Description

一种角度可调的自拍设备及控制装置 技术领域
本发明属于领域摄影技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种角度可调的自 拍设备及控制装置。 背景技术
自拍杆是最近风靡的自拍神器,它能够在 20 厘米到 120 厘米长 度间任意伸缩,使用者只需将手机或者傻瓜相机固定在伸缩杆上,通过 遥控器就能实现多角度自拍。 然而当前市场上的自拍装置要么不能自动 旋转,要么仅能旋转一个固定的角度,或者能自动旋转但用户不能根据 需要调节其转速。 发明内容
为解决现有自拍器的不能自动旋转、 不能根据需要调节转速的技术 缺陷,本发明通过控制装置控制齿轮驱动机构实行自拍器的自动旋转且 调节其转速的目的。
本发明提供了一种角度可调的自拍设备,包括手柄、 转动机构、 夹 持机构,手柄与转动机构连接,夹持机构安装在转动机构顶端,转动机 构包括本体、 与本体转动连接的转子,本体内安装控制装置、 通信装置、 齿轮驱动机构,转子一端与齿轮驱动装置输出轴连接,另一端与夹持机 构连接,控制装置分别与通信装置、 齿轮驱动机构连接;手柄外侧设置 至少一个与控制装置连接的控制键。 本发明通过控制装置控制齿轮驱动 机构使得与齿轮驱动机构连接的转子匀速转动,从而保证拍摄的全景照 片完整、 顺利。
进一步,夹持机构为凹形固定件,凹形固定件内侧安装硅胶套。 硅 胶套的使用保护了安装在凹形固定件上的智能设备不受损坏。
进一步,通信装置包括蓝牙芯片、 WIFI芯片、 3G/4G天线或红外天 进一步,齿轮驱动机构包括齿轮箱、 驱动齿轮箱的马达。
本发明还提供了一种控制装置,包括转速模块、 拍摄模块、 控制模 块,其中,
转速模块,用于设置齿轮驱动的转速;

下面通过具体的实施例并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
如图 1所示角度可调的自拍设备,包括手柄 1、 转动机构 2、 夹持机 构 3 ,手柄与转动机构连接,夹持机构安装在转动机构顶端,
转动机构包括本体 21、 与本体转动连接的转子 22 ,
本体内安装控制装置 23、 通信装置 24、 齿轮驱动机构 25 ,转子一 端与齿轮驱动装置输出轴连接,另一端与夹持机构连接,控制装置分别 与通信装置、 齿轮驱动机构连接;
手柄外侧设置至少一个与控制装置连接的控制键 11。 用户按下控制键,控制装置接收到拍摄指令后,通过通信装置将该 该拍摄信息发送到安装在夹持机构上的智能设备,智能设备开始拍摄。
具体实施过程中,控制装置可选择的设置以下参数:拍摄时间及拍 摄类型,例如 7.5秒 1 15秒:全景拍摄( panorama ) ; 30s/60s镜 像: short Video; 15min/60mins:延时摄影;或者设置为 1秒 / 15 秒、 : 全景拍摄( panorama ) ; 30s/60s 镜像 : short Video ; lmin/60mins:延时摄影。 需要说明的是,控制装置的参数可选择的根 据用户需要设置为其他数值,本实施例中仅仅为说明列举其中一种,控 制装置参数包括并不限于上述数值。
具体实施过程中,齿轮驱动机构可选择的包括齿轮箱、 驱动齿轮箱 的马达。
本实施例中,夹持机构设为了凹形固定件,凹形固定件内侧安装硅 胶套。 具体实施过程中,夹持机构还可选择的夹子等其他夹紧机构。
具体实施时,通信装置可选的包括蓝牙芯片、 WIFI芯片、 3G/4G天 线或红外天线。
具体实施过程中,还可选择的包括与通信装置通信连接的遥控装置。 用户按下遥控装置上的拍摄按键,该按键信息通过通信装置发送到控制 装置,控制装置接收到拍摄指令后,通过通信装置将该该拍摄信息发送 到安装在夹持机构上的智能设备,智能设备开始拍摄。
具体实施过程中,本实施例中所述手柄可选择的为三角支架、 支杆 或吸盘。 当手柄为三角支架时,具体应用时可选择的将该角度可调的自 拍设备通过三角支架固定到车上或室内。 作为可变换的实施方式,具体 实施过程中,手柄还可选择的为支杆或吸盘。 当手柄为吸盘时,本实用 新型所述的角度可调的自拍设备可直接通过吸盘固定到任何可吸附到的 位置。 当手柄为支杆时,可选的将支杆设为伸缩杆,用户在使用过程中, 可根据需要调整所述角度可调的自拍设备的高度。
需要说明的是,所述手柄包括但不限于三角支架、 支杆或吸盘,任 何实现连接固定转动机构的结构均为手柄。
如图 3所示,本发明还提供了本发明还提供了一种控制装置。 该控 制装置包括转速模块 100、 拍摄模块 200、 控制模块 300 ,其中, 转速模块,用于设置齿轮驱动的转速;
拍摄模块,用于选择拍摄的类型,包括拍照、 全景拍照、 摄影; 控制模块,用于接收到触发信息后通过通信装置向智能设备发送拍 摄指令。
进一步,拍摄模块还包括
时间单元 201 ,用于设置拍照类型拍摄的时间。

转动机构包括本体( 21 )、 与本体转动连接的转子( 22 ) , 本体内安装控制装置( 23 ) .通信装置( 24 )、齿轮驱动机构( 25 ) , 转子一端与齿轮驱动装置输出轴连接,另一端与夹持机构连接,控制装 置分别与通信装置、 齿轮驱动机构连接;
手柄外侧设置至少一个与控制装置连接的控制键( 11 )。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的角度可调的自拍设备,其特征在于,夹持 机构为凹形固定件,凹形固定件内侧安装硅胶套。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的角度可调的自拍设备,其特征在于,通信 装置包括蓝牙芯片、 WIFI芯片、 3G/4G天线或红外天线。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的角度可调的自拍设备,其特征在于,还包 括与通信装置通信连接的遥控装置。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的角度可调的自拍设备,其特征在于,齿轮 驱动机构包括齿轮箱、 驱动齿轮箱的马达。
6、根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的角度可调的自拍设备,其特 征在于,手柄为三角支架、 支杆或吸盘。
7、 根据权利要求 6中任一项所述的角度可调的自拍设备,其特征在 于,支杆为伸缩杆。
8、 一种控制装置,其特征在于,包括转速模块、 拍摄模块、 控制模 块,其中,
转速模块,用于设置齿轮驱动的转速;
拍摄模块,用于选择拍摄的类型,包括拍照、 全景拍照、 摄影; 控制模块,用于发送拍摄指令。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的控制装置,其特征在于,拍摄模块还包括 时间单元,用于设置拍照类型拍摄的时间。
