 직접 접촉하며 배치될 수 있다. 즉, 앞서 설명한 제 2 실시예와 동일한 구성을 포함할 수 있다.
제 2 실시예에 따른 또 다른 터치 디바이스는, 앞서 설명한 제 2 실시예와 다르게 상기 제 1 전극 부재(210) 및 상기 제 2 전극 부재(220) 중 적어도 하나의 부재의 측면 상에 배치되는 밀봉 부재(700)를 포함할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 도 9를 참조하면, 상기 밀봉 부재(700)는 상기 제 1 전극 부재(210) 및 상기 제 2 전극 부재(220)의 측면 중 적어도 하나의 면 상에 배치될 수 있다.
상기 밀봉 부재(700)는 상기 제 1 전극 부재(210) 및 상기 제 2 전극 부재(220)의 측면으로 침투될 수 있는 외부의 불순물의 유입을 방지할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 제 2 실시예에 따른 또 다른 터치 디바이스는 전극층으로 유입될 수 있는 외부의 불순물의 침투를 방지할 수 있어, 터치 디바이스의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한, 상기 밀봉 부재(700)는 상기 탄성 부재(600) 상에 배치되어, 상기 탄성 부재(600)가 외부로 노출되지 못하도록 장벽 역할을 할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 상기 탄성 부재(600)가 외부로 노출되는 현상을 방지할 수 있다.
도 9에서는 상기 밀봉 부재(700)가 상기 제 1 전극 부재(210) 및 상기 제 2 전극 부재(220)의 측면 상에 배치되는 것에 대해 도시하였으나, 실시에는 이에 제한되지 않고, 상기 밀봉 부재(700)는 상기 제 1 전극 부재(210) 및 상기 제 2 전극 부재(220)의 상면 등에도 배치될 수 있다.
자세하게, 도 10을 참조하면, 상기 밀봉 부재(700)는 상기 제 1 전극 부재(210) 및 상기 제 2 전극 부재(220)의 상면 및 측면 즉, 상기 제 1 전극 부재(210) 및 상기 제 2 전극 부재(220)의 전면 상에 배치될 수 있다.
이에 따라, 상기 밀봉 부재(700)에 의해 상기 제 1 전극 부재(210) 및 상기 제 2 전극 부재(220) 내부로 외부의 수분 등의 불순물이 침투되는 것을 방지할 수 있어, 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
이하, 도 11 내지 도 15를 참조하여, 앞서 설명한 실시예들에 따른 터치 디바이스가 적용되는 디스플레이 장치의 일례를 설명한다.
도 11을 참고하면, 터치 디바이스 장치의 일례로서, 이동식 단말기가 도시되어 있다. 상기 이동식 단말기는 유효 영역(AA) 및 비유효 영역(UA)을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 유효 영역(AA)은 손가락 등의 터치에 의해 터치 신호를 감지하고, 상기 비유효 영역에는 명령 아이콘 패턴부 및 로고 등이 형성될 수 있다.
도 12 및 도 13을 참조하면, 터치 디바이스는 휘어지는 플렉서블(flexible) 디바이스를 포함할 수 있다. 따라서, 이를 포함하는 터치 디바이스 장치는 플렉서블 터치 디바이스 장치일 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자가 손으로 휘거나 구부릴 수 있다. 이러한 플렉서블 터치 디바이스는 스마트 와치(smart watch, 1000) 등의 웨어러블 터치 등에 적용될 수 있다.
도 14를 참조하면, 이러한 터치 디바이스는 이동식 단말기 등의 터치 디바이스 장치뿐만 아니라 자동차 네비게이션에도 적용될 수 있다.
또한, 도 15를 참조하면, 이러한 터치 디바이스는 차량 내에도 적용될 수 있다. 즉, 상기 터치 패널 또는 터치 디바이스는 차량 내에서 터치 윈도우가 적용될 수 있는 다양한 부분에 적용될 수 있다. 따라서, PND(Personal Navigation Display)뿐만 아니라, 계기판(dashboard) 등에 적용되어 CID(Center Information Display)도 구현할 수 있다. 그러나, 실시예가 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고, 이러한 터치 디바이스 장치는 다양한 전자 제품에 사용될 수 있음은 물론이다.
상술한 실시예에 설명된 특징, 구조, 효과 등은 본 발명의 적어도 하나의 실시예에 포함되며, 반드시 하나의 실시예에만 한정되는 것은 아니다. 나아가, 각 실시예에서 예시된 특징, 구조, 효과 등은 실시예들이 속하는 분야의 통상의 지식을 가지는 자에 의하여 다른 실시예들에 대해서도 조합 또는 변형되어 실시 가능하다. 따라서 이러한 조합과 변형에 관계된 내용들은 본 발명의 범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.
또한, 이상에서 실시예들을 중심으로 설명하였으나 이는 단지 예시일 뿐 본 발명을 한정하는 것이 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 실시예의 본질적인 특성을 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 이상에 예시되지 않은 여러 가지의 변형과 응용이 가능함을 알 수 있을 것이다. 예를 들어, 실시예들에 구체적으로 나타난 각 구성 요소는 변형하여 실시할 수 있는 것이다. 그리고 이러한 변형과 응용에 관계된 차이점들은 첨부한 청구 범위에서 규정하는 본 발명의 범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 디스플레이를 표시하는 표시 패널의 일면과 반대되는 타면 상에 배치되는 지지 기판;
    상기 지지 기판 상에 배치되고, 제 1 전극층을 포함하는 전극 부재; 및
    상기 제 1 전극층은 상기 표시 패널과 상기 지지 기판 사이에 배치되고,
    상기 전극 부재는 상기 표시 패널과 이격하여 배치되는 터치 패널.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서
    상기 제 1 전극층은 셀프 캡(self-Cap) 방식으로 구동되는 터치 패널.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 지지 기판과 상기 전극 부재 사이에 배치되는 접착층을 포함하는 터치 패널.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 전극 부재와 상기 표시 패널은 50㎛ 내지 200㎛의 거리로 이격하여 배치되는 터치 패널.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 전극 부재는 제 1 전극 부재 및 제 2 전극 부재를 포함하고,
    상기 제 1 전극 부재 및 상기 제 2 전극 부재 사이에는 탄성 부재가 배치되고,
    상기 제 1 전극 부재는 상기 지지 기판 상에 배치되고,
    상기 제 2 전극 부재는 상기 탄성 부재 상에 배치되고,
    성가 표시 패널은 상기 제 2 전극 부재 상에 배치되고,
    상기 제 2 전극 부재와 상기 표시 패널은 서로 이격하여 배치되는 터치 패널.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 전극 부재 및 상기 제 2 전극 부재는 뮤추얼캡(Mutual-Cap) 방식으로 구동되는 터치 패널.
  7. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 제 2 전극 부재와 상기 표시 패널은 50㎛ 내지 200㎛의 거리로 이격하여 배치되는 터치 패널.
  8. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 전극 부재 및 상기 제 2 전극 부재 중 적어도 하나의 측면 상에 배치되는 밀봉 부재를 더 포함하는 터치 패널.
  9. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 지지 기판과 상기 제 1 전극 부재 사이에 배치되는 접착층을 더 포함하는 터치 패널.
  10. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 표시 패널 상에 배치되는 커버 기판을 더 포함하고,
    상기 커버 기판은 상기 표시 패널과 마주보는 일면 및 상기 일면과 반대되는 타면을 포함하고,
    상기 커버 기판은 상기 타면에서 입력장치에 의해 터치가 감지되는 터치 패널.
